We had a very good experience. My husband and I had our phones under a new plan that saved us money plus my husbands phone had to be activated. The young mans name was Adam and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He had patience and he explained everything. He made it very easy to do everything we had to get done. I would tell anyone to go there for business.

I had to exchange a phone and needed the exchange to be very quick. I was looking for a specific phone which was not in stock. Justin Davis was extremely helpful by tracking down a phone that fits my needs and personally drove to another store who had it in stock. Justin brought the phone to his location and I walked out with it less than 24 hours later. Thank you Justin Davis, Chris Allison and the AT&T team at this store.

I came in with a new tablet that was not connected to internet. Justin tried everything- probably at least 10 times. About the time i figured something was wrong with my tablet Justin decided to brainstorm with a co-worker. The new idea which evidently isnt common worked!! My new tablet was connected to internet. Justin was patient, kept me informed, and even helped me reset my password- which is a big deal to me!! He deseved a bonus after helping me out!!

It was awesome. Daniel, who helped get my phone up and running after an AT&T glitch ( of which calls to customer support didnt help much). He worked on it for over 3 hours. And he stayed an hour of it over when he should have been going home. Mike was great too. They were an amazing team. I left very happy. I highly recommend the Winchester store on Pleasant Valley Rd. He not only fixed my account but took the time to go through the entire account to make sure I was in the best plan for my family. Hurry here for the cellular version of the used car experience! Just a small sampling of the complimentary services are:-Talking down to your wife and adult daughter-High pressure sales, feel free to say no to that upcharge a few times!-Calling the man of the house aside to speak with him in private-Asking multiple times if the kids are yours. Then clarifying, “both of yours”!-Denying deals you saw online exist so you’ll buy in store.They were able to get what we needed done, so two stars! Will consider driving out of town to a different AT&T store next time!

Worst ATT Store, I’ve ever dealt with. Very poor customer service. Jarfet my sales associate wasn’t worried about providing me with good service. Just worried about the sale, refused to set phones up, I just purchased gave me no instructions on how to do. But still charged me a activation fee, which I call ATT and had remove. Once I finally got to talk to manager, she wasn’t much more help, just basically set one phone up for basic service, so I could drive home 30 miles. Did give me instruction on home set phones when I got home.

I’ve had a bad experience the past couple weeks with AT&T minus one good experience. Let me start off and say I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T, I went in and pre ordered the new iPhones. Well after they screwed up my account the phones never got ordered. They said I needed my pin and I provided it still didn’t work. Then I get the phones ordered after making a second trip to the store and they arrive a week later. Fast forward. Monday I get my phones and they won’t activate. Turns out I had to go back to att and have them activated because the original visits they never attached a phone number to my phones. This is my third time. Which was my only pleasant time. Guy with glasses and curly hair was super nice and great to my kid. He was super pleasant. The next day I had to go in which is no big deal. I get in line at 7pm. The people inside would not come to the door to help me check in. Mind you it’s 30 degrees outside and there’s one other guy in line who had been waiting for an hour! I stood in line today from. 7pm to 8:20 pm and the guy came out once to tell me he appreciated my patience. My patience?! Why didn’t he check me in and tell me to wait in my car?! It’s cold! I expect att to call me and have a nice chat with me because this service is ridiculous!

I have been on the phone with AT&Ts customer service for over five hours this week. I was instructed to go into the store. I called the next day to follow up on my issue and Alan answered the phone. Thank God he did! He called me numerous times to assist me with issues regarding dropping a phone line where the SIM card hadn’t been activated. Obviously, this is not an easy task. No one, and I mean NO ONE at AT&T technical support could help me. Alan took care of the issue and I could not be happier. I was considering canceling AT&T after 15 years; however, with Alan’s assistance, the problem has been resolved. I hope his managers read this to see how huge of an asset he is to that store and the company. Thanks again for your help, Alan. It is appreciated.

Winchester at&t old me my best option was to pay 250 for warranty deductible so I did and phone came with sim card not working. Went to front royal at&t and they had a pamphlet saying for $49 I could have gotten my screen replaced and not lost all my info on my phone...

He acted like he couldn’t preform a simple return just so he didn’t have to help when we just got off the phone with customer service and they said it was more than doable. Lazy lazy! I have nine hours of my own time invested in the complete incompetency of AT&T - tragic after the 30 years my husband Robert King has been a loyal customer.I would up with a 2-year contract on an iPhone 7 - set up in your store, that has the voicemail system of a 30 year old answering machine with no ability to delete without listening to at least some of it because there are no visuals.There is also no port for my $600 Bose earphones to block the noise of carpentry my husband does at home. Your agent said theyve put the port back on the iPhone 8s. AT&T owes me about $500 for just my time unscrambling all the bull.

Terrible service at this store. The sales person fibbed right to my face, flat out wouldnt listen to me. I said verbatim I will take that model and they proceeded to argue about why I should buy the more expensive one. I listened, I get it, its sales, but when I explained thats fine, Ill take the model they actually argued AGAIN. Finally I said kindly that I just wanted to buy the phone and still they insisted on the higher priced one. I left without purchasing and will never spend another dollar at the pleasant valley store, I would order online before giving commission to anyone there.

Good! Knowledgeable people who know their equipment, and will take the time to go over the operation. Other reviews which complain about late fees are the kind of customers one does not want. I have never experienced that with AT&T. The service works in the remote areas which i use and the coverage exceeds that of Verizon and Sprint. I heartily recommend them.

AT&T sucks. I wouldnt recommend this service provider to anyone. Their main claim is that they keep you connected when in fact you can not keep a signal with them no matter where you are located. They try to claim their lack of service is either working on towers in the area (if I had a nickel for every time Ive heard that one) or my favorite YOU NEED A NEW PHONE!!! Give your money to another company who can truly keep you connected.

The customer service is horrendous here. They check me in with a name and phone number and said two people were in front of me. I had to wait 50 minutes and they had even put another person in front of me on the list. Then when I finally was seen by a representative who didnt smile and barely greeted said my name wasnt on the family plan. Maybe if someone had said something WHEN THEY CHECKED ME IN and pulled up the account I would have been added by the time I was seen since it was nearly an hour. As it is the person our family plan was under is at work and couldnt take an immediate phone call. I will NOT be returning. Rutherford Crossing has always had good, friendly service. I will be making an official complain to AT&T about how this visit went and what they can improve.

The internet is not the best. AT&T uses hot spots, meaning you may or may not get internet, depending on where you live. Within two months our bill tripled in price with no reason, why from HQ. No stars for att. 7 stars for Directv.However, the Directv works fantastic !!!! It comes with a satelite dish.

If I could give better than a 5 Star I totally would. I had multiple problems trying to get a line at the at&t closest to me in front royal because I live in Huntly and they acted like I was a burden so I came here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Sean! He asked for my ID and what I wanted. Told him I needed to get a phone plan and he told me I was approved for 10 lines, my fiancé and I both got an iPhone X and an Apple Watch. We got extra accessories for our phones and watches as well. He made the process so easy and convenient, and we even got a deal on the iPhones they were buy one get one free. We were out of there within 30-45 minutes. He was awesome and did a great job! I will continue to go here and ask for him! Thanks so much!!

Still havent recieved credit for signing up for autobill, had to fight tooth and nail for the other discounts I was promised. They will say ANYTHING to get your business and most are lies. Ok, my opinion is based onTHIS location. These people need a raise! I have tried for 3 days to activate phones sold to me and shipped to my by AT&T. Online activation? Nope didnt work. Call customer service? Nope, didn’t work. Go to my local AT&T store, nope didn’t work. I was sent to Winchester because it is a Corporate store. Not one, but 2 employees helped me for over 2 hours (both were awesome). Are my phones activated? Nope. Will I go back there tomorrow instead of just throwing in the towel and getting another carrier? Yep, because that’s how awesome they are. I’ll get their names and update my post tomorrow.

I went in to add a line for an IPad. My sales consultant Alex was great, I do highly recommend him. Upon checking out and paying with my credit card, Alex needed assistance from the manager Victor Matos as my card kept declining. The decline wasn’t from insufficient funds but a malfunctioning in the store. In front of everyone in the store, Victor states, “you need to call the credit card company!” I pulled up my credit card app statement and wouldn’t you know I had been charged not ONCE but TWICE! Victor told me there was nothing that he could do and he couldn’t release the IPad. Then, another gentleman in the store, his credit card was doing the same as mine did. They charged this man twice as well. I contacted the credit card company and had the lady speak to him and he basically called her a liar as well. Not only did I go higher up, a complaint was filed as well as credit fraud. Victor, you sir, shouldn’t be a manager! Myself being a manager of 6 years would never imagine treating anyone like I was treated. I never in my life have been made to feel like I did. Word of mouth goes fast and I deal with a lot of people on a daily basis and trust me, I will make sure to tell them not to deal with this man, EVER! Something that should’ve taken max 30 minutes turned out to be 5 hours worth of nonsense.

1 star is the most they can get. I got 2 lines with iPhone x because 1 of the representatives told me it was Buy one get one free deal. But after a couple of months later I found out that iPhone x was never in a BOGO deal after talking to a AT&T customer care. When i got to the store and told them about the problem and asked them for the solution (beacuse the amount of 2 iphonex is too much for me) they got none, instead the manager told me i miss understood the representative and that the representatives are well trained. What a poor service they have. And a horrible manager.I would never ever suggest a friend to go to this store. Disgusting Management!!!
