Its a nice,clean store. They have a wide selection of items. They have Boars Head cold cuts. They are the best tasting cold cuts around. I have had grinders in Mass with Boar Heads cold cuts. They were excellent. It is great to get them here and in grinders down here.

Super clean, carries items not found at super stores, quiet buggies, my fav is the deli & bakery depts.

Most of the time this is a decent place to shop. But dont try to return anything to their Customer Service desk. They act like your doing something wrong or that the item is coming directly out of their pay check! The cashiers are great and the store is neat and clean. The restrooms are also on point. You can usually find everything your looking for. The shelves are stocked. The variety could be better and their prices are up there. But over all I would say that this is one of the better Publix. Just stay clear of the Customer Service desk!!

Dawn in the deli is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. she was very patient and did not hesitate to cut meat for our sandwiches and was very attentive to my needs and allergies. She told us about the new deals and what was on sale. She really made out experience wonderful.

The employees are always nice and friendly. I got the chicken noodle soup for my sick child today and it was absolutely delicious!!!

Love to shop at Publix. Clean store, friendly service, prices may be a little higher on some items, but came out with more food at lower price than Walmart.

I just got told I can’t have my service dog in the store. So much for shopping at Publix. Every other place welcomes her with open arms.

Went to Publix to look for a certain cut on beef. The employee that was in the meat area was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the differences of the cuts. I believe his name was Rayshawn. Great customer service skills he has. Will shop there again.

Its ok just not the Publix of years past.Management walks by you like youre invisible. I am a very friendly person and I speak to everyone. The managers at this store except for one never speak back. The only one that is consistently friendly is the one in the meat department. Whenever I need to get a real Publix fix. I go to the one in South Winter Haven.

The employees are really nice and helpful BUT they do not enforce the mask policy as they should. Most of the customers shopping were not wearing masks and it was a little disturbing that Publix let this happen and took any enjoyment out of the shopping experience.

This publix is our favorite in the area. We live in Auburndale near I4 and we drive that far for this publix.. Vary clean and up to date. The staff is always helpful.. Excellent customer service..

Let me start by saying I prefer to shop at publix and spend more money because the store is always clean and employees are all very nice and helpful.My visit this morning started normal and ended much different.. the store was slow, most employees were standing around smiling and saying hi!I only had a few things and went to express check out. I said Good Morning.The young man never responded or looked at me while he rung up the groceries. He pushed all the items down while I paid. As I put my card back in my wallet I glanced at the young man while he pushed the items further towards me. I started bagging them as I put the first bag in my cart he pushed the rest down again, he actually moved the bags he had out of the way so he could push them further down. He never looked at me or said a word as he turned and started fidgeting with his phone. I got the same feeling that I get the few times I have to go to walmart. This kid had an attitude, clearly did not want to be where he was and surely made me aware he did not care!Publix... please do not grow past the care for your customers! This may have been a once in a blue moon issue, but for the first time in my 20 year shopping experience in one of your stores I felt like I was in the way and just part of a process and left 😠 angry!

I was shopping using 2 carts that i was moving around the store as i moved on to different aisles. I walked down an aisle to get 2 loaves of bread and a jar of jam to find them missing. After walking to the front to ask if anyone knew where they could have gone, i found out a manager, whose name i found out was Shaq, had told an employee to put them back. My only problem is the manager never came to me to apologize or even offer to help me get my 2 carts that they had combined and started reshelving at the time back in order.

Awesome, and got a few deals I still cant believe..the small things of life...

Well, strike 2 I usually shop at publixs and have a good experience. This time however the deli department let me down again. We ordered 5 subs@ 3:17, they confirmed the order for pick up @ 4:10 . I got to the counter 4:11 and they said my order wasn’t ready. They told me it would be another 10 minutes. 25 minutes latter I had my order. During this waiting period I watch other customers order and leave with their 6 subs in a basket. This is the second time this has happened. Why do you take orders online if you’re going to wait to make the order, once people show up. The best part was the sub I ordered an Italian was not made, they made an ultimate sub instead. So here’s your order 25 minutes late and it’s also incorrect. Thanks for shopping at Publix’s

Most of the staff is great, I definitely like the managers... I guess were never going to have disinfectant wipes again, Ive been looking for them for weeks.. not much in the way of cleaning supplies.. not much for hot dogs or bacon or frozen dinners... Really not sure why the shelves are so bare.. no one offered to take my groceries out,also saw a few older than myself taking their own groceries out to their car and they could barely walk.. so I understand theres covid-19 but I dont see why theyre not helping people put their groceries away..

Ordered 100 pieces of chicken and gave me at least 70 breast that mostly got wasted because people were looking for legs, wings, and thighs

I stopped by this Publix today for some fruit- on- the -bottom yogurt. Strawberry to be exact. There was no Strawberry yogurt in sight. I spoke with Chris & he got me a case from the back. Great customer service!
