Great store and location. Very clean and staff is always helpful. The pharmacy was very helpful with our vaccines we needed and the waiting time was minimal even considering how busy they were.

I love Publix, and I havent visited any Publix that wasnt on point about their store and staff. Customer service and their standards in which is shown greatly with this chain of store. People say oh so expensive at that store. I disagree completely, Im a loyal customer for life.

Very surprised to see an employee sitting down at a register as the customers were checking out their own groceries. lines were long, as two employees were standing around looking as if they had nothing to do. Very disappointed.

Greeted with a friendly smile when I walked through the doors as well as when I left the store. This Publix is one of the few I encountered with self check-out registers. It was a smooth process checking out. I found all of the products I was looking for and the coupons I brought worked great.

This Publix us less than friendly. I did not like the way customer service treated a customer. Just rude. And they did not honor their own return policy, that is in plain view, in a giant sign m, directly above there head. When the customer left the store very unhappy, and I step up to the counter, I had to say something to her about the previous customer. I asked why did she not honor their own return policy with that customer? She said because I know his kind. I said what kind is that? She said Well you know. And I said No I really dont. Usually everyone is pleasant and helpful. But shame on you Publix customer service.....

Sandwich making section was pretty busy for almost 3pm with only 1 person making sandwiches. But no worries. I checked the grab-and-go and found what I needed.

The hot deli is exceptional ! The service superb !! Always busy due to their delicious hot meals to go And of course their boxes of chicken. Good selection of hot meals to go . Deli workers always pleasant and helpful with a smile. Thank you for having the hot deli . As it is so convenient when you just dont feel like cooking. The meat deli is also exceptional. They have delicious subs made to order. With fresh vegetables and a good variety!

WORST Publix weve ever been in. Consistently out of ordinary items, the DELI is a disaster! Spoke with a manager about at one point and he listened and began walking toward the Deli counter so I turned to continue shopping. I stopped and looked back and realized as soon as he saw me walking away he walked away from the deli. Didnt care a bit. Will NEVER shop there again and we live 5 minutes away.

Ive been going to this publix for years and have had no issues. Lately though I find the selection of certain items I used to regularly find has become spotty.You could blame COVID (we blame it for everything else) for the supply chain disruption, but I have no issues finding the items Im looking for at other Publix stores it makes me wonder where the problem is.I dont want to change stores as this location is convenient but I may have to.

This is my local Publix. Im not sure what to put here except for the fact that they always meet my expectations. If they dont carry a product, just ask them about it and they try to get it in store. Prices are typical of local prices, except the buy-one-get-one deals, which are phenomenal and change weekly. Employees are friendly and although I always say no, they always offer to assist me in carrying my groceries out to the car. I consistently see the same employees over very long periods of time, which I assume means they treat employees well.

This is a micro Publix with limited items. Kinda depressing to go there shopping. What makes the experience better is that the staff is great and Gary in the meat department offers free entertainment with his singing. This store really needs to be revamped to be more inline with the changing and growing needs of the local community and changing demographics.

Ordered Publix subs yesterday via online order. After submission, it tells me 30 minutes to complete an order of TWO subs. 30 minutes is a little (actually a lot) ridiculous, but I couldnt cancel the order. Upon arriving, exactly at the 30 minute mark, my subs were still being processed. 41 minutes was my total wait time.Needless to say, Publix needs to get with 2021. Even ordering inside I would have waited at least, 20 minutes.Also, tried the famous chicken tender sub, and it was horrrrible!!!

All Publixes get 5 stars. Its basically Florida law.

This is more a question/comment than a review. First off, I like Publix. I prefer Publix over most others. My problem is in the deli. I wait in the long lines at the deli to get lunch on my lunch break as many many people do. Im fine with the long lines, busy is good! I order and the employee gets my lunch together, hands it to me and I get a fork or a spoon to eat my lunch with and guess what....the plastic ware is in a dispenser and is UNWRAPPED! Publix, please answer this question NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH MY PLASTICWARE TO KEEP IT SANITARY??? Do I put it in my pocket? Do I put it in the bag at checkout? Do I carry it in my mouth?.....on top of that, how is the dispenser sanitary if everyone touches the area that the fork is dispensed to???

Very disappointed with my cake! My entire birthday was ruined by this and I and my youngest daughter got sick on top of that

If you’re interested in paying 2-3 times the price for most products in order to avoid the riff-raff shopping at Walmart then this is the place for you. How is “BOGO” a deal when the price for one is 3 times the normal price at other grocery stores?

The pharmacy told me yesterday that my prescription would be ready at 3:30pm today. When I arrived at 3:30pm, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I was told it would be ready in 5 more minutes. A few minutes later they came and told me that they only had enough to fill 3 days of a 90 day prescription. Why did you tell me over 30 hours ago that it would be ready today? Why did you not tell me when I arrived that you didn’t have enough to fill it? Wasted 30 minutes of my time. Extremely poor customer service Publix! I will use another pharmacy from now on.

Really nice store; clean, well stocked, helpful and professional staff. Today, one of the managers helped me to my car with my groceries (Ms Devonne), and we had the shortest little conversation, but her words hit a target that made my day a million times better. Just a couple hours earlier, a family member tried to make me feel insecure about my competence. I was shocked about the correlation between the kind words of Ms Devonne and the conversation I had earlier with my family. Thank you so much for not only helping me with my groceries but also for being so warm-hearted.

They are always so nice when I shop there.

Stores really clean and employees are usually nice. They have a great selection of all kinds of foods. I dont recommend parking in a free areas there that arent well lit or too choose to the gas station in the same parking lot. Theres alot of shady characters as well as people coming and going drunk

The deli never makes my sub correctly and I have to make a trip back up there. But hey i always get a free sub out of it. Also have shopped there for 15 years. They could be friendlier to loyal customers. The people in the deli are slow and not accommodating. Like youre bothering them when you ask for something. Made a complaint to management and it was not followed up on.

I havent been shopping anywhere in months, other than to scurry around and get out. Today, I was one of about 5-10 shoppers in the entire store mid morning. I was the most pleasant time Ive had in a long time, taking my time, walking every aisle, and actually looking at whats available and new in the stores. Shopping was, indeed, a pleasure, just as your motto says!!! I even bought a freshly baked bagel to eat on the way home! Best day Ive had in months!! Thank you for asking.

The store is always clean with, usually, great customer service. Today, however, the lady who checked me out was short and kinda rude. My son put one 12 pk of coke on the belt then tried to put the other one on but the cashier stuck out her hand across the belt and said she didnt need it. There was no need for that when she could have simply stated that fact. There is never any chicken out when I come. I was told I would have had to have waited 30 minutes for more.
