Literally have had nothing but the best experience with Hill Nissan. Zach Wilson was my salesmen and he was so nice! Gave me all the information I needed, didn’t complain about my driving when we were test driving the car I bought lol, and was overall just extremely genuine. I got really lucky with him being the guy that walked up to me asking if I needed help! Couldn’t be happier with him and all of his knowledge. And then there’s Norm Leblanc in the finance department. Literally the sweetest soul. He called me today, after already signing the paperwork with me yesterday, saying that he thought I deserved more and got me an even better deal than I could have ever imagined. They both don’t know how much they made my year. I’m beyond happy and Hill Nissan, Zach, and Norm will always have my business. I’ve always been afraid of car dealerships but those two made this the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Good job, Hill Nissan, for landing the best there is! I hope they know how much I appreciate them.

Pretty straightforward & to the point.
Service Rep Patrick is very courteous and professional. Work I originally asked to be done was Oil Change; Tire rotation and Transmission flush service. He called me about some additional work recommended (repair tire that had picked up a nail; change out A/C filter; flush power steering and differential fluids) which I found all to be reasonable considering age of vehicle and appreciated thoroughness of inspection and his advice.
UPDATE:Christian called and apologized for not putting gas into the car before giving it to me and sent me a gift card to Racetrac. I appreciate Hill Nissan for reaching out and making things right. Great customer service!ORIGINAL:We called them about a used car to make sure that it was in good condition since we were making an hour drive out to the dealership and they stated it was in pristine condition. Once we pulled up, they were also pulling the car up and it was ready to be taken on the road for a test drive. Christian was very helpful and efficient, highly recommend him. I like they had the car up and ready to go.We did end up purchasing it after the numbers looked within our budget. They detailed it very nicely but only left us with enough gas to the next gas station so thats the only reason I knocked off a star. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I scheduled my service appointment online which was very easy and received reminder emails and texts as well. I was pleasantly greeted upon my arrival and shown to clean, comfortable waiting area and offered water or coffee while I waited. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I am a repeat customer and this has been my experience every time!

My experience was awesome. The employees were nice, friendly, and welcoming. Also, did an amazing job on making sure that everything on my car was fixed properly, informed me about other things that was wrong with my car as well.
Went there for a recall. Wanted the air conditioner checked for recharge. Was quoted 146 twice …. But when picked up the vehicle the bill changed to $1,456 because they replaced the compressor !!!!! Complaining didn’t help. Talked to the big manager too. Nothing! Would have never agreed to them touching the air conditioner if they said one thousand somewhere in the quote… scammers. Not to mention the rudeness of the service personal taking care of us
Love the fact I didnt have to wait all day just for a oil change and tires rotated. And i love they protected my seat, stearing wheel and floor from getting oil on it. Definitely a plus with that . Thanks guys for caring for my baby I will definitely be back next oil change.

Previous appointments have been completed in a timely manner, but this last service left us unhappy, and no one followed up.We scheduled a service online for 10:30 am, allowing for plenty of time to reach our 1 pm appointment. We arrived a few minutes early and the technician got our keys, and we walked into the waiting area, same as any previous service.About an hour later the technician comes in and shows us the list of the suggested services, based on mileage. (Filter, Coolant and transmission flush) By this time it is about 11:30. He says, I will let you discuss, and left.We looked at the time and knew we would need to go soon, and would have to schedule it for a later date. He did not return for 25 minutes. (11:50) We told him We have an appointment at 1, and do not have time for it today. He said okay and left. About 15 minutes later (12:10 pm) he walked past again, and said I just need to get the sign-off on thisTwenty minutes later we STILL did not have a response. (12:30 (appointment is 20 minutes away)) I got up, and saw him entering the drop-off bay. I waited a moment and saw him shuffle the papers (and keys), and ours got placed at the bottom. I asked what was going on.We are still waiting on the filter for the service, was the response. What? The oil filter? No. The air filter. was the response. We told you we didnt have time for that.Oh. Another few minutes later and the papers were done and we paid and left.We ended up almost missing the appointment due to an almost TWO AND A HALF hour oil change. No word of apology was offered, and no communication from the dealership afterwards.Jenkins Nissan and Clermont Nissan have both followed up to make sure the service/interaction went well. Hill leaves a bit to be desired in the communications department.
Never in my life have I ever waited so long for an oil change. My car sat for an hour where I originally left it. I understand the short staffed issue but give people a heads up before they stay and wait with their car. I also told the girl I didn’t want my tires rotated and she told me that because it was a free oil change and that Nissan was lying for it it included it and they HAD to do it. I have a warranty on my tires with someone else and they do it for me. I don’t think it was right that something that is not wanted is forced upon people
It’s been going downhill. Been going there for 6 years now, each service has something wrong. Pushy salesmen without the customer service to justify it. Recently went to get work done via appointment, was told appointments don’t exist on Saturdays. Had email confirmation from the site but oh well. Inevitably I had work done, but they forgot to do my oil change. Probably cause the guy missed it when entering. If only there was an automated way to set up the exact work needed with a scheduled time.

I just got a jeep from here yesterday, I originally spoke with Alex through email since I didnt want to make the 2 and a half hour trip for the car I wanted if it wasnt there. He was very helpful. I then worked with Ed when I got to the dealership and he sold me the car. Everyone there was incredibly nice and worked with me on what I needed. I also loved that Ed was not pushy like a typical car sales person and he wanted me to be happy. Highly recommend this dealership, it was absolutely worth the 5 hours of driving!*edited*My reason for dropping a star is because I am disgusted with the way Ed has been inappropriate since. Yesterday I called the dealership to see if there was any chance I left my old car registration but didnt get an answer (no biggie) so I texted Ed to ask if he knew if it might be there. (He had texted a few hours after getting the car and again the following day checking in, Ive never had a dealership text me like that but I thought he was just being genuine.) Ed replies saying they dont have it (completely understandable) then 3 minutes later he calls me and was trying to get me to meet him for dinner. Absolutely inappropriate of him, especially since I had come in with my fiance so he knew I was not single. At first I thought he was just being nice because he knew my fiance was on orders out of state for the marines and that Im new to FL so dont know anybody, until he started getting pushy with me and then literally looking up places for a halfway point. At the end of the awkward phone call he asks how many miles Ive put on my jeep and I said not much - Ive only had it 3 weeks. He says oh I was seeing if you needed maintenance on it and looking for an excuse for you to come here. After getting off the phone he texts me saying he found a sushi place we should go to, so I replied letting him know his behavior was inappropriate, to which he flipped it around and acted as if I took it the wrong way by saying its in the eye of the beholder ...ridiculous.I know its not the dealerships fault, so I dont want to bash them, everyone else there was great, but I just felt I needed to update with my recent experience.
The services rep Gabby was very polite, friendly, calm, and professional. I came early to have my car serviced with my kids. I didn’t think it would be that busy but it was. She very accommodating even with all the lines of cars. She got someone shuttle us home. She called me with info of my tires and brakes. Overall it was great experience. It seems like the whole team had everything under control and everyone was organized.

While. I love Hill Nissan and have bought several vehicles. I had a app. For routine oil change, tire rotation. This was for 9am, alot of people a head of me, was told it would be up to 2 hours for them to start. I drove 45 min. To get there. I just left. Not the way service should be run. If they are so short staffed then dont make the appointments so close
The staff were friendly, and this Nissan location is upholding the reputation that Nissan has created. I cannot say the same for other Nissan dealerships or Nissan Corporate as a whole. I like the dealership, but it’s not enough to keep me in a Nissan, for fear of issues that may happen away from this dealership.
I went to have a sales person help me pair my phone to the Bluetooth on my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport and it was done in less than a minute but the sales person Jomar Martinez asked if Id be willing to trade my Rogue Sport being that they were in need of used vehicles, he promised to give me a better rate and get me into a 2021crossover like my Rogue, well I tried it to see what he can do and long story short 2 hours later i was driving home in a 2021 Nissan Kicks S, it has better features than the Rogue Sport and more comfort and same amount of space in the back as the Rogue which i needed, I love my new 2021 Nissan Kicks S, sporty and smooth ride.
Took two and a half hours for a battery change!.. ..ridiculous. After any repairs I always like to look under the hood before I leave and noticed the battery was improperly attached and the clamp bolt only finger tight, which I showed the Service Advisor. The battery was sliding front to back easily and I did not want to drive off like so; had the SA fix it. Incompetent work
I called the night before about coming in for tire warranty (screw driver in tire) I was told there was no need to make an appointment and to come in as early as possible. I arrived in the morning first in line before the doors opened. It then took 3 hours for someone to look at my tire, only then to determine that the tire could not be patched and that it would need to be replaced. The tire was not in stock, so I was told it would be 3 o o’clock before the tire would arrive, then that was changed to 5. I wasted so much time and eventually had to take a $30 Uber home. The tire was fixed shortly after 5 that day, but I had no ride so I had to wait until the next day to have someone take me down there. I asked for a loaner, and was told I would need to pay for that myself. I have had very similar experiences at other Nissan dealerships, which is why in the future I likely will not consider Nissan for my vehicles (we have 2) or recommend them to anyone.
Recently purchased a car from here and had some questions about my contract. I reached out and the GM contacted me over the phone to answer any questions I had. This meant a lot as it was weighing heavily on my mind. Thank you for providing exceptional service!!
TERRIBLE LYING DEALER STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Called ahead of time about a used car told them i will be driving two hours to get there asked if price was negotiable before i drive that far so i didnt waste my time.. they said it was, and said to come and see it... so After driving two hours and looking at the car the sales man then says price isn’t negotiable. Why lie to get people in the door? The place was empty i was serious about the car and even after being told it was negotiable and driving two hours they wouldnt BUDGE on price. Also was lied to about my credit. They said they would only do a “soft credit check” the salesman said it WOULDNT affect my credit score yet when i got back home after having my time wasted and driving two hours for no reason i see my credit report showed it had a hard inquiry and my score had dropped already. They will lie and give empty promises just to get you in there and make a sale and then turn around and not live up to anything they said. STAY AWAY WASTE OF TIME.

I have purchased three new vehicles from Hill Nissan and have never been so disappointed with your company. I contacted you on a Thursday to let you know my vehicle was being towed in and was told someone would contact me before end of day. No one contacted me, so I waited until Friday afternoon to call and still I was told nothing and no one returned my call. On Saturday morning I was told it was being looked at and I would receive a call. I even left a message for the service manager to contact me and I received no return call. I had my boyfriend contact Saturday afternoon around 2:30pm and he was told to come pick it up and nothing was wrong with it. I am still having problems with it and am very unhappy. I have purchased my last three vehicles from your company and have sent many friends to Hill Nissan over the years. I will not refer anyone to Hill Nissan because the service center was so messed up. My boyfriend just had his Nissan truck there and he had the same terrible service that I did.
Upon arrival we met with Jeff. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only with the purchase but also giving info to us on our new Murano. One of the best experience a we have had with a car purchase! Thank you Jeff! 👍

I went to Hill Nissan for an oil change without an appointment (the lady I talked to on the phone said I didnt need one). They said it would be about 1 hr 30 mins before they would be able to get to me. The service person said if I made an appointment I would get right in. I said ok and set up an appointment. I was there a few minutes before the appointment. After 30 mins (the time I thought it would take to perform an oil change) and looked out and my car never moved. I talked to the service person and he said he would get my car in now. So with an appointment it took 1hr and 30 mins till my car was ready. Then the invoice was wrong. So it took more time till I finally left.
I went for a oil change the person who checked me in was outstanding I told I had an appointment and when he check some how there wasnt any and he assu me they will take care of me even during the process he was back and forth giving me up dates he was wonderful he is an amazing person]
Very pleasant and professional experience. Our service advisor Gabriela Rodriguez kept us informed throughout the process. Work was performed in an acceptable amount of time at a reasonable cost. Clean and socially distanced environment.

Never got a call from them telling me the work was done, I had to call them to find out my car was done. Then when I got there to pick up my vehicle they tried to charge me even more than the number I approved for the work to be done.Cashier lady was extremely rude, but I told her to get the tech supervisor and told him exactly what I told the cashier and he took care of it.
Completely disappointed and irritated. How can you be two hours behind this early in the morning? Apparently appts mean nothing, I had an 8:30am appt for a routine oil change, waited 15 min in the service line to speak to someone. And an employee is on the phone with another customer telling them itll be about a 20 min wait to get them in. Meanwhile the lady who spoke with me said they are 2 hours behind. I wont recommend this location to anyone. No respect for the customers time.

I have visited this dealer twice for service and Gabby has helped me both times. Everyone at the dealer is super friendly and helpful but Gabby always goes the extra mile for her clients. Honestly I was a little apprehensive at first since I usually get my car serviced at nissan in clermont and get amazing service. However, The service I recieved from my initial service guy to the friendliest smile from Robin Williams changed my mind. I WILL BE RETURNING
I expected a dealership quality vechicle but received a buy here pay here deal. Ive only made two car payments and now my 2013 Rogue has transmission problems. I sent a text to my sales person the same week I bought it to tell him that my car was having the issues that is notorious for this vehicle and they didnt do anything. He said that he would contact the master mechanic five days after I bought the vehicle. Dont buy a used vehicle here because obviously they do not do a full service check.
Worst car lot in Florida Horrible customer service! Dropping Your vehicle off for service at this location is risky as they do not communicate very well and kept my vehicle for over 3 weeks before servicing and even after leaving voice mails you cannot get anyone to return your call and the management is nonexistent. The service department is the worst and they will lie say someone tried to call and leave a voicemail but couldnt is one of the top excuses you will hear when dealing with that location. Worst dealership experience I have ever experienced not do they work and get things done in a timely manner which tells a lot about that location

Accidentally went here to get an oil change thinking it was Honda (completely missed the big Nissan sign lol) I was greeted by Gabby and she was great, Very helpful and attentive. She definitely saved me money and advised me my vehicle had a recall. The next day I went to Honda and let me just say the customer service was definitely not the same. I will definitely be taking my non Nissan vehicles here in the future.
We dont know if the work was performed right the first time. We were told that our 2008 Maxima with less than 73,000 miles needed a timing chain and that the cost would be approximately $4,300. When I indicated that we would just sell it, the sales team called back about trading it on a new Nissan. When we asked how much we could get for our Maxima in trade for another Nissan vehicle, they indicated $500 to $600. We paid the bill and left. We bought the Maxima in 2009 and since then no wrench not owned by Hill Nissan has touch the car (we loved that car). It has been well maintained at Hill Nissan. The following weekend we took the Maxima to the local Dodge dealership and traded it in for an new Jeep Cherokee and got $3,000 for the Maxima as a trade in. I dont know if the performed Hill Nissan performed work was accurate or not. My trust level of Hill is very low at the moment. Your TV Advertising says others wont, but Hill will . That was not my experience.

The wait was 3hours after I was told it would be an hour. When my car was ready the paperwork and keys was just sitting on the advisor desk until I had to get the service manager involved.
This was my first visit here excellent customer service with gabby she was very attentive and came couple of times back to me to give me updates on my car status, while it was having a oil change and tire rotation. As always it was a good overall experience. Always greeted by a friendly salesperson, they listen to your needs and do their best to meet them. My wife and I have bought 3 vehicles their now, and have no complaints at all. I like most of Nissan vehicles, but we really love the Nissan Rogue, the gas mileage is incredible.We had a Nissan Frontier truck, I liked the truck for the most part, but the interior lacked style at all, looked really cheaply made and designed. The seating was acceptable, the ride and handling were great, But the fuel mileage was terrible, it was very thirsty! The V-6 had plenty of torque and power to get up and go, but with gas prices not getting any better, it used alot more than I liked.The salesperson that helped us, ( Jeff ) was great in helping us, I had to have a co-signer and he extremely respectful to this person and us. I was on a search for a specific used vehicle. Hill Nissan contacted me when they received a car that matched my age and mileage, and budget requirements. I was out of state and they made the transaction quick and seamless. I received the vehicle within a few days of them initially contacting me. The car had arrived on the lot the day before calling me so there was not a lot of photos on the dealership site, but their verbal description matched the vehicle condition perfectly. I’m very happy buying this car sight unseen. I 100 percent trust this dealership!

Gabriela “Gabby” Rodríguez at the service department was awesome! Very attentive and kept me in the loop on my vehicle status without me having to ask. Definitely do see her if you need your car serviced, she provides customer service the way it should be everywhere.
Sold us a bad car (determined by a class action lawsuit) that nearly killed us when the transmission failed, conveniently just past its extended warranty. Management has been completely dismissive and expects us to pay $3000 to fix the issue they have known about for years but never brought to my attention, even though I am at the dealership regularly for maintenance. Their staff literally avoided discussing the issue with me by washing cars or never called me back, and corporate is just as apathetic. I will never own a Nissan again and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Service department definitely needs work !!!!!! Waiting hours with a scheduled appointment. Is insane! First time I figured maybe bad day came back for another appointment and was told it would be a couple hours again.
Parts needed to be ordered and it did take awhile, but that isn’t a reflection on the dealership, Gabby my point person did a phenomenal job of follow up and keeping me informed.And looked after me day of my appointment, made sure I had a bottle of water and kept me informed during the repair.
I want to give kudos to Gabriella Rodriguez at Hill Nissan, Winter Haven, Fl she is very delightful to deal with, she is very friendly, polite, courteous, and informative. Always keeps you informed about the work that is being serviced. It was a pleasure meeting her and talking with her.
Daniel Reynolds was fantastic with helping us buy our first car. We explained what we were looking for and our price range and he found us the perfect car. He explained all the features the car came with and informed us of any optional features. As it was our first time buying a car we had a lot of questions and Dan took his time explaining to make sure we fully understood everything. Jason in finance was also wonderful explaining the loan and bank information to us.They made the process so smooth and easy and we will definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle and we will come to them in the future.
Took my truck in for oil change and it took then 20 minutes after they brought the truck up to the front to check me out and hand me my keys and when i went to get into my truck i saw a oily arm print on my center console I should it to them and they got it so what clean all this took about 2 1/2 hours and when i got home i had to clean my truck again because i found oily hand prints on hood and doors of my truck so i have thought about it and i am going to cancel what is left of my service contract with them.

I bought a beautiful pre-owned car that’s in mint condition for a very reasonable price. I had shopped around many dealerships and encountered aggressive sales people and constant hassling. This place does not do that! They respect the customers and aren’t pushy. They were direct about everything on my purchase. No hidden fees or surprises. I highly recommend them! Ask for Jeff! I went into Nissan after being a loyal customer of theirs to buy a vehicle. I not only purchased a car for myself, but when my daughter was old enough to drive I got her a car and I’ve recommended other family members and they’ve purchased cars under my recommendation. Due to Covid my daughter fell behind on payments so it effected my credit since it is under my name. Well I dealt with Jeffery Kehler and he assured me that they could get me into a car. I found a car but had to wait until the next day to get it to bring my trade into Nissan, well before I could get there they sold the car I had already been approved to purchase right out from under me and then refused to get me into another vehicle that was very close in price without me coming up with a higher amount of money down. After this experience I will never recommend Hill Nissan to anyone nor will I ever purchase another car from them. Buyer beware they have no issues with doing this to me.
THOROUGH EXAMINATION, QUICK SERVICE, GOOD PRICE ON OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATIONS, REALLY RESPECTFUL PEOPLE BUT1. I ASKED THAT SOMEONE LOOK AT THE FUSE BOX FOR A BLOWN FUSE BECAUSE ONE OF THE DASHBOARD PLUG-INS WAS NOT WORKING. RESULT--NO WE WOULD HAVE TO DO A FULL ANALYSIS FOR $129! LAST YEAR I HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH MY ROGUE AND A NEW FUSE WAS INSTALLED FOR $1.2.THE EXAMINATION RECOMMENDED NUMEROUS SERVICES TO THE TUNE OF ABOUT $1400. I DONT DOUBT THAT THEY NEED TO BE DONE BUT MY CONCERN WAS PUTTING THEM IN ORDER OF PRIORITY AND INCREMENTAL COSTS. YOUR SERVICE REP, DELIGHTFUL AS SHE WAS, DID NOT SEEM CAPABLE OF THAT DISCUSSION. EX. CAN ONLY THE BACK BRAKES BE DONE ALONE RATHER THAN ALL FOUR? WHAT SERVICES COULD REASONABLE BE PUT OFF? ETC.KFC
I was greeted by Gabby when I pulled in. Excellent service provider. She promptly pulled up my information on my car and checked me in. While waiting she offered me coffee or something else to drink. When my car was done she let me know promptly. I had forgot a 5 dollar coupon at home and she was still able to give me the discount. Always awesome service at hill nissan ty.
I might be a bit biased due to being an employee but I have been a customer for much longer than I’ve worked there. From moment one, the staff at Hill Nissan has always had their customer’s interests top priority.
This is one of the best dealerships to work with. Just bought my 4th vehicle from them. Customer service was excellent as always. Sales rep Benard made the entire process easy and was there to answer any questions I had along the way. We had some service done to the front end of my wifes quest and they did A+ quality of work. Will be a life long member to this dealership.
