Service department always friendly. I arrived 1 hr early for my appointment to have my oil change. It wasnt a problem. They took me in right away. This is the second car that Ive purchased from this dealership and will continue to buy by cars through them. Everyone is friendly and go out of their way to help you find the right car. Brought my vehicle in for a front end alignment and they vehicle still pull slightly to the right and the steering wheel is not center. very difficult to get connected with the service manager that was assigned to my vehicle. I am still trying to get a hold a of them to get my front end realignment. if you take you vehicle there, i recommend asking for Tom.

Once again Chevrolet center inc amazes us. Bought the Tahoe and it was a great experience if you read my last review. Traded it back in for a surburban because we just needed a bigger vehicle. Called up Danielle and without hesitation she said no problem we will take care of you. She Was able to get us into a surburban at a great price. Went to the dealer and she had the paperwork ready to sign and we were in and out in 30 min. Usually not the case at a dealership. She was also able to switch out the gold to the black Chevy bow ties on the surburban before we picked it up. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. It’s because of people like her we will be returning customers for sure. You will actually like going in person to purchase a vehicle from them. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could.

If you go here I highly suggest you see Justin Pellegrino he was super helpful and very friendly. You know how some places you go and the sales are pushy my experience with him was great. Other then my unknown circumstance Id definitely have worked a deal with him but when the time rolls back around Ill be back personally to deal with him thanks for a great experience!

I have a Chevy Trax that has now had to have the air conditioner looked at and repaired times, and now were going for number four. This time when I made the appointment I was told that I wouldnt get a rental car. I contacted corporate office and was again told that I probably wouldnt get a rental car because its out of warranty. As a customer who had to have the same problem fixed four times, it shouldnt be my problem and put me out of work until this vehicle is fixed. I deserve a rental car! So, apparently Chevy doesnt care about their customers and your satisfaction is not important to them. Dont buy a Chevy! Youll regret the purchase!

I had a great experience at Chevrolet Center. I came from Tampa to purchase a Chevy Silverado 2500HD. I was please to see that they did not add the Market Adjustment price adder of $2,000 to $5,000 that the dealers in Pinellas county were charging and their dealer fee was very reasonable as well. They were knowledgeable and courteous and just a pleasure to deal with.

Came here to get my car fixed and just scan for new cars. Bo in service was SO nice! And super helpful. Quickly got my car in to figure out what was wrong. Even fixed it the same day for me. Had other people tell me i needed to replace my whole engine when it was just a pump! As a young girl, I know how easy it is to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars, so they definitely saved me a few thousand. So grateful. We’ve been searching for a new car for months and because of the combination of options we were looking for, we’d been unsuccessful. Spoke with salesman (Jack) and he was BY FAR the most knowledgeable person we’d spoken with during this entire process. Also, he was patient with us, and spoke with a genuineness we’d not gotten at ANY of the other dealerships we’d tried. I brought my car in for an oil change and rpm were high. Per website with the oil change come inspection including fluid top offs and brake inspections as well. Well they charged me 214 for Oil change and to tell me i was low on transmission fluid!!! I feel had they done the oil change first they would of seen my transmission fluid low and filled it instead of charging me 150 just to tell me my transmission fluid was low. And Im 100 percent certain they did NOT inspect my brakes because guess what they are bad. My wheel shakes when i brake. I will never recommend Chevrolet center for any service work!!! I paid 150 for Diagnostic you would think they actually find all the things wrong with it!!!

Computer updates were needed. Covered under warranty. It did take over two (2) hours, which seemed like a long time, but the service tech did indicate they were short on service people due to COVID amongst the workers. The important thing is the problem appears to be corrected as of this time.

I went in hoping for a 30 minute oil change (let’s all laugh together) but I was hopeful it could be done. He said it’s typically 45-1hr because of the inspection part of it as well, I still waited anyways. It ended up being my last day for a free oil change (that I didn’t even think I got after purchasing my car) so I’m glad I did! It only took 40minutes. Everyone was so kind. At least! 3 people offered me water or “if there’s anything you need let me know” I bought my truck here and I won’t go anywhere else. Customer service is amazing

Brought my truck in for a oil change. I asked specifically if they had wifi yes. The wifi was down. Okay I get that. But what sort of upset me was the lack of concern. I wasted over and hour valuable study time waiting. Time I needed to get assignments done. Then was the insistence that they had serviced my truck before. We are not from this area. My truck has never been here. Two stars for the beverage station.

Tom in service was friendly and patient. I did get the feeling they were working short handed as our lengthy discussion on the phone prior to the appointment seemed as tho the details of the appointment had been misplaced and we had to re-visit why I set the appointment.Very disturbing was after my scheduled appointment when I picked my truck up. I checked under the hood and could not visualize the brake fluid. When opening the cap, the fluid spilled over into the engine. It had been over filled. According to the manual, it said it could cause burning so I called the Service Dept. It took almost 8 minutes of people picking up my call and without explanation, putting me back on hold. Clearly, they need someone to answer calls. I was told by James that I was not to be alarmed. It would not cause damage being overfilled and that if I wanted to bring it back in, they would empty some of the fluid. Is it or is it not to be of concern?

If I could give them 100 stars out of 5 I would! Immediately when we walked in they made us feel so welcome and comfortable! The sales team didnt act like vultures at normal dealerships! Blake was our finance person and made sure that we had the best deal possible with the best interest rate! We didnt have to bargain or talk them down at all. They were on our side from the very first step. With a horrible experience just 3 weeks earlier from Lakeland Toyota we were very jaded and hesitant. I made my appointment online on Dec 30th for 10:00 am on Dec 31. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told by Robert, that they had no record of my appointment in their system and it may be a while because there were other vehicles in front of me. Furious that I even gave this service department a second chance, I had no choice to wait for my vehicle as it needed the 30k mile service, new wipers and batteries for both key fobs. The service online was $65 give or take, my bill when I checked out was $173+. Wiper blades for my 2017 Cruze Hatchback Premier were $100 alone. I also had a blown speaker that was under my extended warranty plan, but for whatever reason, there were none in stock and had to be ordered and now I have to make another trip back when it comes in. Im not even sure that they rotated my tires like the 30k mile service includes and they didnt even run it through the car wash. Im used to the STELLAR service I got in Henderson, NV where I purchased the car, once my speaker is repaired I wont be back, nor will I be purchasing another Chevy product in the future.

Three weeks ago we bought a 2008 diesel and after purchasing it we began driving it started raining and noticed that there was water literally pouring in it was the windshield so called the dealer no response called again next day answered tried negotiating nothing referred us to glass repair didn’t even try to split cost have bought several different dealers and always want to make customer happy filling up the gas tank not them even spoke with other people who work for dealerships they have told me that was a terrible sale!!

I arrived early at 2:50 pm for a 3:00 appointment I scheduled the previous week. I waited a hour and a half before going in and asking why it was taking so long. There were apologies given, excuses made and the offer to take $10.00 off. I was told a technician member had died 10 days to 2 weeks ago and they havent found a suitable replacement. That being the case they needed to limit their scheduling not their ability to provide timely service. They over scheduled.The smart thing to do, to keep me coming back, would have been to comp. the entire service or provide a coupon for a complimentary oil change on my next visit. I want to support local business but when I trade in 2 years I will be looking at other Chevy dealerships farther from home.

I know I should be looking around to save every last dollar on my new car and I I will but they are always competitive and the service department puts them ahead. I initially spoke to Danielle over the telephone and she was able to go into detail every incentive GM has to offer for my new truck. She is courteous and very professional. The numbers were lining up and I was eager to plan a visit and look at the particular truck in mind. Once I arrived approximately 5 oclock on a Saturday (near closing time) Larry and Jack greeted me as I pulled in. Larry is professional and straight forward with the buying process. I stopped in to have a key made and was quoted a price of $65.00 When I got the bill it was $137.74. Had I known the price upfront I would have shopped around. You need to make sure your customer knows the exact quote before doing any work and not misquote your work. You lost a sale on a truck.

I purchased a new 65k truck and began to have transmission issues in the first couple thousand miles. I reported it to the dealership several times and they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The third time I reported it they finally did the repair to the transmission. I received the truck back and was still having problems, I brought the truck back 3 more times and they continuously said it must be related to the lift on the truck and there is nothing wrong with the transmission it’s normal to be slipping during shifting, but I purchased the truck with the lift from the Chevy Center. Chevy Center put the lift and the tires in the truck. Over the last couple months I have tried to get my truck back into service and they keep telling me there is no loaner cars and they would reach out to me when there was one available that was almost two months ago. I find it very hard to believe there are no loaner cars over a 2 month time. I finally went to a different dealership and they noticed the problems immediately and did the repair. I will never purchase another vehicle from this location and never go back for any service issues. I hope people read this review before you spend the amount of money I did at this dealership.

Let me start by saying my family has used this dealerships for 30+ years, never had issues with service! Unfortunately today I brought my vehicle (that I bought from them) in at the scheduled appointment time after making the appointment a week in advance in hopes that it would go smoothly and I’d have my car for work later in the day. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me they needed to order parts. I can understand the short staffed after the holiday but come on 2 hours for them to tell me “we’ll call you when the parts are in.”
