Well, if I could give this place 6/5 stars I would. My husband and I was just driving around town and decided to stop by to kill time. We were greeted by Bob Ross himself. It was the day before Halloween so the sales professional were dressed up. We loved it so much and just made was experience that much better. But besides the costumes we told Baylis that we was just looking and he treated us like we was paying cash for vehicle. Got my appointment time confused but they still worked me in. Made my appointment at the beginning of the week and was able to get in the same week which is unheard of at my usual dealership. Plus the fact that I was in and out in under an hour was much better than 2 at my dealership. Guess I found my new service location!

I was out looking not sure on my decision between 2 other vehicles and Collin took me on a test drive with the new Palisade I immediately fell in love with the vehicle! I was ready to trade in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata, so I went online to find the closest Hyundai dealership to where I moved recently. While on the Red Hoagland Hyundai website I kept seeing reviews with Jimmy Hobbs name and how happy customers were with him. Bought a new Hyundai Tucson 2022 and sometimes when we come to a stop and start to accelerate, it wont accelerate. It has a notice come up on the dashboard that says limit 20 mph, in about 45 seconds to a minute or so that will disappear and then we can accelerate but we have to turn on the hazard lights and pray we dont get rear ended until the car decides to take off. Had it in the shop once and they couldnt find anything wrong and it did it again yesterday. This is going to end up either getting us rear ended or perhaps killed. Something needs to be done or if you cant fix it, replace the car. Weve not even had it two months yet. And they want me to drive it down there AGAIN. The least they could do is pick it up. Its not always easy for older people to sit in a garage for hours.

Looked at a 2017 Audi A3. Took it home to look over and, if no issues or concerns, have the wife drive to work next day as a trial run to make sure she liked it. The Audi started leaking coolant before we made it home from the dealer, about a 20 miles drive. Notified our salesman after confirming the leak. He said theyd fix. Took it back to them and dropped off at service dept. never heard back. Also, while looking under the car, I was able to see the car has been in some minor wreck, and poorly repaired even though the Autocheck report has no record of it. The people at Red Hoagland are nice overall to work with, including the service writer. I had hoped that this was the car for us as the negotiated price was a reasonable price. We ended up buying a different used Audi from a different dealer though.
I highly recommend this dealership! No pressure..they give you freedom to walk the lot to look at their vehicles without someone breathing down your neck. I also recommend asking for Collin! Yes, with two Ls! Hes polite, very knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor, and doesnt mind talking about non-money making things. Oh! And Al, the finance manager will make you feel like family! So, if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle.. go to Red Hoagland!

Collin at Red Hoagland was a great salesman. Truly, when we pulled up and saw several of them standing out front, we were nervous. Car buying can be so scary! And if you get the wrong salesguy, it can be downright miserable! We had no need to worry! Collin was a calm, patient, non-pushy, no pressure kind of guy. Our girls were with us the 1st day and they were sad when we walked away and didnt buy the van from him.They thought he was so nice. The next day, my parents went and did a test drive on van for us. They thought Collin was awesome too. When we got there later in the day, he stayed an hour and a half after closing to help us finish everything up. We highly recommend you ask for Collin!

So Im updating my review since my last visit. I still havent gotten my LDS fixed, ( the camera that makes your car beep if you swerve) and they left some parts off from that which cover the camera. I wish hyundai would just eat getting the bad camera fixed that they installed under warranty. The camera only worked for a cupple days after they fixed it. I dont get how thats not still covered Under faulty parts. Either way they did a good job on the oil change, and breaks. They took much better care of me I feel this time. Ryanβs a great advisor to work with. I enjoy having him as a car care advisor. Hes honest, and good at understanding what Im trying to tell him the problem with my car is.

My wife and I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Elantra there. Sales experience was good. However, the wash/detail the department was the worst. The same day I bought the car, they washed it and I had to send it back because the weekend guy did a horrible job.Sales advised me to come back on a business day as the weekend guy was new. I went back for a on a Friday, and this guy was even worse. I sent my car back after pointing out some issues. The wash guy brought the car up with the issues not rectified, and I guess he did not realize that my wife and I was the owner and he said a very rude and disrespectful comment, and we heard every word of it. We just spent over $26k. The least they can do is make sure we have a clean car. Not because you got the money already.

I have had Hyundais since 2011 and never had an antenna cover disappear until Red Hoagland washed my car with a powerful power wash wand. I didnt notice it until I arrived at home, but called them immediately and Ive been getting the runaround since then. They now want me to pay $375 to replace a $20 plastic antenna cover, and they will cover $100 for a total of $475. My antenna works just fine. Why in the world would I have to pay for something they broke and why almost $400? Red Hoagland told me, its very common for their antenna covers to fall off; they have many claims. Well, I have never had an antenna cover fall off until Red Hoagland power washed my car. So, of course they have many claims! This is newsworthy!Im riding around with a plastic baggy on the roof of my car. All I need is a cheap plastic antenna cover that I can glue on myself, free of charge because they broke it, not me.
Zero stars from the service advisor Brian, to the mechanic, to the manager. Long story short I took my car for a diagnostic 2 miles from this Hyundai location for my check engine light being on. The company performed a diagnostic on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra and stated the code thatβs appearing is not the problem. I was informed that itβs not the camshaft sensor that needs to be replaced itβs something more inside the engine. The mechanic from this particular service location told me they took mine out, put a new camshaft sensor in, drove it around and the engine light would still come on. They were honest enough about what they thing could be the problem and did not charge me for something that was not wrong with the car and recommended that I go to the dealer for further diagnostic. So I called and set an appointment at Red Hoagland Hyundai, my first time at this location. Once they did the diagnostic the service advisor Brian told me what I stated from the previous mechanic wasnβt the problem is indeed the problem. I questioned the service advisor Brian about what I was being told and informed him that I did take my car somewhere else & they stated they did the exact same thing you are telling me and it was not the issue. He proceeded to say βif they were using aftermarket parts the engine light would come on but since the parts are from Hyundai and are new he can ensure me I will not have any issues.β I kid you not, I wasnβt even able to leave the parking lot before my check engine light came back on. Very Upset after I paid $525 for service and parts to still have my check engine light come on. All they kept referring to is the mechanic has to reset the code. I let them know my concerns after Brian told me the reset was already performed. So now Iβm even more upset because at this point what youβre giving me is a temporary fix. I Asked for the manager which took him over 30 mins just to come out to be nonchalant about the situation. I knew I wouldnβt get anywhere speaking with him, and I knew that by the time I got home that engine light will be back on, which it is! How sad you canβt even trust the dealer to be honest and do the right thing. I gave them a chance to make it right no one wants to work just take people money. Well.... they will not be keeping my money for bad service, not fixing the problem & being dishonest, or taking the time to see whatβs really wrong with my car. I asked for a refund for their incompetence on fixing the issue with my car. The manager stated they canβt do that and the code needed to be reset which is a lie because my engine light is still on! Do not charge people for a problem you know you did not or could not fix. So I will be taking this up with my bank.
Red Hoagland Hyundai asks me tp post a review. So this is it.I am completely satisfied with the dealership. they do what they say. Service is the best I have ever had at a dealership.The work is done as quick as possible and done rightsince the car runs better after service. If they find something extra that may need attention they explain price and why it is needed.When buying there is no pressure they work with you it can be a long day but in the end they give you a fair deal. I was very satisfied with the last purchase price. The waiting area is clean and comfortable . I really like this dealership and have not had any problems hope that continues they do send you reminders of certain maintenance needs, and it is up to you to get it done or not to keep your car running.

I saw a car that was advertised with a very good price for sale. I sent a note to ensure the car was available and Kirsten confirm the carβs availability. There were few other messages about tags, fees, etc. We decided to go, check the car and if the final price was agreeable, buy it. We arrived and Kirsten turned us over to a sales person, who was very polite and brought us the car over. Upon inspecting the car, it had many issues amongst them, driver directional sign was damaged, hood had visible dings as the rest of the car, but the worst was the rear right side had been hit and needed repair. When I asked the sales person about all of it, he apologized and said βI didnβt knowβ. We were not thrilled with how the βoverall serviceβ went, so I sent I text to Kirsten and I asked about the issues the car had and she responded:βIt is a pre-auction special. That is why it is priced the way it is.β I told her that, disclosure we would have been the right thing to do, which she said β It states it is checked for safety features, not in mint condition. I wish you the best in the vehicle searchβ... no I am sorry, no apologies, it was my first and last visit to that dealer. Be aware of their business practice and like Kirsten said: I wish you the best in the vehicle search...

The whole experience here was literally a joke. From start to finish, there was nothing but poor customer service. You would think they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. I came in with semi specific features in mind, and was told they didnβt have anything like that to show me. Once my car was appraised, suddenly there was a car they were willing to show. I didnβt even give a budget and they were telling me cars I wanted to see were out of budget. I left the dealership that day with two options to βsettleβ on because there werenβt any features highlighted by the sales agent to make this car appealing at all. I went back on Sunday when the dealership was closed to browse and decided to go with the brand new βout of my budgetβ car. When I arrived at my agreed time, my sales person was already gone for the day, and everyone else acted like it was a hassle to take care of this sale. It was very tempting to leave this dealership altogether, however, I love my car despite this poor customer service.

Great experience at a great family owned dealership. Mike Stephenson was very knowledgeable. He listened to me without upsell or pressure. The deal he presented me with was so fair, I felt respected. While my car was being appraised, I met Glenn Melvin. He explained the process in after market leather and showed me examples so I could get a good idea. He was personable but respectful. I didnt realize he was the manager and was working behind the scene on my deal. Then I met Baylis. Great personality and willing to help with anything. Gave me a parting gift too - what?? Hyundai is making some excellent cars but, unfortunately their dealership network is far behind the competition. My interaction with Red Hoagland was similar to that of a buy-here pay-here lot. I had a car picked out about a month before it was expected to show up in their showroom. Found it through HyundaiUSA long before Red Hoagland were advertising it. Stayed in consistent contact with their sales dep over email, made my intentions very clear, and followed up on every detail including the delivery date. I also made it known early on that I needed the car delivered and I wouldnβt be test driving it. All of which they assured me they understood and was no issue. Eventually the car arrives and they would not give me a price, they wouldnβt give me any pictures, nothing unless I showed up. Which they knew I was unable to do. They pulled all the dealer BS including the tired old saying of βYOU GOTTA COME RIGHT NOW! IT WONβT LAST! WEβVE GOT PEOPLE READY TO BUY UNLESS YOU SHOW UP RIGHT NOW!!β This caught me by surprise because I was a serious buyer, I wanted the car. I couldnβt understand why they were doing all this nonsense. So Iβm trying to still get the car and they end up selling it on the same day shortly after it arrived. They even had the audacity to accuse me of dragging my feet on this deal. What? I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Itβs hard to express how upsetting this was after all the work I had to do to prep for this deal. The frustration grew when I found out later that they already had a buyer for the car. They were just using me to close the deal or keeping me on the line in case the buyer fell off. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I hope Hyundai can get their dealerships in order. I do not recommend this place.
I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra here. My salesman was Michael. I have had this car for 1.5 years. I have had no issues. Michael treated me with respect and gave me a great deal on what I could afford. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael. He is a 10 star man with a huge heart. The 1st car he sold me ran like a champ. I only traded in to update the year. If you want excellent sales from a man that truly cares he is the one to see. We are considering a purchase of a new vehicle. Having visited numerous dealerships this past week, Red Hoagland was the only one that did not seem to push cars on unsuspecting visitors.We were met by Mo who just wanted to talk and understand what our needs were before he pointed out a vehicle that would fit our use.They looked our existing SUV and beat the Carvana guaranteed price by 2 grand for our trade-in.We did not look at any other Hyundai dealers so we are not sure they are not all the same, but they certainly are not like other other brands we visited.If your looking for a new vehicle, come to Red Hoagland and ask for Mo, you will be pleasently surprised.
Great experience at Red Hoagland Hyundai! From initial contact, test drive, negotiation and final decision, we were back home within 1-1/2 hrs. Went to look at new Sorentos, sales people too busy talking with each other, after looking at several models, just left.
Astonishingly poor customer service.Called the service department with a fairly simple request. My 2013 Santa Fe gave an error code P2565. I looked up the TSB and knew what needed to be done. I just needed a quote for the labor and parts. The service representative was very rude after I wouldnβt give him insurance information and a myriad of other information. He gave me a obviously broad, generalized and outlandish range for a price. I had called 3 separate dealerships and got quotes ranging from $200+part to $339.78. This service department took it to a whole different level...$500-$800 plus a hang up, which at this point just added insult to injury. I will now happily drive my car error code and all down the road to the next dealership to get my work done. Iβm happy to see that the dealership is thriving so much during this turbulent time to essentially turn customers away. Iβm going elsewhere, good luck if you try to talk to deal with these individuals.
This dealership does not abide their contract terms. I have a end lease in which I want to purchase my vehicle. Under purchase option end of lease terms it has a purchase option fee of 0$ and If I purchase the vehicle from the originating dealer, instead of the purchase option fee I would need to pay such Dealer in the amount of N/A. I made sure before I signed this lease three years ago that I would not be charged any fees other than License, title, registration, tax, and the residual value of the vehicle stated in the contract. I went in this morning and they tried to charge me a dealer fee. They received their fees at the top end of the lease and why in the hell would they charge me again. I know the economy is not doing that well but to take advantage of a loyal customer is purely shady.
Was looking for a first car for my 16 year old daughter. Had been several places but did could not find anything within our budget. This was our last stop and ended up being one of THE BEST experiences in dealing with car buying. Shane Gaines was AMAZING! He listened to what we needed, did not try and push for a more expensive car, he included my daughter in the conversations and treated her like the customer. Awesome experience!!!
I have a friend that bought a 2005 Lincoln town car that had a problem with the electric window switch on the driver side. They promised they would fix it before she bought it and didnt.they wont return her call or do anything to help her out this is such a sad sad thing not only did they missguided her on the price toad advertised as $7,000 ended up costing her $12,000 this is an awful experience I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Average experience... I dont want to purchase an expensive vehicle in a medicore environment.

I had the best experience at Red Hoagland Hyundai, my salesman was Jimmy Hobbs and he was great no pressure on buying a vehicle had my look at as many or as little as i wanted, no bs which is what i like. The management team was great also. I will be returning to Red Hoagland for my next car.

I love Red Hoagland getting your car serviced is scary and Red Hoagland is the only dealership I trust. They are honest and never try and take advantage of me. Service advisor Brian Cox is very professional and always puts customers first. When Iβm ready to buy my next car I will definitely be purchasing from Red Hoagland because service does matter and they definitely go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Ive been waiting a hour and a half for my hose to be fixed for my windshield wiper reservoir (which was somehow disconnected when they rotated my tires) and for my car to be washed. I had a scheduled appointment since last week and arrived here at 2:30. There have been others who have come a half hour to hour behind me who have since come and gone. Its been reported to me that although the washer fluid is leaking onto the front right tire, there was nothing wrong with it when the mechanic took a look at it. To add to the situation, 2 employees sat outside talking about watching something about 747 planes and them running into buildings and how that wouldnt be a bad idea with Biden in office. Idk what has happened to this establishment in the last year, but service is seriously lacking and professionalism (unless youre buying a car) has declined as well. I have the discussions recorded and will be sending them to Hyundai.
Red Hoagland Hyundai is a great place to buy a used car or certified preowned! Ive bought two vehicles there...so far!

Jimmy and Michael did a great job. They got us a fantastic vehicle at a good price. Hoagland was a much better place to shop. My son bought a used Nissan and we got everything we wanted. We tried shopping at the Nissan dealership in Lakeland. We wanted to have the car checked by our mechanic and the salesman insisted his mechanic was certified. We left because we were afraid the car had problems. I recommend Hoagland for honesty and helpfulness.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! I just started a leased car here and our salesman Jimmy Hobbs was absolutely the best. He knew everything there was to know about the vehicle and was so kind. I am a first time car owner and he helped me understand my options. I will definitely return here when its time to get another car. I now have the cutest 2019 Hyundai Kona SEL in Sunset Orange!

Per florida law, if money changes hand for a car you bought it and they do not have to take ithe car back. They wanted $500 before they would get the car i was interested in from another dealer. My wife hadnt seen the car and may have problems getting into it. I told them that i was 95% sure that she would like it, but if she didnt would i get my money back. They made excuses for about 5 minutes before agreeing to the refund of the money. The delay said alot.
