In the end I DROVE away in a nice vehicle with more than reasonable payments and insurance that was cheaper than anything I could have gotten on my own. Highly satisfied with my car buying experience at Auto Sensation. Bought a PT Cruiser with them a few months back and runs like a dream. Their friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond especially Matt who was very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. He walked me thru the whole process. I brought a car from this place and its terrible. They swindled me out of 3 thousand dollars and still have to report anything to the credit company. The owner says he cant do anything but take my money because of the contract THEY ALTERED. So now Im stuck with a car thats worth nothing. Sold me a lemon for my first car all while manipulating me making me think he was giving me something great! I dont advise ANYBODY TO COME HERE FOR NOTHING.

I got a Chrysler 300 c my dream car was turned in to a NIGHTMARE BY THESE PEOPLE. FIRST the car has been wrecked second the rear main oil seal us leaking. I tried to work with them but to no avail. I asked them to fix it or get me an 04 Expedition. But that is to much. They want to say its my problem but I was going to pay 6000 + ttt. Cash. But he would rather not make the money. Just give me excuses. I would not recommend any one shopping with theses people.

Do not buy from these people. They sell broken down cars and then repo them from you if you are literally one day late on your car payment.Danny goes about it in a very sneaky way too. He takes pride in this.I am a single mother, and a pre-kindergarten teacher.Saved up all I had to purchase a lemon from here.Then to have it taken away on a Saturday when my car payment was due on the Friday prior.Danny told me it was ok to pay it on Tuesday, which is when the school paid us.Then sent someone here on Saturday to take this car.My daughter and I stood out there crying and begging not to take it.I called Danny. He said to give the tow guy the $190 which was what I owed, and he would ask him to stop the repo.I handed the phone to the tow truck driver to speak to Danny as that is protocol. I was told.Danny purposely hung up and wouldnt answer the phone.They took the car.I called Danny the next day and he advised me that I needed to pay the remainder of what was owed for the car which was over $6000. He knew my situation and that I didnt have that kind of money. He said the car would go back to auction.I look on the auto sensation website a week later, and the car is up for sale. It somehow has less miles than what I bought it for, and is now advertised for $9000 instead of $7000 when I got it. Hmmmm????Not to mention, I found out after I purchased it that it needed about $1000 worth of work done.Its the 2008 Lincoln MKZ.Please beware of these scammers!!!I noticed that you replied with a bunch of lies!How do I have a husband and Im a single mother first off?And, I was literally ONE payment late. That is $190. I have ALL of my receipts up until then.As I mentioned, YOU take advantage of people and their circumstances.I wonder how many times you have sold the same cars over and over? Hmmmm....Make up whatever lies that make you feel better about being a scumbag that sells lemons, then repos them to people that work their butts off to provide.

I bought a vehicle back in August 2017 which the dealership never completed my paperwork in order to receive my title since I paid cash for the vehicle, now that I needed to renew and I couldnt do it due to incomplete documentation, and having all info and claiming couldnt get in touch with me to completed, they could even send a letter letting me know about this situation so yea I would not recommend this place.

This business sells cars right out of the auction, and prices them as if they were new. In addition their customer service is deplorable.I purchased a 2003 kia Sorrento from this dealership and paid almost 14,000 dollars this was due to the fact that I had poor credit, so the interest was quite high twenty nine percent. This business sold me the car at a price which would indicate the car is in excellent condition basically brand new, and this couldnt be more to the contrary. This car had issues from day one the windows dont go down mechanical issues one after the other. This dealership is very unethical selling vehicles that have not even been inspected straight out of the auction it is completely wrong this is done to maximize their profits while hoodwinking each and every consumer. Then when you contact the owner of this business he gets upset he has to attempt to fix these issues on the car I state attempt because he did not fix all the issues he refused to. He stated I am losing to much money fixing the car, but shouldnt have this been fixed before the car was in the lot, and as a businessman money must be spent to make money so operate with integrity so this would not happen. Also the mechanic an older gentleman was absolutely rude and disrespectful raising his voice and displaying no patience at all when dealing with the vehicle I had purchased. The business is ok with victimizing consumers allowing them to spend the money on the vehicle while they reap the benefits. I made a grave mistake purchasing from this dealership I would hate for anyone to fall victim to this business they absolutely lie to the consumers and deception is their core value. I have spent upwards of 2,500 dollars in order to keep the car running so I have almost spent what a new car would cost me. I understand it is a used car, but this should have not occurred this car was sold in a very meager state.

Crooks is an understatement had a loan 3 years ago from these was never 1 day late with payments and paid it off a year early, o the loan company Westlake finance sent a letter to get another loan with a $300 credit when I went there they said there was a problem getting a rate off Westlake so if I just sign for this Blanchet finance co they will sort it out with westlake, I kept calling for the better rate with westake and never got n answer then the 1st monthly payment was due and I was away I called and asked could I come in the following sat and sort it out as I wanted the Westlake finance they said yes no problem at all and then went to repo my car whilst away so they took the $1000 lied and lied the salemen have no after care at all and just want their cut once they have it, its byee to the customer now im in consult with an attorney if they have done the same to you please contact me we can do a class action they must be getting back handers from this blanchette finance and also whilst I had the truck inspected the odometer had been tampered with the guy from the garage said most cars from auto sensation has something major faulty wrong with them
