This at&t store is very welcoming. We were greeted Immediately we walked in and asked if we would like to be added to the waiting list. There were a hand full of people in the store at this time the wait wasnt to long. Ive went on two occasions and was helped by Aaron as well as Shawn. These two gentlemen were very professional and answered all my questions as well as help me understand the best deals and promotions the store had on all devices and accessories. I recommend if you are in the area this store will get the job for all your at&t needs.

This place is a joke. I went into the store back in August to sign up for the first responders plan. William (who got fired for giving out false information) got me on the first net plan and upgraded my phone since the first net plan didn’t work on my older iPhone. Will told me the phone would be free with a trade in and also told me I had 3 months to bring in a trade in phone and once I did, I would get a refund for the extra I was charged for having the upgraded phone. Here we are in March still trying to get a refund. Dion isn’t helpful at all. She never calls back and if you call in to try and talk to her, she’s always “on a call”. How convenient for her. They don’t care about their customers and clearly don’t care about first responders.
At this AT&T store my experience was very good. An associate name Joe Schmidt helped me and my family get the plan that was best for us. He was very patient and so very helpful. So grateful for Joe. Thank you so much 😊😊😊

I am so tired of being lied to by ATT. I got the first-net thinking it was a great option. I was wrong. After falsely charging me an extra $150 dollars, I still have yet to see a credit on my account after 6 months. Now I’m being told they won’t cancel my account and give me my credit. I’m so glad you enjoy stealing and lying to firefighters.

I went on Monday just to get a quote on what a new service would be with AT&T and thanks to Maria and Michelle not only was I able to leave my carrier for AT&T but they got me a cheaper rate too! Michelle was very patient with me & answered all of my questions. Maria was super friendly & such an awesome manager 10/10 would recommend this AT&T store to anyone!

I was at this location of AT&T yesterday (New Year’s Eve) and the place was packed. Employees were kind and patient even when customers were frustrated. In particular Michelle did a wonderful job helping us and getting the job done even under such stress.
I was greeted by a woman, who seemed like her job was to greet ppl and sign them in. I explained that I was there to get a screen cover replacement. The woman told me that it may take a while. Aron, was busy stocking the displays, she said the another rep was going on lunch break, there were three other customer reps working with others. I was the only other person waiting. That woman greeter walked into back room three times, while Aron kept stocking displays. Another woman rep finished with her customer about 20 min. I explained that when I purchased the phone I got the AT&T glass cover replacement which I was told I could come to the store and have it replaced anytime for free. She said she would have to pull my receipts to make sure of the purchase. When she checked my receipts she said that I got a Zag. I asked her, why I would specifically know that I was told to get the AT&T screen replacement and was doing so. She said maybe they were out at the time and all they had was the Zag. Confusing! Right!!!So she looked on the display and she said we do not have any screen replacements for your 11proMax we only have them for the 12 pro max. Then she said let me look some where else. She found several put in the discounted drawer. I actually got a bargain. My 11 pro max was purchased 1 year and 1 month ago when it had been out for a few months. The whole screen replacement ordeal took approximately 45 min. ( longer than I expected) because of the misinformation I was given a year ago regarding the screen cover I bought and the AT&T screen cover replacement service I actually thought I had. All in all, I received excellent service from the woman rep. The greeter, though was not friendly, seemed as if she really wanted to turn me away and her services could have been utilized more efficiently if she would have taken care of me in the first place. There was only one other customer who came in while I was there.
Dionne was unwilling to help and was unprofessional and rude. I will be taking my cell service elsewhere.
The wait has gotten a little crazy since everything has blown up around here. The service was decent considering that there a confusion as to what the store and customer service can do. Either end pass the issues off on each other and no one is communicating to fix this issue. Get it together people!!

Heres my review on my, less than 5 minutes, visit of this store. Of course as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a rep (as expected) and that rep went to get another rep, named Joe, to help me out (I didnt mind that one bit). I explained to Joe the nature of my visit which was to pre order and trade in for the new Galaxy S21 Ultra. I would usually do it online but apparently I was having issues with my account and was told that a retail store rep can help me with the pre order and that we can pass over any issues that I was having with my account. Unfortunately, as soon as I explained my situation Joe immediately told me Im not able to help you with out checking in to anything or even attempting to help with a pre order. According to Joe he wants to sell the phone but he didnt seem like an eager sales rep trying to earn his keep as I was pretty much turned away without any solution. So of course after that short visit I decided to resolve my own issue and pre ordered the phone outright from samsung. I like AT&T as a provider, but this particular store rep did not stand for outstanding customer service as any company should. As a paying customer I shouldnt have to also go through a hassle and feel like Im being a burden. Anyways, no thanks to At&t but I resolved my own issue.EDIT:Still no response. Although I see responses for positive reviews. Seems like Ill be making a call to corporate
Winterhaven ATT Bonifacio was sooooo excellent! Be saved me money. He hooked me up with streaming! So much cheaper than cable and so much more to watch! He spent so much time with me and gave me such great advice. Please ask for him when you go in! He’s a great guy!
Shawn helped us with everything and was extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy, about all things AT&T. He was a pleasure to work with and my family and I will seek his superior level of customer service again in the future.
When I arrived Shawn greeted me at the door, he was nice and very professional. I am very indecisive and he was patient with me through the process explaining all my options. Once I made a decision he was very good at explaining all the details and showing me how to use the device since I’m a newbie. Shawn went above and beyond what I expected. As I sit here waiting on the Winter Haven PD, (back the blue) to explain to the manager that She denied my my ADA rights. I am able to have my caregiver accompany me.this has been into law for may years. Standing strong for my rights also. Bad practice for a long standing customer. Shame on you! I also want to add, if I would have come in alone and fallen what kind of law suit you would have on you. One should be brought for my right to enter as an ADA.
Casey met me on entering and was able to indentify and fix my problem. He explained what he did and told me to return if I had anymore problems.
Did not give me a price with tax included and the sales rep was rushing me to make a decision and made me feel like he did not want to help me

Joe did an amazing job for me here yesterday not only was he not pushy he was pretty knowledgeable and before he would give me any type of sales pitch(which he didnt do at all) he would look up any and all information he didnt know as to make sure he didnt give me the run around. I traded in my phone and walked out with an upgrade to my watch as well definitely will be doing my att business with joe in the future. Thanks joe.
Horrible experience at this store....buyer beware!!!!They will tell you anything to get you to port your phone number. Once you go through all of the motions they say they can’t offer you the initial incentive discussed, even with perfect credit. They try to offer you The same phone for more money or a cheaper phone instead. The Manger’s name is Dion and she has poor customer service skills and takes zero ownership for her staff’s incompetence. I would recommend avoiding this store and driving to the AT&T store at Lakeside Villages instead.

I had to wait 45 minutes to be told that they died have an accessory I needed for my Galaxy s8+. No offer to see if they had an alternative holster that would work for my phone.
DO NOT EVEN TRY AND CALL THEY WILL NOT ANSWER EVER. How a phone store doesnt know how to answer a phone is the definition of irony. In person the people are slow but helpful, very pleasant and polite. However, no sense of urgency and they will never answer the phone, they keep the ringer off. So good store if you are not in any kind of hurry and are looking to chat and waste about 2 hours. Phone supply is very limited when it comes to the optional colors also.
My sales lady was immediately conscious of us and greeted us with in 1 minute as we entered the store. Took a few minutes to get to know us,then answered all our questions and finished up our requests quickly so we were satisfied totally

I was sold a hot spot that did not work in my coverage area or needs. After working to try and make it work we contacted customer service. We were told to bring the router back to the store. We should never have been sold it to begin with. I now have been billed for something that never worked after being told by numerous people I dont owe for it. Latest letter says it will be turned over to a collection agency. Beware !!!
My husband and I were greeted and triaged promptly by Dionne who also introduced us to Apple representative Braulio who was VERY knowledgeable and helpful addressing our questions and problems. He led us to Aaron who patiently listened to and solved our concerns and needs (we are older and not tech savvy). We were more than satisfied with Aaron, the products we purchased and we are happy to continue our long relationships with AT&T and Apple.
I had the rudest customer service here at this location. I had a simple issue and the man immediately had an attitude with trying to help. I did not get the name of the man who “assisted me”. Do not go here for any assistance, try the Lakeland location instead. As someone who works in retail, I don’t understand why he got such an attitude, when AT&T was at fault.

Ive been a AT&T customer from way back, when it was Cingular. This is my number one AT&T store. I brought my sister from South Africa here. She just wanted to be able to use her IPhone in the US, be able to read emails, make calls, etc. Craig, the sales consultant was very patient with my sisters million questions. Very kind and helpful. Me and my sister walked out very happy customers.

Had a bad Galaxy 10 Just bought 2 months. the phone and the Sim card was bought here, this morning i fund the screen blacked,only can Hear the phone rings cant see anything on the phone, they could not exchange it or repair it,only give me a number lets me call the warranty office,and they even dont want help me call,...That was not correct, I said my enlgish not good and i was bought phone here you have to help me call them and coordinate processing issues..but no body care me.I can only call by myself.I call AT&T on the phone to try work this out just at this store.I was talk over two hours to warranty officer with my bad english. and I still dont 100% understand,they watching my jokes no one wants to help solve the problems.I an very depressed,why AT&T use such unfriendly employees,they dont care about customers,they dont care about issues,,they only friendly when you purchase......my phone never put in the water,,,but they tell the warranty officer my phone camera looks a little moist inside.if its because my hand is sweating or the phone doesnt fit in Floridas moisture air,dont sell it in Florida,its not my problem at all,and anyway if the phone have moisture problems,it cant ring,,,not only blacked the screen,anybody know this.Obviously this is not a wet problems,it is a problem with the quality of the screen,They just want to shirk their responsibilities.and tell me i should buy another new phone...Dont you think you are crazy?or do you think i am stupid?This is a new phone i only bought it for two months than down,and your service attitude is so bad,why i purchase a phone again with your,you think that there is only one phone store in the world???. this Manager should be fired or This store should be shut down!Worst customer service EVER!! Never going back, makes me want to switch carriers because I dont need to deal with this, verison has better service and way nicer people to help me.
After going through hell ordering my phone 3 different times my phones getting lost by fedex reordered and finally delivered also of which they sent the wrong color went into the store and i believe his name was Shawn took care of us. We switched the phones from iphone 8s to the 8 plus. Customer service was fantastic quick and very friendly. Had no issues. Store was clean and good vibes. Will definitely go here for anything at&t related. Highly recommend!

Worst Manager should be fired! Had a bad Galaxy 9 Plus power cord I had paid like $30.00 for. The Manager would not exchange the power cord even though it was less than a year old and had a one year warranty on the cable. I had got my phone and power cord less than a year ago at the Palm Bay Fl store which is almost 2 hours away and they could not exchange it at this location because they said I had to go back to the Palm Bay store. That was not correct and I said I wanted to call ATT on the phone to work this out. The manager said either I buy a new cable at full price or leave the store. I said I wanted to call ATT at the store. The Manager said if you do not leave the store she would call the Police. I left the store and outside called ATT. She actually called the Police on me even though I now left the store. The Police told me they did not want me back at this store again. I did leave the parking lot but this Manager should be fired for this uncalled for horrible treatment. This store should be shut down!

Shawn helped my husband and I change our service to AT&T and get new phones. He is an excellent representative, very knowledgeable and great personality.
Incompetent, sell a device tells customer they can set it up at home. turns out something wrong with the phone, After wasting an entire day. now they refuse to take it back and says its appless problem now.
They lied to us about a rebate that was to cover other carriers cancel fees. Sent us the rebate as a gift card only good for their store. $1500 worth of chargers and cases? What a rip off.

Worst customer service Ive ever received. It actually caused me to switch over to another company. The owner thinks shes all high and mighty and always has a stank face. Wasnt to sure on a feature and she got an attitude and explained it like I was a 5 year old, she made me feel stupid infront of the whole store. On top of that employees smell like cigarettes and you can spot them outside always on there phones and smoking which I feel is inappropriate to do it right next to where I walk in
