Since these Drs have joined this new corporate eye clinics, they have become assembly line office. They lost their local home town decor, if you do not believe me try to call them. I have found another private Dr that hopefully will put my being ahead of corporate policy....
If you’re thinking of coming to this office I suggest you don’t. This business here is the worst I’ve ever seen lack of professionalism, and just plain rude I left them a one star I wish I could’ve left them a zero star
Consumers Beware:The disappointment is unremarkable with this company. I scheduled an appointment for my kids, 2 months AGO. The day of the appointment, I get a call 5 hours before the time scheduled, that the doctor quit the company and I needed to be rescheduled. She quit a while ago and I GET A CALL ABOUT A RESCHEDULE THE DAY OF.I was so mad but the scheduling lady called around and got me an appointment at another location, one for the same day and the 2nd appointment the next day.I get to the new location...they are telling me the first location canceled BOTH appointments she promised me.I had to beg for them to understand this wasnt my fault and they were able to see one of my kids, but my other kid would have to wait almost 2 months AGAIN!Ill go take my business somewhere else!Obviously, we are not wanted nor worth having around as customers.UNFORTUNATELY...I had to rate them 1 star, but zero star would have been most fitting!
I can’t even give this experience a one star. My son was seen by Dr. Blake Zippi! He was very unprofessional, rude to my son, and didn’t respect my decision I made for my son. I recommend that Dr.Zippi only work with adults, not children. My son didn’t understand some of Dr.Zippi’s questions and so Dr Zippi got frustrated with my son. If you can’t handle working with children don’t. Eventually, I ended up leaving due to how unprofessional he was towards my son and myself. I, myself use the Lakeland Fl location and haven’t had issues, but this Dr doesn’t work well with children, especially special needs.
I had an appointment for my son at 5:00 pm, It was confirmed by text 5 days earlier then 1 day before. When we showed up the desk people said the doctor only works till 4:30, he went home, and we would have to reschedule. Tried to call the next 2 days and every time I was left listening to their continuously looping commercial for 15 minutes on hold till I hung up. I will NEVER go to this business again. Probably ill trained or confused office staff, but ultimately blame falls on the owner for this customer service debacle.
My eye exam was perfect. Both the technician and doctor were very informative and helpful. Choosing glasses was a breeze. The cost was ok more than what I wanted to spend or have ever spent on glasses but decided to give it a try. Getting my glasses has been a nightmare. Was told they would be in on September 8th. I waited another day because of a holiday. I tried calling, had to leave a message and no one called me. I finally stopped by only to be told my order was damaged, that they were sent back, that someone named Liz tried calling me and that they should be in by September 16. I will wait this out as I have no choice. I spent good money but I will not be going back to them.UPDATE: THE LINK THE GIVE IN THEIR RESPONSE IS A JOKE!! IT TELLS YOU IT WILL TAKE 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A RESPONSE AND IT DOESNT LET YOU SUBMIT THE FORM. SAYS THEY ARE EXPERIENCING HIGHER THAN USUAL TRAFFIC, TO SUBMIT IT TILL IT GOES THROUGH AND IF NOT, CONTACT THE OWNER OF THE FIRM FOR ASSISTANCE.
I made an appointment in January for May I understand there are changes due to COVID. My neighbors are changing their roof and my car was blocked so I had to wait to move my car. I called and left a message of course no answer. When I got here I was checked in at 11:31 my appt was at 11:20 I was in the building at 11:30 within their 10 minute grace period and Dr Smith refused to take me. This is bad customer service. Most doctors have a 15 min grace period. I work 9-5 and had to take the day off just to come to this appointment. This was unprofessional and bad service. The staff is good but the company does not return calls and does not communicate with Clients regarding the grace period. I now get my contacts from Walgreens because it is too difficult to make order with my own eye Doctor. Dr Smith needs to consider the customers are the ones paying her salary and could have taken me. There was absolutely no one in the Lobby. Just Changed the Stars in review to better because the company handled my complaint properly and I was taken care off. Thank you . If people dont speak up a company cannot make improvements thanks
Second time attempting to schedule an appointment!! Got a text to call and schedule an appointment.... was asked to leave a message.... no return! Called again, someone answered, placed in an automation and was cut off. Called a third time was asked to leave a message due to being so busy! Theyve gotten so big they no longer have the time for you like they did!!
My family and I are new to Winter Haven so we googled the nearest eye Doctor and came across this place. Most of the reviews were not that great but i always like to have my own experience, in saying that I was expecting a longer wait time due to the pandemic but that was not the case. The process went smoothly in a timely manner and I am happy we went there. Merlyn the Technician, DR. PHILLIPS and January (the lady that helped with my sons glasses) were exceptional! At 4:30 pm when most people would seem tired and grumpy, they were happy and pleasant. Even though it was our first time there, they made us feel like family. I also admire how the office took special care to ensure that no ones health was jeopardized. Our experience was wonderful and we definitely will return. Thank you all so much.
I wear daily contacts. I usually order a one year supply but last time I only ordered 90 days. I called to order more and was told that “my doctor” had retired so I would need an exam and they are booking 3 MONTHS OUT!! First of all, I’ve never had one doctor, always been rotated among all of them. When I asked Casey what I was supposed to do without contacts for 3 months, she got very nasty and started saying they don’t stock that many lenses which makes no sense as I order from some vendor they use and they ship them to my house. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE INSURANCE MONEY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Obviously if I’m out of a 90 day supply I shouldn’t need a new prescription!!!

*Edited*First, no one answers the phones.We came in to the Winter Haven location to get my glasses replaced.We waited only to be intercepted by a rude employee who was more and more short with every customer.She told me I needed to make an appointment. I told her my husband didn’t have to last time and then she asked when I got them (seven months ago, within the insurance warranty). Then she asked if I had a warranty. Her tone was completely unwelcomed. She was so rude.This location seems to pride themselves on being overly proud/rude and too short with customers. That’s been our experience. Please be warned. Other customers said the same while waiting as well.Follow up visit to pick up glasses -The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in a timely manner. Much better experience than the initial experience.
This place is very very very slow. All I wanted to do was drop off my sons glasses to be sent out for repair. Its taking them over 30 minutes to just call my name! Horrible!! Get it together MyEyeDr. Winter Haven!! Improve your services please! Only 2 people working with a lobby full of people! Shame on you MyEyeDr Winter Haven!Can you believe that after waiting 30 minutes for my name to be called, then checking to see if they had the same frame, not having it and telling me that they will send them out for repair. Then I left back to my job, which took 25 minutes, the moment got to my job the MyEyeDr office calls and said they have my sons frame ad i can pick his glasses up the next day. 😡 I will be going some where else!

When they were I express this place with great. Now theres no customer service. Anytime you try to make an appointment They hang up on you. Ive been hung up on 4 × 2 day. They did not even answer after that I didnt even get to talk to anybody they just didnt answer the phone and then when they did answer the phone they picked up you could hear it in the background and hung up. I mean I understand busy times but thats just a little ridiculous when you work in the customer service business.
MyEyeDr confirmed my son’s appointment more than a week ago through text. We went this morning after my 14 hour night shift only for them to say they overbooked and called me to let me know. I told them l didn’t receive a voice mail which was very easy to leave if they really called. I am beyond upset and contemplating of going somewhere else.
My experience with MyEyeDr. Was excellent. Ms. Sandie was so helpful,professional and friendly.
So far not impressed. It was the closet facility in my network through insurance. My aunt uses them but she has not had great success with frames order through them. I had an appointment a year ago, received a text to schedule my next appointment online. Well I made three attempts, but got the same results, it said call the office. I contacted the office three times, left a vm once, no return calls. Call today, waited about 10 mins, spoke to someone who gave me the impression he could care less, stated their system was down and to call back in a couple of hrs. One would think, if they cared, they would take my name and phone number and call me back when the system was operational. Either they hire poor help or the Doctors are independently wealthy and really dont care about their patients or dont need the money.The Worst part is my frames broke. I had a feeling they would because they highly suggested I get insurance for $18 on my glasses. It covers a 1 time replacement should there be an issue. Now I know why. I have only actually used the frames for less than 6 months and theyCracked in two places.Never had such a poor experience 😢
They called me 3 days prior my daughter appointment to let me know I need to contact my insurance because my daughter shows like she don’t have benefits. I called right away my insurance, they told me everything is ok with my benefits and I should no have any problems with my appointment. I called back 3 times the same day to let them know that I called my insurance but they never answered. My eye dr office never followed up with me. Went there for my daughter eye exam @1:40pm they told me to wait outside the office. Meanwhile another person walk in they check in that person nobody ask me if somebody was helping me. After a while they check me in and they told me the same thing, the I don’t have benefits for my daughter. I told them that I called my insurance and everything is good . I guess after my eye dr called me nobody followed up with my insurance and they left the wrong information. By now is the day after thanksgiving of course the insurance office is closed so they said if I see the Dr they will send me a bill because they don’t know if they can used my insurance. I don’t know why not . If you don’t have the information as employees you should go to another person and find the answers. First time in that office I always go to haines city office never had a problem over there.
My eye exam was wonderful. Dr was friendly and answered all my questions. When it was time to choose frames, I was taking a long time and was rather indecisive. The girl helping me kept walking away and I had to keep looking for her when I needed a case opened. When it was time to pay, I realized the frames were more than what I thought and was told it was an insurance issue. After leaving, and my eyes were no longer dialated, I realized that the price for the frames was higher on my receipt than the sticker that was on them. So, when I went back a week later to pick up my frames, I asked about the price. The sticker on the frames was still showing a lower price. I was told that they probably hadnt changed it yet and the man I spoke to REFUSED to honor the sticker price. I also mentioned twice that with the glasses on, everything was still very blurry in one eye but clear in the other. I was told that I just needed to adjust. Currently I am unable to wear the glasses due to the blurry eye. I plan to go back Monday, ask for a full refund, and go elsewhere!
I have had 3 of my appointments cancelled for various reasons and my wife has had 2 appointments cancelled. They didnt inform my of the cancellation until the day of the appointment after I took the day off of work. This is unacceptable. I have found a new eye Dr.

My appointment felt very rushed, and not much help with the pick out of my glasses.. I got my prescriptions and after a couple months they are already starting to get all scratched up. I’ve had my other glasses for over 5 years and don’t have nearly as many scratches as these new ones... the lenses weren’t even cut right to fit my frame... very disappointed because it’s hard to see now. Not cool.
Just a little wait but ive always had my appointments here. the doctors and workers are very nice & my favorite part is watching them heat up the ends and help fit my ear. 💗
The staff is friendly and they have handled keeping everyone safe during this uncertain time. I have had an issue with communication with them, they can be a little slow on response time. But overall, they do take care of you.
Our family has been seeing Dr. Brad Solomon for years. He is GREAT! The eye exam is thorough and skimps on nothing. You can feel confident in his exam results. We have ordered glasses with the office and they are always of high quality, with no worry that the Rx is wrong, which happens often in the two for one knock off vision world. Jennifer who runs the Contacts Dept is AMAZING - knowledgeable, kind and patient. She even taught our 14 year old granddaughter how to use and care for contacts! Highly recommend using MyEyeDr - Dr. Brad, Jennifer, Dakota, and front desk are all professional and personable. 5 Stars!
Imagine my shock when I went to Motor Vehicle and discovered I failed the eye test! I had to find a doctor and I had to find one fast, as I was so concerned with how poorly I had done. My daughter suggested My Eye Doctor and I was able to get an appointment that same day! I was so impressed with everyone who worked there, beginning with the receptionist, to the lady who ordered my glasses in the end! Beautiful building, nicely run, I definitely recommend My Eye Doctor to anyone who has vision problems. The doctor was a sweetheart as well!! Many thanks to this amazing staff!!
I have been coming here since I was in the 3rd grade, seeing the same doctor here since I was 19. Here in the last year I have had soany problems with the receptionist desk(everyone behind/around it. The eye glass specialist, eye glass repair associates. This place has changed tremendously for the worse. The doctor I see and which I see every year because Im literally blind and the tall older, beautiful women behind the contacts fitting I have know from the beginning and still are wonderful medical doctors.I would not recommend this place at all.
I will never go there again i went 5 years ago and they had to dilate my eyes they put to many drops to where the whole room went black five years later i have found a new eye doctor and they are great my new eye doctor only put one drop in each of my eyes to dilate them
I went for some glasses my eye exam was not good had more on a eye so reschedule and a Middle East Doctor young man forgot his name was very upset because he had to redo my exam and try to force me by telling me try again to see if you can read the board when I told him I can’t and to change it he said no try so I just walk out also my wife had the same problem with her glasses but a gentleman that adjust and make sure the glasses are ok when you receive them fix her glasses by placing a glass over one eye to see if they had to much or less and it had to much on the one eye and they send them out and came back ok but she had to argue to have them fix. Since they added these new young doctors the place is not worth going any longer sorry to say but I won’t be going there and I called my Insurance and complained and they are handling it right now. I should of walk out when I saw elderly people complaining while I was making my appointment so be very careful Specially with a young Middle East eye examiner and good luck.
Eye exam and experience with the Dr were top notch. However, the experience falls apart with the glasses. I purchased a pair that needed to be sent off site for the lenses. I was told it would take two weeks. That would have been on a Tuesday. I called the Monday before the two weeks and was told it was pushed back to Thursday. I called on Thursday and was told that my glasses were still at the lab in Tampa and were not shipped. Reason unknown, expect them in Friday. Called on Friday three times. Finally, right before closing, I was told they were still in Tampa and I should get a call back in a few minutes with a reason they were not sent. Never got the call back and I am still without the glasses I paid for. Correct me if I am mistaken, but isnt on time delivery part of the deal when a customer pays for a product and agrees to the terms of delivery? Why couldnt someone from the Tampa lab just have driven to Winter Haven with my glasses when it was discovered on Thursday that they were not delivered as promised? I may still get the glasses, eventually, but I will feel ripped off because I paid for and agreed to delivery terms that were not fulfilled and I did not get the courtesy of return calls or prior notification of delays.Update: Called again on Monday. Glasses delayed. No reason given. Was told I would get a call back. Never happened. Called the Customer Service line provided by the so called owner below. Had to leave a voicemail and never got a response. They took my money without delay.
Ive never had such an easy and straight forward eye appointment in my life. They were pretty busy when I arrived, and my insurance was giving them trouble, but they trudged through and made it work for me. The assistant was super friendly and efficient. The doctor was speedy and yet still covered everything I needed and made me feel confident in his diagnosis and recommendations. They set me up with some really great rebates and made me feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Definitely recommend this place.

My experience with the Dr was great then I ordered my glasses.....waited 3 weeks when I got my glasses They were to be lightly tinted before the sun hit them and they were not. Found out they werent so they reordered came back 2 weeks later but they didnt fit right so they sent them back again. Came back 2 weeks later no change how they fit but I was tired of keep coming back so I said nothing. I asked the guy why they are not lightly tinted like I ordered and he said they will after the sun hits them.....after three days they are just regular transitions lens and I paid extra for nothing. What a scam.
So my fourth pair of glasses from this joke of a business was promised before Xmas if paid in full. I do so and of course it doesnt come on time. I spend Xmas without vision & eagerly return for my order. I look at the receipt and I was charged $25 for insurance I was never even told of. I demand a refund and they tell me a check will be mailed 3-5 days. Why not charge back my card? Policy. Here I am 3 weeks later and the lovely Jessica cant stop hiding behind their lame policy. Theres nothing I can do. Thats our policy. How about being damn apologetic about criminally charging me for something that I never even knew about. 3 weeks and counting. I pray 1 person reads this and stay clear of these criminals.
They are very nice, to include the front desk. They work to get you the best possible deal they can. Ive never had a problem and have been going there for 4 years now. Good place for a quick exam and glasses/contacts.
Current status after last post.I received a phone call asking for a chance to make things right. Already having my prescription and frame choice I said OK. I was assured that I would get the frames I had chosen, with the one piece silicone nose piece. When I went in to have the bifocal measured and cut, the frames were not even close to the ones I had chosen!! Nor do they have a one piece nose pad but I thought screw it, Im tired of the continuing hassle and being told one thing but getting another!! The frames I had chosen were $130 and Jennifer told me that I might have to accept a cheaper brand of the same style. I told her that was fine, as long as the style is the same and they have the one piece nose pad. Again, I did NOT get even close to the frames I chose OR the one piece nose pad that would definitely not be a problem.I looked at my frames and what a surprise, they were made in CHINA!! On the way out I looked at a few others, including the frames I had chosen and they were ALL made in CHINA!!!! So was the free eyeglass case!!The ones I had chosen were NOT name designer frames but even the top designer frames ARE MADE IN CHINA!!Even though frames are made in China it seems to me that its cheaper to have some of each design made without the fixture, screws and individual nose pads, so a 10 cent silicone nose piece can be glued into place. Myeyedr is all about selling people the lowest cost frames (to them) at the highest possible price to the consumer, which is you and me!I can only wear my glasses for a couple hours before my nose hurts and I have to take them off. I asked for and was told that I could and would get one piece silicone nose pads but that turned out to be BS. I got regular small nose pads. I am now stuck with glasses that I can only wear hit and miss.As soon as my insurance rolls over I WILL go somewhere else, so I can get what I want, not what they want to enhance their bottom line and get me out the door!I went there today for exam and eyeglasses. Everything was fine, until it came to choosing frames and lenses!! The exact same frames that I bought for reading glasses, for $10. Were $130 at My Dr and the cheapest bi-focal lenses were also $130 for a total of $260 for CHEAP (?!?) Eyeglasses!I have no idea how they can possibly justify their prices, even more so when it takes 7 to 14 days for a person to get their glasses!All of the staff were nice but the girl that takes care of eyeglass selection acted like she wanted to be anywhere else, as long as it wasnt there!!One thing is for sure. I WONT GO BACK!!!

I just brought my 13 year old daughter to this place for her pupils dilating large on their own and her having migraines, we got in quick and saw the doctor quick, the doctor that saw her explained everything to us very well and said she needs to see a neurologist, he then escorts us up front and asks the lady at the desk to help find us a neurologist in the area that takes our insurance. They went above and beyond to help us and we are greatly appreciative for their help! I would recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been coming here for years, using the same insurance for contacts and never had to pay a dime. Today when I checked in I was told I had a balance of $60, and the receptionist was speaking in medical jargon which I couldn’t quite comprehend. Not sure what changed but I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere after all these years. Eye Express seemed to be a lot better before they were bought out.Not to mentioned they called 30 minutes before my appointment telling me there’s a problem with the online scheduling and they needed to move mine back when I got up early in the morning already.
Worst experience EVER!!! picked up my sons glasses and he couldnt see out of them they said their wasnt a doctor available to see him that day so made an appointment for the following day at 3pm for a recheck after waiting for over an hour I never got called back so we left. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE theres no point in making an appointment cause youre still gonna have to wait forever to be seen!!!

I have been going to My Eye Dr ( Eye Express ) in Winter Haven since around 1995 and have never been mistreated by anyone there. They are always friendly and Ive never had to wait very long.
Parking was a little tough to find however, I came in there signed in and got taken care of within 30 minutes. Very helpful staff and took care of repairing my sunglasses and even cleaning them at no charge. I was impressed. I would recommend. Thanks to the staff.

It`s an eye experience from the door, to the desk, to the doctor.to my wow fashion stylist Jimmy, who definitely takes care of you and has you looking Hot, in yournew lenses and frames! Optician Mr. Robert Wood is the best ! I would definitely recommend this place!
Very rude and unprofessional!! We brought my son today and they rudely denied him of getting his contacts. They made us get him glasses and told us he can not get contacts. Three staff members before the exam told us that would be no problem. Including the contact woman. They handed the doctor the contact exam paper and she still denied him. I have went here for years and will not go back again after this.
My Second Visit to Myeyedr. I know i should have listened to my gut and not returned but figured the first time was a fluke was i ever wrong about that. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else, both times Glasses were made incorrectly and had to be re-done. This time they re-did Glasses before the promise date because of a mistake, then laser etching on progressive lens were placed directly at PD causing a constant smudge appearance when view through. WARNING!!! If you paid by Debit card their unwritten policy is to send you a check by mail not refund to card.
Called MyEyeDr yesterday and asked if they could fix my glasses. Leaving for summer home and broke frame. When I got there I thought it would take considerable time due to many patients in waiting area. Receptionist took my glasses to Dr., and within 10 mins had them restored to like-new! Best of all they would not take payment for repair! Great service and committed to customer satisfaction. Based on what I witnessed today, I will be bringing my next prescription to them for my new glasses! Thank you very much!!
This is the second and last time i will go there. i felt like i was not treated right. the lady found out how much my insurance would pay and ran it to the max. and i still had to pay for classes that are 100% covered. The first time was much better. i told her the same has this one, i want a pair with minimal out of pocket.. she was great, this time all see did.different person then first visit, was look at insurance did not respect my whishes at all. i fell like i was ripped off..
The eyeglasses department is super nice and the stylists are so sweet and helpful but the front desk is so rude especially when you call with simple questions. In business where customers are spending upwards of $200 on glasses anything less than exceptional customer service is unacceptable!
They are awesome, they go sbove and beyond customer service. I highlyy recommend them.
Poor communication when it came to the front desk staff. When I went to pick up my glasses on the date I was told to come a employee named Robert was very smart mouthed. When I told him I didnt appreciate the way he talked to me Robert again got very smart with his mouth. This place used to have excellent customer service but it seems to have lacked severely in the 2 years since then.
Eye Express is where I most recently went for exams, contacts and glasses. The staff was friendly. Only complaint is that it seems to always be super busy. They have decent selection of eyewear, and the person that assisted me with my contacts was very helpful. Overall good experience, just bring your patience for the wait.
This pertains to the old office of EYE EXPRESS, the first floor of this establishment.The Doctors are wonderful however they have the RUDEST office staff I have ever seen. The ladies can see you standing there and act like you do not exist. You literally have to say, Excuse me can you help me before they will acknowledge you. Rude - Rude -Rude
My first time using Eye Express was a bad experience. It was overly crowded, I had a long wait time, and I felt insignificant. A year later, the experience couldnt be better. They were busy, but not overbooked. It took less than 45 minutes from the time I walked through the door til I had contacts in my eyes. The doctor and technician who fit my contacts were both friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very sweet and had a smile on her face. I will certainly use them again and hopefully next time I will bump this review up to 5 stars.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE .. they do not have a refund policy in place. We ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses and and after a month they could not get the order right and they never called us back to answer any of our questions so we went in and asked for a refund. There is no real policy for refunds and it has to be done through the corporate offices. So they had our 500$ for over a month and we had to wait another week for someone in corporate to come back from vacation to issue a refund. I would understand if we used insurance to purchase the glasses and received the glasses but in our case we never received the glasses and we paid cash and did not use insurance for this order. Bad Bad business considering they are a retail establishment. Keeping 500 from a person in the real world is a felony but I guess not in their world.

Like many people... Doctor ok, my experience with my glasses horrible. Bought 2 pairs from them and asked to get prescription lenses in my almost new Ray ban glasses, I left my Rayban glasses there then I was called to pick up all the 3 pairs. However when I got home I realized my original Ray ban lenses were not in the case, the new lenses in the Ray ban frame were not Rayban. I called and asked for my original lenses and they said they were probably thrown in the garbage ( $40 value) I asked to speak to Robert the person who helped me and he said he was going to look for them, I drove there and off course they didn’t have them, but Robert assured me that they got them all the time and that he would save me a pair. I kept going several times patiently waited to ask and no wonder they don’t get my type of lenses that often. That to me is not ethical because they have no right to keep what is not theirs. Later one of the other pairs I bough needed a screw replacement so I went back because they make you buy warranty. I got there signed in in a sheet of paper, seated and waited. A lady came after me and signed her name below me. After 45 min. Waiting Mr. Robert finished his client went to check the sheet and probably aggravated because he recognized me and didn’t want to deal with me asking about my Ray ban lenses, he called the lady that had signed her name below mine. I don’t think that is right. So I waited 5 more minutes got up went to the sign in sheet and wrote left at 11:45.There are other places were to go and spend your money. I’m not returning to this place and I do agree with all reviews saying the staff here is rude.
I took my daughter and myself to get new glasses here. At first everything went smooth not on complaint well.... I went in on Friday to get an adjustment and the lady who was helping me over heated my glasses and messed up my transitional part on my lenses. I cant see out of my new glasses that I paid over $300 for and the manager says my new lenses wont be in till the 30th....WHAT???? Yall broke my lenses no fault on my part and now yall wanna make me wait even longer for my new lenses. I havent even had them a week. Well after much bitching they finally agreed to get my lenses in by this Friday. Point being... this place is ridiculous, the lady was busy talking while she was adjusting my glasses and didnt pay attention to what she was doing. So now Ive got a 351 pair of glasses just sitting here that I cant wear till my new lenses come in... if I could stand out in front of their office and shout how bad they are I would.
Not only did I have my appointment rescheduled twice, it took 3 weeks to get my new glasses and they werent even what I ordered. I was supposed to have anti-reflective coating on the lenses but only one lense had the coating while the other didnt so I had to wait even longer. Terrible overall experience!
I had been having a headache for about a week and finally went to hospital when the pain got so bad I couldnt even move. They had to refer me to an eye doctor because of the pressure in my eye, that was my first encounter with Dr. Morchesky. He was very kind, compassionate and patient. He had to release the pressure on my eye which was hard because I had to keep my eye open. It took at least an hour and he took little breaks to let me curl up from the pain. I found out I had glaucoma, The pressure was to much to deal with for the laser surgery so he had to schedule for the operation. He came to see me before I went under to explain it and he checked on me afterwards as well. I kept my follow up appointments and was always happy with the staff and the doctor.
They do not return phone calls. I had sunglasses ship to me and no one call to give me tracking number. I have been calling to have them put in a ups claim and no help. I left a message for Vicki twice and no call back. It seem to me once eye express make their sale, they dont care about you anymore. I am very disappointed and will never deal with this company again
The place was good but it took 3 tries to get the right prescription made. i talked with a few ladies/customers & they too had received the wrong prescription. the company that is used for making the lenses are very poor.
BEWARE! Front desk tells you there is no charge for exam only to be told at the end that you have to pay extra $60 for your contact LENDR prescription. Staff said it is a bait & switch that has upset several patients. They acknowledged front desk was giving out incorrect information but refused to take responsibility for their error. Bad management cost them 3 patients but they didn’t seem to care.
Doctors are professional and nice but the rest of the staff, horrible attitudes and treat patients like an inconvenience, not just me, I watched other people get treated the same way. Been going there for years but wont be back...had enough. Too much money for such poor service.
Worse place i been, doctor was rude, the way he talk to me after a test. My classes are the baddess classes ever, the lences i clean them and get more foggi and dirty even with the product they gave me. The eye drops i got from them, you can buy even under the counter at walmart, i though it was going to be a special drop for my eye...
I have been a customer for many years, the Doctors are outstanding and the staff is very helpful.
I love this place they are courteous and polite and take real good care of you
Edit* I went back and returned the glasses 2 weeks ago. My credit card still has not been credited. Plus I was told by Jessica that I would have my benefits released from my insurance so that i could go somewhere else to get glasses. That still hasnt happened. I tried to communicate with the form that you sent in the link and it didnt work. I am more frustrated than before. If I could give zero stars I would.I went to pick up my glasses today. Tried them on and I told her I cant see clearly. The lady told me to try them and if I still cant see with them to come back. Now I have a headache and still cant see. I cant believe they would insist someone leave when they cannot see out of the glasses they made. I have now wasted a small fortune on something I cannot use.
Worst experience Ive ever had . This is worst than walmart. If I had to choice of not even giving a star i would. My appointment is at 3, they told me to come early, which i did I arrived at 2:15pm. Is now 3:45pm.and still not seen by anyone . All the tech just worried about what they are going to eat, one of them worried about starting a new job upstairs and theres about 6 open rooms but yet Im still waiting to go into an exam room. I dont recommend this place . I had no choice because is the closet one to home but definitely for the future will make.out the trip to Orlando for my regular optometrist
They are rude and very disrespectful, especially if you have a type of Medicaid insurance... I caught them up in a lie saying that I had to be pre-approved for my appointment... Called StayWell to see if that was true because it was an emergency, found out they were lying... I placed the StayWell rep on speakerphone to speak to the person who told me I had to wait on StayWell to pre-approve my appointment, got in same day when they realized I was not the one to try to tell anything... I will NEVER EVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!OPTICAL OUTLETS IS WAY BETTER, kind, friendly, have automatic insurance coverage on their glasses, LIFESAVER!!! I SO LOVE THEM!!!😍😍

The wait was absolutely ridiculous even though the appointment was the first of the day. Staff was uncaring at best. Pricing was unclear and advertising was false throughout the place. We will not be back.

Was late to an appointment by 11 minutes they said if your ten minutes late they cancel your appointment.so we made another appointment,been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour.so why cancel the appointment if you have to wait over an hour.My girlfriend has been dealing with a scratched eye since early December and wont refer her to a Specialistss office.stay away from this place they just want your money and dont really care about your eyes
Came in today was there about 10 minutes no one ever acknowledged me. There was 4 employees talking at the reception area. I was there long enough to find 3 pair of glasses but instead of getting a sell they are getting a bad review.

As numerous people had said front staff are rude,and have serious abusive control issues,I called your customer service number,they were great,when I went into office,and said the customer service line said you would have my eyeglass case,the lady immediatly saidthats just a call center it means nothing sign in,and wait.I waited it amused her,but I keep repeating to myself....never will I enter this horrible place again,and be controlled by this staff.

This agency Clinica company, whatever they want to call them, is a fraud I made an appointment for my son a few weeks ago and today they even sent me confirmation of the appointment and of course I gave my confirmation because I needed it and as you know to go anywhere you have to plan to tell with the boss and stop earning money because you have to leave early to be on time and when I arrive with the greatest impudence in the world he tells me that they were not going to receive me because the doctor simply had many patients, it turns out that I lost time, money and gas for nothing because they are simply an incompetent team Do not waste your time or money with these people please close this place that is a mockery of people This bad time could be avoided with a miserable call to inform that they could not or even more with just not giving more appointments than I could attend they are very incompetent and rude
I do not recommend that place at all, since they did not comply with what they offered me, I had to return my glasses because I was not happy. They told me that they were going to reimburse me for the amount I had to pay over what my health insurance covers and they have not sent it to me yet. This happened on March 21, 19 and Im still waiting for that refund. They are irresponsible!
