So I’ve been trying to order glasses since this pandemic hit, my glasses are so scratched they are giving me headaches. Suddenly eye glasses are not essential business. Finally got through to the center here trying to order the same exact glasses I ordered previously since I can’t get an eye exam. I understand Dr Boswell not doing exams right now, but it should not be this difficult trying to order replacement glasses. Woman on the phone was very rude and said they will only replace broken glasses, so I said ok my glasses are broken. Can I please order the same exact glasses you have in the system, told me to hang on and then proceeded to hang up on me. This is ridiculous I guess I just will have to order glasses on line.

I have been calling the vision center as well as the Customer Service phone number for 5 straight days and NO ONE answers the phones. A company like Walmart should really be more concerned about customer service during this COVID pandemic. It is disgraceful that the employees at this location cannot bother to answer the phone.

I broke the part of me glasses that goes over my ear,I need them to see in my like of profession of work.i was not able to fine an open appointment with an optometrist anywhere on short notice.she was so sweet kind and peofessional,she was able to fix them until I can get my appointment set... if you know who this is.it was just yesterday.thank you from the bottom of my heart

Had an emergency needed to be seen right away for exam called to try to sent up first lady (sounded young) was ok she was a little annoyed at our bad connection she put me on hold then another lady came on not even a hello...kept saying to go to primary care I tried to explain to here the issue she kept saying of over and over go see primary and the doc is ready to leave....she was very rude..did not offer to be seen in morning ....not apoligectic...nothing...for the importance of sight were a lot take for granted...I felt this women should have been more imathetic since it is her field...I hope it wasnt the doctor I was talking to..will not even consider going there... I have already told family about this experience..we are new to area...if the doctor has an employee taking care of there customers like like... The doc doesnt care either in for the money....nothing else...
