The doctor I use at this location is great, however I just called at 5:30 to order replacement glasses, the only time I can call due to work. The lady that answered put me on hold for 10 minutes. So I hung up and called back and now she won’t answer the phone, it’s not even 6 yet. That is NOT a nice way to treat your customers that have been coming here for years.

I have used Optical Outlets for several years and have always gotten very good service at this location. People are very friendly and always good at helping me select frames that suits my face. Ophthalmologist is very professional and friendly. My glasses were purchased at a very reasonable price. Will continue to use this business at this location in Winter Haven,FL

Ive been goingto a doctor here for a very long time, in fact hes the only eye doctor Ive seen in almost 20 years. However, I called today with an issue that I was told should be looked at as soon as possible. When I called I told the person that answered about my situation and was told it would be almost a month before I could get an appointment. Its very disappointing they do not make appointment exceptions for emergencies. I will have to go to a other doctor for my problem.

If I could Raye this a ZERO I WOULD!!!This has been the worst experience I had with this company. First I scheduled my appointment online about 2 weeks in advance. Never got a call to ask me what insurance I would be using. I get a call on Saturday afternoon asking to confirm or cancel my appointment. I call the morning of my appointment to confirm and still yet i wasnt asked for my insurance information to verify. So when I get to the location the young lady takes me to have my eyes checked on the 2 little machines and she was going to use the same paper towel that was lying on the table to clean off the machine I ask here to use a clean paper towel. Before I can even sit down she proceeded to tell me I was lucky because the doctor was getting ready to leave. And now she is rushing to check my eyes and at the same time she is asking for my insurance card. I had to tell her to slow down she was rushing me. The last little handheld device she was using wasnt working because she was trying to check my eyes from the side of me and not directly in front of me. At this point Im annoyed... then I sit down and they are yelling my name throughout the store. I get to the front now they tell me they cant verify my insurance because they are closed. Then they check I guess with the manager and she says they dont take my insurance it would be out of network and I would have to pay and get reimbursed by my insurance company. What a waste of time and energy.... I would never recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Went to Optical Outlet to get a prescription for new glasses. The person I dealt with was Jenny. She greeted me with a big smile behind her mask. Jenny was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. When it was time for me to select the frames, she suggested that metal frames would be best for me as my lenses would be on the thick side. I never thought about that. I said that I wanted something different and she found an awesome frame and the color is blue.I have been in customer service for 30 years and its great to find someone like Jenny. If you need new glasses, go to Optical Outlet and ask for Jenny!!

Previous issue: Appointment issue (booked online no record of appt when I arrived)Update after review: They contacted me to correct the issue ASAP and offered another appointment time (which did get changed again from 2pm to a later time 420pm but same day ..not sure why ..maybe because they were full and was trying to squeeze me in a full day since it was more like a means to fix my original appointment issue) but they got me in and went out of their way to correct issues and was pleased with service. Saved money buying glasses there after my eye appointment too 🥳My tip: when booking online and taking off work.. verify it went through before doing so. I got a text with a link to fill out medical history. For sure verify if you dont get that before showing up and taking off work! Also, communicate with them if there is an issue and they will try to fix it (just be respectful because even if a problem happens, they are not rude about it, so you should be respectful and try to fix problem nicely and they will make it right)😊

**UPDATE**After calling the main office and then speaking with the District Manager, I am happy to say that Optical Outlets is helping me with my appointment! I felt like they really understood my issue and I didnt have to run around in circles to receive help. I explained my side, I understood their side of it, and they found a way to make me a long term client. It can be hard for some of us to eat our words, but I am happy to say that I was wrong. This place pulled it together, displayed amazing customer service from the main office, and all before the end of my lunch break! I am sorry to get off on the wrong foot, but I am happy to say that I have somewhere close to my new home that I can rely on.-- Id give less than one star if I could. I set up an appointment here two weeks in advance and took a whole day off of work without pay to get my eyes checked and now I am without an appointment because the DAY BEFORE they tell me my insurance is out of network, even though its on their website that they work with them AND I have reached out multiple times to check up on my appointment before hand. As I understand it is not something that the appointment staff can be in control of, but this was BEYOND a waste of my time and now MONEY. On top of it, I believe that she was just in a compromising situation, but the associate I spoke with couldnt do or say anything other than it was out of their hands. I can not stress enough how they dropped the ball on this and I will not be working with another optical outlet again.. Considering reaching out to someone higher now that I will be home without pay for something that could have easily been rectified.

Dr. Ismail has been my optician for over a decade. He is the only optician that has ever been able to get my prescription for both classes and contacts perfect. My prescription is not easy either. I have bifocal contacts and an astigmatism in one eye. He is light-hearted and fun to talk with. As a professional in healthcare I can appreciate his accuracy. Hes a very smart guy and this is the best place to go to hands down. Also, bravo to the staff, theyre upbeat, positive and efficient. It makes for a great customer experience 😀

Went for a check up and new reading glasses for close work and reading.I signed in and picked my 2 pair of glasses out.I’am sorry bad w names the girl took me and took pictures of my eye and pressure test.Very nice and professional.Then optometrist gave exam and then dilated my eyes.Very thorough, very nice and he found a problem.I have an eye freckle so he took another picture and referred me to a retina specialist.Employee 2039 found an eye specialist that took my insurance.She was very patient.U just can’t beat the price here.My husband use to pay $600 at lens crafters in pa.Yes u have to wait for all the steps but we need more patience in the world.Thank u so much

Worst experience ever. I took my 4 year old son to get checked out. The Dr goes on to tell me that my sons sight is very horrible and Im a bad parent. He also asked if I was blind, when I told him yes he went on to tell me that I should not have kids. So needless to say I never went back.

Called to see if they could help me as I am from Boston visiting on vacation my new prescription glasses lost the one side of eyeglass pastic bridge piece that protects nose seems any eyeglass facility can do something to help till you get back home after 20 min ofd being on hold and then another 10 while person checked then someone hung up the call uggggcalled back waited another 10 min finally hung up.so much for human contact!

Visiting this optical outlet, in Winter Haven FL, was an excellent experience. The receptionist was warm and inviting, Tami assisted with every question I had concerning my payment and patiently advised me in my decision making. Dr Ismail was very professional, yet he took the time to make a new patient feel comfortable by sharing a little about his background. I have been visiting the Winter Haven store for 3 years now. its always been a very fine experience.However this time with the covid-19 restrictions and distancing I had totally forgot to schedule appointments for me and my mom to get eye exams and new glasses made. Fortunately I found the best assistance possible with Jenny G. From the get go she took care of the appointments and was very proactive letting us the pandemic regulations visiting the store plus she emailed forms to be completed before arriving to the office. The eye exams were completed very profesionally by Dr.Ismail. I trust his experience and suggestions. To my surprise and hers we were assisted by Jenny G. again when making the order for new glasses. Jenny G. is not just very knowledgeable but she made us feel very comfortable in a no pressure environment .We were just so happy to put a face to her voice on the phone . She sounds and acts very hospitable and caring. We loved our visit to the Winter Haven store in 2020 mostly because of how Jenny G. made us feel. We feel like we made a friend.

This place lost me within seconds. Whoever answered the phone sounded annoyed to begin with. Before I could talk, asked if I was a new patient. I said yes, Id like to schedule an appt for both contacts and eye glasses. Her response was uhm well... see thats where its gets tricky, with the contacts... the response instantly made me not trust this place. Hive me facts confidently, dont tell me something is tricky so quickly when Im supposed to truat u to provide the service I need. Nonetheless,, I said ok? Why would that be? Her response was well...the charge depends on ur prescription First off, if thats the way u choose to provide ur service be confident and explain why bc Ive never heard such a thing and Ive been getting contact exams for at least half my lifetime at this point. Anyway, I wasnt comfortable so, they lost a customer

I was very impressed with the lady who helped me Nancy. I was in and out at a fast time. I had a wonderful experience.

I do not recommend. My appointment was for 12:10. Left when it was after 1:40 pm and I still hadn’t been seen. No communication.Update: The store was contacted and I was told I will always have to wait at least a half hour or more to be seen even with an appointment. That means you don’t need mine and my family’s money for our eye care needs.

Not very happy at all. Went actually in October had an eye exam, picked out glasses, the glasses came in and it was the wrong prescription. I had to go back and get rechecked and the script was wrong. Waited again for the new ones and I had ordered originally one pair with NO transitional and one pair of sunglasses. When I got the new glasses with the right script the regular glasses were transitional. I had to go back again and they had to reorder yet another pair. If I hadn’t gotten sunglasses I wouldn’t have minded but $650 I spent I wanted what I wanted. Not sure if I will be back there honestly.

Amber at the Winter Haven location was amazing! She literally took care of me because my glasses broke, she was fast and efficient. Its very rare to find customer service lile this.

I have been coming to the Optical Outlets Winterhaven for years. My husband, my five children and myself All come here. It is a cool environment, doctor Ismail is very down to earth and gentle especially with the kids they were always afraid to go to doctors now they ask me when its time to go to the eye doctor because they love to go! Nancy helped me and my girls on our most recent appointment. She was very interactive with my girls and helping them pick out their frames which was very important to them. Nancy was very sweet and focused on making sure we got the best frames and treatment. We love you Nancy and Dr. Ismail.

I made an appointment weeks out for 10:12 on Nov 2 2020. I get here at 10am, fill out the paperwork and then at 1030 I get a pre eye exam. After my pre eyes exam at 10:39 they told me it will be at 11 when the doctor gets here!!!! Ummmm, excuse me? My apt was for 10:12. Im only here for an eye exam. Why did you set my apt at 1012 if you knew the doctor wasnt going to be here until 11!??? Her response.... Oh, well you will be seen shortly... Never coming back! Now I know why everyone said not to come here!

Bought two pairs of glasses for over 500.00 dollars using my flexible spending insurance credit card.The side came off so I went in for an adjustment/repair. They were busy so I waited which I had no problem with . The problem was when she brought them back after going in back to find the right size screw. Didnt notice till later in the evening when taking them off to clean while wearing my second pair, that the screw is not flush on top and hangs almost a 1/4 below the hinge. It is very sharp and pointed also. It looks awful and is not safe. Unacceptable for what should be a professional repair on expensive under warranty glasses.See attached photo.

My family recently relocated from up North so we all needed an appointment.... Not only did they see me plus 5 kids but Dr. Ismail was the funniest and kindest Doctor Ive ever met! He even went out of his way to make sure my daughter with a Genetic syndrome got the glasses she needed regardless of our insurance.

Ive had the same eye doctor since I was a teenager for a reason. As an adult, I can still count on Dr. Ismail and his staff to provide the best service, regardless of how long I go between visits. This is the only place I really trust with my eyes! I live all over the world, and regardless of where I am, I wait for visits home to see Dr. Ismail. I can count on him for thorough attention, honest advice, and authentic care. This is what seeing a doctor should be like!

Dr. Ismail was able to see me today on short notice. I am visiting from out of town and had some eye issues. He is hands down the best eye doc ever! I seriously think I will be visiting Winter Haven once a year for my annual eye exam.

I was able to conveniently make back-to-back appointments for myself and my teen daughter. I also had my toddler with me at the appointment. They had us share one of their larger exam rooms so that my older daughter and I could easily switch between our exams and keep an eye on my youngest. Too often I have to reschedule or cancel appointments when a sitter falls through, so this accommodation says wonders about the staff and doctor. Everyone we came in contact with were extremely friendly and ordering glasses and contacts was simple. We were provided with a clear outline of what our coverage was and directed to the frames and products that would qualify. There was no attempt to upsell or oversell. I highly recommend this office and plan to continue to use this location in the future!

Great place to go my wife took our 3 year old daughter to Dr.Ismail and he is beyond amazing. He did what no other doctor could finally help our daughter see properly all other locations we took her to always said it was allergies but he noticed what it was right away. The entire staff was kind and very helpful. And it didnt take long for her 2 pair of glasses to arrive and that was another bonus. We will definitely be going back .

Since moving to Florida 11 years ago, Optical Outlets has been our chosen optical center. When we first moved here, the entire family would patronize Optical Outlets, but as the children have grown up and left the nest, we are still loyal patients/customers b/c of the awesome staff and Dr. Ismail! The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly and courteous and Dr. Ismail is an absolute hoot!My last eye exam was in 2017 and for the last few months Ive noticed that even with my eyeglasses, my vision seemed a bit off. I called last week for an appointment and the young lady was able to schedule me for the very next day!At my appointment, Dr. Ismail noted very different changes from my last eye exam prescription, which is why I was having difficulty seeing lately. He ordered me new eyewear and the young lady assisting me in choosing my eyewear was not pushy or trying to sell me things I didnt want, she was truly helpful and explained each feature and the pros and cons of each.Im so glad my issue is resolved. Three times canceled my appointments because the doctor changed schedule which I don’t have any references for any doctor.

My granddaughter picked up her glasses a couple of weeks ago but when we got home I saw some stress fractures in the lenses (probably from pushing them into the frames). I took them back and had to wait another week. The fact that they hadnt checked the glasses for defects before giving them to her, is why Im leaving 3 starts.

I am a disabled person who can be challenged by shopping, but Natashiamet my needs with a pleasant efficiency that comes from years of experience, and solid customer service skills. My eye doctor there Ive used him from many many years I had gotten back from living up north and couldnt find him so I used a different eye doctor my vision felt like it was just terrible so of course I found my wonderful eye doctor, Dr. Esaam Ishmail. Hes got the best equipment to test your eyes and let me tell you the pair that I got this last time with his new equipment I can see better than Ive seen in a long time it is fantastic I strongly recommend this place

Been calling the Winter Haven location for 2 days and NO answer my daughter ordered and paid for contacts while home during SPRING BREAK she paid extra to have them shipped to Louisiana where she attends college My daughter is now due back home for SUMMER VACATION and still has no contacts they were never shipped spoke to someone at the call center for WH office she couldn’t tell me where the shipment was said a manager would contact me I haven’t heard anything back Mu work hours won’t allow me go into the office but if I have to take a day off to go there personally it’s not going to be pretty !!!👎🏾You guys get one star because I was forced to put it there in order to leave this review!! I want my contacts or money back NOW!!!

You guys sell insurance to ppl then when they come claim it you either say that was two years ago or it expired. Doctors are good sales girls ARE THIEVES OR THE COMPANY ITS SELF ARE! DONT TRUST THIS LOCATION! IF you still wanna stay here KEEP YOUR RECEIPT. Your glasses are way over priced. Compare the price to Amazon they have it $130 Amazon $38-$60.

I was treated really well on this visit my options explained to me. Very helpful on helping me pick out my frames and choosing which lenses to get this is my first pair of glasses so this is new to me .Had a small hiccup on my original appointment but the DM very quickly took care of it and arranged my appointment to go back .it went very well and I will be back next year thanks for a great experience

The doctor was very efficient and direct. He is also very personable, gentle and kind. Timing is a little slow for some reason, but its a comfortable experience overall

I had a scheduled appointment for 9:15 am. I walked in at 9:15 to be told that the doctor had not arrived yet, and no one knew when he would be in because he had not called the office. It took me a few minutes to complete the paperwork. At 9:25 the doctor still had not arrived in the office, and there were others ahead of me. I left without becoming a patient. How you run your practice is a reflection of the quality of care you give your clients. I should have known the service would be bad based on the extremely cheap prices they advertise.

Best place for kids! My son is autistic. Prior eye Doctors could not handle him or provide the type of environment he needed. After my first visit here I was sold. I will never take my son anywhere else. He didnt have to have his pupils dialated which is amazing. They also have a TV that plays fun kid movies as the Dr. does the eye exam. It was fast and pain free. I love this place and am sooo happy we found them. Thank you!

Nice frames at a good price, but a VERY POORLY ORGANIZED place... employees multitask, not knowing where one left off on a task, so not knowing where to pitch in to help. there is no sign-in sheet, just the chaos... squeakiest wheel gets the grease... took almost 2 hrs the day I ordered my glasses, I was third in line when I went to pick up, but another person walked right up to the desk and a different girl asked his name and went to get his glasses right away after three of us also there to pick up glasses had just been told to wait... its a really good price for bifocals, but plan to waste A LOT of time to get the bargain... I will spend more and go back to Eyeglass World for glasses next time! Optical World just doesnt have enough employees dedicated to their specific tasks... the girl at the reception desk is also doing pre-exam metrics for optometry appointments, the girls fitting frames are answering the phones... NO flow, no organization... Just not a good experience on either visit and u will not be returning!

Went there for my annual checkup and a glocoma test. Doctor dialated my eyes and was told to wait. Next I was called to the counter to pay my bill and the told to go home. On the way home I got a call, they were in error to send me home. Since I was nearly home I said Id make another appointment. I went in for my appointment at 11:15am which was early since 11:30am was the appt. I waited 45 minutes with people coming and going. Went to the counter and asked whats going on and here is her answer. I dont know. Not I will check. Very poor training. I said Id wait 5 more minutes. Well I wasnt called. I left.

Sorry folks you blew it. I have been a yearly customer at your place and even though I live 90 minutes away I still prefer Dr. Ismail. I asked when I made my appointment if he was still there, answer yes. 11:30 appointment, waited 45 minutes still not called. and the Dr. was not the one there. I couldnt wait any longer. Ill find some place local from now on.

Save your $ and go somewhere else. This eye doctor does not care about your vision and the front desk is rude. I went here and I usually get 2 different contact lenses for each eye because I have a astigmatism in one eye at the end of my visit the eye doctor told the lady at the computer to go ahead and make it the same lens so it would be less trouble for her also one of my family members recently went here and she also wears contacts well this new eye doctor here just gave her one contact for one eye and told her to not worry about the other eye to just let her lose her vision in that eye and when she wanted to talk to the manager. The manager wouldnt come see her cause she wasnt dressed properly well by all means avoid going to this place. Isnt worth it. If you need to go to a optical outlet theres another one nearby in lake wales.

The doctor is nice to a point. Some of his remarks are very inappropriate. Guess you could say hes a bit cocky. But all and all wasnt to bad of a place.

Wish I could leave zero stars. My appointment was at 1:20. I showed up at noon. The doctor walked into the office the same time I did and had an office full of people waiting. At 1:45 I asked when my child was next because I seen patients coming in after me and getting seen before me. The lady at the desk told me the doctor was running late and was a little behind but that she would find out where in line I was. It’s 2:15 and I still havent heard from the lady at the desk about where in line I was and still havent been called. What set me off is how I watched a woman come in after me yet again and was seen about 30 mins after she arrived and before me. That set me off. I went to the desk to let the woman know and she argued with me that these people had appts before me! I ended up leaving. Read reviews and shop around before making appts.

Every year here has brought great service from the doctor and the girls who helped me choose frames and the tech who measured and ordered my glasses. I am very pleased with Optical Outlets.

Very kind, fast, helped with everything, and has automatic insurance coverage in case your glasses are damaged... I didnt realize until my son broke his glasses 4 months after he got them!!! Was such a relief, they NEVER HAVE GIVEN ME A HASSLE!!!I WILL NEVER GO TO EYE EXPRESS AGAIN!!! EVER!!! I thank God for this company and all their employees!!! Pure Angels 😇

I got my glasses 2 times on 2016 and 2017. the eye check up was so wrong by doctor who works there the frames are not even lost for 3 months they bend or break easley they not good quality glasses the lences easily get scraches and frames are so bad get rust and bend and break in no time for sure, uts not even worth going for the deal now i know why they sell for 2 pairs deals but than we go for that deal they add more stuff to hike the price if you dont want what their commission selling things on those 2 pairs than you get the glasses i explained above witch are so cheeap quality. so not happy with this optical outlet in winter Haven florida store

Put me in three different pairs of glasses still cant see at a distance or close up. Will never go there again. Also felt like they took my insurance for all they can get.

*EDIT: Between the DM and SM, every single issue has been addressed and taken care of. I cant say enough how much I appreciate them making sure my daughter has what she needs for her vision and doing what they could to fix this situation.*My 2 year old daughter has a prescription of +10, so she cant see ANYTHING without her glasses. Because of the absolute failure on the part of this establishment, my daughter may have to have surgery on her eye.We had months to correct an issue with her vision. Her doctor ordered that we get her prescription filled and patch her eye for so long each day to make the other stronger. Sticky patches arent an option, so we have one that goes over the glasses. If it doesnt work her brain will ignore the signals from her weak eye and she will PERMANENTLY LOSE VISION IN IT, so surgery is one of our last steps before that point.So we go to this office and explain that we need glasses for her and how urgently we need them. The lady assures us that they will get it taken care of. We give her the prescription, order the glasses through insurance, and order a second cheap pair (paid cash that day) and left thinking we were getting insurance to cover her daily set, and we bought the backup set.A few weeks go by and I call to check on the status. I was informed that one set (the backup set) was in but they forgot to call me. So her dad takes her in and they measure the glasses to fit them to her face. Well she gets home and they absolutely will not stay on her face. The lady helped us pick them out, assured us that they may look big, but they would fit her perfectly, got the glasses in and had them adjusted to fit, just for them to be completely useless and a waste of money.So I call a couple of weeks later to inquire about the second pair. I get excuses for EVERYTHING and end up on the phone with insurance myself, who says that the request was filed without the proper paperwork so there was nothing insurance could do until the outlet store submitted another request with the correct forms.So I call the outlet back. They say they are waiting on the opthalmologist my daughter sees because they need a medical history but that they should have the forms that week. So I say okay, Ill wait. So I get a call a week later that there are no papers in and that Ill have to call and handle it myself.So I call the opthalmologist office and they check their records and say that the doctor dictates all of her calls, and that the records were faxed a while back. Turns out, the outlet store gave the opthalmologist doctors the wrong fax number.So today, months later, I call optical outlet back. I get this really nice guy on the phone who says the lady who usually calls me isnt there, but he will contact THEIR insurance to figure out what is going on. He calls back and tells me that I need to have the opthalmologist send the records to my personal email so I can call the insurance and fix it myself, then the information would go to optical outlet who could order the glasses for my daughter. At this point Im pretty pissed off. I explain that my two year old daughter CANT SEE, and that when we ordered we were told a week or two. Her backup glasses dont work, her original set (bought a while back from elsewhere) arent working for her anymore because of scratches and a lower prescription, so we NEED to figure out why they cant process the second set.So he stops me, confused, and asks why she cant use the glasses. After back and forth for a bit he realizes that I ordered TWO sets, but for whatever reason there was absolutely no mention of the first set on her records. None. So for WEEKS Im waiting for them to fix an issue that they have no record of. None. And Ive called countless times to speak to someone about the issue. But apparently, the girl we ordered from cant notate my daughters file properly, and no one else in the office will deal with me or my questions without her.

I went to this store to pick up my granddaughters glasses. They told me they had a 9:45 am opening, I agreed to the appointment. I was choosing some frames then I sat in the waiting area. After 1 hour I asked the young lady that set the appointment how much longer, she went and checked my chart status and told me your next. As I sat waiting I observed the Dr. come out pick up my chart, look at it, put it back and call the next person. He did this 3 times then I walked out. I will NEVER recommend this organization to anyone and I will NEVER return.....NO need for a follow up phone call because no lame excuse or apologies will make me step foot inside your establishment ever again.....you need a Doctor that has decent customer service skills. .......Thanks for NOTHING....Horrible customer service! !!

Terrrible! Ismail may or may not decide to make it in for your appointment. Appt at Winter Haven location for 11:15, no Dr by 12. Poor staff left to field customers complaints. Apparently Ismail is co-owner so feels he does not have to come in if he doesnt feel like it. It is my understanding thisis a frequent habit of his. He obviously values his time over others. Called Lake Wales made 12:15 appt as there were four customers still waiting at 12 for earlier scheduled appts and no sign of Dr. Twenty minute drive to Lake Wales and although called corporate office on route to advise them howtheir Dr runs his facility..still wasnt seen until 1. Left with contacts and need to repay to confirm script, as vision still blurry. Highly recommend against paying this office for anything.. you are merely enabling Ismails unprofessional behavior if you do.

This was my first time going there and it will be my last. The wait was very long and the doc only spent like 5 mins and on top of that the prescription wasnt right, I called the office to come in for a recheck they gave a appoint for the end of the week. Why should I have to wait for a mistake the doctor made. I will be asking for a refund!!!

My appointment was for 12 o’clock told me to get there 15 minutes early got there early and waited an hour for the doctor to see my son when I went to the front desk to ask how much longer she told me 15 minutes because he was backed up with other patient the rule is completely empty after a little bit the room was full of patients waiting for him The lady in the front desk kept telling me the same thing in one she told me if I wanted to reschedule like really after I left the house early to get there early they need to get their act strange and he so unprofessional and they place is So dirty to him I thought abo so dirty tune I thought I found a Roche that’s disgusting I don’t recommend nobody to go there

I waited for 10 minutes on the phone because the other person stated for me to wait. After 10 minutes I hang up and called again. I waited for another 4 minutes only to find out they could not tell me if they accept my insurance or not. I called another office and was given the information I needed and set an appointment for the next day.
