Facility looks so nice and clean! The staff (storage manager) who helped me with my whole process was so nice! She helped me willingly with anything that I needed! What a great and reliable place to store your items!

After searching for a nice, clean storage place I found this one. Let me tell you guys the cleanness of this place is absolutely phenomenal. Upon my arrival I was greeted my a nice lady named Jennifer. She helped me with all of my needs. I really appreciate the help Mrs. Jennifer.

I stopped by this facility to inquire about storing. I was greeted by the manager Jennifer who was so sweet and helpful. I could tell right away she knew what she was talking about. Whenever my boat is finished being customized, I will most definitely be returning to rent from this lady! Thanks Jennifer for all your help!

Lisa is like my new best friend!!! She made my experience effortless! She called to remind me to come pick up my key and lock. She just has the perfect customer service personality!!!When I first rented my unit, I arrived 5 minutes before closing on a weekend. We chose to use Storage King USA because of the reviews and are not disappointed. Lisa was fantastic to deal with in the office, and made sure we knew what to do with our leased unit! She was kind and very helpful, and honestly, it’s great to have someone like Lisa representing the business!!

Jennifer is the manager at the Dundee location at 2100 Dundee Rd. Winter Haven. This lady is one of the sweetest women I know. I lost my father to cancer a couple of months ago, followed by my 5 year old nephew a week later in a car accident. My family has been through the ringer and back and Jennifer has made our lives so much easier. I dont want to discuss exactly what she did cause I dont want others taking advantage of this lady. She was always so kind to my wife, my son and I and we would have liked to stay around longer at this facility, but like my father always said, sometimes you have to do what you have to do. We will miss Jennifer and the kindness she has always showed. Think of that sweet country lady. That would describe Jennifer. Thank you so much for what you have done for us Jen! We appreciate your kindness more than youll know.

Jennifer is freaking amazing, like seriously. I was looking for a storage and couldnt find anything with my house 4 bedroom 3 bath 3200 sq ft house. Everybody was giving me the run around with the storage I needed. I spoke to Jennifer and we was laughing for the first 2 mins and she was so cool I was like Jen Jen, how much storage I need, she was like you probably will need this to be safe but if youre close just come through and let me seeI came she was like alright you need this size storage because you can put the beds here...... Etc she is a expert at this like I had know idea but we made it fit perfectly, it was a personal and great business decision. Just give her a call.Like seriously she good people.

Lisa, the manager is an ‘angel’! She listened to our situation and was very sympathetic to our ordeal. She promised to do her best to get us a space for our RV prior to our move to Florida from California....and she did! Great service at Dundee Rd site! Thank you Lisa! 😇

Beware of the small print. After, my initial quote, I arrived for my reservation date. With a moving date set and items already in my truck, I began the agreement process. I was then informed the quote didnt include taxes. Next I was informed there is a $25.00 administration fee. Next the lady working there asked if had renters insurance, if not I would need to buy Storage Kings rental insurance. Then she asked if I brought my lock. Oh yes I said just like you told me. Oh no you need a round lock. She was either about to sell me one or rent one as I turned to walk out the door. She stopped and said Its okay you can borrow this one until you leave. To the ownership: I wont be here long!

Brand new covered RV parking and commercial space opened this week with dump station.

Storage King USA on Dundee Rd is the cheapest facility I found from others. Staff is helpful and polite. I will recommend them to my friends anytime.

We store a boat here and tried to get it on July 4th and our code wouldn’t work(yes bill paid) we called the ER number call center in Phoenix they called the manager Chris about 4x and no call back from him! Finally we had to get a little rude with the call center and say we need access now to our boat We had people at the marina waiting on us and we couldn’t get our boat. After about 2 hours of waiting the district manager called us and then of course Chris the manager thst was MIA for 2 hours called us and gave us a code! By thst time it was storming our friends at marina went home and July 4th boat ride cancelled! Chris also said it was a software problem they had been having! I understand software glitches I do not understand why Chris would not call back or advice for 2 hours and probably not at all If the district manager wasn’t involved! I’m very disappointed our day off our family plans were ruined... we cannot get that time back! There needs to be a better game plan for software or gate issues !
