Have to say I was hesitant in taking my Mac Book Pro to anyone but Apple directly after my audio stopped working, as I figured it was the Logic Board and would cost me over $1k. However, I needed it back quickly for work and I found Repair Genius right before the holidays. They were very responsive and with great reviews online I bit the bullet and let them work on my baby. I have to tell you the team there was very responsive to updates and their price to fix it was very fair and was more than half of what it would have cost me to take it to Apple. Repair Genius is the most friendliest and convenient iPhone Repair place in the area. I stopped in, within a crunch time period, and only needed assistance with reattaching my screen and the staff there took care of that within 10 minutes! Needs better communication ..

I had my screen fixed and about a week later a crack formed in the corner. I got no response from them. The crack continued to spread and is now all up the side of my screen. When I explained what happened they tell me that they cant fix it. You want me to pay you for a service that I already paid for? It was the poor quality of work and now my phone is in worse condition than it was before! Not to mention the salesman tried to solicit his other business while I was there. No, I dont want to buy a roof from you if you cant even fix a cellphone properly!!! I will never give them business again unless they do the right thing and fix my phone correctly this time!

I took my phone in for a glass repair and was very pleased with the service and the outcome. They were very upfront and honest about what their repair would cost and what it would entail. The part came in very quickly and the repair was done while I waited on the premises. They also offer a three month warranty on their repair which is rare. Getting to the point now where I almost hate Apple. They make cool things, but sell at inflated prices and provide REALLY lousy customer service. Thats what I hate the most - they really just dont care about the people who buy from them. My wifes 8 month-old iPhone8, lovingly cared for, just stopped working. Completely shut down. Like most, she runs her life off her phone. Apple was ZERO help. Couldnt even get through on the phone with either retail store to make an appointment. Phone just rang and rang. The online option gives you no indication how long it will take to mail it out, then have them mail it back. Really, its just crazy. And makes it very clear why services like Repair Genius have popped up all over the place. The only reason we didnt instantly call them is because we thought this issue should be covered under warranty. But Apple makes that almost impossible to determine within any reasonable time frame. Jerks. So, Repair Genius to the rescue. Frankly, we didnt think Repair Genius, or anyone, could fix the phone. Thought it would need to be replaced. But theres a smart phone wizard at Repair Genius named Ricky - a relentlessly curious engineer who just dug in, hung on and worked the problem. As it turns out, it was something very obscure having to do with the glass. Long story short, Ricky fixed it for a very reasonable fee, and very quickly. AND he and the whole crew at Repair Genius were personable, warm, friendly and clearly CARED about their customers. Great business, great guys. Highly recommended.

My wife left her computer for repair and it’s been almost a year since we have reached a conclusion. At first we got the computer back and the computer was not even turning on; we were blamed for it. So we had to leave the computer again for repair. Again, we got the computer back and it wouldn’t turn on so we took it back for a 3rd time.We got the computer back but we’re told that issues were with the charger, we never got our charger back. Over 6 times of communicating throughout the last year with them and showing up only to be given the run around. Literally the reps act confused about what is going on. Each. And every time.Til this day we have a computer with no charger cord. This whole ordeal started back in June, 2018. We would’ve been better off buying a cord and moving on from the company.The only reason we are leaving this review is because they’ve had the audacity to request a review time and time again. So here it is, our personal review:By far the worst experience and customer service we have experienced. We remain with no charger and possible some issues with our computer since we can’t turn it on. We still wait for a call (two months and counting) for a call back about our charge cord.- Joel

They didnt only put a bad quality screen, but I was also having issues with the touch screen on my phone. If youre looking for cell phone repair, look no further. I tried to go to ubreakifix and had a horrific experience. When I called repair genius they had my problem addressed in less than 24 hours after my first phone call. This was after more than 2 weeks of the other guys telling me I had to keep waiting for a part. Repair Genius had my part the same day and did the repair in less than 2 hours. Extremely responsive, friendly, and affordable.

I can honestly say that they are better than u break I fix. They wanted to charge $150 for an LCD screen replacement for an iPad 2. Repair Genius did it for significantly less and I got it back 2 hours later the same day. They did a great job. Have to give them props on that one.

I give them credit for trying to fix my phone which was submerged underwater. Unfortunately they were unable to repair it. Another shop in town kept my phone for 2 days before telling me they wouldnt even try to fix it. Repair Genius didnt charge me for looking at it. They did take it apart and try to dry it and replace some parts which they had to order so at least I know they did all they could. I appreciate all they did.

As happy I was to find them to be the cheapest phone screen repair in town.... I got what I paid for. The quality of the screen is clearly cheap and does not support 3D Touch on iPhone (which I use every day) When I brought it back to them because the forcetouch was not working, and the screen was not fitting in correctly, they were not understanding of the issue. Seemed as though their knowledge of how the 3D Touch works was extremely minimal. Would not recommend a screen repair here unless you want an iPhone 3G quality screen placed on your iPhone 7+, 8+, or X. (Was also told they would get back to me on the issue, and never did)

This experience was P-E-R-F-E-C-T.I stopped in today around 12:00 noon to ask if they could repair my cracked iPhone 7 screen, the associate at the front counter was great to deal with, he gave me a very fair price and said it would take 30 minutes if I wanted to have the repair done. I left my phone with them and came back 45 minutes later, picked up my phone, and it looked good as new. Everything worked perfectly. I also learned that they warranty their work which is great piece of mind. Just had my Mac Mini repaired. I usually do all my computer repairs on my own. I tried to upgrade my hard drive on the Mini but instead it turned into a jigsaw puzzle. Ricky worked for 4 days attempting to fix my malfunctioning LG G4 so that I could retrieve saved voicemails from my dad, who has since passed away. When it became apparent the phone could not be turned back on, he refused to charge me. Will take all of my phone repair work to them. They have also replaced the glass on my sons I-Phone a couple of times. Good work and nice guys.

My kid’s iPad got stuck on the boot up screen. We took it to Repair Genius. The first day, the iPad was unresponsive to the attempt to restore it. The gentleman there let me know that he could keep it for another day and keep trying. He kept it 3 days and just as I was about to purchase a new iPad, I checked in with Repair Genius and SUCCESS!! It took MANY attempts, but thanks to their patience, The iPad is good as brand new for $30 and saved my family $400 on the new, needed device. Our neighborhood is so lucky to have this place!
