I had the pleasure of speaking to Sam on the day after my car was vandalized with the windshield being shattered. I was so upset, but his voice and pleasant demeanor calmed me so I knew my car could get back to normal soon. He gave me the best price out of four other places, and even wanted to fix it the same day. I had to schedule my appointment a few days later, and two very nice techs came out to my house where I sat on my porch and chatted with them before they started to work. The techs were so focused and easy going that they made the hard work look like a cakewalk! The experience with Atlantic Auto Glass was very professional, fast and courteous. Once I arrived, the tech explained a few things to me about my windshields weather protection and pointed out an issue I hadnt noticed and what to look for moving forward before installing the windshield. I called this morning to see when they could fit me in for an appointment, get a quote, and check availability of my glass. The tech said they could fit me in today. I asked about the price and was quoted an extremely reasonable price and they had my glass in stock. When I showed up the two techs were fast, clean, and got done in 40 minutes. I would go back here for sure.

Sam was very professional, polite and kind. He changed the windshield, even wiped my dashboard and clean the seats just to make sure that car is safe to set in after changing the windshield although it didnt break at all while removing the old one. I had an awesome experience with these guys. Sam was very professional and friendly. Took him only 30 mins to install a new windshield for my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Made my car look brand new and even wiped my dashboard. Ill definitely recommend this place for everybody. Oh and the price was Great!

I called around to a few different locations to get quotes and he was by far the best value. I highly recommend them. I had my windshield replaced at a much lower cost then the other places i called. They did an excellent job! they came to my house and and were very efficient. I was given 1 year warranty for leaks.

Helped me get back on the road ASAP! had my car broken into last night when i went to dc and its been the worst thing possible to drive around without my driver door glass! Called themIn the morning within a couple hours they came and were done with the job! Reasonable prices no one locally can compare to!

The area is a bit sketchy but the quality of work is just fantastic. I would recommend anyone to this place. It is also on the cheaper end of things compared to the big businesses and my driver door window replacement is just great. They also recommend that I install cameras inside my car to at least know who vandalized my car.

Honestly, the BEST most affordable in the DMV area. They are super flexible and have amazing customer service. I think the last remaining remnant of the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs finally fell to earth finding the windshield of my Acura ILX as its final resting place. And much like the dinos, destroyed my windshield with a sound likened to a room full of 4 years old toddlers who were just told that Barney season 102 was cancelled - meaning to say, it was deafening.Id pulled my old fart card and asked for repair recommendations in a local Facebook Group of which Atlantic Auto Glass came recommended for being cheap yet reliable - basically, if this were Windshield Tinder, and that was their bio, I would have swiped right then superliked.So I venture through the menagerie of what seemed to be the box of chocolates of business parks (you never know what youre gonna get) until I located AAG on the back side of the furthest building from the road (and for you foodies, the furthest building from the Taco Bell - heyo!).Cheapest, fastest, and wasnt murdered - rare are the times those three descriptors find the same sentence, but Atlantic Auto Glass made an otherwise painful process, pretty darn easy. I dropped of the car, and an hour later - baddabing, baddaboom - my car is sporting the vehicular equivalent of new spectacles.Things to note - I did not go through insurance, didnt want to make a claim for whatever reason I felt at the time.Also - the waiting room is a stretch. Its more like an un-air conditioned place for the guy installing your windshield to sit, and if youre desperate to sit as well, theres a chair, a magazine, and an episode of Law & Order with the TV still prompting to be setup.That said, I think theyre mobile as well, so that may be a better option - but the stop and drop fit my schedule and I wanted my car fixed ASAP because I like being dramatic when it comes to auto repairs.

I had to replace the windshield on my 2020 Kia. I called multiple companies in the area and they all charged double the price that was quoted to me by Atlantic Auto Glass. Safelite literally was charging me theee times the price and i was told they could not get to me for next four days. This company not only offered the best price but the came to my job the next day and had the job done while i took my break. The technician was professional, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to all friends, family, and people that need to have their auto glass replaced. Hopefully i won’t need it again but if i do, I’ll know not to waste my time with other companies and come here straight.

I called on a Saturday and sure enough Monday at 11:00AM they were at my house ready to replace my windshield. I have not driven my car since the replacement but I’m hoping everything is good.Update: Although they were responsive and Very, Very respectful I am not happy with the damages that came afterwards. To make a long story short my sensor in my windshield was fried to to the removal of protective glue around the sensor. I called them a couple days after explaining my auto sensing wipers were not working and the came back to me free of charge. After working on the sensor for a couple hours they concluded that the windshield needed to be re calibrated. I went to the infiniti dealership only to find out the windshield was fine but the sensor no longer worked due to removal of the protective glue. $780 dollars later the sensor was replaced. They even showed me the original. I called AAG and explained what happened and they respectfully told me they aren’t responsible because I should’ve called them to purchase and install the new sensor. Now maybe I’m wrong for not doing that but in the back of my mind I’m thinking why on earth would I do that when Their original diagnosis was incorrect. They are not mechanics they are glass repairmans. Anyway I asked if they could just reimburse me for the new sensor and they wouldn’t. Keep in mind still being very respectful. I’m giving them 3 stars because they were polite and responsive.
