OMG this place is awesome. The receptionist talked me off a ledge when I was trying to navigate a windshield replacement. I was literately in tears before I called That Glass Place and she calmed me down. Great service, and successfully replaced my windshield. And then when I needed the records because I lost my copy from 2 years prior they were able to pull it right up and send it to me! I highly recommend these people!

Everyone I interacted with was super-friendly and nice, plus they worked with me (and the weather) to find the right date for my schedule. The morning of the scheduled repair, something came up at work that was going to make it a challenge to keep the appointment, but I told Melinda I would somehow make it work. They were able to schedule us within less than a week to replace our truck windshield at home. The beat SafeLite price and did not charge a disposal fee when taking our discarded windshield with them. They werebdone within an hour, reapplied our registration stickers and rearview mirror, and they even cleared debris from our intake.As much as we hope we will not need their services in the future, we would definitely use them for any future needs.
