I’m surprised this place has positive reviews! We went there to repair a small windshield chip. They said it will cost us $80. We gave them a car and after an hour the guy returned our car with a huge crack through the entire windshield asking for $700 to replace the windshield. We tried to address it with a manager as it was companies fault, he told us “to take a hike” and that this is not their problem and they are not going to fix it.Stay away from this place if you do not want to lose thousands $$!

Not good. Wrong windshield was ordered so they were unable to calibrate lane departure warning and forward collision sensors. Warning lights everywhere until next Monday. Noticed this error multiple times while I waited for nearly 3 hrs. Honest error maybe, but a bit frustrating nonetheless. Take the extra time to verify the type windshield so that the correct one can be ordered the first time. Changed to 4 stars after they squared me away this morning. Looks good as knew with proper calibration.

Had an appointment for my windshield to get fixed on a Monday. Vehicle was supposed to be inspected on tuesday morning. Well they called me and told my they wouldnt be able to install my windshield till Tuesday first thing. I was like ok. Then they send me the new conformation ant it wasnt till the afternoon. So the garage couldnt do my inspection and now I have to make other arrangements to get the inspection done. On a good note windshield looks good.

I arranged the mobile service from the Woodbridge location. My service rep was Carlis and he has skills! He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. I highly recommend Carlis if you can by-name request him! I’m very happy with the service!

Vehicle has recently hit by a piece of debris, windshield cracked immediately to over a foot long in two different streams. Called Safelite for a next day appointment, problem solved. They recalibrated my safety features, mounted to the windshield. High come highly recommended.

Not so eager to go above and beyond as ads / price would suggest; I set an appointment and paid up front. It was drizzling for about 20 minutes, so they cancelled my appointment and told me to go online and reschedule. Next appointment was 5 days away no effort to find a closer date or offer to try later that day. - Couldn’t risk any rain the next available day and another pull-off … so cancelled and will look elsewhere.

Very pricey. They ask right away if your insurance is covering the repairs. If you are paying out of pocket there are local options that cost much less. They were very friendly though.

Nice service, called and made an appointment day before to fix a rock hit front windshield of my wife’s car. Showed up on time and took them about 40 minutes and it was all ✅. Kelton was great and professional.

If you need a window for car they replace in less than 90 minutes. Quality of service is good and they work with your insurance company. They install wiper blades if desired and cost is less than most auto parts stores

We have had nothing but great experience with Safelite . We traveled from Florida to Virginia and a rock hit the windshield, resulting in a small crack. Not taking any chances we double checked with the insurance that they were a preferred provider and the process was easy. Safelite is nation wide and the appointment was scheduled first thing in the morning after Thanksgiving. We received the confirmation of an appointment and complementary windshield wipers at the discount, which we purchased. The customer service is excellent from start to finish.P.S. We do have an advise, beware of the law on your state when it comes down to the windshield replacement. It appears that in Florida it will not go against you deductible, however in other states it may. Our option was if something would have happened to the windshield and we had to be replaced it we would need to handle it back home in Fl versus VA. Cheaper.

I just want to thank the staff at the Woodbridge location of Safelite AutoGlass. I had to replace my windshield after a rock strike on the highway. It was an expensive fix due to advanced systems in my car that required calibration. Camille helped me to explore my options, even found me a discount, and I was scheduled, fixed and happy with the job within 24 hours.

Not a good experience. Plastic tabs were not aligned. Fasteners were broken. Windshield was not cleaned. However, Front windows appeared to be wiped down quickly. Rear windows were not touched. The receipt claim to have cleaned the entire car. Very disappointed this time. I used Safelite once before, it was years ago and I was astonished by the quality of their work back then.

Very fast service and great quality. Prices are on par. I called and dropped my car off the next day. Most places make you wait days or WEEKS for parts to get in. They finished in around 35 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Allstate set up my appointment to have my windshield replaced. They took my car back as soon as I arrived. Said it would be about an hour and a half. Took almost exactly one hour. Waiting room was spacious and clean. Donald was very professional. A great experience! Highly recommend.

My car window was broken and vehicle was broken into — frustrating, obviously. My insurance set me up with Safelite, but the insurance company somehow requested the wrong kind of glass, and also messed up the scheduling. However the staff at Safelite took great care of me, and obtained the correct glass in time to complete the repair without delay. Roshua Reid in particular provided excellent service and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys!

A rock from a dump truck hit my windshield and left a nice bullet hole style crack. Hit up GEICO, they sent Safelite. Now I can barely tell I was hit. This service is top notch and I didnt spend a dime.

The tech I got is awesome. He is actually letting me know about everything he is doing and letting me watch an learn things as he is working. Hes been doing this awhile an is very knowledgeable and curtious. its unfortunate that I need a windshield cause of state trucks working without putting their tarps on but between my insurance and Safelite and my tech Tyrell they did me justice. So if you get a chip in your windshield or needs replacing call Safelite. I highly recommend them.👍😎

Fast, professional, and courteous. Scheduled online (very easy) two days out, showed up at the appointment time, and my car was immediately taken into the shop. The guy checking me in quoted 1.5 - 2 hours for the windshield replacement, but I was out in 70 minutes with a new windshield and vacuumed seats/carpet.Already recommended to a family member, who had the same positive experience.

Made an appointment at the Woodbridge VA location 2 days ahead of time. We took our car there for scheduled appointment at 1:30 pm at 2:30 pm was told they didn’t have the right windshield! Really?? Will not use them again and still need a windshield!

Very professional and proficient service. I showed up before my scheduled appointment and they started working on my truck immediately. After it was completed, they throughly explained everything (the dos and donts) and I was on my way!

They did a great job, told me it would be three hours and it was actually only an hour and a half. They also vacuumed my car which I needed!

The repair originally was scheduled for 12-1700 Sunday, the second day after I reported the damage. Though I received an acknowledgment on the date of the report and the morning of the schedule repair, the day dragged on past 1700 with no repairman and no explanation of his absence. I called the number provided and reached a dispatcher, who made several attempts to reach the repairman and, after speaking to the supervisor, finally rescheduled the service for the following morning, causing me to take time off from work. The dispatcher sounded embarrassed and apologized profusely, but I emphasized that I did not blame him for either the repairmans having been delayed or his failure to explain the delay. On the following day, another repairman arrived within the appointment window and very courteously and professionally completed the repair. Though I was very satisfied with the overall service, I just cannot award the maximum rating.

Great work and the price was pretty good, too. The facility was clean and the personnel were professional.

UPDATE: initial work was completed on August 28th. Safelite did work with me to repair the damages done they did to my vehicle via a 3rd party body shop. My vehicle was back in my hands in good condition approximately 2 weeks later on September 13th. Safelite covered the cost of my rental car during that time.This shop has possibly the worst workmanship I have seen in the autoglass industry. In my 10 years of driving I have had 7 windshields replaced and I have been reasonably happy each time. This time however, the glue used to set the windshield is very wavy, it looks terrible from inside the vehicle. I am experiencing a water leak dead center of the windshield. Additionally, and COMPLETELY unacceptable, is all the paint that was scraped off of my windshield frame on all 4 sides. I am irreparably disappointed in the workmanship at this location.

The people are nice and they will knock out the work for you. Unfortunately the product that they carry is not very good. The glass that had been installed had two chips in it within 6 months. When having it replaced as the chip became a crack that could not be repaired, the installer of the new windshield said that the glass was a FY product from China. I dont know what/who FY is, but I know the glass didnt last. When I told him I had the glass for only 6 months, he nodded and told me he used to work for Safelite. I had not even told him where I got the glass from. Seems like an in house inferior product to produce profit dollars because you will need a replacement.

1st visit- Safelite repaired a crack Im the windshield last last year (2017). When they installed the windshield, the plastic casing around the mirror was improperly installed and fell off a couple of months later.2nd visit- Tech came out to repair the casing. He was unable to repair and needed to order new casing.3rd visit- Part was received and tech came out to install new casing. He said it would be a quick install, so i opened the door and he He made the repair and left. Later that day, I prepare to drive off in the car and the casing falls onto my lap. I call the tech and he informs me that that he knew it wouldnt stay and he needed to order a new windshield. He didnt feel the need to tell me this before he left.4th visit (scheduled)- It was raining on the day of the appointment and the tech calls and said he cancelled my appointment. I informed that I have a garage and the car is parked there. He said its too late and rescheduled for the following week.5th visit (scheduled)- Manager calls on the day of the appointment and informs me that a tech called out sick and they need to reschedule my appt. I asked if they only had 1 tech and if my repair should be a priority since its been mishandled multiple times. He said he would get a tech to my house that day and would call me back. No tech or phone call.6th visit??- Rescheduled for today. Not sure if anyone is coming out since I didnt get the email reminder for my appointment. Im starting to wonder if Safelite Woodbridge is an actual professional organization. The level of incompetence is astounding.

I visited there twice for a claim.Average waiting time was more than 2 hrs.When I visited there for my appointment, they did not have right product for my vehicle so that I wasted 2 hrs and had to special order.For my 2nd visit, I arrived there 30 mins before my time.And I saw my vehicle went inside after an hour and they were doing someone else job.My questions were, they had vin# in order to get right product, but how were they not ready for it? If a worker comes out to you, they get the job done in 40 mins, but I wait more time at the store. Why? 40mins vs 2hrs?

The mall is right acoss the street so while ur waiting for 2hrs you can go buy yourself some shoes. They even vacuumed the car when they were done.

Theres nothing to like about them. i changed my drivers window there and at night the glass fell in between the door so i had to put a plastic bag on it because it was raining that night, I took it back because it was an error on their end and they changed it and I still have a problem with my window. it goes up & down slow, when I push the button to put up the window it squeaks and it tilts so I have to roll it back down to straighten it. horrible service, dont recommend this place to anyone. they also had to reimburse me because i had tinted my window and they had to replace the whole glass and I never received my reimbursement.
