I have experienced the worst customer service in this Walgreens location. The first time I thought it was a random experience, but this is a consistent issue of the worst customer service ever. If you have a choice consider other pharmacies
I scheduled and came n for a FREE FLU SHOT at Jefferson Davis pkwy 14095. She asked me for my insurance. Wow! The were unable to pull up my insurance, to get a FREE FLU SHOT. Please, don’t advertise FREE. you are not giving, nor did I get a FREE FLU SHOT. I drove all the way over here for absolutely.Nothing…. I really wouldn’t give you one star.
After the line, I came to the counter and ask:Do you carry any at home covid testing kit?The PHARMACIST:Hey how was the funeral, you are not working today right?The other PHARMACIST:Oh heck no Im not, I was driving from DumfriesThey literally spent 2 minutes ignoring me while 3 other people are in the line behind me.If you doing business to help people then please at least act like it.This is 09/23/2021 at roughly 7:40pm.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. We call in medications for our patients frequently and we havent had one good experience. We sit on hold for extended periods of time or the phone is answered and immediately disconnected before we can talk to a tech. The techs that do answer are extremely rude. We strongly encourage our patients to try a different location or a different pharmacy all together.
No customer service at all. Cashiers are extremely rude. I understand that you have a line and I’m just “another customer” trying to pay, but it doesn’t mean that you can mess up my order. Take your time to listen to your clients and if you made a mistake, there’s no reason to lie about it. Disappointing
They constantly fill prescriptions with ingredients that I am severely allergic to and today they made no effort to coordinate with the doctor to correct it

Yesterday’s pharmacist, Sahyed (9/13/20) was exceptionally customer-centric! She was patient, informative and really sincerely presenting the pros & cons of my wife’s and my prescriptions! She had genuine concern of our overall out-of-pocket expenses. SHE IS AMAZING!!!
Didnt have what I needed despite the website saying otherwise, but the staff was surprisingly unhelpful in attempting to locate the item almost dismissive.
Probably the worst Walgreens we’ve used. They can’t find our doctor’s phoned or faxed in prescriptions on a regular basis. When they manage to get them, they are never ready when they’re supposed to be. I don’t know if this is a Walgreen’s staffing issue or the pharmacy staff at this particular Walgreens. Nevertheless, it’s horrible and I hate that it is the only pharmacy in network with our insurance here.
I came to this Walgreen at 6:30 this morning and the staff was completely dismissive to my presence. No greeting what so ever! Like come on I know it’s early but fake it! Customer Service is no longer I guess. Ugh.

Avoid this pharmacy!!!! They are the worst for not picking up their phone! I had to call another Walgreens just to get them to transfer my prescription to this one yesterday. Today I called to get it refilled and waited 14 minutes to get someone to pick up in which I was NOT greeted and had to listen to her service other customers to be put on hold yet again! I finally got my other phone and called the front cashier in which she had to walk back there to let them know that I had been waiting by that time at least 20 minutes on the phone! Neil picked up and claimed to be the manager and was not apologetic at all!The worst customer service ever! I will be moving my medication to another Walgreens because this one is poorly operated!
Ever since Walgreens has taken over I have had nothing but issues every time I come here to get a prescription filled. Its like the cant get this stuff together they always understaffed . There just the worst and yes I plan on looking for another place to get my prescription filled!
I went to consultant for my sore throat and the he responded me was really bad attitude as if he I am having virus. I ask for better medicine than he responded me with negative answer. This how you treat people if they come to ask for help. Really not happy with services.
Saw a mouse run across the aisle and that was more than enough for me to decide that I will not be returning to this location.
I picked up my photo from Walgreens at the corner of Route 1 and Longview, I can not even begin to tell you how disappointed I am. 11 x 14 poster board, it was flat in color lines all through the picture like it ran out of ink!!! I can not believe someone allowed this to go through and then gave it to me.
I hope not to put a star, the worst attention my wife left the recipe of my daughter who had just had surgery and this entity said they would send a text to your cell when the medicine is ready, we wait like 2 hours and nothing. They simply closed their pharmacy, I search the hours of google and they have from 6am to 12am arriving back to their happy pharmacy at 8:50 and there will be no until 9am, I will never return to this place my daughter had to be with Pain all night thanks to these peopleWalgreens on Woodbridge Rt 1
All I can really comment on is the pharmacy. They have good service but are always overloaded. I wish I could give them a better review Bc they are trying.
Terrell is awesome! He went above and beyond to help me find an item, that not even I knew what was called as I only knew its name in Spanish. Great store always helpful.
Called pharmacy 3 times and was put on hold then hung up on every time. If your overloaded get more help. Customers shouldnt be hung up on or take hours to reach someone. I still havent got through!!!!! Worst pharmacy experience i have ever had

I drive by this store on my commute. The staff is extremely friendly every time I go inside. They are affordable and always have items I need in a pinch. The lines can be long at times, but it is usually during busy times like when everyone is getting off work and stopping on the way home. The only two reasons I dont love this place is the location can be difficult to get in and out of and sometimes there are people loitering outside asking for money or rides. However; they are not the only place in this intersection that has issues with people loitering, but the staff does make an effort to stir them away.
This pharmacy is such a mess. I took my grandmother to get her medicine and they did not have it ready after telling her that they would have it ready. This has happened every month for the past 6 months. They have lied to her on numerous occasions about needing further approval when they have already had the required approval. Their customer service is highly unsatisfactory.
Really helpful! I was seriously in the photo center for an hour with my sister asking so many questions on how to do a calendar and wallet size photos for snow globes. The associate Jordan had so much patience with us! Really great experience at this wallgreens with all the associates.
I have had a very pleasant experience with this Walgreens. The employees at the registers have always been very nice. They were one of the first stores in the area to offer NFC (smartphone) payment options, so I used this store to fulfill a couple of Samsung Pay promotional offers, and they were very patient with the process. They always have at least a few items in their small grocery section on sale or clearance, and I have found some great deals on dog food, treats, and supplies. It makes it a convenient place to get what I need, use phone payments when necessary, and get everything accomplished quickly.On two separate occasions, I have asked an employee who was out on the floor stocking shelves or checking inventory for help finding a particular item, and both times, the employees were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist me.The pharmacy itself has always been very pleasant as well. The drive-through is convenient and quick. The pharmacists and their assistants are always friendly and professional. Most prescriptions are ready within 10 minutes if I want to wait.The only less-than-ideal aspect of the store is the computer screens inside, which are supposed to be used to request refills or process pickups quickly. They seem a bit counter-productive, since they require you to input your information, pay, and then bring the printed receipt to the counter for the pharmacist. There is almost never a line (inside or in drive-through), so the system makes the entire process lengthier rather than quicker. I skip the computers and go straight to the counter now, and have noticed lately the computers appear to frequently be out of service. If I were the store owner, I would remove them.All in all, this is a great pharmacy, with quick service, good everyday consumable products and reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a convenient location.

Its a Walgreens. Yeah, sometimes the staff can be rude, but thats what you get when you live in Woodbridge. Its like that everywhere.As of about a year ago, theyre not open 24/7 anymore. Only until midnight.
