😃 Really some of the nicest knowledgeable people youll know! Id never been in to a Batteries Plus and didnt know they fixed phones. Theyre the absolute best with repairs and knowing about devices and hardware. He was super fast and really courteous. You can make an appointment online but I didnt have to because of the time and they still offered the online rates and discounts. Just lots of integrity and honest; its interesting to experience something like that going somewhere for a first time 👍

I normally don’t review stores like this. I witnessed two of the nicest employees this morning. Of course they had my battery ready to go. I watched as the interaction happened with other customers. Excellent service. Very friendly and had me out the door with a new key fob battery in under five minutes. They swap it out for you for a small fee (less than $2 if I recall correctly)

Most only have standard AAA, AA, C, D and 9 volt. Most do not carry any speciality batteries. Batteries Plus has just what I needed. Not only were Aaron and Quincy very accommodating to me as a customer, but Aaron was quick to resolve the issue I was having with my iPhone. Aaron is knowledgeable, quick to resolve the issue, and friendly to work with. Quincy was conversational while still balancing his work responsibilities, while I waited on Aaron to replace my iPhone battery. I would recommend BatteriesPlus to anyone with the same issues I had with my iPhone.

Helpful staff, good place especially when you dont want to wait for delivery for a battery/bulb. Unfortunately it is not like radio shack with all the different connectors and wires and stuff, so dont waste your time if you need something specific like that. IMO its a market they could expand to since you often need to physically check those items, but yeah for batteries and bulbs same day - this beats the heck out of Walmart.

Though Ive never stepped foot into this place, I have to currently rate it on its website performance, which I give a ZERO. Im looking for a specific battery and every time I request something I get error messages. Not a great way to start a business relationship 🤔. Im really hoping things change when I get a chance to physically go into the store. If so, Ill definitely change my rating.

I have bought this battery 3 times and it goes dead with in 2 months. The battery doesnt last as long. Its in a speaker. And I dont use it all the time. Not a good product.

Excellent customer service, my battery was drained because my lights came on and where on all night, I was so scared and I didnt know what to do. I called the store and I spoke to a representative name paco, he was incredible. Very kind and polite. He listened to my sobbing story and was so professional when he informed me that they would be able to help me with my problem. I wouldnt have went to Batteries Plus if my son had not told me about it but after I received the outstanding outstanding service from that young man, I will definitely be going back there from now on.

Ordered car battery online and the local store responded that it was available for pickup in under 5 minutes from placing the order. Upon arrival at store, staff was very friendly and assisted me in completing my order and getting me on my way.

While Batteries and Bulbs has an impressive inventory of items, they tend to be a little overpriced. If youre looking for something obscure, Id recommend them. If youre looking for something thats common, in my experience youre better off going to a regular store.

It was very easy to find what I needed for this purchase. The staff at the location were quick and friendly and gave advice for what I should do after picking up my order.

I ordered online and picked up my Note Four Cell battery the next day. It was probably ready that day but I could not find the confirmation email. When I arrived they greeted me immediately. I was out the door in minutes. I did not give five stars yet because the battery is acting funky but I will see if I have too many apps in the background running. According to the sign they are moving near Minnieville. Hope it is more accessible.

Always a great experience here. A few months back I needed a new phone battery and they shipped it out and back in a timely manner and it was cheaper than the price estimate they gave me! Today I needed a new car battery. They had one for cheaper than all the car places in town and I was able to order online and receive 10% off. They called me when the battery was ready and installed it quickly and correctly for free. Very nice staff. My GS 350 battery was dead this morning. I was going to jump it but since my car’s battery was 5 years old I decided to replace it. Getting it from the dealer was out of the question. After looking up prices I settled on Batteries Plus. I got a good battery, good price and with more cranking amps and cold cranking amps then my original battery. While I was there I also bought a battery for my garage door opener.I received stellar service promptly. This wasn’t the first time I’ve visited this Batteries Plus but it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this establishment!

We lost power during the wind storms, and Allie knew exactly what we needed. I have not received such great customer service in this area in a long time. I purchased an adapter for my laptop; the price on the wall stated 49.99 but to the person who waited on me charged 59.99. When I told the diff in the price he told me the system changed it. I was in a hurry and really needed the adapter. I acquiesced and purchased it. I looked up the price the adapter and online was 49.99. I will return it tomorrow unopened. I will never return to that location again.

I will say if you find yourself needing a weird ocult battery for your baby monitor, go here. For some reason as if diapers, wipes, and the other myriads of things you need for the little ones isnt enough - the fine people making monitors just can not engineer a device using normal rechargeable batteries.But with awesome service and know how it took the representatives at BPB to find and actually make me a battery. Yes! They had to solder me up replacement, but they did so super quick. Folks overall were super nice and knowledgable. I will be back.

I recently had to purchase a battery for my key fob for my 2010 Acura ZDX. After the dealership told me it would be $8.00 to replace and install I called Battery Plus on Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge, VA and talked with Ivy who told me Battery Plus would charge $3.18 to replace and install the battery. Upon arrival I met Sarah (the manager) who quickly replaced and installed the battery. I found both Sarah & Ivy to be more than knowledgeable regarding the myriad of batteries and bulbs available to the consumer. At a time when so much of the marketplace is automated and self-serve, it was refreshing to deal with (2) knowledgeable, competent and friendly women in the market-place.Good hire on Sarah & Ivy Battery Plus Corporate!

I was told my car was experiencing issues, my mechanic claimed it was some bizarre problem that would cost me over 1k in repairs. Something told me to stop by BPB, they check my car battery which was extremely worn out and old. i received phenomenal service and purchase a new battery for a reasonable price. Austin did a great job in diagnosing and replacing my battery in less than 30 minutes. would highly recommend BPB to anyone experiencing battery issues with their vehicles, lights or anything as minuscule as a watch.Austin and the BPB staff in the Woodbridge location are really good at what they do!!

I made an appointment days in advance for a Sunday afternoon. I get there and the technician is rude and they dont have my screen. She told me it would be in the next day. Or I could go to their Fredericksburg store. Awful experience. I found another chain that fixed my phone in 30 minutes just a few miles away.

These guys have everything. The one in Springfield even has an Electronics Tech who fixes radio receivers. Lightning blew out my HD Stereo AM/FM no-one would fix it, BPB did!
