Our experience with Designers Marble was great!We needed to tear out a LOT of tile (shower, jetted tub deck, vanity counter) and wanted to replace it with something other than tile. A friend suggested we talk to Designers Marble. It was the right choice!Steve was great at helping us make design choices and was also patient with some late-in-the-game changes we wanted to make.They also replaced the tile (100+ sq. ft) on the bathroom floor.The only very minor glitch was the scheduling of the subcontractor that installed the shower enclosure glass. We ended up having to wait almost 2 weeks for that final part of the job.

Extremely knowledgeable people, beautiful work.I couldnt have been more impressed with the quality of materials and installation services the team provided. But even more valuable was the insight they gave in envisioning the project from the demo stage and giving recommendations, not just for their piece of the job (cultured marble shower) but how the contractor / worksite could best prepare. They also directed me to a great company (Distinctive Glass) for the door. With so many decisions to make in a complete bathroom remodel, Designers Marble provided a sense of assuredness, elevated the entire bathroom design, and the finished product just looks amazing.

Designers Marble just completed a new master bathroom shower for us and I am very happy with the results. They were recommended to us after a failed grout replacement in our shower. They were able to make a beautiful custom shower pan for our space and the matching walls to go with it. There were a lot of color and material choices available and Heather spent time with us while we weighed the pros and cons of which color, etc. to use. The team that did the install was phenomenal as well. They arrived as promised or we were notified if they would be running late due to picking up the material for the shower. They put down cardboard to protect our floors and covered things as best they could to prevent construction dust from landing everywhere. The end result was excellent. Amazing job! I highly recommend them and would use Designers Marble again for a future project.

They did my master bathroom a few years back. Everything is fitting fine and holding up super well. Really made the room.

I recently contracted Designers Marble to remodel one of my bathrooms. They helped me design and choose the entire bath including a soaking tub and the appropriate tile and fixtures. Steve’s work was exceptional, including suggested some important at design changes during the remodel. The work was high quality and done in a very reasonable amount of time with minimal disruption. DM is a client oriented organization that does very high quality work. I couldn’t be more please with the result and their costs are very competitive.

Designers Marble removed our old shower tub and surrounds and installed a new tub and marble surrounds for us (Nov 2017). The whole process was a breeze! Heather in the office took care of orders and answered my questions (I have so many) via e-mails and phone calls, she was absolutely great to work with. And Steve came out to do the measuring and estimate and was professional and easy to communicate with. It took a while (maybe 6 weeks) to get on their schedule but that wasnt a problem for us since we had another bathroom. Once they started working, it took 3 days to complete the project and they left the house clean and tidy. Id use them again for future bathroom projects.

We had our guest bath re-modeled, and although we had a hiccup in the project, Peter and the Designers Marble team handled it very professionally and still had our bathroom done in a timely manner. The workmanship is exceptional, and my bathroom has been totally transformed. We are starting our Master Bath TODAY!

Designers Marble transformed our bathrooms! Steve is a total artist- he worked with me to design and create my small bathroom into an accessible, safe place that transports me back to Italy each time I shower! My husbands bathroom is gorgeous! Weve had multiple friends -and even our litchen contractors! -ask about who did our bathrooms and we recommended Designers Marble wholeheartedly. And they are a local company!I originally called them because of their great reviews on NextDoor. From the first contact with Heather, we were guided throughout the process and they worked around our scheduled vacation, were patient with my endless questions, and were careful and kind with my rescue kitty. Above and beyond customer service.Don was super to work with - so nice and careful to clean up. He has to be one of the nicest men on the planet. Steve was so patient with us and put me at ease immediately. He really is an artist - I cannot believe the transformation of my home. He even did the tiles on my hearth! He is extremely talented at what he does.I would recommend the whole team at Designers Marble to anyone and everyone who wants a QUALITY bathroom remodel. Great showroom, fantastic products, top-notch helpful staff.

We just had Designer Marble do a complete remodel of our master bath and it looks terrific!We had talked to Heather at the Everett Home Show the past couple years and finally were ready to get started.Steve, the General Manager, came out to measure and discuss what we wanted done.We ended up deciding to have them do the whole thing studs out – tear out old shower, vanity, toilet vinyl & subfloor, move light fixtures & repair the sheetrock where needed. The tear out, repairs and new paint took 3 days. Next they installed green board behind the new TruStone enclosure, added underlayment and tiled the floor (including the walk in closet), installed the new lighting, vanity & medicine cabinet, installed base boards and touched up everything.Steve was very helpful suggesting fixtures and options that would enhance the project without getting too expensive.Project Manager Heather did all the communicating via e-mail & phone and worked with us selecting materials at the showroom.Don and Jesse did the work (along with Steve) – They were fantastic to have around – very friendly and thoughtful,consulting us with options for where to place things like towel bars & grab rails – when a couple issues came up, as always happens with a remodel, they worked with us to find the best resolution & had sure we were satisfied with the result.Designer Marble finished the project in 9 days and we are completely satisfied – my wife says it feels like she’s walking into the bathroom in a high end hotel suite – couldn’t be happier.
