Customer service in the store is helpful but the manager was rude and unprofessional when an issue came up with a concern regarding product quality and complained that she was working 18 hour days. Requests to speak with higher level management have been consistently ignored for over 6 weeks. By the time the Benjamin Moore responded to me, the project was done and the painters had to re-do some surfaces painted with the Advance paint in question at least five times. The painters returned to do touch ups and the same container of Advance had completely changed color, necessitating another purchase of a fresh batch (bought from a different Mallory branch). There has still been no response from Mallory about this issue.

Great service and they know their paints. Weve been to several Mallory stores in the area and this is the only one well be going to from now on. Other stores seem to be staffed by kids who dont know paint. The staff here really knows what they are selling.

Do NOT go to this location if you need to obtain a paint color match. I brought in my old paint and had to wait over 24 hours to get a new gallon. They gave me paint swatches that showed a match, but the color was totally wrong which also shows how inept the employee was. I’m out $70 since there is no refund on custom paints. I went to Sherwin Williams in Kenmore, and got the perfect match in less than 2 hours! That’s where I will go from now on.

New location. Its a bit more difficult to get to. You have to enter through the Dairy Queen to get to the paint store which is located behind it. However, the interior send more organized and the lighting in the store is MUCH better than it was before. Their paint is excellent and their employees are friendly and helpful.

The Woodinville Mallory Store is by far the best Mallory paint store. I have visited them all and Brandon the Manager is the best. He and his store are helpful, knowledgeable and courteous as well as accommodating.

The assistant manager went above and beyond to make certain that we walked away satisfied with our custom tint product and even extended the offer to return for tweaking ig it did not look as we had hoped. I will defintely return for my future paint needs.
