I went to Sherwin-Williams to get a paint match on the trim for our house. I wasnt sure theyd be able to match 13 year old paint but WOW did they ever! The match was perfect, the staff was friendly and they were very thorough in helping me with my experience. Ive been to this store many times and Ive always had a great experience - but today proved just why S-W is the best.

I shop there often, working for a water damage company that reinstall the products that have been removed.They have a talent for matching paint samples from scraps of wall or base trim. Never have I been disappointed with the efforts put forth in matching paint or willingness to accommodate your needs. The quality of paint is exceptional, in my opinion, you dont need to go anywhere else.Their stores are everywhere you need them to be.

I went in this morning to get 2 samples of white. There was only 1 other customer besides me in the store. It took well over 20 minutes from start to finish. I think the lady that was helping me just have been new because she didn’t seem to have a clue about how to do what i needed. For expensive paint I expect a quick in and out. I don’t have time in my life for things like this!

Very good customer service. My deck stain was discontinued. They matched the color with the same formula as my last order with the new product.

Walked in 30 minutes before closing to get a few samples, stood behind a lady in line for 20 minutes who was price checking on her phone and the employee told us that she couldn’t do our samples because they take too long and they were closing and she has to close right at 7. Why the employee didn’t do our samples while the other customer was taking her time- IDK! Bad customer service! I went to another sherwin Williams and it took all of 4 minutes for them to mix the samples for me.

Never never buy from this store, they just want to charge more than they could, online said all store have 30% discount, but I get only 25% discount, the reason they said i do not show them, I have buy from many stores, only this one this guy charge more than websites and said i do not notice them, even want to give them zero if could.
