Excessive Rate Increases. This is a very nice facility however after being a loyal customer for one year I received a rate increase of 45%! The first increase was 20% and came after my first three months. This was somewhat expected as the initial price presented as an introductory rate. But, less than a year later I was hit with another increased of 45% adding an additional $90 per month to the cost. On the plus side, this did give me the motivation I needed to get rid of a bunch of things that I wasnt using and didnt need to hold on to.

Excellent service. The manager is awesome. This location is highly recommended. Wish we could find service like this at other places.

Very clean and organized facility. Staff was never an issue. Entering facility up to 10pm is plenty of time. However, not a very convenient location and the premium increase was sudden, significant, and really disappointing. Over a year of on-time payments clearly shows where the companys priorities are. But, thats business I suppose. Just a warning to those who think that advertised price for a 5x10 looks great, it will jump $30 more a month.

I had to change major travel plans due to personal unforeseen circumstances, and needed somewhere to leave my car long term. And I needed to find it fast, as my flight out of Seattle was the following day. Jesse was unbelievably helpful in helping me get this accomplished! He had me in and out of there so quick, as I had my dog with me as well. My situation felt so hard at first but Jesse made it SO easy it almost felt too good to be true! Thank you Jesse, your customer service is stupendous! I’m very happy with my choice of cubesmart.

Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Location was easy to access. Storage unit very clean and well maintained. Loading dock access made it very easy for movers to access. Outdoor drive-up loading area made it very easy for me to access.

I recently started renting a 10x20 unit here and quickly found out when moving things in late on a Friday that my unit would not have enough space for all of my belongings. I mentioned my concerns to Jesse, who was the employee on duty in the office at the time. Jesse was incredibly helpful and showed me an assortment of additional 5x10 and 8x10 units until we found the right unit for me. On an already stressful day of moving, Jesses customer service was exactly what I needed to ensure the day would finish smoothly. I would happily recommend this facility to any of my friends. My fiancée and I shopped all around the Seattle area for an affordable storage unit and CubeSmart offered by far the best price! The units are new, clean, and in a nice part of town. Moving out was also super easy with them. The team went out of its way to work with our movers so we did not even have to return to the site to check out! Thank you Regina and team!

This facility was very clean and the staff was excellent. Regina helped us out a bunch with the placement of the moving container when we were moving out and her help was greatly appreciated. So friendly, she said she was new but I thought she was very thorough and knowledgeable. She explained everything, showed me how to use the lock, made sure I could do it, and showed me the keyboard and made sure I understood that and could work it. Excellent service. I havent had any trouble so far!Im amending my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. The first day was nice. I wanted to pay for 6 months at a time but could not. Dont no why? The account I use I rarely look at so when it was due, I was a day late. Well you would have thought I was a month late. I thought I was signed up for autopay anyway but apparently they cant do that from the store. Why? Then they got rude. Over a small storage space. Im not pleased at all. At the same time I discovered several rude notes in my email, I received a rude call. Needless to say, they need to work on setting up accounts better. Hopefully its straightened out now, but we will see at the end of the month. Happy customer, not so happy now!

I was attracted to CubeSmart because of their security, climate control, positive reviews, contactless rental process and current advertised discount of 35%. Beware of their bait and switch tactics. I signed up online for a 10x8 storage unit, expecting to have roughly 80sqft of space. There were three separate prices for what seemed to be the same thing. I chose the cheapest, expecting it might just be that it required an elevator to access and a long walk, figuring the higher prices were for more convenience. There are no floor plans provided to show the reserved location within the facility or the shape of the unit. I made the reservation online, followed the process in the confirmation email to fill in the rental agreement online, swallowed the additional unadvertised fees that turned a $67.60 rental into a $123.39 month one bill, loaded up my truck, arrived at the facility, entered my code to get in, found my unit, opened the roller door to see that it was right-angled triangle shape with a base of 8 feet and height of 10 feet, therefore only 40sqft of space! WFT? Only half the size of the advertised space. After raising the issue with the local store manager he referred me to the small bullet point, buried two pages into the confirmation email that I should have noticed that this space was an unusual shape/dimensions. It should have said this space is half of what you are expecting/paying for. His only remedy to the situation was to suggest that I pay more for another 10x8 space. He said that if I had visited that facility (not very contactless) he would have showed me the space, talked me into the higher price usual shape units. Apparently corporate set the prices so he has no way to help me get what Im paying for.ALSO, beware of the insurance coverage they offer but is unavoidable when going through the online process. The $12 monthly insurance premium is made up of a $10.95 CubeSmart Admin fee which is not advertised online prior to committing, neither is the $18 lock that you cant opt-out of if you have your own.UPDATE: 9/17/20 - I was given a real 10x8 space at no extra charge.

Great on site staff, boots on the ground are good people.Corporate side needs work, raised prices twice after I moved in. Rather arbitrarily I might add, nothing in the fine print other than reserving the right to increase per usual. However, held similar units with other storage providers and never incurred a rate increase.

I cannot rave enough about how helpful PJ and Regina were in coordinating my lease set-up for a storage unit at this location. PJ was professional, courteous, and prompt to confirm my reservation, and provided detailed instructions to make sure my move in and lease signing process was as smooth as possible. On move-in day, PJ gave me a thorough tour of the facility and answered my (numerous) questions clearly and efficiently. They also upheld vigilant cleaning procedures to disinfect any surfaces/items that I needed in interact with when I checked in at the office. This was very reassuring for me since I had to move during the COVID-19 pandemic. PJ and Regina’s excellent quality of customer service exceeded expectations and greatly eased my moving/storage worries. Thank you!

Raised rates almost 60 percent in a years time.

I had my car parked here for 6 months and was just fine, Jeny help me a lot all this time, she cant be more helpful she is the definition of what a professional is, you should go and try this place I highly recommend it.

Very service oriented in every way from personnel to clean units, well-controlled security, easy access, and most competitive price in our area.SINCE THE TIME I GAVE THIS REVIEW, we just received a notice of a rate change from $65 per month to $95 per month. Unconscionable rate hike from $45 last August to $95 this August. Relocating your storage from one facility to another is not an easy move, but we will be inquiring into our options.

What can I say. In my limited experience with storage facilities this is quite adequate. It is clean and not too crowded and there are locks.

I will give CubeSmart 5 stars based on my experience so far. The facility is brand new. The staff have been great. The starting rate is awesome. If they jack up my rates - I wont be happy. I moved from the last storage place because they raised my rates 20% in 1 year.

Really great experience here! Had to temporarily move items into storage to sell a place, and from move-in to move-out they were amazing. Clean and accessible facilities, very friendly staff.

Ive gone 3 different times and it is so hard to get to the 3rd floor. Half the time one elevator doesnt even work and that one elevator is the only one that goes to the third floor.

Awesome staff and very clean property. Well lit and accessible elevator and carts on site for moving items in and out of the storage unit.

Working with Smart cube was painless and Sydney was very helpful and patient explaining how the process works. Ive rented storage units in the past and this comes on top as the cleanest in the area with comparable pricing and great lighting. Love that all the units are inside the building so you dont have to worry about the weather. Loading docks are a BIG plus if you are storing large items. Would definitely use this facility again if the need arises. Wholly and totally recommend.

Facility is super clean and sparkling new. PJ was very polite and helpful. The online, no contact process had a few glitches. First, the email confirmation with access instructions did not clarify the pre- and post code elements for operating the elevator. PJ apparently did not know those elements were missing from online instructions as he had to advise us in person to operate the elevator believing we had been provided the proper access protocol. Then the unit we were assigned was supposed to have been unlocked with the new lock available in the unit. It was locked, so again PJ had to join us to bring the new lock, unlock the unit and do an initial contact surface cleaning. The issues were resolved to our satisfaction and again PJ was accessible and helpful, but the goal of no contact with the readiness of the assigned unit and proper access instructions missed the mark.

Regina was very polite and helpful. She answered all my questions, showed me around and helped me pick out a unit. This facility is very nice, easily accessible, very clean and secure.

They increased the cost by $30 after 2 months. This isn’t disclosed anywhere. You just get a notice of increased rate after 2 months. That initial price is just to lure you in. Bait and switch.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to come and visit the site before deciding to rent. Very clean. Wide hallways. Great sliding doors for entrance into the facility. Comfortable temps and good lighting. Reasonable, competitive pricing. Glad to be working with them.

Cube Storage in Woodinville is fantastic. We specifically moved from another well known storage company because we were getting overcharged. Cube made moving in super easy. Everyone is very friendly and even offered us water when we were moving everything in. I can not recommend them enough.
