I love renting at this facility! Anji the property manager really knows her stuff. I came by to get a TV box and we started talking about storage. The next thing I know, I have a shiny new unit for my in-laws to store their stuff while we renovate. I highly recommend you storing here!

I think I am a crow because I love shiny things. As a result, I needed a place to hide them from my family. The site manager, Anji has always been great to me. She set me up with a storage locker, a very shiny lock! Plus some not so shiny goodies like moisture absorbent so my stuff doesnt get ruins. So thoughtful! Reserved a unit and decide to go into the office to finish the process. I guess a lot of folks do everything online these days. Anji was super helpful and even showed me around the lot, including a good route for bringing around large trucks or trailers. Great customer service and a delight to talk with 😊 The unit is clean and had no signs of water leaking in, even on an actively rainy day.

They set me up with a huge unit for me to store my belongings. They already had the right size locks too! I brought a combo lock and I was shown how easily they can be broken into and who wants that? I love that they take care of you, like you are family.

Often there are no clerks on the premises if you should need them...which is not so bad if they would answer the phone call. The calls only go to a central office and it takes forever to answer..if they do. I mean why bother with business hours??I also suspect they change rates unilaterally..how much choice do you have once you already stored your items??

The on site property manager, Anji is easy to work with. I have been rent from here for the past few months after my house caught on fire. I was able to salvage a few things that I hold dear. Anji was very compassionate and professional about my situation. Recently her office has been closed Monday, Tuesday and in the mornings on Wednesday. I am an old fashioned kinda person and like to pay my rent in person. I am not happy that I cant just go in on my one day off (Monday) to pay my rent. I am sure I am not the only one who is frustrated by these changes. I was told by another gal at the storage place that its because they are short staffed. During this pandemic and so many people being out of work, you cant tell me you dont have any employable prospects. Get on it Public Storage!! If I was a shareholder, I would be furious that my stocks could be doing better but arent because of the limited employees throughout the company. Shame on you!!!

This a well managed and well maintained self storage place. The manager, Anji, demonstrates her commitment to customer service by how she treats people. She is thoughtful and friendly.

Needed a small storage for 3 months, checked online and signed up thru the website, met with Anji and effortlessly setup my account and received access to the property. Once I was done needing the storage cancelling my membership was just as easy. Anji made this process simple and stress free. Thanks.

Got the rental online but when I got there I had problems with the door. The property mgr, Anji, was coming by and introduced herself and showed me how to use the barrel locks. She was off work and had just come back from the grocery store and stopped to help. Off the clock! Thats service!

So after a long business trip I got home and found out that I needed to move out asap. All my items had to go to storage so off I went to Public Storage. Its as if they were expecting me. The agent told me that shed just moved here from Texas and she was amazing. Very personable, very professional and she seemed to love her job. One month later after I found a new apartment and finally gotten on with my life, I had to go back to get my stuff out and the other agent there was just as personable, friendly and professional. I do not use Public Storage much but if or when I do need them, Ill be back! Thanks gals!

Wow want a great team with Anjie managing the helm. Had a great experience for the short time I needed storage. They regularly drive around the property and inspect that things are secure. My unit was clean and in a great location. Easy to get in and out. I had to deal with shorter COVID-19 hours but it was still convenient, plus they opened up the hours toward the end of my temporary stay. Would highly recommend.

Nice facility, a little older but very clean. The people made the difference. Anji is very polite, very accommodating to any requests, and watches the place like a mother hen. You can tell she likes what shes doing and cares about her tenants.

Anji is extremely nice and very personable! Made my day. The prices seem competitive with whats in the area. Be aware that there are a few small move-in fees on top of the prices advertised online, but not exorbitant. Property feels well-maintained and secure.

Angie is a fantastic employee. Very helpful knowledgeable and patient with me as I wasn’t sure what supplies I needed to purchase for an upcoming move. I would recommend this business and Angie in the office very highly.

Absolutely wonderful. My partner got a unit on line and when we got there we had a problem locking the door. The property manager, Anji, saw us looking befuddled and asked if she could help. Lucj split, she showed us what we needed to do. She said to call or stop by the office if we ever needed any help. Sure enough, we had to call her to help us get the gate open so we could leave. So kind and helpful.

Ive been a customer at this Woodinville location for 7 1/2 years. I live all the way across the country in NY state, but my Mom lived in Seattle and unfortunately passed away. She left me some things from her home. They are all very precious to me, and irreplaceable since they are personal. The folks at Public Storage/Woodinville were wonderful from day one. If you need some place to store anything, call Allison and you will be very happy to work with her. It was/is very emotional to store these items and trust them to someone else. I dont feel at all like this is some anonymous storage facility, I feel like my things are in good hands, with good people. Im grateful for Allison, who is ALWAYS pleasant to deal with, VERY knowledgeable and very kind. It feels really good, more than good, to deal with her and to know that as long as I need to store these things, I have such good people to deal with. Thank you Allison, very much. DO NOT RENT HERE. We started renting a unit here 1 year ago for our business. They raised the rent from $304 to $387 four months later. Now 8 months later they are raising the rent to $448. That is a 50% increase. Ridiculous. We will be moving out ASAP. Absolute price gouging. They offer a low price to move in and then they have you in a vice to move out. Dirty business.

I needed to grab some extra blankets from my storage room today. When I got to the facility, I saw Anji outside shoveling the snow down to the cement so that her customers like me, wouldnt be sliding all over the place. She also threw down some salt or maybe it was sand, to make the ice melt down faster. I rented at one other storage business like this one but different brand and they didnt shovel or salt. I am happy to have an amazing Property Manager like Anji making sure we, the customers are safe!

This is only the second time I have had experience with a storage facility, but this was a very good experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted with a very professional and warm welcome. We spoke for a few minutes about what would be going into storage and for the amount of time needed. From that, we were able to pick the right unit for my needs. Upon showing me the unit, we went into more details about proper moving and storage of my belongings. Everything was very well presented and well explained. I would suggest this facility to anyone who needs a little extra space for the things they love.

Anji is absolutely amazing. I literally cannot put into words how lucky they are to have her as an employee. Every single interaction I have had with her has been amazing, she has bent over backwards to help me, going far and beyond any expectations I possibly could have had. I have had a wonderful experience at public storage with Allie. She was incredibly knowledgeable about my storage needs and helped me to protect the belongings I am storing. She was very personable and easy to talk to also. The location is large and laid out with lots of drive in spots which I find very convenient. So disappointed in this storage business. They’re increasing my storage rate by 33%.....They got me in there with a low price, that they told me wouldn’t change as long as I wasn’t ever past due on paying for it (which the office person denied that piece of information) ...I’ve been there about 5 months, never paid late.I’m on a fixed income, a disabled senior, & dont recommend this place.I will also be trying to find my original contract.** If you’re promised a rate, be sure you keep track of your contract & that the rate is on it **

I was extremely impressed by my recent experience at the Woodinville Public Storage location. Allie went above and beyond to provide a quality and economical storage solution. Sarah and Brian have also been really helpful whenever Ive stopped in. The location was perfect, and with drive-up units loading and unloading is quick and easy. The site is clean too - even their restroom! Great job!

This location is in the middle of an industrial area. Kind of hard to find, but its definitely a diamond in the ruff! The manager here takes great care of the property and it shows! When I am ready to rent, I will be heading here!

We have been using this Public Storage facility in Woodinville for about 4 months now and we have had a very positive experience. We started by getting a smaller unit that Anji, the facility operator, gladly gave me a tour of before signing anything. Anji was very helpful, kind as well as funny! About a month later we realized we needed a larger unit and she made the whole process very quick and easy to get one. The units are clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for one!

I am new to public storage and was reluctant to store mine and my girlfriend stuff in a place not on my property. I am really glad I chose public storage because it seems like they are a very reliable storage facility. When I spoke to Sarah she was awesome at breaking down the process of storing my stuff. The supervisor or desk attentive (female) was extremely rude, short with every answer to my questions, and it seemed that she hated her job so she was going to give anyone and everyone the same negative attitude and hardly no Information....on top of it all she was extremely rude to my girlfriend and told her to wait outside, what the hell!!! I sent my girlfriend in there to wait for me in the storage area where I rented. My girlfriend was crying to me that the storage attendant woman had asked her if she had unit she rented here and she said no Im to meet my boyfriend at his unit. And she told my girlfriend that she had to wait outside the gate for me.....that is crappy business edicate....they need to hire some one with a more positive attitude and helpful demeanor....they need to hire a lady who likes her job and likes serving others....

I think they are doing the best they can and it was great to get the updates. We both agreed that the onsite staff is some of the finest, and their focus is on maintaining a clean and well upgraded facility. I appreciated the conversation. And Im excited for the improvements coming soon.

I have been a Public Storage customer for many years at this location and have always found the facility and service to be good. Today, however, I needed some assistance and was helped by a lady named Lori. She is the one who get you 5 stars today. She was personable and highly efficient. I commented that Id not received a bill on my e-mail. She checked the computer and noted I was not fully entered. She promptly initiated the change orders to rectify the problem...and she did all of this efficiently all the while making me feel like a valued customer.
