If you are looking for a hassle-free, worry free move, dont think twice just give them a call. The whole process from quote to move is very smooth and professional. The moving crew is friendly, listens to your needs and execute them. We had to move to a temporary place from our rental as our house was under construction, which means we had two moves. I used them for both my moves. Scott was the main lead crew member during both moves.

Caused serious damage to my stairs and I had nothing to do with this company! They were hired by my neighbor to move a printing press. Both of our houses are located on a hill with alley access. My neighbor directed them to move the printing press up his side stairs to the alley and load it into the truck there. Without notifying him, nor me, they decided not to do that and instead hauled it across my lawn and then down my stairs where they loaded it into the truck parked on the street. Rolling it down our concrete stairs they chipped them all the way down. The damage is completely obvious but they said nothing and drove away. I only noticed the next day after they were obviously long gone. Calling their customer service and hitting option 4 to report damage goes to voice mail which they dont reply to. I wasnt even involved in this and now I have property damage due to their idiotic employees negligence.

I do not recommend this moving company. The movers were 3 hours late and didnt notify me or the moving consultant on that. They were also complaining the whole time. When I said that the apartment I was moving to is on the 3rd floor and there are only stairs, they rolled their eyes. This is literally why I hired them, they chose to do this job. Then they placed my furniture in the wrong spots and didnt even put the screws back in my bed frame. Now I have to figure out how to fix my furniture. Oh and they left a bunch of plastic on the ground outside.

Two Men and a Truck helped us move our business. They gave us a comprehensive quote to move our entire store. Their bid wasnt the least expensive but it was by far and away the most detailed which allowed us to parcel out some of the items we moved on our own to help save some money. Anthony was awesome and easy to work with and was able to be reschedule us on short notice which I really appreciated. Their moving team packed very quickly one day and moved us the next. They were professional and quick. The one thing I wish they had done a little better job on, and this could be on us as well, is to more clearly mark the boxes as to what was in the box and also when they unloaded they pretty much put everything in the bay/garage in a way that we could not walk around and have access to every box they moved. It caused a little bit of a headache, but again, we could have maybe communicated with them better on where things were to go. I would definitely use them again.

1hr and 20min late arrival to start the move. Right away they refused to move a large piece of workout equipment. I listed the equipment on the original inventory sheet they requested to help prep their movers, but still refused. After a call to their boss they relented and we got the machine moved with a LOT of my help (why did I hire movers if I had to move the heavy stuff?) It took twice as long as it should have to move my stuff out of my apartment. They were so slow and completely unmotivated. The 2 movers were very nice and courteous but just super slow. Once we got to the new house to unload their boss showed up. Once he showed up things went twice as fast and he was a true professional. He made the experience better in the end. If the two movers were like their boss (fast, hard working and motivated to get it done) I would have rated them higher. The original issue with the exercise machine is a major sticking point though. Make sure you are very specific with your heavier bulky items or else they can just show up and not move it.

I honestly would have given them 4 stars on move day. They were three young, hard working guys. They were super apologetic when they broke my expensive murphy bed (though honestly they should have admitted it was outside their scope and not tried to move it). They said theyd contact manager immediately and their claims dept would would be out in a day or two at most to assess the damage. Fast forward to 5 days post move and after numerous calls, I finally get a call back. Im told they have to reach out to their repair people first and I would hear right back that day. Nothing two days later. I paid an extra $210 for their insurance policy and received absolutely horrible communication. To add insult to injury, they left this huge piece of broke furniture in a space that was dangerous for my kids and dogs. By day 6 I had to disassemble it so it wasnt a hazard to them, and hurt myself in the process.Anyways, as of now I would NOT recommend. Will update if they finally follow up, but at this point, Im not optimistic.

The movers themselves were great, but some of my furniture was damaged in the move, and getting a reimbursement for it has been a huge pain. Our calls to the office all go straight to voice mail, and the only email weve gotten back offered us $50 for something we paid $150 for, despite the fact that we paid for full insurance coverage.

The crew they sent us was amazing. Claude was on top of it, super professional, great dude. Matias was a great conversation, got the plan down for the move and executed it. Ashley brought in the big guns and fearlessly took our heavy stuff down 3 flights of stairs and befriended our barking dog. They were a triple threat to all the heavy stuff in our apartment (including some ridiculous couches, a queen bed, and some 4x2 boxes filled full with books). For fast and easy service my pets and I would recommend them, 10/10!

Nick, Ryan and Ashton rocked it..they were professional, courteous (listened to my requests on how to carry old family furniture, and treated it with special care), focused on the task, and very friendly hard working young men who worked well together as a team..and they got my move done under the quote time. Truly I could not have done this move without them as I am not a young 60 year old. I could only afford a furniture move and my husband was recovering from a medical issue and could do nothing. So, I pack and move everything by myself except the furniture. We have some very old heavy stuff and the guys just came in and did their job. Yes, I know we are paying for the service but come on! The crew arrived a little late but got right to work. Jasmine, Manny and Xiao were courteous, organized, careful and quick. Nothing was broken or lost. The entire experience was the best and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.

We were in a bind and our original moving company left us with a house full of stuff. Marie at two men and a truck were easy to contact and had guys that could come out within a few days. They were very clear and professional about what it would cost. Our original company ended up making things right, but having a solid backup plan made me wish we had called them first.

Nick and Jesus were the perfect movers! Good communication, friendly, and hard workers. They got everything loaded onto the truck quickly and safely. They even helped us take apart a massively heavy desk and safely wrapped it all up for transport. They completed the job in the quoted time and helped us pick up some very large furniture we had purchased from a store on the way. No damage or lost items. True professionals! Wore masks and stayed distanced where possible. Thanks guys! Would recommend to anyone needing speedy service with excellent customer support.

I wouldn’t want them hauling my stuff, I observed the van downtown Seattle run over some cones in a construction site and keep going. Several semi’s had taken that corner earlier that day without a problem. It appears to me that he’s not much of a driver. When he came around the block and had them pointed out he just kept driving away. There were no apologies nor did he attempt to pick up the cones he had ran over.7/30/21 UPDATE: I am adding 2 stars knowing the company is going to look into the driver! (Hopefully).

This company went above and beyond my expectations. Due to renovations at my apartment, my move was sudden. This company was able to accommodate my move on 48 hours notice. The entire team was professional throughout each step. They showed up on time. They were courteous and efficient. The cost was also reasonable. I will be using Two Men and a Truck in the future. They damaged several pieces of furniture during our move, and despite taking a damage report, they never called us to process the insurance claim. We called them four times over two weeks and never reached a human being, and they never returned our voicemails. We will be filing a complaint with the state of Washington and would never hire these guys again.

Technically, it was THREE Men and a Truck and they were all outstanding! Most importantly for me, the communication with their lead was clear and concise. Throughout the day, I was provided several updates. Whenever the movers had questions, they politely asked for input to avoid any assumptions. Im very pleased with the move process and the results!!

My move went beautifully! The movers worked and hard and fast and not a single item was broken. No issues with the moving crew! They were all wonderful (Micah, George, and Nick)! I was more dissatisfied with the office service rep who insisted that 3 men was enough for a very oversized item, when I specifically requested 4 men because it would be safer for all of them. We previously had 3 professional mover men try to move it and it was unsafe and troublesome for all. Still, 3 guys showed up and as suspected, it was very difficult for them. Wonderful guys were worked but still had smiles on their faces.

The team from Two Men and a Truck were amazing. Brandon and Evan were efficient and took great care with my items. I have an IKEA pull-out bed, and it is an absolute main to move. Brandon took it apart and reassembled it in an impressive time. In fact, if there was competitive IKEA furniture building, I’d pick Brandon and Evan for my team. As they reassembled it, I didn’t hear a single cuss word, and I easily said at least 25 when I originally put it together. They wrapped all my furniture and used cushions liberally. I would absolutely use their service again.

Do NOT use this company. The move was fine until they damaged walls and destroyed our cement driveway with their truck. They refuse to return emails or phone calls about the damage. From the moment I went on their website to get a quote, I could tell that I was dealing with a capable and professional team who understood my needs. The whole process was smooth and cost just over $700. The movers themselves were fast and friendly, and even helped with putting new feet on the bottoms of my furniture so they wouldnt damage the wood floors in my new condo. After dealing with a nightmare with an unnamed moving company in the not-so-distant past where I got tossed between a broker and a moving company and then outsourced to a contractor, all I can say is I will never make that mistake again. Received a quote, but upon asking additional questions regarding it, that person who created the quote for me ceased conversation with me abruptly via email. After 3 days of trying to contact via phone, someone finally answered and said that the dates that I wanted to have my move occur, was taken. Objectively, maybe they could be a good moving company, I dont know, but this was just my experience. Could have been a single time incident that doesnt reflect the whole company.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my mothers stuff ( small apartment) from Atlanta to Seattle. The packing and moving crews at both ends were good experience, but dealing with the office after discovering that 3 small items didnt make it and one got broken is when our headache started. The company contact refused to take the responsibility and to either replace the items or reimburse. He said the company is not responsible for the missing items (it was a crate move) . If the company isnt, who is??? And we are talking about roughly $100 worth of the missing/broken items. Nothing super expensive, but a huge deal for my mother who is on a small budget. Very unprofessional and based on that, I would not recommend them.

I contacted these movers the other day, as I had used them prior and they were pretty good. I’m giving two stars because they were friendly and customer service seemed good when I actually talked to someone. Heads up - if I had gone with them they would have charged me $6,000 MORE THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY I CONTACTED. They quoted me on almost $8,000!!!! When I tried to contact them (three times) because I thought there was a mistake, they won’t respond.I’m moving a small move (smaller than a studio, no beds or anything) from WA to OR. No packing needed, everything was in a drive up storage unit ready to be picked up. It took two hours for two guys to pack up the stuff from my previous home into a truck, drive it to the unit, and unload it - so this isn’t a big move.I was very clear that my items were in a storage unit a bit bigger than I needed and wasn’t packed full (it was all that was available when I rented it) and that the only heavy item was one piano and a couch that was disassembled so each piece weighs about 50lbs (three pieces). Honestly, the rest was minimal - light small shelving, footstool, some boxes of clothes and Knick knacks. I have some larger very light items - think plastic Christmas decor.I was sent a quote for almost $8,000. I laughed because thats ridiculous. Included was cost for a one night stay in Wilsonville Oregon which is less than 3-4 hours away. So they plan to work maybe 6 hours then I have to pay for them to stay the night an hour away from my destination? That’s not even an 8 hour day!!!I reached out THREE times - once through email and twice through phone saying - hey, I think there’s a mistake. There’s no way, because United, Atlas, Tetris, Nationwide, AND John Volken Academy all quoted me around $1000-2000 total based on the photos of the unit as well as a detailed account of my items, and the time to load/unload and travel.I went with Tetris movers. So far amazing service, amazing reviews, and very very CLEAR about insurance options, and pricing is based on travel time to and from (at $130-140 an hour for two guys), $150 fee for my piano, and they are doing the whole thing in one day.The whole move, for the movers, will take at most 12 hours. These guys weren’t willing to put in 8 without calling it a day and trying to charge me $6000 more than any other movers. This is absolutely unethical.

Brandon and Jimmy arrived on time, they had called first to say they were on the way. Both gentlemen were so nice and friendly. We had some heavy items for them to move and they worked so hard and moved everything for us in an hour. They did an awesome job! We will be calling them again to move things back for us. I feel the price was very reasonable.

They were prompt, professional, friendly, and very efficient. They took great care by prepping doorways and the floors with mats and padding, and wrapped and padded items that could get scratched or damaged. I had them drop off some items at a storage unit before the final destination. It all went so smoothly. I will use them again in the future for any moving needs, and have already recommended the company to a couple of people looking for a reliable, professional, and affordable moving company. They broke my formal dinner set, wine glasses etc. The movers did not cover my newly resurfaced hardwood floor so it got dented and scratched during the move. They promised to have their manager contact me following Monday (July 2020) so they help me process the claim. I called their office but no one ever picks up the phone so I left a message for them to call me back but unfortunately no one has called me back. It has been over two months. I am extremely disappointed.

Two Men and a Truck won me over right away by actually having a real person answering the phone and my questions instead of a message directing me back to their website.For the actual move, my two guys (Jay and Joe) were punctual and extremely efficient. Professional but also friendly and laid-back. I had a metal adjustable queen bed and an elliptical machine, plus some rather oddly shaped items and they took care of all of it like it was nothing. Even doing it under the time and price initially quoted.Extremely satisfied.

I have used Two Men and a Truck for several moves over the last 7 years or so. This last move from Seattle to Bellevue was really great. They were fast and organized, got the truck loaded and on to the new place very quickly, I was all packed and ready to go so there was no delay. They were on time, polite and very careful with my things. Unpacking was quite quick and they finished in less than the quoted time. It was a great experience, yet again.

What a horrible moving experience. The movers showed up in a truck that they immediately claimed was too small, which it was, but didnt do anything about it. They were unaware that they needed to move a piano, even though there were three men because of the piano, were in a great big hurry (even though they are paid by the hours worked), just for starters. I was assured by their office that they would shrink wrap everything. They didnt bring enough wrap. I supplied them with a second roll, but they still didnt wrap most of our furnishings. I also supplied them with mattress bags for mattresses and box springs and they only used them for the mattresses. (All of these furnishings were moved into storage, so wrap was very important. They did a horrible job putting everything into the storage unit, stacking things precariously, dragging upholstered furniture over the dirty floor, basically just putting the stuff into the unit without any thought or plan.) I called the moving office to inquire about a second truck, and have called several times since our moving date on 07/29, and have yet to receive a phone call. I had to call a second moving company to move the remaining items. That company has called me twice since to make sure the move was satisfactory. It was. They did everything TMAAT said they would do, but didnt, and then some. I will certainly NOT use Two Men and a Truck for any future moves!

I never write reviews but this was the worst experience ever. This company adds hidden fees to jack up the prices. They called me to tell me they would be an hour late and turned into an hour in a half. I had to help them unload because of how slow they were taking. One of the guys told me they should give me a shirt and a hat to make me apart of the team because of how hard I was working. They did not place all my boxes in the right location. I had to take my own boxes upstairs because of the poor job they left me with. When it came time to sign for everything they went over the estimate price close to 200 more. I was completely disgusted First you hide fees, you call to tell me you are going to be late, and still dont make the time, I have to help unpack my belongings because they wee slow. Chad the operations managers called me to get more information. I told him about the poor service I received and how Anthony another manager did not do their job. Long story short they dont care about the customer experience only the dollar amount. They want the customer to be the agent meaning know what questions to provide and ask. I would never use this company again.

The move was fantastic. It was way faster than anticipated and came in under their estimate! The were really nice too!The office team was a bit hard to get a hold of and the were very pushy about leaving a review. Not a huge deal but a little rude.

I am surprised to see such great reviews, as my experience has been sub par at best. I have been contacting this company over the span of 3 weeks and have yet to hear any response. And while I gave somewhat of a grace period since it was around the holidays, I cannot believe that a company with this poor customer service is still in business. I sent emails, online inquiries, called several times (no calls ever answered) and even left voicemails with a contact name, number, and details about my move. 3 weeks and no response? Due to their lack of customer service, I would not recommend or use this company, they certainly left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was so impressed with this company. i received a phone call from Salvador as they were leaving to come to my house and a call when they were 5 minutes away. Three movers wearing nice, clean uniforms and all 3 were extremely polite and friendly. They accomplished the job in less time than was estimated due to their impeccable team work. The movers arrived early which was great since it helped us get moved even sooner!! They were ready to go once they arrived and were very flexible with us as we were moving a few more of our own boxes as they were moving the furniture!! They got the truck loaded within an hour and it took a total of 3 hours which was great!! The price was so much better and less expensive than Hansen brothers movers that we have used before!! The two men who moved my things were not only on time, but slightly early and they notified me of this in plenty of time. It was great for my schedule! They were very courteous (Brent and CJ) and took great care moving my things. Local roadworks also put a wrench in the day by closing a local bridge and sending us on a 6 mile detour. The guys were very understanding and the entire move was a great experience.

Excellent experience! Everyone that I spoke with was so kind and reassuring. I was a bit of a wreck because my animals were scared but Omar and T put me at ease. The move went way quicker then quoted and the final price was well below what I was quoted as well. Will totally recommend you guys and I will sure use you again in the future if I move again.

I used Two Men and a Truck for the first time last week for a short move between two apartments. Trent and Devin were right on time to pick up my furniture. I was surprised that they plastic-wrapped most of the furniture as I rarely see this with other moving companies, including those hauling my items across the country. They were efficient and fast and arrived at my new apartment just before I did. Despite the size of my treadmill and couch, they moved them into the new place and didnt scratch any walls in doing so. I will use this companys moving services again and again, and absolutely will recommend them to anyone who needs to make a big or small move. Thanks!

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK never disappoint and this move experience was no exception. Our move specifics this time were unloading a POD unit into our storage unit and then also a few belongings from that load into our new apartment in town. We were forced to use another company to load our POD in Knoxville TN and it just made clear to us once more that when it comes to moving there is NO BETTER than TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Our movers showed up on time, with great attitudes, hard work ethic, and care for our items as well as ourselves and experience. Worst moving experience of my life. As of today, in the unpacking have found 17 items broken. Of those items half were of sentimental value. I packed well and have never had anything break in over 15 moves. In addition to the breaks, there were gouges made and the edge of my china hutch was splintered. I am heartbroken about the carelessness by this crew.

They were very professional. The office answered my many questions about moving, since this was my first time movingout on my own. They wrapped up my furniture and carried down a flight of stairs in my old house then, upstairs in my new house! They were strong movers! They were a bit early for the move- but that is better than late! I would definitely recommend them!

They called to verify they were on their way and they were on time and schedule. All three men were courteous, efficient, careful and very professional.
