Phone prices are to high and the unlimited data is now a joke but been a customer for 20 yrs

A huge shout out to Danny, a very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely capable associate at Boost Mobile in Woodstock for a job well done! Not only did help me choose the perfect phone for my upgrade, he also helped me with a seemingly impossible task of retrieving my facebook account which was not even a Boost issue! Danny is indeed an asset to his organization and should be commended for his exceptional customer service which today is rare!

Danny was such a joy to work with. He was so helpful with us switching over and getting us the best deal on new phones. I would recommend this store.

Zero stars if I could do it. This business is a UPS Access Point for my mail since I live in an apartment and do not have someone home all the time to sign for my packages. However, my packages always seem to be late or they always seem to never receive my package. I get notifications that UPS delivered my package there, yet when I either call Boost or walk into the store, my package is mysteriously not there. Then for the next 7 days I go in there multiple times only to be told on the 8th day that my package was sent back because it was held there for a week with nobody to come pick it up. WHAT!?So now I am convinced that these young kids that work there are stealing my packages for their own personal benefit. I will never do business again with these kids, and will let UPS know of the issues there. This is completely unacceptable.
