Young ladies helped as much as they could to fix my screen cover issue. Another store did not affix it properly. They did not have the exact one but they went through all the ones close until the found one that worked.They knew which phones had screens similar in size. Great help. Service was 5 stars, not their fault they did not have exact part I needed

Sam was extremely helpful and patient while answering all of my questions regarding the purchase of a phone. No pushy sales tactics or hidden expenses - I actually spent less money than I expected to with his help. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new carrier, upgrading their phone, or just window shopping before buying.

My favorite metro pcs. The guy that owns (?) the place is so cool. I always come to him for cell phone issues. Hes nice and does a great job.

Better customer service then AT&T

The owner tells wrong information and said that if we switched phones from an iPhone to a Samsung the warranty would be discontinued. This is false information according to Apple. (Also we took our insurance off through metro since the warranty with Apple is good for one year.) The limited warranty lasts for the one year it comes with all Apple products wether it is used or not and can be fixed anytime through Apple during that time frame of the date purchased. He also sold us IPhone 6s Plus’s for a discounted price and since the first week we got them they have been messing up. He also pocketed the money instead of putting it in his registered which seems sketchy. He lied to our faces and/or did not know what the correct information was. I highly do not reccomend going to him due to the issues I have encountered with him the last 2 months since purchasing these iPhones.
