My family bought 4 phones from this location. We were told they were to be in that weekend. They did not arrive then. We were told they were to arrive the next day (Monday), they did not arrive then either. We were told they would arrive Wednesday and to come pick them up around noon. I got here at 12:14, the door is locked, lights are on, light up open sign is off but the calendar says they should be open. Nobody is inside. It is now 1:00 and nobody has arrived. I called twice and nobody answered and I was transferred to McHenrys location and Elgins location. I notified them and they told me they would speak to their district manager to let him/her know that although Google says they are open, their sign says they are open, they are in fact not. Please use the Verizon next to farm in fleet in Woodstock. They were very welcoming, they were all wearing suit and tie, and took the time to go through all phones I and my family were interested in. The FedEx truck man tried to get into the store to deliver my phones that have just now came in. And he can’t get in the store. He is leaving the phones with B-Tan (neighboring company) since nobody is present at Verizon and according to the FedEx man, nobody has been here all day.

The store manager Josh was wonderful. He could not have been more helpful, patient, and encouraging. I traded in my old, old android phone for an iPhone and changed servers from AT&T to Verizon. I had a lot of questions and he never once “rolled his eyes.” Amazing. Definitely 5 Stars.

Josh immediately greeted me with a smile and took his time to answer all my questions about new phone and all my options. He was patientand kind. A lady came in who had a bad experience with the authorized retail Verizon, he guided her with her questions and she was very happy and is coming back for the proper service. Not once did Josh mention negativity towards the other Verizon, he was positive the whole time. The phone rang and same situation, he handled all in professional manner. I live in Crystal Lake. But, I will come to this location for further services. Love my phone!

Im the type of person that whatever im imvolved in akways gets very complicated. These 2 ladies had ( and always) were very patient, knowlegeable, and helpful to my ordeal since may 22 2021. i needed to upgrade 5 phones . even during the ordering process problems arose. but everytime, both women came thru. always have a smile, friendly, relax atmosphere when you walked into the store. keep it up girls.

Woodstocks Best Verizon! Tim Rocks! He is what makes this location so great. He will shoot you straight, help you get the most bang for your buck, and make reading the fine print enjoyable! Its always worth the stop!

They were able to get the job done, but barely. Only one representative was there. They blew off the scheduled appointment to help a walk in first, so they started the visit 20 minutes late. They failed to honor the published pricing for the new phone, instead claiming to have their own price sheet to follow. They did not carry the phone shells that were offered on the website as discounted. Essentially, after two hours they had not been able to complete a simply phone transaction. After returning later they did have the job completed.

Thank you for your great service Tim. I would recommend them to anyone, they are helpful and full of knowledge. They even made it a fun experience. Thanks again!

I recently went into this shop. Damian assisted me. He kept mentioning being new, but he rocked everything out. He was very personable and seemed to be grasping the concepts very well. Tim was there to help him along the way. Both of them were extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly.It made me really happy to go into a place and be able to tell that all of the employees are truly happy to be working there. I think the way employees act has a lot to do with how they are treated. I can see that Tim does a great job keeping a positive mood in there.The only negative thing about this experience is that I left and my phone was not allowing me to text and make calls. I didnt realize this until I was back home, a half hour away. There is a Verizon near my home and they just restarted the phone and everything was good after that. So no biggie! Just maybe verify that the phone is working before customers leave.Other than that, thanks for the great experience!

I have had two phone interactions with Tim, the Manager, and he is extremely knowledgable and patient. In addition to that, Tim looked out for my best interest, as the customer, in giving me suggestions for the problem I needed solving. He put the customer first, and really cared about helping me find the best solution.

These guys were wonderful!!! We came in with a brain buster of a situation and they handled it very well and took all the time needed to fix the problem and get us out the door satisfied and happy. The day started terrible with a broken phone and frustration. After going to Verizon we had a new phone and no cost up front which we didn’t have any money to spare and couldn’t be without a phone. They are just wonderful and funny!!! Can’t thank them enough !

Tim the store manager was very helpful and patient in setting my senior mom up with a new phone. He took his time with her and made her feel at ease with her new phone. While we were there I observed him saying hi to many customers by their first name as they came in to pay their bill or work something out on their phone. I live in the suburbs and you just dont get this kind of patient, take your time customer service by me.

Starting up a new phone and transferring my data went very smoothly. Even later, when I called about a problem with a synced account not working, they solved my struggle very quickly without my even needing to drive in again. I highly recommend this location and will return to them without hesitation.

Just left this store after Adam, the store manager spent over an hour helping me fix an issue with my phone that had nothing to do with Verizon services but with the phone product itself. He was professional and friendly. While there his associate took the time to help a young man who simply needed a phone charge in order to call a friend for a ride. Great Guys!! Walked into the store to see what my options were to upgrade an old phone I used for a pre-paid plan on the Verizon Network. I was immediately greeted by the store manager and he assisted me with getting a great refurbished iPhone 6 for an amazing price. Within 45 minutes, I walked out the store with a better phone, better phone plan and some of the best customer service Ive seen in years.During these 45 minutes, I observed another staff member helping a customer that wasnt exactly tech savvy with patience and great explanations of how her new tech worked. Thats always a plus! I wish my local Verizon Store had staff as good as this one.

I have bought a phone here from Joey, and have been helped by both Mikes. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly, but the man named Johnny is terrible. He is pushy and doesnt care about giving customers a great experience. He needs to butt out of other peoples business. He tries to keep selling me things I did not ask for. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. He is not always there, and the regular staff could not be more helpful or polite. Deal with anyone else at this location and you cant go wrong. Avoid Johnny at all costs.

I needed to switch my Android phone to a made-for-hearing-aids iPhone 6. The manager, Adam Grandt, handled the transaction. He backed up my Android, set up the iPhone, and transferred my data, vids, contacts, and photos flawlessly. The new contract was actually correct on first printing! And all that followed with my carrier happened exactly as stated. My number was transferred without incident. My last phone change was a nightmare with the number. Not here. My Verizon plan cost dropped $20.00/month. The amazing thing is it was all handled without a single glitch. Having this phone now gives me marvelous control over my ReSound hearing aids. What a benefit for me, my wife, my family and friends.Thanks Adam, well done.
