Went in there twice this week and let me tell you the two gentlemen working the first night were awesome I am going thru chemo and they brought me a water and just really helped me with what my son needed and the actually helped me not just unsold or sold me stuff I didn’t need they even helped me with a plan to bring in the right headset because we had brought the wrong ones in lol so I came back the next day to a female cashier who also was just as helpful and polite as the two the night before they helped me get the best for my money and also even refunded some in the end but I’m not one to complain but when I get amazing service I do like for others to know and give credit where it’s due

I shouldve written this review a week ago.I love me some GameStop. They helped to define my childhood. Waiting for the Halo 3 midnight launch back in 2007 to the insanely anticipated release of God of War in 2018, Ive been to close to 100 different stores. And this one has to be my favorite.The folks at GameStop have always been an absolute pleasure to interact with, and I cant think of a time where Ive ever had a negative interaction.When I called, Nick knew exactly what he had in stock without having to put me on hold or wait. So we swung by. Girlfriend and I came in for a $200 Switch Lite on the 6th of August around noon and left with close to $650 in Switch games, controllers, storage, accessories, and the larger Switch console. Why such a jump?Glad you asked, even if you didnt. The gentleman behind the counter (I believe it was Nick that I spoke with over the phone) knew the perfect balance between interacting with us and leaving us to our browsing. As I was telling my girlfriend about what I thought she needed for her little handheld, he would actively chime in with better or more budget friendly options. Even when I went for the no expense spared approach, he would still make recommendations to cheaper items if he felt they were a better item than the more expensive one. I was so blown away with his honesty and transparency, but also so immensely appreciative that he was looking out for my interests instead of just his. And because he and his team immediately built that trust with me, I bought anything that carried their recommendation, hence the $650 receipt. And GF ended up wanting the larger Switch after the employees gave what I can only call as the most detailed description of a gaming console that I have ever heard in my 20+ years of gaming. They could answer any question she had and then some. I wish I remembered all three of their names so I could tell their manager directly how amazing they were.Also, Ive never been rung up so quickly before. The other two folks behind the counter had my 20+ items scanned and bagged before I could fiddle with my Apple Pay to have it ready to go. I couldve spent much more time in there, but that wouldve run the risk of bleeding my wallet completely dry.I wish I still lived in the US, because I would be in this store as much as possible.You need to pay these guys a visit if youre at all in the market for anything related to gaming. If they dont have it, theyll find it.11/10 will be visiting again during my next trip.

Horrible store with rude employeesStill has mask mandate signs up.I just watched on yelling at a consumer after asking the costumer if they were vaccinated.After the costomer said its none of your business the employee started sceaming profanities at him and became very confrontational.

Once again, I felt welcomed into this location by both employees which is a different type of atmosphere in a Gamestop store. Each employee checked back with me every few minutes, without being pushy. They recommended a couple of games which I ended up purchasing and thanked me for the visit. This was a very nice visit. Good job to both of these employees & Gamestop for the culture shift.

Employee opened door to greet us only to say im ready to go home and take a nap then proceeded to tell us we could not trade in our phone because he wasnt from this store then stared at us until we left. Extremely rude

Went to go buy a ps5 on black Friday along with 30 other people that were there. When the store opened, there was a single ps5 available to purchase. Only 1 ps5, that is ridiculous.

The staff was kind and helpful to my son and me. I had no clue what I needed to do for my sons game and he helped us find a solution quickly.

I just visited this location for a gift card and the dark haired young lady working the counter was the most positive and helpful person ever. She offered multiple gift card options, even free posters, and just made me feel so appreciative of her service. She deserves a raise. I don’t know this girl from Adam but she definitely deserves to go places in this word. So if a manager is reviewing this, please bump up her salary as she is amazing.

Its GameStop. Should I say more? Its just like the rest. If youve been to one before, you know their routine ... Get in and out as fast as possible. I only visit for other people. Never really myself.

Closing. Nothing is left and the games that are left are still cheaper at walmart

Had a so-so experience here. The lady that was there when I first came in was pretty nice. The guy who was there the second time wasnt really that nice, but wasnt completely rude either. He refused to trade in my PS4 (which the lady earlier saw and said it would be no problem), because he claimed he saw a bug leg on it. I asked to see it, but he said it fell off. Was he telling the truth? I dont know, but it seemed rather weird. What bothered me was that I was told earlier it would be no problem at all, and I had already traded in most of my games earlier that day. The only reason I didnt trade in the PS4 earlier that day was because I forgot the USB cord for the controller, so I had to come back. Anyway, maybe he was just doing his job, I dont know, so thats why I give it 3 stars. Nothing spectacular, nothing TERRIBLE.

I grew up begging my parents to drive me to Game Stop so that I could look at all of the games and hopefully purchase one. Now, as an adult, I visit occasionally to check out the entertaining stock!The employees have always been fun to talk to, and they are always knowledgable about games, and the gaming community. Plus, they offer some great deals (especially on old games) for any console. Because of this, you can pick up a ton of old games to pass the time.The stores are also fun to walk around. New games to look at, fun props, and some interesting collectables. I enjoy buying the occasional guide booklet or collectible from my favorite games.If you like games, and you enjoy the gaming scene, GameStop is a relaxed place to hang out for a few minutes and buy some games!

Its a GameStop. You get 5$ trade in and pay $50 for another used game. Good variety of games and friendly staff.

I dont really shop here for myself as Im not much of a gamer, but my kids love to come here and spend their gift cards/Christmas/birthday money. Most of the pre-owned game prices are very reasonable, so they get to stretch those dollars a little farther than they would buying something new - which we all like.

Love this place. Great deals on used games. Turn stuff in for cash or credit. Nice people too.

Never had a bad experience with these guys. They always entertain my daughter when we are in and are just friendly as can be. They answer my six year olds questions seriously and explain everything in words she can understand. They also tend to steer a child away from games that may be inappropriate. This is the topper on cake for me.

Always go to this game stop. Probably because its the only one around here but the people working there are cool anyways

I pre-ordered Call of Duty World War II from Gamestop because it was supposed to come with a poster. I could have bought it at Walmart or Amazon or anywhere for that matter but the reason I bought it from Gamestop is because the pre-order came with a poster. The day of release I waited until 9 oclock, spent 30 minutes outside of the store. I went in purchase the game and asked Im supposed to get a poster with this. He said well we had a midnight release party and Im pretty sure they were all given away but Ill check the back. He came back out and said nope theyre all gone. I asked if they could order another one because this is the only reason I purchased it from Gamestop was to receive a poster. No. So I called corporate spent nearly two hours on the phone talking to 3 different people two of them were supposed to be supervisors the best answer I got was there is nothing they could do.I will never spend a penny at GameStop ever again.Make sure you read some of the fake reviews on here its pretty funny.

I absolutely hated the way Itee the so called manager handled things today. I had a game that didnt work and also a dlc that the codes had already been used on. She had told me to go ahead and come to the store and that she would give me another copy even trade. When I got there she gave me some excuse as to not give me another game and also didnt give me a doc code. I will.never shop at this game stop again and i would warn anyone to not go aswell because of the absolutely terrible customer service. Thanks Itee she wouldnt even give me her full name when I asked for it.
