This is a great Race Track, always clean with a friendly staff!!

Actually I saw someone who had their card declined and after several moments of struggling and embarrassment the Forstall was ready to give up when one of the employees said hey I got twenty bucks. I aint going to miss here you go man and paid the fee it was a special situation and I dont recommend everybody expecting this type of treatment but it was a nice gesture for my wonderful and thoughtful employee at a legitimate and solidified establishment

This place has the best crushed ice for their fountain drinks. Also, it smelled really nice when I went in.

Get it together. The customer service today was absolutely rediculous. Say hello. Say thank you. Be polite. Back to quick trip for me!

Needed gas and in a hurry going to work. It was cold the wind was blowing and it was sleeting. Pulled up to number three used my debit card and was unable to pump gas. The handle wouldnt work I went into the store the assistant manager walked out with me and tried to pump the gas for me. She was unable to do so as the handle was apparently broken. She told me the manager removed out of order bag over the handle that morning stating the handle was fixed however it was not. I pulled up to another pump and it worked fine. I would normally give racetrack 5 stars as the experience is usually quick clean and to the point on this day, at the Bells Ferry RaceTrac, it was anything but.

I like to go to racetrac and get drinks and candy. The staff are really nice. Always greeting me when I walk in. They are amazing and always positive. They like to ask how was my day and always encourging. Tom and Jacob are super nice and caring. Always willing to make conversation and always have a smile on their faces.

Ive been late to work because of this RaceTrac. The staff is extremely friendly. I always make it a point to stop here even though there are several gas stations on my way to work. Yes, it is very convenient to where I live, but the cleanliness and staff is the reason Im willing to make a right rather than the left.

Strawberry frozen yogurt was actually really good, I really wish they had fresh fruit options for toppings though. But then again, its a racetrac and not an actual frozen yogurt store lol. I wish they had original tart!!! Nice little sitting spot if you need to pull up a laptop or something.

Racetrack is picking up the game. Better coffee than qt. Qt is still got them beat on snacks.

Cashier was very unprofessional. She used words such as yah naw yup and I guess she seemed very distracted. And it almost looked as though she wanted to be the center of attention in front of her co workers. She should not be working customer service.

Refused to let me buy backwoods? When I provide a VALID birth certificate and drivers license. I am 21. Have fun wit that new made up law of yours racetrac

Please know that your lack of service due to your remodeling has pissed of so many people that you are ruining your customer base... if you are not going to be open please make that known to customers somehow... I am sitting here watching customer after customer walk in only to be told by some jerk on the phone that you are not open for business.... then why are your doors unlocked with the light on.... how are people supposed to know?!?!?! By the look on these people faces I can tell they will not come back... just as I will never return... sorry but the way yall are handling things are very very wrong.... get it right... either way Ill never be back.. thank you for the frustration... the renovations you have accomplished are NOT worth the stress and anger youve caused your customers... ha yall are laughable

I like it. Its good. Spacious. Sll kinds of stuff. These are better than QTs in my opinion. I trust the gas more. Ive had QT gas that caused pinging. Racetrack offers fountain Glaceau pomegranate acai water. Better beef franks.

THINK RACE TRAC IS ABOVE THE REST. I WAS VAERY IMPRESSED WHEN THEY GAVE OUT FREE COFFEE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. NOW THEY MAIL COUPONS FOR MORE FREE COFFEE AND PASTRY,ETC.. THIS IS ONE GREAT BUSINESS. THE HELP IS VERY CURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THANKS RACE TRAC
