I have had several prescriptions filled at your Woodstock, Towne Lake, location and as a visiting northerner, I can honestly say the employees in the Pharmacy Department are efficient, friendly and professional. I’m greeted with a smile, informed about my medication and asked if I have any questions. The drive in service is just as consistent. It’s a busy location, I am impressed with their ability to navigate customer service in a small area. They all seem to work cohesively and in a manner that allows each employee to swiftly and accurately dispense medicines with a smile and a offer to enjoy the day .
Twice I drove 20 mins to this place cos the website said the item I was looking for is in stock here . Never trust CVS website nor this store anymore. Imagine you have someone really sick at home and you drove all the way here hoping to find the medicine or the device cos the godforsaken website says it is in stock at this location..
The Pharmacy is always so busy and chaotic. I started going there because my insurance company made me. There are some really nice people behind the counter but not sure that makes up for the chaos. I sat on hold one evening for over an hour waiting to speak to the Pharmacy. Noone ever picked up. 😪
I usually go to the location in target but they were out of the medicine i needed to had to come to this location. Had been a while since ive been to this location. They remodeled. It looks nice and clean. They have a full minute clinic too. The pharmacy staff are nice and filled my prescription with no problem. Still like my location but i know if i need to i can come here.
This is my go-to pharmacy for all my medicine. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Patel the pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable & kind and get my prescriptions ready really quick. I absolutely love this CVS 10/10
I have been going to this CVS since 2004. Tonight was the straw that broke the Camel’s back. I waited in the drive through for a good forty minutes (only 2 cars ahead of me) and when I got to the Window, the attendant informed me that they were doing a shift change and someone will be with me shortly. I waited another fifteen minutes more and no one bothered to come to the window. This is on a Saturday night around 8:00 pm. I left and will be getting all my family’s subscriptions from somewhere else.
I have spent a lot of my life waiting in line at this CVS. I’ve missed some beautiful sunsets, snuggles with my daughter, evening walks with my dog, light conversations with my boyfriend; but I can’t say it was all bad. Some may even say I regained my enjoyment of writing while waiting in line at this CVS... a spark that had left me so long ago, returned to me like a sweet memory, and I began to write again. Thank you CVS, for this priceless gift that could only be found in waiting entirely too long.
This pharmacy is awful, don’t go there. The staff is slow and unresponsive, I have had to wait over an hour on the phone just to ask a simple question. Go anywhere else.
Ive been coming to this CVS for my prescriptions for years. Absolutely abysmal customer service. They have extremely unqualified staff working in the pharmacy (usually teenagers who dont know what their doing) and the wait for the drive through is so terrible. It can sometimes take up to an hour for the line to move, which just further proves my point. Oh, and then theres the fact that there is an aisle in the store that is completely destroyed and torn down and no one has come to fix it in weeks. Theres clearly stolen items and ransacked areas in the store that basically cheapen its look, as well as incompetent staff working at all times. The one redeeming quality of this store is the fact that its open 24/7. That is nice considering its basically right next to my house. But I cannot excuse the poor uneducated, incompetent, unqualified, people who work there. I need my medicine; Im a transgender woman and Im also a student in college. My info there always seems to be messed up for some reason. Im always getting calls about prescriptions I dont even need yet being available to me and then when I run out of what I need, I cant even get it. I basically have to plead my case to these drooling-at-the-mouth morons that I need (so-so) now, and its just exhausting. Also another thing to note, the pharmacy staff doesnt follow Covid restrictions at all. Today I saw a teenager working the drive through with her mask below her nose and then when I asked her questions she just straight up pulled it off. Not to mention the fact that when I do have a successful purchase from them, they dont even use the box to get my credit card, which during these times is incredibly unsanitary and a waste of inventory for the building. I wish I could find another place to go to but unfortunately due to my circumstances Im stuck here. My advice is that the pharmacy should not hire children to be working at the drive through. We need experienced pharmacists who are adults working there, and to have a lot of them so its never understaffed. Im highly disappointed with the service there and I am warning all who want to start coming here for medicine: Dont do it.
The pharmacist was very informative and keen to help out! Loved her lively personality as well! Will definitely make this my goto pharmacy store!
If I could give ZERO stars- I would. The quality of customer service I received from the store itself and the pharmacy was non-existent.My boyfriend was in the hospital and when sent home- he was given many pain prescriptions. This pharmacy is open 24 hours, but NO ONE answers the pharmacy phone. At least not tonight. I ended up calling the store front several times and a lady answers saying she promises she will tell the pharmacist to answer the phone, but then proceeds to hang up on me and guess what? The pharmacist never picked up the phone once out of the 10+ times I called. I live quite aways from this location so I need to speak to someone about the medicine availability before I make the long trip there.I will be calling corporate once they open tomorrow to report his store. Go anywhere else but here. They do NOT care about you.
I’m literally only giving 5 stars to Macey because she understands what real customer service is and knows how to get you out of there quickly. It took DAYS for other techs to do what she did in minutes and I super appreciate her and everything she does !
Pharmacist was so helpful when I needed advice late Friday night. Really appreciated his time.
I am very happy with the service at this store, Dr. Patel was very patience with me, answered all my questions. She rocked! Thank you.
This pharmacy use to offer great service. Now they hang up on you, if they answer they keep you on hold for ever. This particular pharmacy sucks they have the worst drive thru service. They are so slow and seems like they don’t care weather you complain or not.
I would give 0 stars if I could!! They constantly lie about when things will be ready. Something dropped off at 8AM with a 30 minute fill time should be ready by a 3:00PM pick up. THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS!!! Get more OR BETTER staff if you need to meet the needs of your customers. People NEED their medication and should be able to rely on truth instead of having to call, be placed on hold for 10 minutes to be told it will be ready and then it is not, only to have to continuously call again and again or wait forever in line AND ITS STILL NOT READY! DO NOT LIE AND SAY IT WILL BE READY IF YOU CAN NOT KEEP THOSE PROMISES! So unprofessional. Avoid this place if you can. Ill continue to write these as they continue to happen. CVS CORPORATE NEEDS TO LISTEN AND TAKE ACTION!
Dr Patel is amazing we call her Boston because we are frequent cvs trip people. I have a degenerative condition that makes it sometimes impossible to fight a pharmacy to get medicine and I never have to do that with dr. Patel. Macey is also my favorite tech in the world, she knows how to get things done fast and efficient, it is always a joy when I see Macey or dr Patel working because I know they will treat me kindly, give me prompt service, and answer any one of the million questions I have asked about my meds. Thank you for doing all that you do !!!! Especially during these rough times the fact that they really are there to help people like me to live better is so amazing !
Terrible. Pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. Be prepared to wait forever. Will not be coming back.
This CVS has to be the worst. If you try and call pharmacy youll get put in perpetual hold. Theyre rude and seriously the SLOWEST service of any pharmacy ever. These guys SUCK, I will never do business with them again. Ive usually gone to Walgreens so clearly CVS is a mistake. The only thing I regret is that I cant leave negative stars. One star is far too charitable, avoid this place.
Worst pharmacy experience ever. Have to wait for almost an hour regardless of how busy
CVS pharmacy… please get ur act together. Crazy long lines tonight with not enough help. You have been a great pharmacy in the past. Really bad customer service tonight.
Best Local 24 Hr CVS ! Everyone is Great it has became my Go To Store! Employees are Great, Store Looks Great and I usually deal with only overnight Pharmacy which he is Great! Though I can’t comment on the Day Pharmacy @ this time. Just General Store all Hours! Oh Minute Clinic Ladies are Great on Top of things! And Help Tremendously!
Absolutely horrible!!!! Scheduled my 16 year old for his first Covid vaccine shot online for 10:30 am. I bring him to the store location, take him to pharmacy section, and they say there are 3 people in front of him. I say ok stay here, Ill be back cause I had to run a harddrive to the repair shop 10 mins away, when im done Ill come back and pick you up. So between the drive to the repair shop, explaining my issue, filling out paperwork, and lastly getting back to the store, I was gone for 40 mins. I get back to the store and he still has not been seen. Worse they started calling people in that came after him. Unreal!
The wait time for the pharmacy is just ridiculous. They have no urgency. I actually dread picking up my medication because of the long wait times. If it wasn’t for the extra bucks I would have been moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
Dr Patel is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.
The pharmacy does their best and everyone is super nice.
DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you have the day off !! They are the slowest most non caring team I have experienced ! There is no customer service, they all look stressed and overworked and have ZERO personalities ! If my company didn’t require I use CVS I certainly would not !
I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years now, great people. Steve makes you feel like family and goes the extra mile for you.
Dont have your prescriptions filled here. This place has the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered. I should of made the switch sooner. They try to rush you off the phone after a 10 minute or longer hold all the time and dont seem to care about answering your questions. The gentleman that works overnight and leaves in the morning is beyond rude and unprofessional. I will stand there for 5-10min when he knows I am waiting and he has seen me. I get he is busy, no big deal but when he comes to help you he seems like he hates his job and doesnt care. I had my insurance switched and I was trying to get him to help me with the info he needed and he just told me he couldnt help me with that and walked off. On top of that I have a prescription that runs out on the 18th and they cant fill it till the 18th which I get it thats fine but the fact that they refuse to go ahead and order it ahead of time for me so I that I can go pick it up the day I run out is absurd. It took them a week last time to get this medication which would mean I go a week without it because they refuse to go ahead and order it for me and have it ready when it can be filled or just order more stock to keep on hand. Everything about this pharmacy is horrible and honestly I do not think I have EVER had a good experience here and should of stopped coming here a long time ago. I will be switching to Kroger as they are extremely nice and go out of their way to help! Dont go here if you want good customer service, you will regret it.UPDATE!I called CVS this morning regarding my refill issue which they stated they could not refill it until the 18th. I asked them to check their stock and she said she couldnt so I asked her to pre order some so I dont have to wait a week like last time and get it on the 18th, she refused. I called my Dr. and had my prescription sent to Kroger and guess what? Kroger was able to instantly fill my prescription with NO issues. They said that it was eligible today and that I did NOT need to wait till the 18th. What a bunch of rude, ignorant liars this pharmacy employs... what a joke! Do NOT come to this pharmacy if you want good customer service!
Their lines are always long and whenever I call, I am on hold for more than 45 minutes. They are either understaffed or poorly trained. I keep trying to change pharmacies, but my insurance keeps dumping me back at this location each and every time.
This pharmacy used to be perfect. Now, drive thru is ridiculous long wait every single time I go.Now, I have been in the phone waiting for someone to answer and no luck, about 30 minutes.Staff? They have been good/ok when they assist me, but pharmacy should definitely hired more staff starting with a pharmacy clerk that may be able to issue refills, answer basic questions.I will change pharmacy.
Unrealistic wait times for prescriptions, unfulfilled promises with medication availability, over worked staff, and bad attitudes as a result. Not wearing masks correctly while interacting with the sick... I could keep going.
Too slow wait everytime an hour in the drive thru
Love the 24hrs. I was having asthma attack and I didn’t have a refill but he quickly dug further in my history and really saved me. I could breathe but barely I whistle n it’s scary. Yah know you can’t buy bronchodilator over counter
CvS you need to do better. Sitting in the pharmacy drive thru for 30 minutes to get to the window and your pharmacy tech is slow, and doesnt lies and says there is additional items in the bag but when you look nothing. Absolutly ridiculios. Taking my business else where. You guys have the worst drive thru and pharmacy workers. They need some training.
Good service and not too busy.
The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. Really wish corporate would intervene with this location. Its desperately needed.
So now in drive thru, you pull up to dataset and they have you put your card in basket in drawer and in turn they put your items in basket for you to retrieve your prescriptions, return your card and receipt. No sanitation of basket that the only way you can retrieve your items is to pick up this basket and then return it the drawer. EVERY SINGLE PATRON is touching this basket and they aren’t sanitizing it in between patrons. How is this better than them giving you your items thru window? Am I missing something?? Is this somehow safer?
The store is kept is nice and employees seem to be nice in the front, but the pharmacy on the other hand...I am never one to complain & I’ve actually never written a review before, but I decided I would after how rude the employees at the pharmacy were to me. Definitely won’t be filling a prescription here again!
As always they where super busy, the store is great and I would give them a 5 🌟 rating. The pharmacy is a mess. My Dr sent over 3 prescriptions, I made sure they had them and were working on them. They knew I was waiting and told me 25 minutes. 45 minutes later I asked if they were ready. They were, no one told me, when I was checking out, I asked about the meds, the one med I really needed they didnt fill. When I ask why they didnt know. I then had to wait another 20 minutes to get that one filled too. It is crazy.
Horrible never any help rx never ready on time long waits.
I’ve been sitting at their pickup window for 30 minutes without a single person checking on me. I called and they have the audacity to tell me they’ll be with me shortly. Worst staff ever. Don’t come here. I mean, what kind of place does this? AWFUL
The front store staff are always very helpful and kind. Evangeline, in the pharmacy is always super nice and wonderful. Great customer service. I appreciate the hours. I would like to see the pharmacy fully staffed. It gets stressful waiting on a script for a sick child. Most of the pharmacy staff is pleasant and seem to do the best they can. They are ALWAYS under staffed. I cant imagine moral being very high there. Customers just want reasonable wait times.
This pharmacy has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Hire some employees please.
Worthless/Quirky app that needs to be fixed and the drive through is very slow - but overall I’ve never had any huge complaints. Most emoloyees are helpful and nice.
Clean convenient and safe
So many terrible stories.... always slow, always less than professional, always less than friendly. Family insurance changes in June and can not leave this pharmacy fast enough!
I have nothing but wonderful words for this location! I first got photos printed which a very nice lady at the front desk assisted me in working the photo machines. I then had to go to the minute clinic. Upon checking in the wait was kind of long (I went on a Saturday) however, they gave me the option to check in and receive a text when my appointment was 30 minutes away. I chose that option. So I was ableTo leave and come back. The nurse practitioner answered all my questions and was very professional and to the point. The best part of my visit was the pharmacy! David and the pharmacists were so kind in helping me promptly fill my prescription. They gave me recommendations for a speedy recovery. They were so kind and fast. I went during a very busy time. These gentlemen didn’t skip and beat. I’d recommend this location to anyone and everyone for all of your pharmacy needs!
Ive been here several times and they are THE BUSIEST CVS pharmacy because of the area. They take a little time to fill and yes you have to be vigilant about communication but the staff is nice when you take the time to say hi, how are you!Put yourself in their shoes..... Town lake is the busiest location for miles. The staff is knowledgeable and the pharmacist is very helpful.
If I could give zero stars I would. Went to the minute clinic got diagnosed with step. They said they called in a prescription. Went to pick it up and it was never called in and of course they were closed. Tried calling the next morning and you can’t get ahold of anyone and the main CVS number won’t help you. I have to physically drive in to talk to someone. It is the most asinine system and as of yet I still don’t have my prescription. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued.
Good service, fast drive thru most times.
I honestly can say the staff may be short, but the staff they do have are great! Helped me so much with my photos. Even my son was running around and the girl tried to play with him so I could finish my pictures!!! Thanks girl
If I could give no stars I would. Rude, nasty and down right uncaring. The Oriental pharmacist is the worse. He needs lessons in customer service. I was told the heart meds I got were fine just from a different company. He never offered to order some from the company. Never ever go there...front staff is very nice and Friendly though. With 2 stars maybe CVS corporate office needs to take notice.
The Minute Clinic staff are wonderful. The pharmacy, not so much. I will be switching pharmacies soon. They take forever to pick up the phone. The wait time in the drive thru is too long. They never call or text that our prescriptions are ready. Several hours go by after we fill a script and I have to call them to see if it has been filled yet. They always say i can have it in 10 minutes. I just dont understand why I have to always call to prompt them to complete my order.
Time spent in pharmacy drive through just keeps getting longer and longer. Poor service levels and an apparent lack of caring by management causes me to consider alternatives.
I have been going to the CVS in Towns Lake since it first opened. The people in the pharmacy were always very kind and helpful. I love Faye!! She is awesome! Very personable and never rushes me at the register. I hope that she never leaves!
Your web site and system really really sucks !!!!
This store has the absolute worst pharmacy! They lie and give you looks and are just down right RUDE! Only gave it one star cause the inside store staff is nice, but the store layout makes it unappealing as well.
There are no words to describe the customer service at this CVS. They tell you it will be an hours... 3 hours later and you are still waiting. They tell you they will text you when your RX is ready... still waiting. You speak to them and they are immediately rude to you. They are under staffed and they all need an attitude adjustment starting with the managers. I say SHUT IT DOWN! I moved my RX to my local Kroger and I’ve been receiving the best service.
I have been getting my prescriptions from this CVS for over a year. Today I had Katie as my cashier and she was great! Kept a conversation even though I wasnt feeling good she made me talk and smile. I have never had a issue with this CVS. They auto refill my prescriptions and text me when to pick them up. Its great! The drive though is also pretty quick and friendly! Highly recommend!!
These guys were great. There was a huge line inside and out, but the pharmacy handled each person quickly and professionally. I even got a great deal on some of my favorite wine on my way out.
This is the most ridiculous pharmacy. I used to work in a pharmacy for almost 6 years, and let me tell you, IT DOES NOT TAKE 15 MINUTES TO ANSWER THE PHONE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN ON HOLD! The drive thru is slow, going inside also takes forever. Will be taking a business to Walgreens, worth the transfer!
I made an appointment with the minute clinic (knowing from past experience how long the wait time is for a walk in) but they are so understaffed that I still had to wait a hour for my appointment. There was only about 2 people waiting who arrived after me. I know this company is awful to work through from past experience, but what is the point of making an appointment if you cant keep it? Will not be returning, lab core is faster and actually keeps thier appointment time. Walgreens needs this service, they are a far superior company.
Because I was on hold at the CVS on Hwy 92 for 50+ minutes before my call was disconnected, I tried this one to see if they could help with my prescription. I was on hold for 14 min before I hung up and tried the front store. I let it ring over 50 times and no answer. I cant speak for the actual people that work here because I never got to talk to them, but not answering the phone creates a terrible customer experience.
I had a dental infection on Christmas Eve. The staff was hurried and there were tons of customers. I still had my antibiotic prescription in under 15 minutes which made my holiday much more pleasant for me and my family. Absolutely recommend.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. TWICE they have said they would special order my prescription (once in September and once in April) and they fell through. First time, an employee told me they could special order my prescription, no problem. I kept getting text notifications that my prescription would be ready for pickup the next day. This happened for a few days so I finally spoke to management and they told me the employee who told me they could special order my prescription was incorrect. I was left scrambling. I finally found a place that could fill my prescription but then they stopped carrying it and I couldn’t find another place that carried it so CVS was my last resort. The second instance, I spoke directly with management, they said my prescription was special ordered and on the way, would be here for pickup, assured us there would be no problem, then apparently it wasn’t on the truck. No explanation except for “we don’t carry that prescription”. They didn’t care. Left me scrambling again. This is people’s health they’re dealing with and they treat it so carelessly. Don’t waste your time.Update: The wait at the minute clinic is crazy. I waited for two and a half hours on Sunday afternoon. The medicine they gave me did not work so I gave them a call to get a stronger prescription and never received a call back. I essentially just wasted my time and money. This place is a scam.
DO not bring your business here. I waited for 20 minutes in line because the employee, Trina, was ignoring the line because she was too busy. Myself and other customers had to go find her. She did not apologize and didnt put one of the items in my bag that I paid for. When I walked back in to confront her for it, which took another 15 minutes, she proceeded to argue with me and check security cameras. It got to the point where my dad came in and help me out. Took forever to finally get a refund. Not coming back.
The worst pharmacy I ever been to! If you go inside they ignore you, if you go to the drive through be prepared to wait for hours...They really have staffing issue! The employees cant be polite because it looks like they are under big stress. In my opinion is bag to be a customer here but at least we can go somewhere else...worse is if you work there! I am sorry for this people working there!!! CVS is horrible!
One of the Busiest Pharmacies in the state of Georgia! This is to be expected though with it being one of the few open 24 hour pharmacies in the entire state. So expect long phone wait times due to high demand (dont ever hang up and call back immediately or you just get put back to the end of the phone call line) and try to plan ahead of time for refills (request a refill a few days before you run out). With the CVS app, you can check your prescriptions status and even see what is ready including the price of the medication. You can even request refills straight through the app to save time instead of calling and waiting on the phone for awhile. It also lets you prepay for your prescriptions to save time during the pick up process. If you dont use the app, I would just wait until you get a text or phone call it is done (calling to ask if it is ready doesnt make it go any faster, it just takes away the time they could have used to fill it in order to assist you). So far, I have gone to this place for the past 15 years and the store has always been great! I always had great service coming here when I was younger and the added convenience of it being one of the only places open at night helps immensely.
They switched my prescription to a “generic” brand without telling me and when I went to get it fixed the pharmacy attendants were rude and dismissive until the actual pharmacist fixed my problem (by sending my prescription to walmart instead) They also LIED about not carrying my medication anymore. Definitely will not be coming here for anything ever again
Went to pick up my prescription and the 3 people working there just continued to do what they were doing and ignored me. I understand they are busy, but say something! Then the woman that finally did help me didn’t ask for my Cvs card and when I pointed out the drink I was buying was on sale she said Oh well I didn’t know it was on sale. Didn’t offer to correct it. I was in a hurry so I just grabbed my items and left. Going to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy. What happened to customer service. It isn’t difficult to be friendly and helpful!
My husband went there to get a medical card for his DOT and he was the only patient left. He waited there for 2-3 hours and once it was his turn the nurse said shes going to lunch. He waited 2-3 hours and then she says shes going to LUNCH!!!! FOR REAL!!!! This is not the the first time Ive had a bad experience with this store.
Typically fill at another Pharmacy. My Pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock. I called this location when I left my house to ask whether they had the medication in stock. 12 minutes later I arrived at the store still on hold. I stood at the drop off window for 5 minutes while still on hold watching the pharmacist and Tech handle an exorbitant amount of clients. I was never able to ask whether they had my medication in stock and they never answered my call. I got frustrated and left! I dont think the pharmacist was incompetent but I do think CVS is incompetent when it comes to the staffing needs for a 24 hour pharmacy. I would never go here again. However, I did have a great experience down the street at Walgreens
0 stars if I could. Wow
Worst CVS on the planet. People have been complaining about how understaffed they for years and the resulting lack of service, but CVS just doesnt care as long as they keep making that sweet, sweet money.
Ive been coming to CVS for 17 years. This location does not have the Staffing for a 24 hour pharmacy. One of the people of two that were here, is working almost 2 hours past the time hes supposed to get off. When I called at 12 I was told my first prescription would take an hour and a half to fill. So I decided to come up here at 9. The other prescription that they filled they could only give me 12 pills of 105. No one texted me or called me. I dont have time to keep driving up here while Im working a normal job and running my own business. From the other reviews the Walgreens down the street is much more professional and well-staffed. The main pharmacist doesnt even know what needles to give you for testosterone injections, until he looks. It can be very painful to inject yourself with a bigger gauge needle, as they Supplied me with last time. After these prescriptions run out I am going straight to another Pharmacy. Im voting with my money and CVS your fired.
Make a copy of every prescription before you give it to them. It usually takes me two trips for them to get it right on refills. They screw them up constantly. They enter them into their computer wrong and youll need to prove it. Keep those prescription copies handy and take them and the empty bottles with you every time you go.Oh, and refills are never done when they promise. Its always, The pharmacist is just finishing your refill up. Itll be just a minute. Then you watch them scramble to find your refill order and fill it. Just finishing up my monkey.
Very thankful they are open 24 hours for urgent medication needs! The pharmacist was very helpful and filled the prescription quickly.
I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy however, I did not feel compelled to write a review until my experience last evening. I went to the minute clinic(which I had never been to before) because I have been fighting a sore throat and cough for almost a week now. That visit wasn’t terrible until I found out the nurse never called in my prescription at the same cvs that I was in. I later went to go get my prescription thinking a few hours was ample time to have it ready only to be told they did not have a record of my prescription in their system. That’s okay, I was being patient thinking they were going to make it right. However, the pharmacy did not give me the time of day nor did he give his technician the time of day to try to help me. Meanwhile, the tech was saying to another tech that she found a voicemail of the script they could not find earlier and accused him of listening and not entering in the order. After hearing this, I was assuming that is exactly what he did to me. I was almost in tears wanting relief of my cough only to watch the tech ask the pharmacist if there was anything they could do(I could tell she felt terrible) and all she got out of him was a head shake no. Not even a verbal response. I am a bit surprised that such a big company would reduce to this level and have such terrible pharmacist working at their locations. Not only was Edmund, the pharmacist, rude to me and acted like I did not exist, but if I were the tech that worked there, I would not be able to with his presence. Very unprofessional, rude and needs to find another line of work. You go to a pharmacy for relief to try to feel better. Not to be treated like dirt and feel like you do not matter. I will be pulling my monthly prescription from cvs and move it to Walgreens and I am also going to get all of my family and friends to follow suit.
Incredibly slow pharmacy and rude staff. They make promises they cant or just dont keep. How does this situation stay the same after so many bad reviews. I sure wish I had checked the reviews before I sent my prescription to this lousy Pharmacy. Beware!
Pharmacy staff were rude and not helpful. When I asked questions, the answers were not correct (I didnt find out until several visits later and more wasted time). Unfortunately, my insurance plan leaves me stuck with no alternative. Take my money. Other visits havent been as bad when I didnt have questions or when there were no problems with the pharmacy having the drugs prescribed in stock. Still, I at least expect honest and courteous responses to honest questions at every visit. As soon as I have another economically viable choice, my business _will_ be taken elsewhere.
They always try to help me and they are great to answer any questions ...I am so glad they are here when I need them !
Worst pharmacy in Woodstock. Slow, unprofessional, under stocked, and no help at all. Go to Walgreens just down the road for nice service
I frequent this CVS to pay a bill, and they have to scan a bar code from my phone, which has proven to be a challenge. The first 3 times doing this was frustrating as the manger liked to blame my phone for the reason it would not scan (even though it eventually does) which tells me the real issue here is the ancient scanner they have available. ... Needless to say, yesterday, a bright and wonderful lady named Faye had a brilliant idea. She helped me print out a photo of the bar code to make it easier for their scanners. It worked like a charm and ill be taking that route from now on. ... I gave 4 stars because Faye is the only person I really care for that works there. Sadly shes probably getting paid the least. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! At the least, recognition for being an outstanding employee.
Great place!!! Me and my boi @thotpatrol get our herpes reduction pills here daily!!! Great quality.
I have a fantastic experience there. Great service and lots of goodies. I recommend.
Not enough people to assist you in finding items. Pharmacy is very slow, but ALL cashiers can guarantee you a pleasant greating and smile.
The front of the store is usually pretty friendly, aside from one lady the other day who seemed to be very snooty. The pharmacy however seems to always be under staffed and they act as if it is an inconvenience for me to bring my business there. I switched because it is closer to my job, but if i dont see some improvement and begin feeling like a valued customer I will gladly drive the extra distance to another pharmacy.
Should not be a 24 hour pharmacy if they cannot staff it. We waited an hour and half for a prescription we were told would be 30 min then they couuldnt even fill the second prescription
I hate this CVS Pharmacy. I have never in my life had so many issues trying to fill 1 prescription!!! The incompetence is beyond disbelief! The guy with the thick accent has ZERO customer service skills. Health care is also a hospitality industry and the staff there show zero hospitality as well. They have me so pissed off. With this ONE prescription, they have failed me as a customer & I will refuse to ever do business with them. I dont care if they are fully stocked or go back to being opened 24/7, I will take my business elsewhere! CVS STAFF MEMBERS - YOU SUCK AT YOUR JOB!! ZERO FN STARS FOR YOU TOWNE LAKE CVS!
Technicians are great! Pharmacist good at all! Moved all my rx to Kroger!
Be prepared to wait days to get your prescription filled during flu season if you do not have the flu. If you are out, tough. You either have to wait inside with everyone that has the flu to get your prescription bumped up or wait till the next day or possibly even longer. They are extremely rude at this cvs location. I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere from now on.
1. They do not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. EVER. I had to go back three times because they neglected to fill my prescription that should only be 10 more minutes. That is just one of many occasions.2. They lied to my husband when he attempted to get his prescription filled. His surgeons office is almost 2 hours away and they told him he would need to drive back to his surgeons office to get a proper stamp. After speaking to CVS, the surgeons office called my husband to say that no stamp was needed and the pharmacist (or staffer) told them that their medical office is so far away and raises suspicion. Really? They have filled this particular medication twice before from that medical office and now there is an issue AND you lie to my husband? Incompetence and laziness are rampant throughout this pharmacy.Well be taking our business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
They take forever to answer the phone in the pharmacy. There is no excuse for a CVS to take 15 mins to answer.
Prescription pickup line always takes much longer than other establishments. Do better CVS!
I started using CVS because Teledrug could not ship timely. Most of the time CVS townelake gets it right...this.morning I had 2 conversations with Danielle. No pleasantries, no thank yous, I was shocked. This store manager and corporate CVS needs to hire competent, customer service oriented pharmacy employee. They should remember ....customers pay thier salaries. If everyone goes down the street...they really dont have a job at CVS. I want better, kinder service...and I dont mind changing pharmacies again.
CVS called me at 630 stating that my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. Having experienced some trouble with them before I waited until 830 to head down to the pharmacy. Here I stand, almost 930 waiting for my prescriptionsons yet to be filled. Save your time and go somewhere else.
My throat was hurting really bad and l want here to pick up my prescription. They were working really so hard to make sure my prescription was ready on time.
Very unfortunate that CVS is the only place that fills perscriptions for my insurance. Wish I didnt have to use CVS at all. Bought a thermometer on Sept 15 got it home and found it wouldnt work. Attempted to return it on Sept 16 and found that the most they could give is half of what I payed even though I still had the recipt. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.
