I was really hoping for a turn around from the previous owners but there is not enough traffic in the store so the produce and meat are not fresh. I really wanted to buy something from them to help out the little guy but there was nothing worth purchasing that was fresh. I will try again to give them another chance. Hope that was just a bad day.

Holy frijoles this place is awesome! I just came home from my first visit there and the steak torta is so yummy. I crossed over to attached grocery store and grabbed some warm tamales and a large bottle of sangria soda which was so convenient. They were also very friendly and accommodating to this gringo. I’m going to go eat the rest of this now but I highly recommend this place if you want affordable and authentic Mexican food!
