Quick and not too much pressure to buy. They do charge a delivery fee of $89 but thats not bad because they put the furniture together. Was delivered in two days

Not very happy customers. The seller not give me good deal for two couches with power recliners. And still charge $60 for delivery. For two couches around $4000 still charge for delivery, the seller not give me good deals. I will find different places who can give me good deals

I purchased couches for 2200 and they are electric and they broke with in the first month . I had them come fix it they gave me mix matched cup holders and then they broke again a couple months later. I’m not happy I’ve called and emailed so many times I’ve never been helped again . I have a 3 year warranty !!!!! They are horrible .

High prices and very pushy, I felt very uncomfortable just trying to look at selections

We were skeptical at first because of the previous reviews but I wanted to see for myself.Reviews couldnt have been more wrong.Selection was great and we received a great deal. I had gone to others in town and received similar service but the MGR here beat the price and free delivery.No issues with my living room set or the formal dinning table.My advice for those with issues is not to buy cheap or not to thrash your furniture.

It seems like a nice place but I was looking for a particular item an occasional chair and all they had was big chairs and recliners nothing that I would want to put into my bedroom

I visited the auburn rd store. The salesperson who makes the sale, will be the only one to help you. Its about the money each one will just sit and wait for a new face even if you ask a question the sales person will use one or two words and continue to sit

American furniture has a large selection to choose from and the prices were very reasonable.also the salesman was totally helpful.
