Mike and Allisonabsolutely helped me out tonight, I got off my new job super late only 15 minutes before they closed up on a Monday evening. I told them what I needed for work and how this may be my only evening I get off this early so I wasnt sure if I could come back at a better time, they went above and beyond helping me pick out the best tablet and phone plan that would help me with my new job, they worked tirelessly to get it all set up well past closing time which I really appreciated, unfortunately I needed to port my old number into AT&T because I couldnt lose my number and restart all my work contacts, the problem with this is I had a carrier no one had ever heard so there was issues getting it to port. By the time I got everything picked out, and we got they got the old number ported. Allison and Mike had stayed late by well over 2 hours, calling in every favor they had absolutely determined to get me taken care of. I appreciate their service and professionalism. I highly recommend this location!

Charged us for the higher price phone and did not disclose to us. Didn’t know until we got our first bill. Charged $200 in extra fees, traded in phones and lied to about the promo and how it works. Came into the store and the manager would not come out of the back to speak to me. Absolutely the very worst experience ever. They have our old phones and basically told us too bad. It’s ridiculous. Did I mention that the manager Allison would not come out of the back and I actually made an appointment to meet with her.

I went to the store @Yukon and was amazed . Willie came up and made me feel comfortable right away. I had many questions about my equipment and he gave me the information which I finally understood. I am now preparing to get more information from the loyalty team. I will try to post what happens next. Thanks again for all your help today. 🙂

The wait to speak with someone was nearly 20 minutes and it was WARM inside the store, but we hung in there! When it was our turn, we got Mason. Mason was SO helpful! He spent time explaining things, as well as listening to my wants and concerns. He was professional but also very funny. We have NEVER had this great of an experience at AT&T before. I will always ask for Mason should we have other needs to go to the store. 10/10

Went to the Yukon Store on Sat. 7/17 And I have to say this was my best experience with a AT&T store in 35 years of doing business with them. Sydney was Awesome, friendly, helpful, understanding & knowledgeable. She explained things in a way that I could understand, she just made our whole experience great & not to mention with all we did, I was in & out of there in 1 hour. That says A lot!! Thank you again Sydney.

The store is clean and employees are friendly. However I purchased a hotspot there outright. I was told it would be unlocked, and its not unlocked. At&t customer support told me that I want eligible to unlock the device until after Ive paid for the service for 60 days. I dont even want to leave AT&T. All I want is to be able to swap to my t-mo sim when Ive left their territory. Im really frustrated with the misleading information I was given from this store. I would not recommend going to this store and I dont believe AT&T is a company that cares about their customers at all.

I came into the Yukon AT&T store to untangle a problem with adding a line that had gotten so out of hand it could only be compared to a 1,000 foot knotted ball of Christmas lights. Willie took one look at the problem, typed in a few commands into his iPad and within seconds solved everything. EVERYTHING. He was also the most pleasant and genuine young man Ive encountered in a long time, and kept me laughing throughout the process. Willie is a genius and if he cant fix your problem your problem cant be fixed. This location is the only place I will ever visit for AT&T services going forward. Amazing and talented staff!!!

We went to the Yukon location to upgrade our phones. We were helped by a young lady Savanah. She was awesome! Her knowledge, attentiveness, personality are to be commended! She truly exemplifies what Customer Service is all about. AT&T should be proud to have her as an employee!A few hours later stopped in with some questions and another GREAT employee by the name of Mason stepped up and went above and beyond to help us. His patience and knowledge was remarkable!

Went in for an iPad upgrade and was sold a bill of goods by a salesman who lied to me many times saying we could save a ton of money by switching to a business account. Nothing he said has been remotely truthful. Salesperson would not return my calls as promised multiple times and the store manager would not pickup the phone to help a customer with 11 lines messed up and even lost a number in a transfer but her meeting with the district manager was more important than a customer. Two months later and still not cleared up I called in 24 hours ago for help from the store manager or assistant manager and still no word only to call in and find they are not even there nor have had the time to help me. I’ve spent countless hours on hold with att just to be hung up on multiple times. I felt it’s more than time to post a review since they keep dropping the ball and not interested in fixing the problem they created. They also never follow up. The Yukon corporate store is awful! The reason is the speed of the leader is the speed of the crew. This store needs a management change to correct its direction. Do yourself a favor and find another store!

Had problems with my elderly parents billing. Their Account had been hacked and they have Alzheimers. They didnt realize that they had a problem until I found out. Greg Prevost helped fix the problem. In my opinion he doesnt make enough for the help he gave me. Easily provided the best customer service I have ever had to fix a huge problem.

Im impressed with several aspects. They are well staffed. We waited only a few minutes to talk to a rep. We got Benny. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The missing 5th star is because it still took a long time to resolve our issue. So much better than customer service at metro pcs

Filed a claim to repair my phone screen at this location. Called ahead as Im driving from Lawton over an hour and a half from base to let them know Im on my way with family to make it a trip to OKC. Explicitly explaining my situation, even asked to speak to the rep directly but was assured theyd be able to check it out when I arrive. When I arrived was told the rep was out to lunch and the store wont even hold my phone to give to the repair specialist. Now my family has to either wait an hour or drive into town and leave our dinner plans early. They dont appear to value their customers time.

What can I say, my experience was nothing short of wonderful... I went in to move from Verizon to AT&T, transferring 3 phones and some watches... This was made super easy, and very cost effective by a young lady named Sydney. She knew exactly what I needed when I explained what i was trying to do. She was helpful and understanding... She knew the products, the services.. she asked about other services but did not push them like they where required.. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I had what I needed..

The workers would rather talk than help customers. In the matter of an hour I was waiting there to upgrade my phone I watched a worker jump to another customer and start comparing tattoos and talking about where they wanted future ones to go. When I asked if they even had the phone is stock, they replied yes super fast without checking. I checked in at 7 because I waited 15 minutes before anyone helped me. It is now 7:45 and I still have not received my text for my appointment.

We were just at this store and encountered a very rude sales rep. Her name is Kayley. My husband was trying to have a discussion with her and she kept interrupting him. Once my husband left, I tried to discuss with her how rude she was being by interrupting and she just kept getting louder and more upset and finally told me to leave. The only saving grace was Cole, who agreed to help us. Approach is everything. If you can’t have a calm discussion with your customers, maybe you shouldn’t be in sales, Kayley. Thanks Cole for helping us.

I was in the area visiting a friend when I had serious cellular device issues come up. Google was absolutely worthless so I just picked the nearest AT&T store and hoped for the best....Well, Brooke not only fixed the issue, she KILLED IT with the customer service. It was a little busy when I went in, and I already had a little bit of an attitude because of the phone (sorry, Brooke!) but she was totally professional, patient, and super helpful.I think I was in and out of there under about an hour. Phone is working just fine. Turns out I had misconfigured some settings (whoops), I felt silly but she assured me that it happened often. I appreciate how she handled the entire thing—and me.

Went in and had been helped by Amber and Matthew. They both had amazing customer service and I never once felt the typical pressure of sales which youd get at most places! The whole process was smooth and very easy when I got a new phone and new sim cards for my whole family! I just switched to AT&T after being with Sprint for 5+ years and now Im even paying much less per month!!! Ive never gotten service this quick, efficient, or as friendly from any other cell phone provider Ive been to. I highly recommend this place overall and am extremely satisfied with the whole process! Way to go guys!!

Whats the point of having plexiglass when your management doesnt enforce the mask policy? I came for help with my account not to catch Covid. AT&T always trying to sign you up for extras. No thanks Ill pass on the extra Covid. Ill go to the Market Plaza store where Ive never had to worry about them not wearing masks. Youre socially irresponsible employees should be reprimanded.

I would think a former Summit store would know better than to let people roam around without masks. I had to tell people I had aids just so they’d stay away and not give me covid. Last I checked, AT&T didn’t let me put a ventilator on an installment plan.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went in to drop my phone off for a repair. Instead the technician STARTS A NEW CLAIM without asking my permission then proceeds to not do her job and instead was on the phone for nearly half an hour. Before telling me they were filing a new claim for me that would cost 4x as expected!! Id like to hear back from a manager.
