Very disrespectful and unwilling to help.He said his name was jerry and he was lead, made me call corporate and stay on the phone for a hour with no help, just needed a replacement sim because the one that came with my phone was a faulty one. Not only did I have to pay for a new sim but he was unable to help me and therefore left me calling and being on hold for a hour to get any help from corporate. Also, no name badges were worn so we could tell who was who. I highly don’t recommend this place unless you are a jackass like them.
Jerry was super nice to work with. He convinced me to move from an Apple phone to an Android. He hooked me up with extras and made sure my information was transferred correctly!

Great service. Mike helped us after a shady Walmart guy set us up with verizon and left us screwed. Mike sorted us out and even held our dog and talked sweet to her and everything. Made us feel really welcome and genuinely cared for. I walked in passed about being hustled at Wal-Mart. After Mikes help and kind words I left much happier than when I walked. I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I recommend looking online at Verizon.com for what you want to get a price, then go to the store and tell them what you researched. This saved me time and money. My purchase was an Iphone 12 pro max and an Ipad pro. I put almost $600 down at time of purchase but it reduced my monthly bill. Thank you to Grant for helping me for almost 2 hours to get the price my wife said I could spend. Much appreciated!

Me and my wife, went in to get our new phones today And to switch from AT&T, and let me tell you that was the best service I’ve ever had in a cell phone store! The staff was amazing! They were extremely professional and very friendly and inviting, one employee in particular was a freakin rock star. Tanner was outstanding and just straight up awesome, he was very helpful and extremely informative! He made sure that we got the best deal we could and man did it make our day, I’ve met friendly staff members before, but he knocked it right out of the park. Not only was he friendly, but very conversational and an all out awesome dude! The fact that he recognized my phone’s Bluetooth name made it that much better, it was definitely a memorable experience and full of laughs! Never have me and my wife actually enjoyed a visit to the cellular store.. but Tanner made it that much better, we’ve been with AT&T for quite some time, and have never been treated with such respect let alone professionalism. Thank you Tanner and Verizon, for a great experience and treating us so well! Keep rocking it brother!!

I really like Verizons service. I pay for 4 lines with AT&T. And one with Verizon. Whilst Verizon service is slightly more pricey. It far exceeds what AT&T is capable of. Dang near everywhere I go throughout Oklahoma. Verizon is always present with decent speeds. Wherein AT&T will fail you within city limits on occasion. Sales person wasnt to pushyHowever when you inquire to the finer details of your bill and future bill, they lack knowledge. Or attempt to skirt around the question. Not there fault. They are doing just as they are trained and giving you the info that satisfy the majority of people. For the best answers contact Verizons call center. But I would most highly recommend visiting this location.

If I could give this place a 0 star rating that’s too much. One of my friends went there today to get some help with a broken phone. Being 7 months pregnant they made her stand outside for an hour in 100 degree heat. And Nick the associate was rude and very unhelpful in any way. All because a pregnant woman didn’t have a mask on which is in the exclusions for the mask policy. I don’t understand how stores are allowed to operate violating people’s civil rights and federal hippa laws.
Initially, this would’ve been 5 stars. Service was quick and friendly and we were switched over in no time. HOWEVER. I have now spent hours on the phone with Verizon correcting their mistakes. Communication is poor and they are lacking in training. We were set up incorrectly, told the wrong information, and then not informed of rebates correctly. Please save yourself the headache and go to the corporate store.

We came in one morning looking to get a quote for a new phone plan, but unfortunately the young man who came to assist us was either new, or way to focused on hocking some Samsung phone that was on sale. We told him what we wanted but he kept going back to their deal of the month with this other phone we weren’t interested in. We politely took his quote after he stumbled through calculating out what our payment would look like.Instead we drove down the street to AT&T and completed our shopping there, with a very competent lady who assisted us throughout the process and answered all of our questions.Basically it seems like their staff is a little too focused on meeting some quota for how many of the sale phones they’ve sold, and it completely drives customers away.In any case, the staff was still courteous so they get stars for that.

As a professional sales person, I am always hesitant to go into a commission driven environment because I dont want to deal with a shark. I have been putting off my phone upgrade because I was not looking forward to spending money. Luckily, Ethan was our low pressure salesperson, who was interested in gaining a long term customer and getting to know us individually first and foremost. I came into the store due to my iPhone not working properly. The person that helped me showed me that the best and most cost efficient option was to add a line and I ended up walking out with a new phone and a tablet plus three accessories. Made an appointment for 6:00 pm Tuesday, January 23rd after work, Jake, the salesperson, met me at the door and opened it for me. He made sure I understood the differences between the phones and asked enough questions to find out what I wanted and needed. It was a very pleasant experience and I walked out of there very much satisfied with my purchases.
Customer service was great. Went there bought a new pad he showed me all the features on it. Why I was in there paid my bill this places was great was no waiting time.

If it is any help, the representative was a military veteran, mentioned several times he had been to Weatherford to play football against SWOSU. If you can, I would love his name so I can see him when I come in for an upgrade soon. ☺
The manager is a good dude. But i feel Ive been swindled here a couple times. What they say you pay and what you actually pay after upgrading your phone or changing your plans... 2 different things, just wait for that first bill after a change.

Verizon in Yukon is the best cell phone store that Ive dealt with in the past 25 years. Dallas and Oklahoma city. The agents are all profession and well received when you walk in the atoew. They were very personable. I highly recommend this store and staff. Especially my agent Gracie.
We swung in to potentially switch from at&t to Verizon. We sat with Cassie and hashed out all the details. Everyone was super friendly, honest, and helpful. Bonus: the in store music was on point. Overall it was smooth transition and we were sent on our way well cared for as new Verizon customers.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone 6s to the 8+, as my mother needs a new one as well, I was giving her my old one. Brandon was quick to assist, professional as can be, and really helped me more than I thought I needed. Ended up saving myself and my mom $65 a month on extraneous phone bills and instated the military discount that I had never gotten even on active duty. He treated us like we were the only people in the world. Thanks for everything, Brandon!

Only reason I gave the Verizon store on Garth Brooks, okc, was because of Marshall Mason. Went in the other day & he was very helpful. Told me to come back when my new phone was in to help me set it up. Unfortunately, this is twice Ive tried to go back on a different day to talk to someone that I already worked with and they werent available. So I got stuck with some girl that someone else referred to as Atlanta. I explained what had happened previously with Marshall. She said she could help me. She clicks a few things then hands me my phone to input a password. While Im putting in the password, shes starting to tell me about what am I going to do when my contract is up next month & starts giving me options. (Now mind you, she LITERALLY just took my new (replacement) phone out of the box 3 minutes before that). I immediately said I wasnt doing ANYTHING until the current phones were paid off. Customer service has always been a strong point of this store but recently I had a issue that was a little out of the norm. Cody went out of his way to make sure the issue was handled before I walked out. Verizon only secured me longer as a customer with the experience.
