Mackenzie and Latraes did wonders ... My phone was lost and I had to buy a small loaner phone for the moment and discovered my insurance was taken off of my account as soon as I purchase the loaner phone . I had not did my iPhone insurance claim (didnt have deductible yet). This caused a major problem. I trust Mackenzie to solve the issue because I was ready to take the issue to court . They handled it together . Im grateful they didnt give me the run around but instead was genuinely concerned with helping me. Thank you two again.Also, Darrin was helpful with the loaner phone process because I was giving attitude due to being upset about my phone ... And he compassionately helped me that day and changed my attitude on the situation.

Went in because my phone was dropping calls, receiving calls and calling out. Angie worked diligently with customer service at Cricket and got my phone working. She had the patience of a saint! Very happy customer!

Called to check price on iphone 6s for sons bday & they said Id have to come in the store to get a price! I go to the store and the guy tells me its$149 I then say Id be better paying $200 for the 7s and he said they were out of stock and everyone else was out of 7s. I go ahead and move forward with the 6s, I asked if they had silver and he said they only had gold and then after I pay for it he hands me the box (didnt put the sim card in or give me a tool to do so) and I looked at the box and noticed that the phone was pink. I told him that it wasnt gold and he said it is rose gold and he could sell me a case. Bad business all the way. I asked him if I could return it and he said Id lose money on the tax and the activation so at this I felt stuck and frustrated. I left and decided to call 3 other stores in the area to see if they had iPhone 7s in stock and they all had them in stock. Wont do business @ Alton store

They are selling cell phones which are 2 years old and not in good for the top rate of the cell phones of today so if you want a good product for your money look further!

Cricket sucks. It is worse than straight talk. I paid for a wifi mobile hot spot. every time really needed it. the service broke down. Spent 3 hrs on the phone with them nothing. they call me 2 days later. They had a problem with there service. ..........Made several phone calls on hold for an hour. I finally get through to a person and they cant hear me.. tried with a tracfone on hold for another hour. It worked. Cricket just plain sucks. I spet more time talking to them about cricket problems than I did using the phone for my own personal business.
