I was so pleased with my experience at the Alton location! I usually cringe when I have to tend to anything having to do with my devices. I was expecting a long wait with some unexpected hiccups. This experience was quite the contrary. Tanya was our rep, she was very personable and polite, she quickly got us in and out and explained everything in detail so there were no questions after we left. She also explained the current and upcoming promotions that we were able to take advantage of. We are new to Verizon and so far have had nothing but excellent service!

Came in to get some help setting up my new phone that came in the mail. Sales rep Caylee was very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer some other questions that I had. She exhibited excellent customer service.

Today, 10-1-21, at 3 PM, I went to the Alton Verizon store due to a phone problem. I hoped to either get help or replace the phone. I understood having to wait half an hour while the customer ahead of me made a purchase. What I do not understand is why the only employee in the store did not acknowledge my presence once during that time, with a greeting and assurance she would help me as soon as she could. She acted as if I did not exist. Until today, I have always thought this store offered great service. After this incredible rudeness, I am having my husband remove my line from the family Verizon account and getting service elsewhere. Previously I experienced great customer service. Todays service deserves 1 star or less. The 3 stars represent an average of todays non-service and previous experiences that were far better. Goodbye Verizoners, I will not be back.

I travel for work often, and I came in to this store because my phone was acting up while in town for work. Lexi greeted me and helped me the best she could. This was probably one of the best of not the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. She was polite and kind, showed me how she fixed my phone and never pressured me into anything. She informed me about upgrading and even some other things! I know I’ll be back in town soon, and I know where I’m going to get my new phone!

These people deserve at a shot at your business if you are considering using Verizon as your carrier. I have visited this store 3 times and always found people who know what they are doing; much more so than other Verizon stores I have used. You will have an issue with your phone some day after purchasing it and this store is the best I have found for after sale service.

This store had the last iPhone I was on a hunt for and not only did they have great prices, but the customer service was top notch. 10/10 would come again and recommend all my friends. Honestly I drive to at least two locations in St. Louis and in comparison they were subpar. So I ended up driving all the way from Overland, Mo to Alton, Il just for adequate service and of course to score the last IPhone.
