I’ve been a patient of Dr. Huynh for a long while and I love her new office. Her staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Bonus she can speak Vietnamese.

This is my second year going here and Ive been really happy about my experience. The office is kept very clean and equipment is sanitized before starting my appointment. The staff and Dr. Huynh are very friendly and patient. They make sure to help me understand how my eyes are doing and what my benefits from my insurance covers, which is greatly appreciated since I can get confused on what options I can take.

Went to Insight a few times many years ago and the eye exam was by far a notch above all the rest, and they have gone out of their way to help me out several times. Recently had to go to a competitor for a financial reason and I still ended up going back to Insight to get my prescription right. My eyes are worth it and I highly recommend them .

Ive been going to Insight Vision since I first needed glasses about 12 years ago. I have always received excellent service and find them to be patient focused. On my last visit I called to tell them I was going to be late for my appointment and they stayed open late to accommodate me. A second example of their good service was when I had a pair of safety glasses that needed repair. They treated the repair with a sense of urgency and i had the glasses back almost immediately. Insight Vision has earned my trust.

Took my daughter with me. I have to say they are very supportive an completely knowledgeable of my eye sight. Wearing my new Ray Bans thanks to the staff and of course Mr. Hanson himself thanks for keeping me seeing great.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience at Insight Vision. Dr. Mark was incredibly kind to work us in to his incredibly busy schedule due to an urgent issue. He was very quick with his diagnosis and what my family member needed to treat the issue. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis. My family members eye was feeling better almost immediately. We can not recommend Dr. Mark highly enough. If you have eye issues, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Mark!

I like the care Dr Hanson provides! He needs a better Optician and possibly an office staff! This was the worst medical experience Ive ever had. I had an appt on 5/7/18 and was told my glasses would be back 3 to 4 weeks. Four week later I call for status and was told the optician would call me back. Two week after that, still no call back from him. On 6/25, I call and spoke to the optician who stated when my glasses come in hell call me. This is now 7 weeks later.. so I called my insurance, to find out whats taking so long.Well come to find out they did have a claim on me... and that the claim had not even been submitted! Well Insight Vision had no problem charging my credit card at the time if service! I walked in that evening and asked for a FULL reimbursement and they gave it back to me. DONT use them!

My visit to Insight Vision was wonderful. Each employee to work with me was friendly & competent. At my visit, I had been trying out contacts for the first time. Time & care was shown in making sure I understood the importance of proper maintenance in wearing contacts. I additionally got new frames during my visit; Id never experienced a vision center so sincere in working to make sure I left satisfied with my frames. The equipment is entirely update to date & those at Insight Vision run things very well. Definitely worth making a trip to.

I have seen Dr. Mark for over 20 years and referred dozensof my friends. Dr. Mark is kind of a maverick, He is honest,frank, a real doctor, who will do whats best for his patients.He has an extremely large number of frames, high tech equipment,and courteous staff.

(I should have read ALL the reviews!) Had a bizarre experience here today. I had called the number on this page and made an appointment. They asked about insurance and I said Id just pay. Later they called to ask about my insurance and I said Id just pay. Today I went in at the scheduled time and they said I had no appointment. When I asked the gentleman who came from the back about my lost appointment he said Do you have insurance?I dont know if something shady is going on or whether it is just incompetence. I chose this location because of its professional look, tired of going to strip center optometrists. Goes to show you cant choose a book by its cover.Lest you think I scared them off, Im a 50-something white guy driving a nice car wearing a polo. I can totally afford my own glasses. Im still baffled by this experience.

I have a very high prescription that has always given me thick bottle cap glasses that Im embarrassed to wear in public and headaches because previous doctors cant seem to get it right until now. Dr.Hanson and his optician were able to get me a perfect pair of glasses that I can wear in public proudly and see perfectly. Absolutely coming back next year.

I was referred by an Uber rider to this business. I gushed over her glasses and she praised this establishment.I found the staff to be polite and completely dismissive! There was no offer to assist with insurance or benefits, have a seat, let me help you...nothing.I used to drive past this place daily, curiously optimistic.Now I know though the Dr. may be good, the staff is not worth my time. #bummed

Everyone is great at Insight Vision. All staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Dr. Hanson is great, too. I highly recommend Insight Vision if you are looking for a great place for eyecare for you and your family.

These negative reviews are unwarranted Ive never had any problems processing my insurance and think his assistants are cute and full of life. They always help me.Ive been going to Dr Hanson for years and think hes the greatest! My whole family goes to him. He is most caring and explains things so well. He helped me with my cataract surgery and by grandchildren with contact lenses. The office has an excellent optician who really knows how to fit and adjust eyeglasses. Service was great and they knew how to process my insurance.

Dr Mark R Hanson is the BEST one to go to for an eye exam and glasses! I have never been disappointed. He is knowledgeable and knows exactly what you need. I highly recommend him.

I experienced a very poor and dishonest customer experience. Heres the story:I have Superior Vision of TX. The plan provides exam coverage for BOTH glasses and contacts. After that I choose EITHER a contact lens or glasses benefit ($150 off). When I made my appointment the office staff said I was fully covered, all good, see you Friday. Awesome.I show up and they tell me that my EXAM coverage is restricted to EITHER glasses exam or contacts---not both. Instead of $40 (my copay for both) that I would have to pay $105 (15 for the glasses copay and 90 for contacts exam). Hmmm, thats a lie---but I really want my exam. So I say, fine, Ill just do the contacts exam for the $20 copay. She then tells me that if I do the contacts exam, that I HAVE to buy contacts from THEM! And why is that?, I ask calmly. She swears that this is the way the insurance works, that it isnt their fault, and they dont have a choice.I call the insurance and guess what I find out? Thats NOT how the insurance works, people have the freedom to choose how AND where they use their benefits. I even put the office on the phone with my insurance who explained this to them AND THEY STILL REFUSED! I went down the street, got both exams, and STILL had the freedom to choose how I used my benefits.One thing is to be dishonest with me about my exam benefits, but entirely another is to try to TRAP me into thinking I have to buy from them. YOU have the freedom to decide, dont fall for this SCAM. Shame that this happens, surely on a daily basis. Lies and deceit, covered by smiles and polos. That was my experience.

Just got done speaking with the insurance person at Insight vision and I have never had someone ban me from their facility because I asked them to slow down so I can digest all the information I was being given. I dont remember her name but if you call to this facility and they transfer you to the insurance person please be careful as you can get your head bitten off.

My family and I have been going to Dr Hanson for 4 years now and have always been given excellent service and first rate attention.

The eye exam was great, very thorough. I loved it! We ran into issues with their office not wanting to assist us with our contact evaluation. We have vision insurance through Metlife who contracts with VSP and apparently, the vouchers that VSP provides online doesnt have all the information that reflects on the Metlife site.Our contact evaluation was fully covered, yet the VSP site didnt show that. After having VSP contact their office and verbally confirmed our coverage as we were telling them, they still refused to provide services. I called the following business day to see exactly what they needed in order for us to get our services completed at the same location rather than finding a new office. I had an explanation of benefits that I was able to send over. After speaking to Roger, I felt completely attacked. Not only did he lie about VSP not advising them of our coverage, he refused to offer us services considering he is a VSP provider and he called me a *F-ing (slang word for female genitalia).After being hung up on, I reached out to VSP to discuss the phone call and refusal of services. They attempted to reach out to speak with Dr Hansons office, only to be turned away and not wanting to discuss the phone call.I dont know why any Provider would be so unprofessional. Could be the fact that we were were a black couple... Ill never know. I do know that I wouldnt refer anyone to this office.
