I’ve been a patient here for the last 3 years. Always excellent service. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always know how to help me find the perfect pair of glasses! The doctors are very through and knowledgeable.
I’m extremely happy with the glasses I got from here. I love the fact that they took me in without having an appointment. I love they’re collection of frames. Shareef was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable of what frames looked good on me. Will definitely be returning and recommending visual health to all my friends!
Dr. Desando was very knowledgeable and super helpful! She was very thorough in her exam and was open to all my questions. The front staff is great too!
Great service and great glasses selection! I have never had glasses before but got some cool frames and it was an easy process! thanks!
I had an appointment scheduled at Visual Health - Arlington/Clarendon today at 6pm via their website. I got out of work a little bit early (not as early as I would have liked) and got to Visual Health around 6:15. When I arrived, I was informed that they had no appointment for me at 6pm but that my appointment had been moved to 4:15pm. I had received no notice of this. Additionally, the employee told me that sometimes multiple people claim the same appointment and whoever confirms first gets the appointment. However, I confirmed within a minute of the confirmation text. I am aware things happen with technology. However, if I had known that my appointment had been moved I would have re-scheduled for another day.Additionally, I tried to call this location on my way to notify them that I would be late, and nobody picked up. Had someone picked up, I would have been notified that there was no appointment for me at that time and would have saved myself the gas and parking money, as well as my time.
I purchased two pairs of glasses and some contact lenses from this office several weeks ago. One pair of the glass and the contact lenses were nice. But the second pair didn’t fit quite well at first. The office manager helped me to send the glass back to redo it, and the glass came back nicely.
They are super organized and thinking about the best way to support their customers with good prices. Zee, the office manager, was super great and accommodating!
I couldn’t recommend this place more. The office staff was exceptional. They patiently helped me pick out my glasses and explained the pricing. Once I received my glasses the prescription was perfect and the frames were great quality. I could see better than I’d seen in years. Unfortunately after a month I fell asleep with my glasses on. When I woke up the frame was terribly bent and a lens had fallen out. I took the mangled glasses back, and the office the staff was able to repair the frames. I explained I was going on vacation soon and needed my glasses. She drove the frames herself to the Fairfax office to have the lens re-threaded into the frame so I could get my glasses back as soon as possible…. All free of charge! I’ve been to several eye dr and absolutely love this place. The customer service is exceptional.
Extremely helpful staff. Great support while finding new/different frames and styles.
First time at this office, wonderful service! The team was super friendly, professional and helpful. Found new eye Dr!
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Love their selection of frames, too!
I’m a long time patient and their doctors/ staff are always amazing! Dr. DeSando was very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring during my appointment. I really appreciate their patience and honest feed back when selecting glasses. Sherief was amazingly attentive, quick, efficient in helping me narrow down and select my new pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. I’m super excited to wear them. Thank you!
Ive been looking for a new Optometrist office to go to and was walking by and decided to stop in and check the place out. Sharif and zee were very pleasant. Sharif took his time to adjust my glasses and clean them even though I did not get them from there! he also recommended some frames for me that Im in love with. most other offices Ive been in lack a personal touch but Im so glad I decided to walk in that day. will definitely be coming back to see sharif and visual health when Im due for my annual exam!
Visual Health Doctors of Optometry in Clarendon has been my go to provider of eye care and contact lenses for years. Zee and the team at the Clarendon location go above and beyond to resolve issues. Recently, I needed a large order of contact lenses in a very short time before leaving the country, and they really delivered. I later found out that despite an unexpected delay in the shipment from the supplier, the staff had made multiple calls to track the shipment and leveraged inventory on stock at other branches to fulfill my order. On top of all this, theyve offered me amazing discounts on sunglasses when Ive bought eye wear with them in the past, they work with many types of insurance, and they have helped me take advantage of rebate coupons over and over again. They take care of their customers!
Quick and easy! Very friendly staff! Would recommend !
Had a fantastic experience here as a first time patient! Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff are very patient, informative, and kind. Highly recommend this location.
Great experience, the doctor and store manager were a pleasure to work with.
I loved my experience there and the vibe was nice. Aysha was very helpful with any questions i had and made me feel comfortable with my choices. Just immaculate customer service!
Waste of time and money. Office is disorganized, rude, patronizing and plain disrespectful. Thankfully there are plenty more to choose from.
Really liked the doctor there! She was responsive and thorough and kind!
Everything for me at the office was very good the exam and the attention was very good
I’ve been wanting to get a I exam forever. Today I stopped at this location to get some information. I was greeted by the office manager Zee. She was very friendly and very knowledge full of her services. The customer service was amazing I am definitely scheduling appointment. I was very pleased with how clean this location is. She also gave me a background information about Dr.Desando which made me feel extremely comfortable to come back to this location.
I like what Sharif has done for my eyeglass. I did go to couple of repair stores and no one could fix it, but Sharif did it!!
Ive gone to this office a number of times over the years and have always received great treatment and service. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs and hectic schedule. Strongly suggest becoming a patient here!
Horrible customer service. Its been 4 months and I still have not received my year supply of contacts after even re-ordering them. They clearly do not care if their clients can see. Will never go back but I expect a refund, especially since I used my FSA money for this purchase.
My fiance and I have been patients of this practice for two years. We live within walking distance to the office, and we were very excited by the convenient location. However, after multiple unpleasant visits we will not be returning. I will preface my review by saying I have always been pleased with the quality of care the Doctor provided, however, the front office staff is horrible. They are extremely unprofessional – both via phone and in person. The front office staff constantly pressures you to order contacts from them, guaranteeing their prices are less than 1-800 contacts…. However, they significantly up-charge. They are very pushy, and do not know when to take no for an answer (and I am in sales myself - believe me, I understand continuing to push a sale after receiving a no -- but the staff here has made me feel extremely uncomfortable). After my most recent visit – I told them multiple times, in-person, that I did not want to order contacts through them. After testing a pair of contacts, I followed up via phone to finalize my prescription…. The woman at the front desk continued to hound me to order contacts through them – I told her I was ordering elsewhere, and asked kindly asked her to send over my prescription via email. She told me I would receive an email within 5-10 minutes. Two days later, I had yet to receive an email. I called the office, and spoke with the same one. She again asked if I wanted to order contacts through them - I declined and again asked just to have my prescription emailed over. She told me that she would not be able to send over my prescription via email because they were understaffed, and that I needed to come in to the office if I wanted my prescription. She verbatim stated that this was “the easier option for her” and that my request was not a priority. I then told her that I recently had spine surgery, and would like her to email me my prescription… she again said I needed to come in because that was easier for her. During a pandemic, as I am recovering from spine surgery, I then had to go into the office to pick up a piece of paper, that easily could have been emailed to me. A few days later I went into the office to get my prescription... The practice was completely empty, and the woman at the front desk sat on her phone texting the entire time… clearly too busy to assist clients. We will not be returning to this office - this practice has lost two patients. The next eye doctor we choose will be a practice that values and respects their patients, listens to their requests, and most importantly priorities their patients health and safety above all else.
Everyone that works here is friendly and the appointment was quick and efficient. Its really great to know Ill be in and out in a timely manner without losing the personal touch.
Would strongly recommend seeking another provider for your visual health. I was a patient here for two years and was continuously surprised at how egregiously they up-charged their patients for glasses and contacts. Was only informed of their price matching policy once I told them I was going to use a third party for my contacts instead (1-800 Contacts). I moved out of the area and was unable to make an in-person appointment with my new provider due to COVID-19. My new provider asked this office to extend my prescription for just 30 days so I would be able to see until an in-person appointment was possible. Visual Health Doctors of Optometry refused to extend my prescription unless I bought my contacts from them directly (which were, of course, wildly up-charged). I always questioned the thoroughness of my eye exam at this office, which felt very brief each time. I now believe these concerns were valid- the prescription given by this office is wildly different than one given to me by my new provider. I can now see much better and have access to affordable glasses and contacts. This office values profits on their contacts and glasses over the needs of their patients. I wish I read the other reviews echoing this sentiment before deciding to use this practice for two years.
I’ve been coming here for years & I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The doctors are terrific & the customer service is the best! I’ve got a massive-strength prescription so picking out glasses is never easy for me. Aysha & the whole staff are always patient & considerate. They take the time to make sure I find the right fit for me. And they make navigating the insurance process easy. As a person with diabetes, I appreciate the care & professionalism of the doctors & eye care specialists. They’ll help me if something’s wrong & find a good specialist if I need one. I look forward to my yearly visits!
Very pleasant and professional staff. Ive been a client here for over 2 years.
Finding glasses with Mateen is always a pleasure. So far he is 2/2 on picking the right frames for me on the first try! I have always found everyone in the office to be kind and welcoming.
Had a good annual exam here and they proposed ways to save money on glasses and contacts. Will keep going back as long as I live in the area.
Not sure what has changed but my experience today at the Clarendon office was horrible. Signs says they open at 10am and I have a 10am appointment, but its not until 10:10am that the staff arrives and opens door. No apologizes, just take a seat and wait to be called. Takes another 25 minutes for them to see me and I was the first in the door. Seems they have forgotten what the customer experience means. Will be looking for another Optometrist.
The doctor ( she didnt even tell me her name) was rude, snappy, and rushed- didnt provide much detail. None of the equipment that you put your face on had any kind of protective covering. When I had initially called to set up the appointment the receptionist told me that they took my insurance, but when I got there they told me they didnt....I wont be coming here again.
The staff is wonderful - professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Mateen is always friendly and happy to help. Every visit is a positive experience.
I was there few days ago, asked for contact lenses prescription they said $147 but at the end of the visit they charged me $228 and they said the glasses prescription comes with it and it cost $99, didn’t make any since specially that I been using the contact lenses for the last 20 years.
Everyone who works in this office is kind, helpful, and patient. They remember their customers which is always appreciated. All of my appointments and transactions have been quick but professional, so you arent waiting for ages but you also dont feel rushed.
Came as a walk-in and met with Dr. Varghair within about 15 minutes. The eye exam was quick and thorough, explaining everything to me throughout the process. The sales associate who helped me select a pair of glasses was also great and very friendly. She really took the time to help me find a pair that I liked and explained to me the pros and cons of plastic frames vs metal frames. Glasses were ready within the window of time that they had established. I would 100% recommend them to anyone I know and I will be sure to continue to use them.
Just came from an appointment which I immediately canceled when an employee walked in with no mask and then another employee came from the back with no mask. I had been assured they would all be wearing masks. Shocking for a health care provider. Wont go again. Would give zero stars if I could
This place is awesome! Staff are very friendly and the optometrist was really helpful. They are not one to rush you thru the appt and make it a point to ensure you are satisfied with your visit. I’ve already recomended this place to friends and family.
After my glasses frame slightly broke, the staff fixed my glasses on the same day for free.
Highly recommend! I’m not even a patient here, but I went to myeyedr and my optometrist to adjust my glasses, and nobody was able to fit them to my face the way Zee did! Not only do they fit my ears but my nose fits perfectly with my frames now....and she cleaned them so well, they look BRAND NEW! This might be my new eye doctors office!
Terrible customer service. No clear communication between what services are and are not available. Lack of follow up. I have no issue with keeping people safe, I just have no faith they are doing so. The admins and the doctors are not on the same page and I’ve wasted my time for over priced services for the last time.
Couldn’t have asked for better service during COVID-19. The staff was very helpful and well prepared for seeing me during my appointment. Everyone had a face masks and made sure everything was clean and disinfected. I felt very safe here. Zee helped me and made sure every machine was clean. She made sure frames were disinfected before trying them on. She was very professional. I’m glad I came to this optometry during COVID-19.
I give this place a 5 star because of one person who really took care of us - Kat. The service from the beginning to almost the end was spotty, as we had some issues with fitting my daughters glasses properly. We were convinced by one of the sales girls that although the location in Clarendon didnt have child size glasses (for a 9 yr old), the stock they had was fine and she could pick a regular set that she would grow into. Really not great advice (how much does a 9yr olds head grow within a year??) which lead to a string of problems for both my daughter wearing them and us trying to make amends with them. It all was turned around when Kat came into the picture. She totally turned the train around and solved our problems. She immediately took action and in the end gave us excellent care and customer service!
Good selection of frames. Staff was really helpful. Eye exam was good.Good advice through the frame selection process. More interested in what worked for me than upselling. Really appreciate that.Glasses look and feel great. Very happy with the whole process and results.
I was provided with great service until I met with the Optometrist. He determined that I had astigmatism, and when I mentioned that I always had regular checkups and no other doctor had said anything, he told me that it’s something doctors may not explain in urban communities. I never mentioned where I was from (California), or my socio-economic status. The doctor made an assumption that because I’m Black, I was raised in an urban environment without access to adequate healthcare.
Great customer service, very attentive, glasses quality is amazing and lasted me years!
I had noticed a bump under my eyelid for a week and it wasnt going away. I was starting to get concerned, so I did a search for any optometry office that was open on Saturday. They were the only ones and they got me in SAME DAY. The front desk staff was awesome. Dr. Patel was equally awesome; it was like seeing an old friend again. She was knowledgeable, competent, and personable. And the cherry on top: theyre right across the street from the Clarendon metro station! I came all the way in from the Fort Totten area. Once youre done with your appointment, theres lots of restaurants in the nearby area if youre hungry. All in all, it was a nice unexpected detour for the weekend.
I have been coming here for my past 2 eye exams the staff is very friendly and professional. With Covid-19 still going on i felt safe going and getting my eye exam the office is following all the CDC guidelines and I got my temperature checked before entering the office
Everyone was super welcoming and the process was very quick! I was able to get an appointment within a day during the time frame that I needed. I appreciate Mateen (Matin?) helping me out and trying to find the best deal for me as well :)
UPDATE: The practice administrator saw my original post and called me to personally apologize for my experience and got me in to see one of their doctors out of Fairfax (at no cost). They gave me a much better prescription and even let me try out contacts in two different prescriptions in one of my eyes (since I was on the border between the two). I appreciate the professionalism in resolving this for me. Would recommend the Fairfax office.ORIGINAL: Would normally assume that they just had a bad couple of days at the office, but reviews indicate that other people have had similar experiences. I went in for my annual contacts exam (as a new patient) and was given a very blurry prescription - it was so off I swapped the trial contacts they had given me for me old ones immediately when I got home. I called them and asked if I gave them my old prescription, could they order that. I had to come in again for a brief visit and they agreed to order my old prescription. When my new contacts came, they had ordered the wrong prescription and I have to go back again to get the correct ones. I have switched eye doctors multiple times (because of insurance/moving), and Ive never had anyone give me the wrong prescription before. Pretty sure my old prescription is slightly weak too, so they really missed the mark, but Im also not willing to keep going back and forth with this place to find a better prescription. Will definitely not be coming back.
I went in for a contact lens exam. The optometrist was great. Very knowledgeable. Took the time to educate me on visual acuity. Was a great resource from a Physicians standpoint. I was leaving for a trip to Costa Rica the following day and was give 10 days worth of contact lens to try. Will return next week to let him know things worked out well and will try another brand of lens!
Dr. Varghai was great along with the staff, that is the 2 Stars. However, I feel they gouge you for the price of the glasses. I have Eye Med insurance which is pretty good and they covered quite a bit. I still ended up paying $832. for a pair of frames with progressive lens and only added the blue light protection, plus $39. for the eye picture - total $871. I know I did not need to buy them there and I will not anymore. But the total cost for routine exam, glasses with the added picture of your eye was $1,800.00, that is way over priced. I did some research afterwards and found that the average price for progressive glasses were from $400 - $600. Even with the blue light protection, it should not have cost what I paid. It was just 2 days ago, so I do not have my glasses yet, to comment on them. But I really felt I needed to let people know how much they charge. I feel me and my insurance company has been OVER charged. Can you imagine paying that kind of money for an eye exam and glasses IF you dont have insurance? And we wonder why insurance rates keep skyrocketing.... price gouging is why.
I had an old pair of glasses -- they were fine. I got new glasses from this place and it has ruined my life. Reading causes huge headaches. Driving is hard. Working requires me to take off glasses and move computer screen around. If you are young and your glasses prescription is easy, this is probably an okay place, If you are older, they can really ruin your life (they pretend to care but they really dont care).Edit: Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I didnt see it because of the way Google puts my activity at the top of the reviews. I have already gotten rid of the progressive lenses. I was told they were not made properly and also that I do not need them. I dont know if the new glasses will be any better -- but I will update this when I get them.Edit: I finally got my new glasses from a different place -- and it seems to be true that I did not need progressive lenses. Yes, I cant read up close as well as I used to but with the correct prescription (one lens was off) and things adjusted properly -- everything is fine. I ordered a pair of computer glasses -- but I dont really think I even need those.I think the problem is that if you come back and complain about progressive lenses people just dismiss you because they think you need more time to get used to them. But I dont complain that easily. The glasses I got had a lot of problems. So I hope this helps. I would suggest if someone comes in and complains about their glasses, ask them to close each eye and see if one of the lenses seems wrong - and then retest them if it does.Maybe I should have been more persistent -- but I did come back twice to try and resolve the problem.
My father has glasses that are paid for sitting at the office. When I called to figure out how to pick them up during Covid, I was told to text or email the office and they would respond. However, Ive both texted and emails, and no one has responded. This lack of response is unnacceptable. My dad only wears glasses, and has no glasses right now. So, he literally cannot see.Lenscrafters here we come! Lenscrafter is answering their phones and helping us get glasses in a timely fashion.
Excellent doctors office. Everyone is polite and whether youre speaking with the doctor or selecting new frames, you can take your time and they will help you make the best decision for you. They do not try to sell you expensive items you dont need - which happened to me at one of the chain optometrists in the area. Definitely recommend.
Excellent and attentive! I waited for all of five minutes after showing up early to my appointment, and everyone who worked there gave very thorough and detailed explanations of what tests were happening, why, and what the costs were. Ive never had such a positive experience at an eye provider. I would highly recommend them!
I went through a few eye doctors over the past five years. I have a high astigmatism so I need an optometrist who actually gets it. The two eye doctors I used in DC seemed to just want my money but here they seem to care about vision and eye health. The location is conveniently located right by the Clarendon Metro even though parking is limited. The staff is awesome and welcoming and it feels like they really want you to be there. This is my doctors office for the foreseeable future.
Its all about money. They dont actually care about their patients (unless you continue to pay them to care). This place is all about sales, hence the 3-month policy to find the perfect contact lenses for you, or you pay more. (Which, actually, nobody informed me about, until it was too late.)One of my prescriptions is okay, the other is not.. this has nothing to do with my vision, rather the prescriptions and the doctor who made them. After my initial $160+ appointment, they wanted to charge $50 for the doctor to check her prescription. The secretary lied over the phone by telling me she had to check with the doctor and later transfer me to the doctor, when in reality she was talking to a sales person, to whom I was transfered instead. And oh my goodness, all the white lies the sales person was trying to use justify this extra fee! For example-1- its the doctors time, which makes no sense, since I didnt go back after my 1st appointment.2- a lot can happen in 3 months. No, not if you are a healthy adult. My vision hasnt changed in 10 years, but they were trying to convince me otherwise, telling me that some people get a new eye exam every 6 months... what that has to do with me, Im not sure.3- trying to convince me my annual check up is just around the corner ....aka 5 months from now! Also, the doctor accepted another patient during my appointment. Rather than wait and help me understand how to wear lenses, I had to see a sales person, who would finish the appointment for her.Not going back.
I have heard of this office from multiple people and up until now I haven’t seen why it has been so raved about. Now I do. This office has a great selection of glasses as well and a courteous staff. In particular Mateen is outstanding at his job. He had made sure I was happy about what I wanted and why I wanted it. Rather than only finding a particular style he looked at comfortability adaptability and overall usage of the glasses. I have never met someone so detail oriented and I am glad I made the right decision to ask for his help. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Mateen and the rest of the employees
I had an eye examination for contact lenses done there and ordered several months supply of contacts and the the experience was well worth it. The doctor was very knowledgeable and the examination was thorough. The staff was very professional and helpful and I would not hesitate to return for my eye care needs.
Great selection and very helpful customer service, especially Kat. Those are what keep me coming back year after year. Always helpful with getting the right fit. Even when I had a cosmetic issue with my glasses, they replaced them as a courtesy.
Great friendly staff. They help you out with finding what is right for you and your budget.
Kat was a pleasure to work worth. She helped me out on several occasions making my first time picking glasses a comfortable experience. Great staff and very easy to work with.
Not bad, but its kinda like a car dealership. Example: UV protection was added for about $90 on top of the cost of prescription and frames. UV protection - for computer/reading glasses intended for indoor use? They agreed that was silly and took that part off. Just remember to negotiate for what you actually need versus the profit hooks.I would also recommend seeing an ophthalmologist versus an optometrist if possible, as their practice doesnt revolve around selling glasses and contacts.
I cannot recommend this practice as they sold me on signing up for a years worth of contacts with a $100 rebate offer that was not honored. The sales rep informed me that I had until the end of the offers expiration date (12/31/17) to submit my claim yet I just received a rejection for the rebate as I did not submit the claim within 60 days of the sale. Beware!
Great service, the staff willing to go the extra mile to make sure all is well
Overall, the customer service is great but the prices are expensive. Since I have to wear progressives, I always know Im going to spend more money. Just disappointed that I didnt research more in advance. The pair of Ray Bans Jackie Ohhh I bought from VHDO were $249 and I just found the same pair on the Ray Bans website for $150. It would have been nice to save $100.
Friendly staff, excellent service. Do a great job of getting you the best value w/your insurance. Highly recommended!
This place is great! Theyve always gotten me in quickly, had available appointments, efficient ordering of contacts over the phone. Its great!
My first experience with them went great. Dr John Du is very friendly and nice. I went for contacts lens fitting and Dr. Du genuinely worked hard to get me a good fitting lens. 5 stars!
Personal attention and investment in their customers. And special effort to make sure you buy the frames that truly look your very best!
Dr. John Du is the man. A true hard worker and a skilled professional. I hope my follow up visits will be as great as my last ones. 5 stars!
I recently moved to the area so this was my first time at Visual Health. The doctor was very nice and helpful and the staff were just as great. Every one took their time and was genuine. Definitely recommend!!
Excellent service, definitely will be back.
I really liked the doctor and her insistence that I get a specialist appointment. The tests were thorough.... The place was clean and the staff were fabulous!
Great customer service! Always a good time to when I visit for check-ups or to pick out glasses. Also theyre very flexible with orders, mistakes, etc. Once I lost my glasses, ordered a replacement pair from Visual Health, but then found the first pair and Visual Health gave the replacement pair sunglass lenses at no extra cost. Another time there was a delay and mistake in some glasses I ordered, so they gave me a free pair to choose! Loyal customer always.
I had an emergency when my pup ate my sunglasses and scratched the lenses of my regular frames beyond any visibility. I was 6 days from leaving town for the entire summer. I’d gotten the original frames at Visual Health so I went back. Zee was amazing. She helped me pick out new sunglass frames and put a rush order on both the new and old to be fixed. She went above and beyond normal customer service by going herself to pick up my new glasses in time for me to leave town on the scheduled day. Thank you, Zee!
Everyone is fabulous. Makes going to the eye doctor fun!
Love that they are open late. The optometrist and staff are very competent. Only wish they had a larger selection of frames.
Nice customer service. Got some frames there - which is an achievement given how hard I find it to find frames. But they made the lenses wrong, twice, a couple years ago, and I was really disappointed in the quality of work that would lead to such a thing. They are ok, but I wont go back for lenses.
Friendly staff. The doctor was thorough and patient. I went for a regular eye exam and contact lens fitting. I also took a dilation check up. Dr. Khosla was knowledgable and it was a delightful experience.I was never provided a solution with my trial lenses but here they provided a regular as well as peroxide solution as a part of the materials coverage.I chose a brand I liked and the receptionist was also kind enough to inform about a rebate option running on that brand. I will highly recommend this place and if I am still in the area, visit the same optometrist.
Outstanding - not only is the standard service for eye exams, contact lenses etc better than at many places Ive been, the doctor also spotted what turned out to be a serious neurological condition - thanks to her I got to a specialist very quickly! Plus which the staff are all so friendly and helpful, its really a pleasure to go there.
My experience was excellent. Dr. Patell is my favorite doctor.I love her expertise and her humanity .
Very friendly and helpful and always able to accommodate me in the evenings which is a huge help with work! Great selection of frames too.
Excellent Doctor and excellent customer service. If I were still living in VA, I would go no where else.
Really knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Really like how easy it was to schedule an appointment and get my eyes checked out. My optometrist also did a great job answering and explaining all questions I had.
Great staff, quick and courteous service. Dr. Patel is great. Weekend hours are super convenient.
We got Groupon coupon but they charged extra 98 dollars because my wife wrote she has an astigmatism to the form before having her eye examed. It was not mentioned on the Groupon and what if she did not know about it.Not just this. They sent us a text message saying our glasses were ready to pick up. We called and they confirmed pick up time. I took a leave from work and went there. Quess what? Glasses were not there. Then they figured out even it was not delivered to them. So no clue why did they invite us for pick up!!! No liability!!After telling I took a leave and lost my two hours and also did not want to come that place again they wanted my address to deliver.I don’t recommend them.
Good location. Close to metro and a good bubble tea place.
Sorry, review was for a different doctor office with similar name and location. I wish you all the best.
Everyone is super nice. Thank you for the great service, Dr. Patel and Kat.
The doctors and receptionist are really good and friendly but there is a one guy who helps out with the glasses and he has the worst personality for customer service! Visual Health should fire the guy...he makes going there feel unenjoyable.
I bought a year supply of the daily contact lenses. the manager ( i think his name was Ummar) got me the contact lenses cheaper than online and gave me a rebate. I thought the rebate was a sales trick but i just received it as an american express gift card last week. also they hooked me up with a nice pair of shades for free! also if you go during your lunch hour there are alot of good places to eat near by so thats always a plus. parking was kind of annoying but was able to find some on the street not too far away. if you cant parallel park well then i would def suggest using the garage right around the block.
On my first visit, Dr Varghai gave me the wrong prescription, which I made glasses from that ended up being blurry. Went back to get it corrected, and she spent 5 minutes and again gave me the wrong prescription. Went back for a third visit and again got an entirely different prescription from a new doc, which I wont risk making glasses into. Would avoid.
Kat was amazing today!!!! Thank you for your help.his frames came in on Tuesday ;)
Very friendly and helpful. Thanks Alice!
Super friendly staff and knowledgeable Dr.
