I just picked up my new glasses and I must brag on my experience!! I have been over spending on lense forever until I found this place. It has always been a struggle for me finding nice & reasonable frames that fit my (coke bottle) prescription. Not only did I find these frames for $40 but my HIGH prescription, bifocal lens with astigmatism lens is so thin you can hardly notice !!!! I have to brag on the person who helped me, Danyelle. It was my first time in....bifocals :( but she explained everything so well and made me feel comfortable during this transition. She was even there when I picked them up and adjusted them to my liking. I would HIGHLY choose My eyelab!
Even though I had to wait a while because of a system glitch, my experience at this place was made perfect. I was able to get all the questions I had answered and Mary was very patient and understanding. She got my glasses to the right price I wanted even with the things I wanted still on my glasses! Will definitely be sending my wife in for her exam.
I have to brag about this place!! I went in today to pick up my daughters glasses and was unable to pay the remainder balance. A very sweet employee Mary informed me I could pay everything out over 3 months & I would be able to take the glasses with me today! It was a huge weight off my shoulders and was able to leave in a very good mood. Thank you Mary!!
Terrible customer service! Unprofessional!This store is run by some of the brightest crayons in the box!Biggest issues:OverpricedPoor communicationEmployees not concerned with health and safety.I was in the store earlier in the day and there was no Notice of Closure.When the employee called, I was not informed they would be closing in 20 minutes.The open sign was ON at 5:37pm and an employee was JUST hanging the Notice of Closure.Employee went to hide in the back.My daughters father brought her in for an exam on Saturday 11/14 & let her pick her own glasses. He picked this store because it says 2 for $59.95 and they claim to refund the cost of the eye exam. He spent almost $400 on two pairs of glasses and the exam!Wednesday 11/25, I went to the store between 12pm & 1pm, only to be informed the glasses would be in at 3pm & they would call me. While in the store I noticed ALL of the employees were wearing masks, but NONE of them had their noses covered! Disgusting.I later received a call at 4:40pm stating that the glasses were ready for pickup. When I pulled in to the store parking lot at 5:37pm, the open sign was still on and an employee was hanging a sign in the window. This employee immediately ran to the back of the store and hid! The sign stated that they closed early (5pm) for Thanksgiving.I tried finding a customer service number online & only found a local number. After speaking with a representative, I was informed that they do not have regional management, only store managers. The only resource she was able to provide was a store email address and told me I could just pick up my daughters glasses Friday when the store reopened.Friday 11/27- The glasses fitting was a complete joke. Nothing was adjusted or fitted to my daughter, no reason that I should have had to come to the store a THIRD TIME just to pick up glasses.We will not be doing business with them in the future.
Such a great experience coming in for an eye exam. There is a wide selection of glasses and the customer service is so welcoming. Morgan took great care of me and was so warm and kind during my visit.
Someone had recommended this eye lab. They had on the door free eye exam. They charge me 70.00 . The young lady that waited on me help me with some glasses. I asked her how much willit be to put my prescription in my Kate spade shades. The young lady said 300.00 . Lol. I got my shade back they were regular glasses. So my insurance 295.00 Dollars..+ l paid to get both prescription in plus my insurance. I see they didnt give me a receipt. They taken over a month to get these glasses...😵😭😳[]

Best shopping experience! I walked in a little earlier than expected for my eye exam appointment but no problem, it was no time before I was in seeing the doctor via telemedicine due to COVID-19. They practiced all safety precautions as well. Travis the assistant sales manager was so helpful and the overall customer service was Excellent!! I recommend stopping by this (Arlington) location and experiencing the best service when it comes to getting an eye exam and a great pair of glasses, plus there is a great selection of designer and regular frames.Thank you Travis!!
This was my first time using them. They made the entire process from booking my appointment, getting checked in, exam completed and frames purchased so easy. I worked with Morgan, who assisted me in finding the right frames for me and getting the lenses setup correctly. She was fantastic. I will definitely use them again in the future, and let all of my friends know how great the experience was.
CHEAPEST GLASSES IN DFW AREA!!! Went in today just browsing around for some frames and was amazed how cheap and nice the frames were. They were able to get me in for an exam right when I decided to get one. Thank you to Mary for being so patient with me on deicing which frames I wanted. Will definitely be back!

I have had the pleasure of wearing glasses since I was 6 years old. And every year its the same routine. The optometrist gets you in and out to get ready for the next person and never really takes the time to create any level of experience for me as the patient. However then I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dawn. What an amazing employee she is of yours. She created a relaxed and dare I say, fun experience the entire time I was there. 5 stars for sure.Thanks Eye Lab and Dawn!
I went to eye lab today and was helped by Michelle. She is an amazing helper. She helped me pick out some lenses before I head on my cruise. If anyone needs lenses ask for Michelle! She is knows what she is doing when it comes to giving you the best advice on which lenses and has to customers best interest at heart.
The exam process was very easy and fast. The manager, Danyelle was amazing and very knowledgeable. I got to chose 2 pairs of glasses and Danyelle got me a fair price! Very large selection with great staff! 5 STARS!

The buy one get one free promotion is more or less a lie, but dont really care how much is paid as long as the product/services are good.The first visit went well. Got my mom checked up, the service staffs were kind and helpful. Paid about $350, which is good for two pairs of glasses. A bit pricier than I expected for a promotion, but I was satisfied. Waited for about two weeks to pick up, they only have one pair ready. Said that the frames that we choose were out of stock, and I had to wait for another two weeks for the glasses. I was annoyed with the lack of communication, but I do understand.We waited for another two weeks, when I went to pick up. The staffs have no idea where the glasses are located. She promised that if I waited by the end of the day, theyll call me when its ready to pick up. For some reason, they had to wait 4 hours to get a response. It was already evening, and I doubt that Ill get a call. I ask if we can have it send by mail, in which the staff replies that they can send it by mail to our house when its ready. She promised itll be send by tomorrow, but it doesnt seems likey with standard shipping.By this point, I dont want to come back anymore. Quite sick of promises that the store cant deliver. I rarely have time off, and my mom really need those glasses for her work. The one pair that we got was not even usable, the lens were too strong for her, and she got dizzy wearing them. So I asked for a refund for the second pair. The staff refunded me a sum of $70, which is laughable.A kind advice: its not the staffs fault. And they did try their best to deal with problem like this and an angry customer like myself. The fault lies with the logistics and the stores management. Though the staffs seems to have a problem with using the system to find each orders, please train them properly. I sincerely hope that other customers dont have to deal with a problem like this. A simply waste of time.
The appointment went well and Im excited to get my new glasses. The only demerit I would give is that when I came in, I was not greeted. I wasnt even acknowledged until about 10 minutes of being there. I couldve robbed the place and I dont know if they wouldve noticed. It wasnt crowded either. Just two customers in front of me.
Awesome experience at My Eyelab! I was helped by Madeline who went through all my options with my progressive prescription. I was so happy to not feel rushed by her and really had the time to find the best frames. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses. Highly recommend them.

I am extremely surprised to see that there is so many good reviews when my experience with here was absolutely horrendous.When I came in to the store I was greeted by a Caucasian female with long curly hair and sheAsked me what my name was and if I had an appointment with them I said yes and then she took me to the waiting room where she handed me a tablet to do the questions for health history. Everything from there went pretty smooth and quick the other assistant who helped me was very fast getting me into the doctor room to do a Tele visit with the eye doctor, which I thought was impossible to do, but they did it! The doctor had absolutely no personality, she was “DRY “ to say the least and very monotone. Simply trying to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. This time, I wasn’t too worried about the bad customer service because I had a migraine at the time. Once the doctor saw me I was asked if I wanted to look at glasses....I had said from the get-go I wanted contacts and I told them, so they asked me what I would want, the year or six month supply of bio finite. I told them that at the moment I didn’t want to order contacts that I just wanted to take a trial pair home and then give them a call back to order they told me that I had to purchase contacts to be able to get a trial pair which is absolutely unheard of!!! America’s best has never made me buy a six month pair of contacts to be able to receive a trial pair!!! I was absolutely disgusted and mad at the fact that they charge me $89 and then still expected me to spend $129 on a six month supply of contacts for which HOWEVER I wasn’t even asked by the doctor what kind of brand I wanted!!! She simply picked it out for me!!! Absolutely unacceptable! I will be going to the Better business bureau to file a complaint. It was unprofessional the customer service lacked personality and moral ethic. I have been affected by the virus and haven’t been able to work as much as I usually do so my financial situation wouldn’t allow me to buy a six month minimum supply! I let them know that I was wearing a pair of broken glasses where one of the sides kept coming off and they still kept saying that it was a franchise that it was company policy that they could not issue me any trial pair of contacts unless I bought a minimum of a six month supply for which however I was never asked what kind of brand I wanted I was just simply given a brand by the doctor I had absolutely no choice in what I wanted and I wish I would’ve never come here. America’s best has never made me buy contacts before getting a trial pair they even told me that if I had a up-to-date prescription they could sell me a trial pair until I was ready and could afford to buy the contacts m, HELL,They even ordered me a box because they were sympathetic to what I was going through. Now that’s customer service at its best!!! I can definitely see why they have the word best in their name. Eye lab COULD NEVER!!! and I will NEVER be returning TO THIS PLACE!! I will be going back to Americas best contacts and eyeglasses and I will not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

This was an all around great experience for my wife and I. We knew we have been needing an eye exam but just kept putting it on the back burner. I was a little weary on the virtual eye exam process and I think the girl who helped us, Jaimee could tell. Instead of blowing us off she understood and took us back into the exam room to show us exactly what the prescription would look like that was prescribed to us. Not only did she take the time out of her to encourage us, as we are both going to be first time bifocal users, well no line, but she made us feel more confident in the process. On top of that, she helped us find frames, and made the lens picking options understandable. Every question we had, she had an answer that was dumbed down for us to understand. I would highly recommend going to eyelab, and using Jaimee. She did wonders for us.
They are very misleading on many things and the office staff does not communicate well with each other! I was given different information on things! The doctor was great! And even the young lady that works closely with the doctor but the other folks are clueless! ***And then don’t call me until you have my complete order! Why would I want to make two trips to your place when you keep people confused! I will never use them again!!

My experience while at this location was different from any other location that Ive been to I needed contacts replacements and the manager Jennifer in the back was very helpful and helping me switch out my contacts I have lost one while on the road and she was very helpful to get my annual check up completed and acquire some new contacts it was great.
Twice I drove up there with them verifying insurance only to be told each time that we were out of network but would be given a discount. This feels like bait and switch. Not cool at all. Waste of my gas and my time.
Jaimee repaired my own frames and got me a good deal on a new pair. Definitely recommend visiting this store if you need it done fast.

Back in April I went there for the first time, I did not like the Virtual eye exam I had, then they did not even bother checking my old RX vs my new RX, it cost me $125. They said they would call to let me know they were in, which they did not. They were more interested in their French Bulldog than me, but I got my glasses, ever since I have had headaches. Today my lens popped out so I called to see if I could get it fixed, I spoke with a remote CSR who said they were open, I had been by there a few times after 9AM and no one was there and I told the CSR this. She gave me a direct number so I called about 9:20 AM no answer and left a message to call me back, here it is 20 to noon and still no call. This is the worst run business I could think of, how they got their rating on google I just cannot understand. I do not recommend this place to anyone, go someplace else, save yourself some headaches and do not be misled by their signage, I asked about the two pair of glasses and they kept sending me to more expensive glasses and I wanted a Pair for distance and one for reading, the person said she could figure out the difference in RX, but then it would be so much more if I bought 2 pair. OH I also read the replies to peoples reviews and they seem like canned messages to me

I took my son to the location on cooper back in April. We ordered contacts and glasses. Paid in full day if appointment. I picked up the glasses 2nd week of April but the contacts have still never came in. I have called multiple times, the actual location never answers the phone and the general My Eyelab customer service always insist that they are arriving in a day or two. Its been 2 months!!! No follow up from the actual site, no care, just a new estimated date every time. This last time it said 6/4 so I checked today and now its 6/11 ... Horrible customer service and good luck getting the product you pay for!
I went in to get eyeglasses repaired for one of my students. Unfortunately they could not be repaired. I explained that her parents would not repair them and she needs them more desperately than I could explain. We looked at similar frames to try and replace them with the same lenses. Without hesitation she replaced my students frames for me free of charge and the upmost of compassion. Thank you so much My Eyelab!!

Dua was very helpful! She got me signed up for ACIMA, and helped me pick out two cute frames! Although, they don’t have designer brands, it’s a good place to shop at. As for prices, I can’t say much since my prescription is high, so anywhere I go will be expensive.

Just moved to Texas, was needed a new eye doctor. Saw this place online called, made appointment was so simple. Went in for my appointment was running a little late, the young ladys Hannah and Lauren had to ask for there names since they didnt have a name tag. LET ME TELL YOU!!! Those girls have the best work ethic I have seen in a while. Made me feel so welcoming to be here in Texas. Maybe Texas is my new home :)))))))
On 9/25 I went in for an eye exam gave my insurance card to the women and went through those exam. Picked out glasses got to the counter and asked if it would be possible for me to take the glasses home the same day. Jasmine the young women who sold me the glasses along with one of here colleagues tells me no it takes about two weeks and no other store would be able to get me the glasses the same day or if they could it would be really expensive. So i ended up paying the 244 after stressing I really needed the glasses which was fault of my own for the lack of research on my part. 9/27 I call the store because they told me they would put a rush on it and i couldPossibly have them by Wednesday only to be told they would not arrive any sooner than 2 weeks and possibly up to 3 with COVID. At this point I had already done the research and called a few different places that told me they could have the glasses to me in an hour and it was cheaper than the 244 i was paying here go figure. So i called back and told them I wanted to cancel my order you would think it would be a simple basic process it’s not. The lady on the phone told me she had to put me on the calling list and to wait for a call or I could come to the store as well as her manager was in store. Store hours are from 9-7 when I get to the store I talk to a very polite young women name Tanya, she informs me her manager leaves at 5pm and her hours are 9-5 great information that should have been relayed on the phone, she also says I see you on the cancelation list you have not got a call yet? I tell her I have not she tells me all she can do is put the order on hold and for me to come back tomorrow between 9-5 or wait for that call. The interaction with the store was horrible I would not recommend anyone come here they working off commission selling the glasses so I got lied to, to make a sale and that has cost me time and money when I could have took the prescription to another place to have it filled within an hour. So due to the ways of this company and the way that they lied to make a sale has warranted this 1 star review. I suggest everyone do your due diligence they say they are the cheapest they are not. They are liars looking to make a quick dollar stay clear of this company. I wish your business practices were better because the exam was fast and efficient but i wouldn’t even return for that at this point.Update came back to the store on 9/30 between the 9-5 hours and was met by the assistant manager who was no help, she got hostile with me when i started asking questions then told me she was walking away and another young women came over from helping a customer and said can you wait I will help you, I wouldn’t recommend anyone use my eye lab especially not this location
Danyelle was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and was very patient and kind I was very happy with my experience. She went above and beyond to help me find just the right pair for me, it is this kind of customer service that make me feel appreciated for my business thank you again Danyelle if I could give you more then a 5 star I would.

At first I was very hesitant to come in the store due to other eye glass companies completely ruining my experience, however immediately upon entering was greeted by at least 3 employee’s which definitely made things comfortable. I began to look around just to see what they had to offer and was approached within seconds by brittany, she was able to help me through my whole process and I felt like I was truly being taken care of. Almost every day I drive past My Eyelab, yet pay no attention to it. Today, I finally decided to have an exam done and check it out. The lady who did my pre-exam, Hannah, was extremely welcoming, informative, sweet, and showed great customer service qualities. Im very pleased with this experience and will definitely be coming back!

I came to this establishment with my boyfriend. With their deal I was able to get two pairs of glasses for the price of one, and my boyfriend got one pair for 50% off. The girl who helped us was very kind I didnt get her name but her last name was Malik.I was surprised that the exam was all done virtually but the opticians on the exam side did allow me to test out my prescription. I was able to see clearly through my prescription but my boyfriend complained of blurriness. Instead of getting frustrated with us, they went ahead and gave him a re-examination and moreover offered to compensate him for the inconvenience.Since they were so kind we declined the offer but it was nice to see that they really do try to get the best possible result. They went ahead and gave us a trial pair of contact lenses because of the inconvenience. I really like their selection despite not having a lot of frames from RayBan I picked out one of the cutest frames!Thank you to the lady that helped us pick out glasses and to the girls in the back.
So I came in to this location when I had the chance to get off work and pick my daughter up. When we walked in I heard one of the employees yell NO!!Now I realize that it was almost closing time however it was extremely rude. It was obvious that they didnt want anyone to come in. Someone finally walks over to ask what I needed, when I said that I just wanted to know if my daughters glasses could get fixed they walked to the back. At this time another lady walked in and nobody said anything to her. We stood there waiting as we could hear them laughing and talking from the other room. When they come out she walked over to the wrong person with the glasses and then tells me that her warranty is expired after 1 year. Not only that it was at least $300 for that 1 pair and now Im being told that because they dont have her frame anymore its going to be at least $200 to replace it. The whole experience was very rude and I will never come back. The young lady that was somewhat helping just kept coughing.

While the front office staff was very sweet and helpful, the Optometrist was terrible. She rushed through and didnt take the time needed to explain the process/results of the exam but most importantly got my prescription wrong. It was my first time to get a prescription and be fitted for glasses so I was unsure or the process and didnt realize at the time how subpar the visit was until it was too late. I had to get refitted at a different location (since I didnt want to go back to the scene of the crime) and it took an extra week to get the right prescription and reorder glasses. Since I am having pretty terrible headaches due to my vision this has been a pretty sad delay. Would never recommended this location unless you are just getting glasses, front staff was sweet.
I was very disappointed with the service we received. This was my first time doing business with this company I received a flyer and checked the reviews and they weren’t bad, but I noticed a few issues when I first walked in.First of all the location did not look clean at all the floor was dirty not only with stains but with paper droppings. As I was browsing for a frame I noticed a lot of frames laying around which I understand they need to be sanitized after each client try’s them on, but literally they had 2/3 employees just sitting around not doing anything they could of been cleaning the facility. I was disappointed to see that the employees who were helping clients did not use hand sanitizer nor did they clean their station after the client left. During my visit they had 11 clients in the store and about 5 employees which no one social distanced. Client waiting area also looked dirty I’m pretty sure they don’t disinfect after the client gets up bc as I’m sitting here writing this review the family that was next to me got up and left and no one has cleaned those 4 seats yet.My second issue was with the pricing as I am browsing for my frames a young lady approaches us and ask us for our insurance information and starts discussing prices with us about the exam and the frames. She explains that they are not in network with VSP so they only offer a discount I start to make questions about the cost and she said it would be $15 for the exam and $129 towards the frame allowance cool no problem I understand they aren’t in network and I’m getting a discount. So I start shopping around for my frames in the price range that she recommended and another employee approaches me 20 mins later and asked me if I needed help I start telling her the ins we have and what the other young lady informed us and she said well I’m sorry but that’s incorrect. She said the eye exam is $20 and the frame allowance is $70 and I would have to pay out of pocket the difference that’s a big difference to me based on what the previous employee told me I asked her to check with her manager and she said that the 2nd employee was right on the price. Keep in mind I’ve been waiting since 11:30am and is now 12:30pm. The 2nd employee was very kind and apologized she stated that they had new staff members that did not know about pricing I provided her with feedback but I myself wouldn’t do business here.
Danyelle was excellent! She gave me a pleasant and informative experience. She ended up saving me over $500 and beating America’s Best price. I was on my way over there, thank god I pulled over and stopped!

I brought my daughter in to get her eye exam. I was hesitant at first about switching eye doctors, but was relieved as soon as I spoke with Hannah! This young lady helped calmed all my concerns and was very welcoming! If you go to eye lab, be sure to ask for Hannah! You’ll be presented with a friendly smile.
So I went in to see if they were really as nice as the reviews say they are, and they were. Was greeted at the door in a very kind manner, it made me feel welcomed. Tanya was so sweet I highly recommend this place
This was a first for me at eye lab I found the location on google and decided to give them a try because of the prices. My overall experience was good got a exam for glasses/ contacts and Danyelle was extremely helpful & patient with me Also when I let the staff know I was unsure if my exam was accurate due to pandemic happening right now test was done differently then usual & doctor is not actually in room. They did a demo test to make sure everything was okay with prescription and it was perfect! i will definitely be back thank you eyelab for the Great customer servic!Update 3-10-21I ordered glasses and contacts my glasses came early picked them up today fit well and prescription has me seeing GREAT! my contacts came way before this and no complaints on that prescription vision was clear during the night and during the day! Prior I had been going to another doctor for years but eyelabs prices are lower and I had no issues with my prescriptions definitely will make this location my primary for prescriptions!
10/10 recommend coming to this place. I came in here and Hannah Savage helped me out in the best way possible. She had great customer service and was willing to help me have the best experience. If you go to this location I would definitely recommend Hannah!

If you ever need new glasses or frames this is the place to go. Had a great experience Brittany my sales Representative was very helpful as well. Will definitely be back..
Two weeks ago I got a eye examination preformed by a wonderful technician named Jennifer. She was patient and informative, answered all of my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this location, solely because of staff like her!

Brought my kids in to get exams. Was surprise on how great the prices were! Hannah was so welcoming and friendly to my kids during the pre exam. Especially on the machine that blows air!! This place is great I will be back soon !
Came in to get my daughter a RX and was super easy didn’t take no time. Hannah was great at doing my daughter exam made her feel safe and welcoming. since she was scared of the machine that blows air !! will be going back here for my next year exam

AMAZING! great price for contacts, even cheaper than what they were quoting me on 1800 contacts for the same brand and only half the amount of boxes, so I was really surprised ! It was my first time getting contacts and Tanya helped me out soooooo much with tips and tricks on getting them in!! Very friendly and greatly priced! I highly reccomend going here to everyone.
