Needed to see eye doctor quickly as I had Shingles break out near my eye which can be dangerous. My usual Key-Whitman ophthalmologist would have been a couple of days but Dr. Humphrey could see me next day. Staff at South Arlington were all very nice and helpful. Dr. Humphrey was thorough, and personable and gave me great confidence. Excellent experience, highly recommend this doctor and location.

My daughter had an appointment here today. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to others. All the staff were friendly and helpful during our appointment. They answer all your questions without making you feel rushed and do very well explaining everything to make sure you understand. They take care of many eye care issues right there so no need to go to different places.

I hurt my left eye and i called Key-Whitman they got me 8n right away to see Dr. Ronald Berke. And he seen me right away. Seen what was wrong my eye had an abrasion on my left eye he placed a patch over my eye gave me medicine and seen me t he next day and the following Monday. Very good Doctor and gave me great care.

First office visit...the employees were very helpful and caring...The Dr explained in detail an issue that I was concerned about and it was a simple over the counter remedy...THANKS DR BARKE👍👍👏

I have been to three different eye doctors and Dr Hardin was the first Dr to get my vision on spot. I have tried contacts with other eye care centers but they could not get it just right. The staff was very nice and courteous.I was very late for my appointment but the reception was so great and got me in so quickly...thank you very much for the smooth transition.

Great customer services, the only eye surgery center that accepted my insurance and it is so close to my house. I can’t wait to have my Catarac eye surgery completed by Key Whitman. So far so good and I would like to continue this survey after I have my eye surgery completed to let people’s know how I am doing and how good they are.My left eye are worser than before the operation and Key-Whitman did not do anything to help correct the problem. They are the last doctor to check and measure my eye before the operation! If they found anything abnormal than they should stop the operation instead they blame someone else for their incorrect measurement before the operation. They stated that they cannot help me and that I should go somewhere else to get help for my problems.

We have been seeing the optometrists at Key Whitman Eye Center for years. We have both had cataract surgery through the Key-Whitman Eye Center. With every visit, the staff is courteous, very competent and efficient. We have seen 4 of the Optometrists during our years of service at the Center and everyone of them has been very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They have answered our questions with clarity and we are very confident in following their recommendations. We are glad to encourage our friends to go to Key -Whitman Eye Center for help.

It’s always a pleasure coming for my eye appointment. It’s the only doctor appointment I look forward to. Two years ago I had cataract surgery at their facility in Dallas. It was quick and totally painless. Seeing the colors and being able to drive safely at night again I felt so free. I highly recommend Key Whitman. My favorite office is South Arlington. I had my appointment 1/28/21 with Dr. Hardin. I felt completely safe during my visit as safety protocols are being carefully followed. Dr. Hardin and all the staff were kind, courteous, professional & efficient. I appreciate that Dr. Hardin asked questions & took time to explain my vision changes since last appointment. The young lady who did all my pre-measurements & assessments was very thoughtful, precise, & clear with instructions. Ill be returning next year and hope for an equally great experience!

Everyone was professional and courteous. I have an eye disease and very concerned about my vision. They were very compassionate and informative as to my plan of treatment. Being in Healthcare for years it means alot when you receive the same care that you put forth personally to your own patients.

Not obvious where the place is on the outside, but once you head in, youll be fine.Very friendly & welcoming staff, they were all wonderful and were more than willing to answer some questions I had.Wait time was a little long, but its not out of the norm considering this is the medical industry. The eye exam took around an hour or so, including wait time.Overall, I was happy with my experience.

Great care was taken in getting my examination results correct. At no time did I feel rushed, and we redid some aspects of my tests for accuracy! Dr Hardin, and the rest of the staff showed genuine concern in giving me the most complete and accurate exam possible, in a most pleasant manner! I am very pleased with my exam experience.

I had some challenges scheduling an appointment due to their system being down. However, after the scheduling it went well. I would recommend their eye services. Good experience with staff and Doctor Barke.

After making my appointment I realized that I needed to push it to an earlier time. I called back immediately and requested to speak to Cristian but the lady insisted that she would be able to help me. She confirmed with me that my appointment would be changed. Two weeks later I receive an automated text to confirm my appointment. I noticed the time was incorrect and called to make sure it wasnt an error. Only to be told that the physicians wouldnt be in. I did not receive any calls in regards to the schedule change but apparently there was no records of me calling back to reschedule my time. This seems very unprofessional and an inconvenience to their potential clients.

I love the staff that work here they are super nice, but I didnt like working with Lisa Hardin she is the doctor in the south Arlington location. So what threw me off was that the doctor did not do my prescription check, one of the staff did it. I am not sure if she was just a nurse or what she was and this check was not a smooth one. The girl who did the prescription check was super nice but I have never had anyone else do the prescription check that wasnt a doctor and I have had glasses since I was 12, very strange. They also dont have a very good selection of glasses. I would provably not be coming back.

We will not be coming back. Shady billing, manipulating people to get pricey procedures not covered by insurance. Nickel and diming. Doctor had no idea what the issue was but managed to charge me out of pocket for a refraction that wasnt necessary. They push to bill medical health insurance instead of vision so you have no choice but to self pay for extra procedures. They absolutely do not care to explain or help once they get your money. Sleazy practice.

I needed my annual eye exam and called Key Whitman after hours. My appointment was quickly set, given instructions to go online and fill out forms prior to appointment. Office visit was quick, friendly fun. To my surprise, no revolving doors like the Purple Place! Wonderful staff, explained all tests and options. If you need an eye exam or new glasses, dont put it off. Go see Key Whitman and get treated great!

I give it 4 stars for the doctor herself, averaging out to 2 due to the front desk/ nurse staff. Very rude!! Didnt want to give me the time of day once my grandmother was some with her appointment when I had to ask follow up questions that she didnt hear or remember from her visit with doctor. We will be searching for a new eye doctor!

This place closes at any time without notifying their customers. Please take into consideration that some people work and cant afford to make multiple trips to your office just to find it closed. At least have the courtesy to put a sign at your door advertising that you have changed your hours of operation.

I was pleasantly surprised with the positive experience I had as a new patient at Key-Whitman Eye Center! Tara Hardin, DO, was knowledgeable and informative. They have state-of-the-art equipment to facilitate diagnosis and treatment in a well-kept facility. The staff was experienced and friendly and kept the appointment running smoothly. My first experience here was very positive so much so that when the time came to get my eyes looked at again I had to come back here. I am now a single mom w/o family so naturally my child goes everywhere with me. I was told today that I CANNOT come to my appointment bc I have a child. So Im being punished for being a single mom! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.

I have been going to the clinic for several years now. I have had several exams and procedures. Dr. Jeffery did a crystal lens surgery several years back. Today Dr. Faber did my annual exam. He and his staff answer all my question. This is a highly professional organization. I highly recommend them.

I would totally recommend Key Whitman and Dr. Ronald Barke, MD.The staff was organized, professional, and made it their mission to make me comfortable. Judging by the aftercare, if I had any questions, complaints or anything I needed they were there for me. The waiting time was great and minimized my nervousness of the two procedures that I received for cataracts. The only thing I would suggest is their estimates were closer for the surgery center instead of the sticker shock. Other than that A+ rating from me. Thank you all for a pleasurable experience.

BEST eye exam in years. Dr. Faber knows everything about eye care and can explain in in plain English. All the technical assistants were expert in their testing and gave me a great feeling of confidence with their results. For the first time in a decade I have a prescription for new glasses that will give me the vision that I need. The office staff is top draw from scheduling my appointment to providing all the paperwork for my news lenses. A great all around experience and in much less time than I was expecting. Also I liked how I could see after the surgery and not have to use patches and what not to keep me from seeing. Staff here is super nice and listen to what you say.
