This place is great. If they dont have it in stock, they will completely bend over to find it for you. Russ...or Ross was amazing to work with and the manager made sure everything was perfect!

Fantastic service! As a new crew member, I really didnt know what I wanted, or needed, and Jeff helped me with that and even made sure I got my airline employee discount. I left with exactly what I need and feel good about the price paid. Definitely recommend to other crew.

Called and placed a telephone order today with Jeff. I wanted to use a gift card that didn’t have quite the balance to make my entire purchase and Jeff was able to make it happen seamlessly. Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. I felt welcomed the second I stepped inside. The layout is open and airy. The selection is vast, and there’s a lot of items for non-pilots.I was looking for something in particular which was not on the showroom floor, and the employee took it upon herself to rush to the back to see if they had it in stock. When she returned, she let me know that they didn’t have it in stock, but gave me the exact date when they would have it in stock, and asked if I wanted them to contact me at that time. That’s great service.

Always a pleasure to shop here. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Today I went in just looking for a new bag to carry my flight gear and the gentleman that helped me was super friendly and took the time to help me make my selection.

For airline crew members, they offer legendary service at this location. Took a couple of uniforms here for alterations and they came back perfect each time. Their turnaround time is fast so long as they aren’t trying to facilitate a new hire class at the same time. Russ makes me feel like family each time I come in, and it truly is a pleasure doing business here.

Great products and always great customer service

With all honesty, if I can rate this a no star, I most definitely would. First things first, bad greeting from the cashier, being that it was my first time visiting this location . Secondly, bad attitudes, as of she didn’t want to be there for work . I was looking into getting a new aviator shirt from this location, and she showed no signs of help, or assistance towards me at all. It’s a nice & organized place and all, the the customer service is outrageous, that location needs to consider rehiring people, that’s willing to help and assist, execute their jobs, in a professional manner .

The tall guy, I think he said he is janitor, is always helpful and very knowledgeable, they should promote him to sales. Staff is always friendly and products are very useful. The luggage works brand is the best luggage Ive ever owned.

Our dear friends who are a flight attendant and pilot higly recommended this place. We were hesitant as we are not flight crew at all. Well you wouldnt know it by how we were treated, Russ and his colleagues took such good care of us we came back a day later for another purchase. Russ then came out to the car just to shake the hand of our son who serves in the Army. I will never buy luggage anywhere else. These are good people who have quality products. Thanks!!!

Good stock and staff. Lots of knick knacks but also some useful gadgets. Moderate prices. Lots if Delta labelled merchandise. Good for luggageand uniforms.

Real good options for airline employees and police. Ive never been to a store like this, and they carry unique items you dont see anywhere else. The employees were friendly and the store was very clean and well kept. The luggage was a wee bit expensive, but they have discounts for people in the industry, which helped out quite a bit for our purchase.

Very helpful staff, had everything I needed

I’ve have not once had a good experience with this company. They don’t keep popular sizes for women’s pilot shirts stocked. Twice now I have went to buy new shirts and been told that the size I need is on back order. They don’t answer their phones. They’re rude when you walk in and ask why they don’t answer their phones. If I could choose not to support them I would, but unfortunaly they’re the only company that makes a woman’s pilot shirt that I like. Wish they made a better attempt at customer service.

So, I just left a bad review for the other location in A concourse & felt it was only fair to share one for this location on Virginia Ave, which is much better. There is more of a selection and items in stock, which is understandable due to space and not dealing with the security parameters but the employees are much more helpful and nice. Russ is fantastic & very knowledgeable about luggage/luggage repair, always has been since the first time I came here 20+ years ago, 3 different locations, back to when the store was behind the Citgo. The last time, he was going to change the wheels for me on an older travel pro bag but was unable to due to the design. So I purchased just the wheels & he set me up with the hardware parts & gave me several suggestions about how to go about removing the old ones. He said it wouldnt be easy & it wasnt, lol. This was because of the travelpro design which they have discontinued on the newer bags. I did manage to finally get the old wheels off & the new ones on with a little ingenuity & hard work but more importantly without paying a huge amount of money to have someone else remove them. Thanks, Russ!
