Dr.Gill is nice and professional. He knows how to chat with kids to make kids relax. The nurse who trained us to put on Ortho-K today is also very nice, explained things detailedly. Other staff are also very nice.

From calling to make appointments, I found the entire experience both personable and professional. Upon entry, they are very kind and professional which I appreciate and they do a great job at maintaining the health of staff and patrons regarding covid 19 safety protocols which made me feel so safe and comfortable.My eye exam was very comprehensive and my eye glass RX tailored to exactly what I need. I also appreciate getting help finding suitable frames.All round a pleasurable experience while taking great care of my eye health. Would highly recommend coming to Eyecare Elements.

I ve been using Dr.Gills services for years and am very happy. The equipment he uses is state of the art, hes a good communicator, and he provides excellent information and options.

Dr Gill is very efficient and knowledgeable. Jenny is very friendly and helpful. They respond to our queries and concerns each and every time with out fail.

They dont accept the state offered health insurance. I got a quote for the visit a head of time to get my updated contact prescription and after the appointment the fee almost doubled. When I inquired as to why, I was told that I was quoted for just getting a glasses prescription and not a contacts fitting, and that the fitting was the cost difference. When Iook at the bill itemization, nothing adds up to the original estimate and nothing looks contact specific. The also did not offer any discount for paying out of pocket.This is not the first time I have had weird issues with Eyecare Elements. Last year, despite having been forced to pre pay for appointments, once I had paid they said one of the appointments was optional and asked me if I wanted to cancel or reschedule.I have one last prepaid visit with them and I will not be returning to them. I have been visiting that establishment before it was called Eyecare Elements, but do not plan on giving them my business anymore.

I always have good experience there. Staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor is conscienciously looking at every parts of your eyes to make sure there is no problems. And they check your vision plan to help you spend what is right for you. Really like them.

We got our daughter’s eye exam done with Dr.Gill. Great service and thoroughly sanitized during Covid times. Dr. Gill was very friendly and my daughter enjoyed the visit. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

I have tried other places for new frames since the first time I went to Eyecare Elements, and Im never satisfied with the selection and service and go back to them--youd think I would have learned by now! I have a -9/-9.25 prescription and Jenny is great about helping me pick out frames that suit my face and my personality, and also that will work work my coke bottle lenses. She makes sure that the edges of my lenses are beautifully rolled and polished so theyre lower profile, and she really takes pride in her work. Highly recommended!

I was thrilled to be able to replace my favorite pair of glasses. The appointment was convenient, thorough and easy—and my new glasses (identical to my old psi) cost less than the original glasses!

Ive been going here for years. Now I live in Seattle but I still make the trek to the Eastside. When you find a good Dr., Dentist, etc. I like to stay with them.I even got my wife to switch to them and she loves them. They got us into these new contacts a couple of years ago. You can read with them and see distance. They work extremely well. No more reading glasses!Everyone in the office is nice. Great place!

Incredibly friendly and responsive staff. They answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly (insurance, among other things). Jennie gives great advice for getting lenses fitted, and Dr. Gill was very informative and approachable.

Went here to get updates on my Ortho-K lenses that I got five years ago somewhere else. He has been awesome so far. Hes accommodating the transition to baseline very well to start his treatment rather than piggy backing off of my previous optometrists. They are quick and punctual. Wait times are short. I highly recommend them for Ortho-K lenses.

So impressed by Dr. Gill and his staff’s expertise, they are also so nice and try all the best to help us. We had a great experience here for my son’s Ortho-K treatment.

My 8 year old needed glasses and we would need appliances for skiing, swimming, soccer and reading! After initial shock, we asked Dr. Gill for any options. He recommended trying Ortho-k corrective lenses. We love it, my son loves it. He only keeps the lenses on while he sleeps and takes them out by himself in the morning. After that he needs no glasses and able to see 20/20 all day!
