Outstanding customer service. Drive 40 minutes just to see the staff here
Great Place Great staff all together . Called at last minutes and they got me in. Much appreciated! A special shout-out to Emma for being great and to Dr Christine as well. Thank you guys.
Had to get an eye exam for work. The doctor was very polite and efficient. They have a variety of eye glasses. I wanted them all.
Setting up appoinyment was easy, Covid pratice was great. Ny need for a new prescription was well handled including contact with my doctors office to clarify my prescription. My new glasses were available in less time than expected, were fitted and are great. Thanks.
Not sure what gives with the low ratings, but I had an exceptional experience. Joey even called my insurance to verify my member ID and ensure I was covered. Dr Smith explained everything and gave good advice during the exam. Irena was patient and helpful with explaining what my insurance would cover and what my options were (and has a good eye on what looks good on you!). Id have no problems recommending this place.
Went yesterday for an eye exam with Dr. Smith. Have to admit I wasnt excited to be going to a chain eye place but walked out after the exam thinking it might have been the best eye exam Ive had. He made me very comfortable and explained everything. I was very satisfied with my visit!
Exam was thorough and on time, frame selection was ok. Staff was helpful in finding the right lenses for my budget. I do not have the glasses yet so we will see. Prices could be lower.
Called this place to verify if they accept my dental insurance policy, confirmed that I am only responsible for the co-pay. Waited more than a week, visited with kids for the exam, now the woman at the desk says the doctor doesnt accept our insurance. Never had such a bad experience for eye exam before. Will never return to this place.
Complete ripoff compared to a locally owned eye care center. I was charged for a contact lens fitting that didnt occur. Front desk woman wanted nothing to do with my explanation. The doctor literally read the prescription off of my box and counted that as my fitting. Nothing was measured - this was hands down the fastest visit Ive ever experienced at an eye center - and I have worn contacts for over 20 years. Needless to say I will not be returning, and my wife will be canceling her appointment.
This is the worst experience I have ever had by an eyeglass provider. Pearl Vision in Factoria sold me top of the line progressive glasses and then shipped them to the store where I bought them. - Simple transactionHowever, when trying on my new glasses, I was not able to focus while reading. The in-store person was trying to tell me the that I ordered the wrong glass and she wanted to up-sell me on another glass that cost a-lot more $$. Finally after going back and forth with her she realized they were not fitted to my face correctly and had to get them redone. The in store salesperson said that they would make it a high priority and get the glasses done quickly because they had made a mistake. After communicating back to them they finally told me that the waiting time would turn out to be longer than the original order even-though they claim to have a priority rush process for mistakes.I have still not received my new glasses. So here is what you can expect at Peale Vision:Their sales clerks are poorly trained to fit you with glassesThe sales personnel will try to up-sell you on products you do not needTheir marketing speak around how orders are prioritized and delivered are bogus.I would strongly advise to avoid this company in the future.
Ive been a customer for a couple of years now, my experience has turned from bad to worse. What they want is just your insurance money AND your money. They do not know how insurance works very well, I have to pay out of pocket for my order (which is ok) but when bill insurance the full amount, when they receive a reimbursement from my insurance (those money suppose to be for me because Ive paid out of pocket), they cashed it. Ive been trying to get my money back for 4 months now, still no sign of a check. They refused to expedite my claim, even though Ive been waiting for so long because of company policies. Very very disappointing. On another note, I have had some not appropriate questions/comments from the people that works there like what are you planning to spend for the remaining of your insurance money? and If you have Microsoft Premera and you have a child under your account, you can buy a sunglasses and claimed its for her.
Was just there recently and by the reviews Ive read theyve must have replaced new personell. I had great service, getting your frames back takes a little time though but I would deffinately go back. She had great knoledge about frames and your eyes and they are very helpful to get you the best deal out there. Instead most places wont do everything they can to make sure you get a good deal. She even made sure the frames fit with my face and personality. Right on.
My person who helped me called me out saying that I dont eat carrots and I said its a myth and shes like its not DONT listen to that . And then my mom said yeah I thought it was screen time but it my gene . And the person said it because of screen so she should stop . I had a different one I liked but stuck here with her
Terrible customer services, receptionist so rude. Don’t come to this place
Made a repair to my moms glasses for free and only in a few minutes. It was relatively minor but required special tools to replace the fishing line that held the lens in place. She did not buy her glasses at Pearle Vision.
Very helpful.
