Booking an appointment & submitting paperwork online were both very convenient. The staff were friendly, efficient, and I didnt feel rushed at all during my appointment. Dr. Mai was incredibly helpful and addressed all of my questions/concerns. She also gave me some suggestions for modifying my high prescription since I spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen. Overall, I couldnt have had a better experience with them. Will definitely be back!

Staff was knowledgeable about any questions I asked and did an amazing job explaining each part of the process from getting my exam to picking out my glasses.

Avoid at all costs! This place is unprofessional, unethical and does not listen to customers. The doctor got my prescription wrong (made left eye weaker and right eye stronger), the glasses made me so dizzy that I almost ended up in a car accident on the drive back home (my car has a smart system so it prevented the accident). The office insisted that I try glasses for a week. On the 2nd re-do of the lenses, the prescription was still wrong. The office insisted that I still pay, even though glasses are unusable. 6 months later, I dont have a workable pair of glasses. The office never sent me an itemized receipt with a cost breakdown between frames and lenses. At this point, I bought the frames and want to keep them but should not be paying for the lenses. Lakemont Eyecare is unwilling to help.

Clean office in convenient location. Efficient staff - had routine eye exam and all went well. Did not hard sell me on buying glasses. Overall good experience and will use them in the future for eye exams and contacts for myself and my family.

Every single person working in the office was so welcoming and helpful. They helped me update my prescription, find new glasses, and even fixed my old pair for me. Not very often that you walk out of any sort of doctors office feeling amazing but this was certainly one of those experiences for me. Five stars all around.

Great customer service, they guys saved me! I forgot to pack spare contacts for a trip to Bellevue and these guys were the closest eye doctor to where I’m staying. They were so great about helping me get a sample set of contacts, and Chris was patient and humorous through several phone calls sorting it out with my doctor at home. Thanks for saving me so I can safely drive home!

Came here with my daughter to get some lenses for myself and they kicked my daughter out because she was wearing a shield and not a mask for medical reasons. They asked her to wait outside, even when we told them she had a medical condition and we had a written doctors note. Very disappointed, this is discrimination!! Will never ever be back.

I had a great experience at Lakemont Eyecare. I went for a routine eye exam and new glasses. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and engaging. I didn’t think I would be able to choose new frames with my 2 year old distracting me, but Chris was great at picking frames for me to try and keeping my daughter happy with toys and glasses for her to try on for fun. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend.

I went there with my mom and they kicked me out because I was wearing a shield instead of a mask. They said that masks are only acceptable and shields dont count even though we showed them on the sheild that it said isolation protection mask. We left and will not be returning.

Dr. Erickson is great. He has been spot on with issues I have had where another Dr. couldnt figure out what was wrong. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Love the frames there. Good customer service. Miss Steve tho. He was so good at helping pick out frames.

First off this office is very convenient. Filled out a majority of paper work on their website, scheduled appointment online for both my husband and I. Recieved both texts and emails about coming appointment to confirm which I love when any business does. Staff is extremely nice, offering water multiple times throughout the visit. We felt very welcomed.

Terrible customer service. They would not release FULLY PAID FOR contact lenses for my daughter, because the exam bill (which they never sent) wasnt paid for (the co-pay part!). I told them that (via text and e-mail) I am on a conference call, and will pay the bill after I am free, but they held the contacts hostage, and told her to return next day. Absolutely CRAZY to lose two customers over a small co-pay bill. I recommend you hire more competent staff. (Ohh, please keep the contacts!)

A couple of years ago, I got fed up with my vision provider because I had to do all the following up. They didnt return calls, didnt follow though on anything. I tried Lakemont Eye Care because it is close to where I live but the experience is exceptional. The staff are all very friendly and engaging. They explain what they are doing and why. They talk to you the whole time. And Dr. Erickson is hilarious. I laughed all the way through my exam. Ive been twice now and I love that they are close, but this is the kind of service I wouldnt mind driving longer distances for.

I love this place. Dr. Erika Tydor is very professional and explains things very well. The staffs are very friendly and answering the insurance coverage and good at helping you select the right frame.

On my first EVER eye check-up, outside of physicals, Dr. Tydor was fantastic. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The entire staff was very professional, and I definitely recommend them for your optical needs.

I was 10 minutes late bringing my son to his appointment for an eye exam and was turned away. I have never had that happen to me st a doctor before. Staff told me that they didnt want to risk the next appointment waiting. There were no other patients there and they did not appear to be busy. This experience thoroughly confused me.

I just got my first eye exam here last week and it went totally smoothly. They have a lot of modern equipment and a very friendly, knowledgeable medical staff. Everything was on-time and pleasant.I also bought a new pair of glasses and sunglasses, and the woman who helped me was extremely helpful! I am not the most style conscious person in the world (jeans and hoodies 80% of the year), so I needed guidance on frames that looked and felt good, and she definitely provided it.The only reason Im dinging them 1 star is because the mens frame selection, especially the sunglasses, was kind of limited. Id guess they have like.... 50-60% of your average LensCrafters selection (and they have better brands than big-box glasses stores). However, with the help of their friendly staff, I was able to find 2 frames that I am completely happy with.Ill definitely be back and would happily recommend them to anyone.

The staff is extremely courteous. Showed up early, was greeted and in to see the doctor with little hesitation. Clean facility with loads of eyeglass options! Michelle, the office manager, offered a warm welcome. Idaly, the optometric assistant, was a pleasure to work with. She made the seemingly mundane tasks of the battery of tests somewhat interesting and had a wonderful personality. Dr. Thannickal was equally as impressive, and honestly, with the terrific tone set by the rest of her team, I expected nothing less. Chris, the optician, had a funky flare and Im sure that Ill enjoy it more once I need some new eyeglasses. 5 stars to the entire team!

Overall great experience. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating, they were informative about my insurance coverage, helpful with frames, and the Doctor was so informative. I feel like he explained everything in such a way that it was very easy to understand. He was also the first person to offer me an actual allergy eyedrop (other than just visine, etc) which really should help since my allergies during the spring and summer are sometimes unbearable. Thanks to Dr. Erickson and the staff. Will definitely recommend to friends, family, and co-workers.

Dr. Tydor was very thorough and explained everything to me to where I fully understood everything. The office staff was very courteous and helped with selecting my new glasses while taking the time to ensure I received the best deal offered by my insurance coverage.

I have been to both the Lakemont and Klahanie offices and seen both Dr. Tydor and Dr. Erickson. Both times I have been extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff and the providers seem to enjoy what they do. They have an excellent selection of frames, from conservative to funky. Highly recommend!

I went there 2 times, the first time as ok, though I thought weird they dont give me any form to fill out. Second time, they did the tests on my eyes, and the doctor said that they were worse. She changed my prescription, and I start notice that i wasnt reading well anymore. It was getting blurry. After 6 months, when was time to buy new contacts lens, I went to another doctor. She come back my prescription to the previous one. I knew something was wrong, Never come back.

I am overly impressed by the customer service her by all staff members. Can’t find that just anywhere these days.
