KITCHEN PLUS has done at least 4 jobs for us and all of them were fantastic! Any issues we had they fixed with no questions and no matter how long ago the job was done, they were there to help. The jobs were always done well and each day they cleaned up well. They were always on time and on budget. Great service and very helpful in every way. Linda
We are in the midst of a mini kitchen remodel that has gone to hell. The work is very good once it is complete but the scheduling, false promises, not showing up, delaying, and frankly lying to our faces is so unprofessional. We have very little hope we will see our kitchen completely up and running. What is done is gorgeous. That isn’t enough. Very disappointed.
We had two bathrooms remodeled with Kitchens Plus and are very pleased with the results. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted done, and our designer was helpful in executing that vision.Yuri, our project manager, was awesome! So often when we have work done in our home my husband becomes the default point person because the plumber, electrician or other various tradesmen are super dismissive of me as a woman. Yuri is an exception to this stereotype, he was very collaborative, respectful, and overall great to work with.We left our home for the duration of the work and Yuri was excellent at communicating and keeping me apprised of the progress with phone calls, facetime and texts. When there was a minor issue (as to be expected with any project), Yuri was quick to offer solutions and execute them flawlessly. He has an eye for details, dotting all his Is and crossing all his Ts.We are really pleased with our new bathrooms, they are beautiful!
The baked rice and HK milk tea are great!
This is the worst company ive WORKED for.... PLEASE save your money its more valuable than unprofessional designers.
Austin Pygott was a great help, going above and beyond in working with their shop to get my cabinet door with an unusual, discontinued hinge, repaired. It was beyond my skill and replacement hinges were unavailable. He had it updated to modern hinges and it worked, and fit, perfectly. Thanks Austin!
Very high quality countertop and tiles in reasonable price. The staff here are nice and professional. I use Kitchen Plus in my remodeling this summer, I highly recommend it.
We used KitchenPlus for a kitchen remodel. Here are some of the learnings from the experience:1. Youll first meet with a designer, who will do a preliminary measurement and create some designs. Youll then go to their store to select design, cabinet style, countertop, backsplash tile, and hardware. Our designer, Artimis, was professional, and had a good sense of layout.2. Next, you will have a technical measurement. A designer, and technical planner will come out and provide detailed specifications of the design. Here, I would caution folks to pay close attention to the plans. Our preliminaries had some things we caught (the cabinet over the corner of the sink) and some we didnt: wasted wall space, enough space in aisles, etc.3. Once completed, the crew will come out. Sasha was our project manager, and he was very professional, detail oriented, and a perfectionist. Many of the shortcomings of the blueprint were fixed by Sasha and his crew. There HVac, Electricians, and plumbing subcontractors were also great.Overall, the project took a little longer than I had hoped for, due to some issues with Covid and some of the measurements being off, but we do enjoy our kitchen very much. I would recommend KitchensPlus if you get one of their great project managers like Sasha.
While the people were pleasant to work with, the project itself was a disaster from the get go back in November. We were told 3 weeks for a partial bathroom upgrade. It wasnt finished until spring. So, if you like to be a project manager, enjoy having your toilet sitting next to your bed for ten days, no answers as to when the project will be completed, and having your bathroom ripped up in the morning only to find out that afternoon that the shower and tub are back-ordered, then this is the company you want to go with.
Uri and Sasha (onsite project managers) are FANTASTIC and we cant recommend them enough. Uri and Sasha were very professional, kind, are very knowledgeable and have incredible skills. They were extremely helpful and caring and helped us in all the areas where the rest of the KP employees dropped the ball.
I had them work on a complete renovation for me and I had great service. Throughout the whole experience I was taken care of and was updated every step of the way. The design they made for us for absolutely fantastic. The install took a couple days since we were getting everything redone, but everyday, they left our house clean and safe. I was very satisfied with there service and would definitely recommend them for your future products, you wont be disappointed.
We had a really good experience with Kitchen Plus. The lady that helped us did a really good job with finding out what we exactly wanted. They were very easy to work with and I’m happy we chose them to remodel our kitchen. I wouldn’t have chose anyone else. Compared to other places I tried working with, it was easy to communicate and did not take too long.
Absolutely amazing service from KP! Sebastian and Jason did an amazing job designing my bathroom. On time and on budget, I couldnt be happier!
We worked with David recently on our new bathroom and their entire team did a fantastic job. The custom cabinets fit perfectly and we love the design that David came up with. Their entire process from design to install and finishing was excellent. If we need new cabinets or a kitchen/bath redesign in the future, we will definitely be coming back to Kitchen Plus!
Kitchen Plus has a great staff, the technical planner Austin was responsive and helpful for any questions i had
We love the outcome of our new kitchen remodel. My boyfriend and I had a hard time agreeing on what we wanted and our designer helped us find a good compromise on products that would make us both happy. Worked hard for us and will be using them again for our next project, (our master bath)! Thank you all, we absolutely love our kitchen!
When I visited I was sized up for my $ potential as a customer and told, you are ok, we like you! I am not sure what qualifies a salesperson to scrutinize my financial viability, but this is not a practice or a business that I can stomach supporting after that. And it happened on 2 separate occasions.
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I have a small project where every single step, bar none, has had an issue. The project was supposed to be completed July 15th and its currently not finished with no finish date. Plus, theyve told me theres no guarantee of quality work with the tile I chose and expect for me to pay a second time to have the appliances moved, even though its their poor work and measuring that requires it. They may have been a great company in the past but that is no longer the case. Too many people leaving the company and jobs not being professionally completed. Run, dont walk away from this company. I seriously regret using them.
Kitchen Plus redid my kitchen over 8 years ago. I have been very happy, and everything functions beautifully. I stopped by today to inquire about obtaining some shelf supports and changing some cupboard hinges and was immediately given replacement supports and new hinges with a detailed explanation of what to do. Service with a smile after 8 years. Thank you Kitchen Plus.
We had a great experience early on with the salesperson (Georgia) and there were a lot of promises and assurances up front. There was a 4 or 5 month lead time before the kitchen remodel work could be done at the house, which we wished wasnt so long. While they werent the cheapest, we had friends that had a good experience with them. So we agreed to use them. There was very little communication once we accepted their quote. They told us we needed to pick out appliances, and a sink, and we were left with the impression that they would be coordinating and handling everything with the various vendors. They indicated where we should go, and we thought everything was going smoothly.Well, when it came time for the physical work, we realized there was no coordination with the contractors involved. Kitchen Plus didnt really make it clear that we were supposed to coordinate with the appliance supplier, the appliance installer, and the sink and plumbing supplier. Their performance was disappointing and we ended up paying extra to have components expedited.I was disappointed and annoyed with Kitchen Plus because I thought I was paying them to handle all of the details. If I had known that I had to do it all, I would have just appointed myself general contractor and I could have saved a lot of money. While the renovation process was flawed and not really managed, I must add that the kitchen remodel results look great and were extremely happy with it. I just hope every time we look at our beautiful kitchen, the pain of the process doesnt steal our joy!
The product and finish you receive is quality, but the craftsmanship will only look good if you check everything two or three times over. For how expensive they are, they do not do enough. They mismeasured and installed vanity lights off center and then tried to make up a story about codes and they couldnt put the lights on center to the sinks. Who has vanity lights off center from their sinks? After talking to the electrical sub, we found out they simply messed it up and he fixed it. They ordered the wrong style of tub, never checked it when it arrived and then when they went to install it and figured out it was wrong, it was a three week delay. The drywall texture job to match existing was not good. After asking for it to be fixed again, it still didnt look good and I gave up. Their price does not include buying fixtures, painting, or glass and installation. We had drawings from our signing of a 40x30 shower stall. We got 36x36 and only credited us $200. The job took more than twice as long as projected, and I had to manage the project manager to keep things going. They initially told us we could start the project and then we only needed to be there for a countertop and glass template. I had to consult with the pm every couple days as numerous things were different than we expected. Communication at this company is horrible. Had we hired a small contractor for this job we would have expected less organization, but for what they sell you, you dont get it. This is not worth their high prices. They only get two because it looks good and the designer was a very nice person.
When we decided to have our kitchen remodeled a few years ago, we bid the job at several places, plus a couple of independent handymen. We opted for Kitchen Plus because theyd done a lot of work for neighbors and had a great rep. It wasnt the lowest bid, but we figured we wanted the job done right. The kitchen turned out so well, when it was time to overhaul our master bath, we didnt bother calling anyone else. Our bath was finished today, and its SO AWESOME I am just tickled pink! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra it takes to get the job done by a company that provides courteous and skilled employees and subs. As a side note, Kitchen Plus does their own cabinet work, and I have to say its the best you can find anywhere. The soft-close doors and hardware they use is really heavy-duty.
Great atmosphere, super friendly staff.
Helpful staff. They didnt service my area but sent me in the right direction. Great showroom to see lots of counter samples on display.
Kitchenplus did a great job remodeling our very old kitchen in our very old house. It was not an easy job, with old wiring, old lathe and plaster, new hardwood floors that had to be married into old floors, textured plaster that had to be replaced to look like the old walls, new door, new windows. Everyone was professional, patient, and easy to work with. Wish we had done it sooner!
They remodeled our kitchen exactly how we wanted it done. Sure, it took some back and forth. No, it wasnt cheap. Yes, I had to keep on top of everything. But they got it done and they did a great job.
They did same-day cancellation on my appointment twice in a row. I was supposed to have a measurement appointment, the senior designer called me few hours before the appointment and said he was sick. He was supposed to meet with me this afternoon to go over the design, he cancelled again just few hours before we meet. I get a sense that this company might have management issues and their employees are not motivated or client-focus. I had also visited their shop and the two girls were just reading internet and not enthusiastic about their jobs. I got a feeling that this company is very likely to delay my project and I don’t have confidence using them.It could also because I only needed to renovate a kitchen and two bathrooms so I am not an important customer for them. They are after the 100k-200k range job.
I want to start by saying that we did NOT have Kitchens plus do work at our house, we just met with a sales rep, and this review ois of that experience. We took time off from work, to meet with a representative from Kitchens Plus, at our house. We did the whole walkthrough with her, and pointed out all the items we were going to upgrade. She was suppossed to get back to us with a quote the next week, and almost a month later we did not hear back from them. I called a couple of times, and had someone tell me they were going to get back to me, and still havent heard back. If the company is this unresponsive before a sale, I wonder how they would be after they finished the job, and were paid. I guess we wont be finding out.
Worst customer service ever!!! Don’t go with them!
