It was great experience buying car at Definitive Motors. Thank you Russel!!! You contribute most to my experience there. I visited several dealers before I stopped at Definitive Motors. If you don’t exactly know what you want, they have no time for you. But Russel at Definitive Motors was very patient, and very friendly. He answer patiently all my questions and show ma all cars I wanted to see. He said he has nothing better to do than showing me the cars! And they have great car selection!At Definitive Motors I never felt pressed or pushed to make decision fast, which often was the case at other dealerships (and for me reason to walk away).I love the car I bought and so far I am very satisfied with it. Just made my second purchase from Zach at Definitive, and I cant say enough good things about how he and the rest of the Definitive team treat their customers. Friendly, very enthusiastic about music, and extremely strong product knowledge. Zach recommended components that turned out to be terrific - just had a mind-blowing listening session last night and the sound was incredible. Highly recommend.

Definitive is classy in every sense of the word. They arent about selling you the most expensive product, theyre about finding what is right for you and your budget. Whether youre looking for a home theater, hi-fi stack, headphone setup, or anything in between Definitive will help you get the most out of your money. This is a high end store. They carry some of the finest equipment available in the world. It is a poor choice for someone who wants to spent $300 on an audio system or $1000 on an entire home theater system. Best Buy is great for that.But its not just about wanting to spend a lot of money. Its a question of how much you care about quality. There is stuff in here that I think is a little silly like four figures for speaker cables. But if you want to spend the time an really listen, the quality differences are not subtle.They know their stuff here and dont try to upsell you or give you something you dont need. It is a quality store with quality equipment.

Friendly folks willing to discuss your interests and demo the kind of equipment that meets your requirements. This is not mid-fi 2 channel or home theater. It is a store intended for those who enjoy audiophile quality. The selection and variety of combinations is great and worth looking into.

I’ve been to this location several times to listen to various subwoofers, speakers, and headphones — and the customer service has been exceptional each and every time. Allen helped me find the subwoofers and speakers that work best for me, and has been amazingly patient and helpful throughout as I spent a lot of time cumulatively listening to various products in the showroom. I am impressed that they go the extra length to haul the speakers you’re interested in comparing into the same listening room, and set them up side-by-side for direct comparison on whatever music you want!Prices for high end audio are not cheap, and this should be no surprise to you if you visit here (I’m not sure why some reviewers here seem to see this as a negative; nobody is forcing you to buy products more expensive than you want). They occasionally have some good clearance and “demo model” deals as well, if you ask. I’m extremely happy with my subwoofer I bought on clearance, for example!And finally, they’ve demonstrated that they care about their customers’ total satisfaction even after the sale: I purchased some headphones that ended up not working out for me (for reasons not the fault of the headphones), and they were happy to accept the return if I was not totally happy with them, even if there was nothing wrong with the headphones themselves.Highly recommended as your first (and last) stop in hifi sound system shopping.

Excellemt place. Carries so many hiend gears such as wilson, dcs, audio research, SF, etc.Their biggest showroom has a system worth over $200,000! I wouldnt say that I am a beginner audiophile since I definitely have played around with a few really good equipments, but in front of a system that has speaker cables that are more expensive than your main components(though price tag doesnt mean everything), you can literally say nothing but admiring it.Their Wilson system is beyond next level! Definitely worth going if you are an audiophile and want to experience the end game of your hobby.Btw the staff was super friendly and knowledgable.

After purchasing a high-end set of headphones I expected the sales associate to simply go in the back, retrieve my purchased item from the stockroom, and hand it over, so I could leave a satisfied and happy customer... NOPE! Strangely, I was told they don’t actually carry the headphones in stock… wait, what? (I think that would have been relevant information to impart up front, before I got all excited and paid for them!) Then I was told it would take TWO WEEKS to receive “my order,” which wouldn’t be shipped to me, but rather to the store… um, really? Ok, I guess. I had already paid in full, and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but so far I wasn’t feeling great about the whole situation (I should have trusted my instincts). However, I’m patient and figured good things come to those that wait, so… I waited.Surely they would call/email me at some point to check in, give an update, or even tell me the headphones had arrived early… NOPE! After waiting TWO WEEKS with NO COMMUNICATION I called them on the day my purchase was scheduled to arrive and was told, “sorry” it looks like it will take at least another week. I asked why and was told they didn’t know. Now my patience was at an end… I told them that was unacceptable, and indicated I would like to cancel the order. The person I was speaking with then accused me of “showrooming,” which is both INSULTING and profoundly incorrect, given that I had purchased the item, paid for it in full, and had already given them an excessive amount of time to deliver it (considering the reality of modern logistics)! I don’t know if their sales associate was just trying to be mean or intimidate me, but they were wrong; their comments were COMPLETELY UNJUSTIFIED and OFFENSIVE to someone who holds integrity as a core value! They then informed me that I couldn’t cancel an order over the phone; I would need to go back into the store if I wanted to do that. Well, since I had been hoping to go there to pick up my headphones anyway, that certainly wasn’t going to a problem. It’s hard to express how DISGUSTED I was with their customer service at this point.To make an even longer story short... I was at least able to cancel the order and receive a refund after going back in, but it was a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE and I won’t be going back. However, I am thankful for the reminder... if you can’t rely on a business to complete a basic transaction correctly, then you certainly can’t rely on them to take care of significantly more valuable transactions in the future. From that perspective, I guess I dodged a bullet… it would have been much WORSE if they had failed to deliver on the audio purchases I have made since. Fortunately, I received those items from another business that I’m now working with on an ongoing basis... they actually provide exceptional customer service, carry high-end audio equipment in stock, and deliver the items I need when I need them. It’s really not that hard… so simply save yourself the headache, hassle, and time by choosing a company that doesn’t BREAK THEIR PROMISES!

This store carries great brands, and their selection is hard to beat! This store is great because you listen to anything that you want before buying it. From Rega TTs to Home Theater set-ups this place has it all. While your wallet will not leave without a significant dent, Definitive audio provides great customer service and products, so you know your money will be well spent!
