Professional and Great Care & Staff!Since moving to the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area a little over 2 years ago, Ive found it difficult to find quality health care. Whether it be the actual care given, or the staff surrounding the practice, or both. Fortunately, I have finally found one!InFocus Family Eyecare was warm and friendly with a kind staff from the front desk to the doctor. I was given a thorough exam, it didnt feel rushed, and everything was explained to me very well. They worked with my insurance and I wound up getting a great new pair of glasses and a new eye doctor! Well done to the entire InFocus staff!

I had a great Eye Doc in Palmer Alaska so when I stepped into InFocus Family Eyecare in Lakewood Ranch, Florida the bar was set high. The customer service was fantastic. And I received my prescription sunglasses within a week and they fit perfect. And again, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend InFocus 100%. They surpassed the bar!

Dr. Ashley was very thorough and explained all of the test results in terms that were easy for me to understand. She answered all of my questions and confirmed that my prescription changes were slight enough that it didnt merit new glassed if I didnt want them instead of trying to upsell me on something I didnt really need. All of the staff is pleasant and efficient. I had a great experience at InFocus Family Eyecare and strongly recommend them.

Dr Brad and his entire practice here are top notch. Very professional and friendly staff along with a great location.The best part is that there is no waiting and each time Ive gone for the apt I was taken and seen right away even though I was early by about 10 minutes. This is such a great change of pace from other offices where waiting is the norm.Dr Brad is on point and very detailed. Its great to see technology that I had not seen before and overall I trust whats happening.I will definitely recommend his practice to others that I know in the area.

I found this Eyecare Dr about 5 years ago and have been very happy with the care and attention they provide.Dr Brad is always happy to discuss any concerns I may have with knowledge and patience. He gives great recommendations as to how to handle my eye concerns and never makes me feel like my questions are not important.The front staff are also excellent, they provide honest opinions and are very helpful in frame and lens selections.Choosing this as your Eyecare establishment would be an awesome idea.

I have returned to InFocus not only because of their great selection in frames but also because I feel that I received a thorough examination and follow up suggestions for my specific although minor condition. The doctor was patient and we had an enjoyable conversation. The practice was also pleasant when I needed a minor repair on my glasses and quickly addressed the issue.

So punctual! I arrived on-time for my appointment and was taken back immediately. The technicians were courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. Waiting for the doctor was very short. Dr. Brad has a great personality, and was patient at answering all of my questions. Later when picking out frames, the process was painless and I was able to find something that fit and looked great very quickly. I think Ive found my new optometrist. :)

The office staff was friendly, I was escorted into an exam room right away, and everything was clean, organized, and well-stocked. Dr. Brad was professional and took his time explaining his finding to me. The person who helped me pick out my glasses was terrific. Because of COVID, she brought me clean glasses that she thought would look best on me. Picking out glasses was painless, and they came in sooner than I thought. I even purchased a pair of designer sunglasses!

Always a great experience at InFocus Family Eyecare. The staff is always professional, helpful and on time for appointments. Dr. Ashley is always very personable remember all the details concerning my eye issues. She explains everything so that I understand what is happening during the eye exam and what the images that are taken mean. Years ago when she was at another practice she was the one who discovered my retinal tear. She sent me to have it fixed that day and all was good. Over time my eye developed a cataract which is normal after laser surgery to fix the retinal tear. Dr. Ashley again helped me through everything, from recommending the surgeon, and she did all my follow up care too. I was so happy that I found her again at InFocus, I wouldnt want anyone else.

This optical office is a must go for your optical needs. I wear lenses for a long time an as an airline pilot, my eyes are very important. Dr. Masuga Brad is one of the best in the business, He is very skillful, professional an detail oriented, who always take his time when with a patient, and I really appreciate that, you would not feel rushed and you will get all your questions answered. In this office they use the latest technology on equipment and it is extremely clean!! I love that too. After a disappointing eye care experience with another local provider, I went to Dr. Ashley Masuga at InFocus Family Eye Care in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. I have some special needs due to macula degeneration and strong nearsightedness She is absolutely the best.At the same time, she is professional, personable and an excellent listener! In the end, with her new prescription and new eye glass recommendations from Stephanie Soler, I have the best sight result in many years. I highly recommend her and her team!

This was my initial visit following my relocation to Florida some months ago. The appointment was for an annual check up for my daughter who wears contacts and glasses. I was very impressed by them immediately taking us in as soon as we arrived at our appointment time. The checks, tests and consult was very proficient and thorough. I went for a routine eye checkup and I was very impressed with how fast they started my appointment. I didn’t even have to sit and wait. Just walked in and they called me back to start the examination. The staff and Dr. Brad are very nice and easy to talk to. The eye exam was much more thorough than I’ve had at other practices. This office is bright and beautiful and all of the employees are so friendly and helpful. Whether it’s in person or on the phone, they always communicate well and cordially. And Dr. Ashley is just the best. She was incredibly accommodating when I came in after breaking my hard contacts. My eyes were adjusting every two weeks but she never turned me away and let me use as many samples as I needed until my eyes stabilized. I highly recommend this InFocus Family Eyecare!

What a high quality eye care practice! From the very competent doctors to the friendly and capable eye wear specialists, a very good experience. I have purchased new glasses from InFocus which I love (and plan to buy more) and am now swapping lenses in my 30+ pairs. Pranov and Angel have been absolutely excellent to work with. My appointment with Dr. Brad was wonderful. There was a visual field test, glaucoma screening, and a retinal scan. After these tests, Dr. Brad reviewed the results with me in a non-technical language that was easy to understand. He answered all my questions and there was no rush to get me out of the office.
