I LOVE this LensCrafters! We have been coming here for our eye care needs for almost TWENTY years! Dr. Prince is a great eye doctor and the ladies in the frame department are fantastic! We always ask for Brenda. She is so knowledgeable and always finds us the best deals to save us the most money. She helps find the frames we are looking for and orders my husband’s in matte black when they are not in stock in the store. The stock is extensive and they have Covid procedures in place to keep folks healthy. Every pair of frames you touch go in a tray and are cleaned before they go back on display. The ladies are extremely efficient in cleaning and restocking the displays so you get the largest selection possible.I would highly recommend this LensCrafters to anyone looking for superior eye care and stylish glasses.

Modern LensCrafters. Well laid out and very knowledgeable staff. Eye doctor is located in the same entrance but separate part of store so exam and lense selection is very easy. Glasses are not cut in store so there is a week delay in receiving.

Amy assisted me with such patience, attentiveness when I recently purchased my new pair of glasses. I would highly recommend her. Also I had my eye exam performed here and was satisfied with their service and would recommend them also. The assistance was very kind and helpful.

Doctor Prince is knowledgeable and a great doctor. Super cool and he cares. Amy and Brenda on the lens crafters side were super helpful and nice while I ordered and got my glasses. I hate to give a 3 star review, but customer service on the eye exam side needs serious improvements. It’s easy to feel like you’re making their lives so difficult while asking for simple tasks. Really hope this improves because this establishment would be a 5 star with some better customer service. I’ll continue coming here because of Dr. Prince, but hopefully things change soon.

Just took my glasses in to get them adjusted. Priya and Pam adjusted them. They treated me like I was family just like evertime we enter lenscrafters. Thats why we wont go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t recommend buying glasses from this store! I bought a pair a year ago and paid for all the additions like scratch resistance. However, within 13 months they are so scratched-up that it’s hard to see out of the left eye. When I complained, they offered to replace the lenses at 50% off. However, the price they quoted was equal to the price of the glasses with frame a year ago. So, where is the 50% off??? The only respond I got was “that’s the best we can do”. Bottom line... stay away from Lens Crafters! You’re better off going to Walmart!

Ordering the glasses was great, however, they list one pair of my glasses and then when I did come in to pick them up, not enough people to assist. Terrible!!!

Recently visited your store for an eye glass adjustment. I was seated and told I will be right with you, the girl walked around the store and then someone came in wanting to buy glasses. The associate went to help her, maybe because she was paying out of pocket for glasses?Anyway, after your associate found out I was a nurse and currently working there was atleast 15ft distance between us as she walked thru your store bending and twisting my glasses. I was asked if they were okay but it was hard for me to tell right away and because I am a nurse your associate did not want to come to close to check how my glasses were sitting.Needless, to say my glasses are too tight not, rubbing my ears and causing headaches!!And now I should try to go back to your store and have them adjusted again? Only to be blown off because I am a nurse?I am truly disappointed about the care I received while at your store and trying to have my glasses adjusted that I bought from there!!

I’ve always had great service at this location until recently. I’ve tried 3 times to order glasses, but have had to leave due to the long wait. I asked to make an appointment due to a medical condition. but they refused. I have a medical condition where I get debilitating migraines. Fluorescent lighting is one of my triggers. Today I was able to wait for 50 minutes before I had to leave due to the onset of a migraine. The sales staff spent most of their tine chatting about personal stuff. With clients. They either need more staff... or training on how to close the sale and get to the next customer. I’m appalled that they do not make accommodations for those of us with disabilities.

I called last minute to see if I could get in for an exam, after another place cancelled my appointment without telling me. They took me in right when I got there and everyone was so very nice and helpful. Definitely great customer service! And the doctor is awesome too! Easy to talk to and so nice.

Dr. Prince is awesome! 2018 & 2019 customer service needs major changes. On extensive hold to schedule an appointment or ask a question. Moving my services to Target Optical. Always short staffed.

Dr. Prince is wonderful! His staff is great as well. I have severe dry eyes and Dr. Prince took the time (2 months of weekly/bi weekly appts) to make sure I ended up with the correct contacts.

I have been a customer of this LensCrafters for over 15 years. The people have always been courteous and professional and have shown patience in answering all my questions. On the rare occasion that there was an issue with my lenses they were quick to get the correction made without any hassle on my part. Great people working here.

I purchased eyeglasses at this store in December 2017. Within the last 30 or so days I noticed that the lens on both sides seemed cloudy and impossible to clean (yes I used an eyeglass cloth). Upon further inspection both lens have scratched to the point that it looks like Im looking through a spider web. When I took them back to the store I was told that because it was over a year (about 6 weeks over) the only thing they could do was order new lenses at a cost of over $600 (less their 20% discount). I was disappointed to say the least. I did not buy the protection but even if I had it is only good for one year so its pointless. I have no insurance and paid a lot out of pocket for these glasses. This is the fourth pair Ive owned over the years but the first at Lenscrafters and nothing like this has ever happened before. Because of my vision I wear them all the time but take care not to scratch them. I can only assume that they are an inferior product and will NEVER buy from them again. The employee that we talked to was very polite and apologetic but thats little consolation. Im sure this is a company policy and they dont care at all but it seems a bigger discount should apply for expensive glasses that fail so badly in 13 months. I know there are people that dont treat their glasses well or caused a problem themselves but this is not the case with me. The only conclusion I can come to is that their glasses are inferior. Dont buy them unless you can afford to replace them annually! This is a company and manufacturer who do not back up the quality of their products and simply screw the consumer.

4 out of 5 until I go back for my fitting!Went in for my first appointment today and it went pretty well. It wasnt until the end of my appointment that I was told I would be paying for a contact fitting, I guess because I wore contacts it was assumed rather than confirmed. I went through the motions not realizing it wasnt a part of my appointment and confirmed cost up front. However, I found the offices to be clean and otherwise liked the professionalism.Right after my appointment I went to the lenscrafters section and chose a pair of glasses within my insurance range so I paid for top of the line lenses. Pam assisted me and was very pleasant. She helped show me the break down for my expenses and all together for my appointment, lenses and copay I spent about $330. Honestly, thats the least expensive eyeglasses appointment I have had in years! I will be returning for my glasses and again when I am almost out of contacts. 10/10 recommended to my Dad.

DO NOT!!! Buy your glasses here after only have my glasses for a little over a year they started getting cloudy come to find out its from the anti-glare/anti-scratch stuff they use they over charge people and use cheap products. When I went to ask if they could remove it they said they can not and that I would have to buy new lenses. I went home later that day and found at least 20 tutorials on how to remove the layer. I use to be a customer of many years but after this experience I will not be returning and will caution everyone who does to be careful cause your glasses will last longer with out all the extra add-ons. I know this to be true cause I also got sunglasses made at the same time with out all the extras and they are still clear as day and now forced to wear sunglasses inside just so I can see properly. These people are theives and only care about the money they can make off of you. Its a damn shame cause Dr.Prince is super nice and professional hopefully he ends up going somewhere else.

Actually I would not give any stars but I had to in order to do review! I have Aetna that covers 300$ for glasses and lenses. I wear a simple prescription for reading and distance. I had my own frame that was new from a previous prescription that didnt work out. I wanted new lenses in the frames with transitional darkening. Lenscrafters quoted me a price of over 600$ and that was minus my 300$ insurance coverage. I went to Eyeglass world and got what the same thing I wanted lenscrafters to do with 56$ out of pocket. I also recieved transitional lenses that will darken through my truck windshield. I also recieved the lenses with the darkest possible and glare resistant. I dont know what the deal was with lenscrafters was. I think basically they quoted me a higher price which included my 300$ and quoted me the regular price which was still too high and was taking my insurance. I highly recommend Eyeglass world.

They squeezed me in last minute for an appointment on Saturday after I scratched my lenses beyond repair. Unfortunately, while they were adjusting my frames at the end to fit my ears they snapped the glasses in half! Despite the notice in the beginning that they arent responsible for frame damage the manager (who actually snapped them) took full responsibility. I got to pick out new frames for free, they had them fitted and completed 45 minutes later and she put on insurance for the year to cover the frames. What could have been a terrible experience ended up being pretty good. Ill definitely be back for any of my vision needs. Plus I kind of like my new frames better than my old ones so thats a bonus!

Where do I start ! I wish I could put a negative 1 for stars. If we had known better . My husband had his first eye exam and first pair of glasses last year made from this company. We were ready to go to the next years visit with new eye exam. Just to let you know we paid over 700. Dollars last year for his glasses here. THANK GOODNESS OUR INSURANCE DOES NOT ACCEPT THIS PLACE ANYMORE OTHERWISE WE WOULD HAVE CONTINUED DOWN THE WRONG PATH. We went to a new eye doctor this year for the annual exam, and to find out half the things they said about my husbands glasses, he did not need. Very sad to find out. Disappointed for sure. End rant.

Horrible service and still waiting on my trial contacts after 10 days. They wont release my prescription because they say it is not finalized until contacts come in so I cant get them myself. Strange they didnt check my eyeglasses when they came in and I am having problems with them. Very bad experience.

Horrible service. Expected to get glasses the day of as advertiser . Was told glasses would take 7-10 days to come in. Never received a call from anyone. After waiting almost 2 weeks I called in twice and was first told they werent in with no explanation as to why and then was told it would take another week. Will never go back again.
