I was in town on vacation and the string that holds the lens in my frame broke. i have extremely poor vision and cannot drive without my glasses. I went to the vision center where Sherry quickly fixed my problem and I was on my way. Thank you so much!
The foreign lady i think her name is Lisabeth? she was very rude. had an attitude the entire time i was there.. i couldn’t understand her so i would kindly ask her to say what she just said and she had even more of an attitude. the other ladies are so nice there and i love going to fr. consiglio, they are the only reasons why they didn’t get a 0 star.
Well, as a man who has had glasses all his life and has the needs of glasses to see this beautiful world we live in I walked away aghast at the blurry shapes that passed me by.You see, I broke my glasses in an unfortunate series of events and needed to replace the frames. After confirming with insurance that they would just cover the frames I was told by the employee at Walmart that my insurance would not cover just the frames. But... that could not be!I then called my insurance again and talked with a lovely Stephanie who affirmed my previous belief that frames indeed could be covered. The exasperated worker, after I informed her I called my insurance again, (and after she complained about how busy they were) said it was actually Walmart policy that they cannot sell frames without buying lenses too.Ha! This could not be, for they were trying to get rid of me. Instead of offering to call the insurance again so they can clarify I was shoved off.Needless to say, I wasted enough time and must live life in a blur until I find another better place than the unfortunate Walmart.
The doctors are excellent, as are the rest of the staff. Our glasses have always been high quality, and customer service, including replacements under warranty, has always been fantastic. I highly recommend this practice for vision care.
Dr Consiglio is great. Thorough eye exam and great answers/ explanations regarding our concerns.
I love this eye center. The staff is so nice and helpful. I have purchased at least 5 pairs of glasses from them and they are all high quality. I once went to one of those where you get 2 frames for 1 and the lenses popped out on both pair. Now I dont wear them at all. I slept in a pair I bought from Walmart and they broke. Glasses were not under warranty but Walmart fixed them right up.
Takes a lot for me to even give a 1 star review, but this absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. I was waiting on my wife and needed my glasses screw fixed. Walked around looked at glasses...nobody bothered to help. Maybe if I take a seat and wait until their done helping others (which was 2 people) maybe then somebody would ask if I needed any help. Nothing!! It was nothing for over 45 minutes. Two ladies looked right at me and said nothing. I give people the benefit of the doubt a lot. But in this case I couldnt. No way you have one stranger sitting in your place of business and dont say anything. Left and went to Braden River Wal-Mart. Soon as I touched the hardwood floor I was asked did I need any help.
Very competent staff. Dr worked diligently to ensure I had the correct lenses for my vision correction. Support staff excellent !
I was extremely pleased with my evaluation with the doctor at this location. The office staff helping me with my proper fit of glasses got me in a great pair that enhances my face rather than making me look dorky or putting me into an expensive pair. I am a committed patient here.

I got an extremely thorough examination from Dr. Consiglio. He made accurate diagnoses that other doctors missed. I cant recommend him highly enough and I would recommend seeing him for all your vision concerns.
Dr Consiglio and his staff were phenomenal! From WPB and bugging out to family here and forgot not only my glasses but a spare pair of contacts! I wear custom Toric 30 day lenses and worried in case I tore the only pair I had not to mention time to change them. Dr Consiglio gave me a spare pair at no charge! Now my only worry is WPB. Thank you Walmart Eye Center!!

** Update 5/12/17**My husband has now had his glasses for 24 hours and worn them 2 times. The lenses have popped out of both the left and right side.....Upon looking close, just like mine, it looks like the lenses would have never fit the glasses in the 1st place. So irritated and upset.-Picking out the glasses was great and had a great woman fit my husband and I for the glasses but picking them up was a different story. Immediately when I tried mine on I noticed a glare type twinkle/line (hard to explain) on the top and down about half of the side of the lenses on the left eye. I explained it to the man fitting me and he tried cleaning them a bunch of times only for me to still have the issue. I went outside the vision center area but still inside Walmart as the man requested to see if it still happened and it was worse everything I looked at thru the left eye at the top had like a weird shadow/outline. To me it looked like the lense on the left on the side didnt line up like the lens on the right did. He tried telling me that if I spent another $60 on the anti glare that it might help. I told him Ive had other glasses with exactly the same type of lense features and havent had this issue and then why wasnt the right side like that? My husband got the same features to his lense and he didnt have the issue. He said there was nothing wrong w the lense and he could replace the lense if I wanted but it wouldnt do anything. Like how could you expect someone to pay for, walk out and wear a pair of glasses everyday when they have a constant irritating issue on the left side? Also I noticed it looked like a bunch of scratches on each lense when I asked him why he took them from me brought them in the back an when he brought them back they were gone. I asked why they were like that and he said because he had been whiping and cleaning them with a dirty rag..... How could an optometrist office use dirty rags to clean new glasses for people to use and potentially scratch them before they even get a chance to use them. So I had to tell him that I wouldnt be taking the glasses and he wasnt phased at all gave me my refund and now I have to go back out spend more time trying to get a pair of glasses. I feel like their was no concern for my issues an was treated like well thats the way it is take it or leave it. My husbands glasses werent fitted correctly on the sides and he would have walked out with the sides that curve at the ears curving way before his ears. We had to ask him why they were like that and only then did he adjust it. This was my husbands first pair of glasses and he was givin no instructions on care or anything. It was pretty much heres your glasses and leave because were closing in 20 mins. A very frustrating visit to Walmart vision center.
