I did the paperwork they emailed me and the online registry. They were timely when i arrived. I was immediately taken in, medical info reviewed. Vision checked, then returned to waiting room to wait for the doctor. Good news i no longer need corrective lenses so im pretty happy.

The Serum Tears that are made for me at Eye Associates are a wonderful help in the treatment of my dry eyes.

Dr. Bausback was very good in taking time and explaining things ... did not feel rushed nor like I was in an assembly line like before where the Dr. ran in ran out.

I travel 20 miles to visit Dr. Rego. He is always up tp speed on my condition.He is proactive with respect to monitoring it and the facility has very personable staff.

The staff and doctor were friendly and put me at ease for the exam. I was helped picking out glasses, and the wait time was less than expected. Even the other patients seemed happy to be there as we sat in the waiting room.

Dr Scott Han is an excellent optometrist and recently spent a lot of time with me on an advanced eye issue that few Optometrists get to see or catch. I was floored at his knowledge and quick eclipsing of the situation so it did not advance. Dr. Scott Han has been my optometrist the last three years and he is always interested in optometry and new technology. I am remiss for not writing a review sooner. Dedication is his middle name. And his support staff are very educated, very professional, and on the same page as their Doctor. He also seems to have a photographic memory so you do not have to tell him anything twice. And he is very personable, connects and listens to his patient. Wait times are not long at all. Lobby is interesting, and then, there are always the cookies offered...

After Dr. Han left the Pointe West location I was a little unsettled. But after meeting Dr. Rego, I am very happy and confident that my eyes are in good care. The staff is also excellent. I enjoyed Tiffanys sense of humor.

All my appointments went extremely well, except my last appointment that was to get my readers number, was horribly long, and there were only 3 of us in the waiting room. Might have helped if there were regular TV instead of the fish over and over again. Everyone was very friendly and professional

I didnt have the correct location for my appointment and they accommodated me with the next appointment . I was seen immediately after arriving and the quality of service rendered was professional. Dr. Anthony explained everything and his staff were kind.

I was pleased that Dr. Rego was able to work me in at last minute. He treated me and gave me a RX for the beginning of an eye infection, possibly due to a foreign body in my scratchy and swollen eye lid.Dr. Rego was very friendly and professional, as well as all the staff.I would highly recommend The Eye Associates for your optical needs.

I have been going to the eye doctor for over 25 years. This was by far my worst experience! I was under the impression my appointment was in their main office. When I arrived, I was sent to another building.This was the first time that I had an optical technician do all of the testing for my prescription. Which I told them was not correct while I was in the office and was not corrected. Instead, my eyes were dilated (without asking first, I would have chosen to pay for eye mapping) and my eyes hurt and itch more than 24 hours later. Seriously disappointing and will be contacting my insurance company as well.

My husband has worn thick heavy glasss all of his life until he found Dr. Han. Others had tried to fit him with contacts to get rid of the heavy glasses but were not very successful, had to keep redoing lenses and were never right. Dr. Han was able to do what others could not, fit him with contacts that worked. When it came time for catarac surgery. His vision was corrected and he no longer needs glasses other than to read. We highly recommend Dr. Han.

We in was diagnosed with a eye Stroke, this is a very good doc with a friendly professional staff .I would highly recommend.
